I am pratik mandal the users of redmi note 7 indian version. Using this device from 9th march 2019.in this device there has lot of issue like battery draining, heating issue, camera lagging, image quality, network system, ram management etc. But the mi team is not giving proper update in time to fixed those issues only saying wait & wait. Its going to be more than 1 & half month there has no update on this device. All the users become frustated to use the device.in the same time releasing device redmi note 7 pro & redmi note 7s getting update in time to time. They have to fixed all the issues or they have to return money to the indian redmi note 7 users. Please take a look in this case & take step against xiaomi.

    Please share your experience (Order id: [protected])... Why my money not credited back even after one month.

    I have order phone on august 27th and have to be delivered on sep4th but somehow due to address mismatch it didn't happened i have contacted courier person and let him know the addres but somehow didn't worked.

    I have ordered note pad 7 pro and contacted xiaomi customer care multiple times and this is very very poor after spending hours hours and hours they are not picking call, sometime back got call from customer care and said my my amount would be refunded and after this also 20days passed, what happened to my complaint is someone listening in xiaomi???

      Last week i got a notification on my phone about xiaomi flash sale from xiaomi-salee. Tk for few minutes and i have purchased a smart led and soundbars of ₹2299 and ₹499 respectively and made the payment through paytm successfully for the same. After few days while contacting with the customer care of xiaomi i came to know that it was a fraudulent website and i am duped of my hard earned money. It's a matter of great concern and i am sure it will affect xiaomi online sales if such fraudulent websites are there. I want to know that if xiaomi has taken any action against these fraudulent websites so far. I hope that xiaomi will surely compensate me in some way.

        Hello i am pruthviraj maske, i have order xiaomi y3 mobile from online website flilkart. Xiaomi y3 has a very poor quality as well as the mobile is constantly heats up even though i don't use it continue and the charger of that mobile also heats up.
        I totally disappointed from this mobile.
        The color is also different as shown in the image and it takes a bit more time for restarting.

            I Purchase a Redmi Note 7S Phone.There is a very big problem on the phone.Whenever you make a video, the camera becomes an error.I visited the "BARASAT INFOTEL" Service Center, Barasat engineer has given me trained that low cost phones will be such a problem and engineer also says that a 48 megapixel camera won't work with the Processor(Qualcomm Snapdragon 660) on the phone.Its manufacturing issue.

            Engineer change the device camera but problems not solve. After changing the camera, I showed the problem, They forced me to take delivery without solved the device problem.I asked if my problem was not solved so why was I being delivered? They say this manufacturing issue is all Redmi note7s so we can't do anything.
            This is the company's manufacturing Issue, why the customer will suffer for this.I want to return the phone and I want to get the money back.

                I am from chennai, bought a mobile phone in exchange with my old phone in mi india, exchange amt was 2150 and balance amount is 6849 i paid them online using my debit card.

                On sep4th the delivery boy came to my house and check my old phone and said that he cant take it for exchange so i asked him i cant do anything for that this mobile is in perfect condition you are faking me.

                He cancelled my order on sep 6th but i did not receive my money 6849 rupees back, they are still saying that it will take another 10 working days. But its nearly a month still i did not get my money back.

                Worst customer service i have ever seen, they say india's no. 1 smartphone manufacturer but ultimately they are faking people so
                Redmi note 7 pro is big Network problem issue.same place other phone is net is very fast but redmi note 7 pro not working, very slow net.pleause update and slove this problem.

                  The service is worst and they are demanding money without proper estimate and reasons...
                  I bought new phone redmi note 7 pro a few days ago.but simcard is not proper work.simcard is automatic disable.poor quality phone
                  There is very bad customer service of mi center... I think I was worst service provide by ervice center mi situated in kanpur express road shop no 301 & 302
                  There is a person name as niraj is the worst man who provide mi services... Very very bad services

                      I bought redmi note 7 pro 6gb 64gb variant from mi store korba date[protected], i put my jio sim and airtel sim in it. When i reach home connect to my wifi it shows an update i update it, then in 5 days my jio network suddenly lost, i think that my sim is damage somehow, so i replace my sim, but when i reach home signal lost again and didnt came back untill i go outside my house. When i check my self what's the reason for it, i see that my phone is stuck at 2300 mhz which is high frequency of jio, jio runs in 3 band frequency band 3, band 5 and band 40. My phone stuck at band 40 when i take it to service center the guy say come on monday i will flash it, i told him the problem but he simply say what can i do, that's the behavior of service center guys they know nothing and shows us that they are technical experts. I want to replace my mobile asap or give me my problem a permanent solution. Contact number [protected]
                      I was purchase my device Mi k20 at 8sep209 now itz heating and No charging i am not sattisfied of this product kindly replacemnt of my device.

                        I have newly purchased redmi note 7 which is under 6 month gurantee period
                        Of accessories but when i went to mi service center in indore, orbit mall service centre they declared the product as physically defective but it was not like that it is somewhere defective from inside and they are blaming that you damaged the product and they are not giving replacement of the product.
                        The product from outside is in fresh condition they is no hole or puncture is present in that however they just want to fool me. This is very disapointing from mi

                        Rubbish company unproffesional staff irritating no imporance of client my tv screen break from 1 week still no one has come to change firat they give me 8700 rice then 9500 now 11000 what is this still no one is coming to change just saying tom tom...

                          I got a message.. And order id is 2692. Book it from mi srore. Phone was redmi note 8pro. I didnt got it...
                          I had chat on mi shop with ur cs representative. They are telling that i have been traped by fake mi shop. How should i know its fake. You should inform costomers abour these fake shop. I have paid 14.500 rs. Now how will i get my money back. U should solve this query otherwise we stop selling ur products in india. I may do something otherwise our team will try and it will be harmfull for ur company also.
                          I had made transaction through Mipay on 17/09/19 for the payment of my KSEB bill(₹916). But the amount is not credited into the KSEB account.
                          Tv isn't working properly.
                          It gets stop in between and the screen turn out to be white.
                          And sometimes it functions automatically.
                          Above 2 months my mi TV display not working & l was complained 5 time your service not responding us

                            Hi,

                            I had purchased the phone on july 15th, 2019 however i started using the phone only in september, on 18th sept, 2019 evening 7.00 pm there was a software upgrade after which the phone was in mi logo loop and no switch was functional it was going on until the battery was dead.

                            19th sept i had taken it to authorised mi service center [radiant e serve] at ameerpet, hyderabad. To my shock i was told that it would cost rs. 12, 800 for the repair of the phone as water had entered the phone and the motherboard, the display, power key and the connector pin had been damaged and that including gst would be the total cost.

                            I was clear that there was no chance of water or any liquid spill as i carry 3 phones and i had showed him the other 2 phones too, all i could infer was the service center tech. Did not want to invoke the warranty for whatever reason best known to him.

                            Subsequently i called the customer care center and was discussing the issue when the executive cut the call, i was unable to contact them again nor did any representative of xiaomi call me to clear the issue. I also sent an email, where i received a standard answer that since water has entered the phone warranty does not hold.

                            I request you to kindly look into this matter as i firmly believe that the software upgrade had damaged my phone by going into the mi logo loop, and i am very clear that no water or any liquid has either entered or spilled as claimed by the technicians

                              I'm not able to hear any music in my headphone jabra when i connect it to my redmi note5pro phone using bluetooth. Bluetooth is detected but no media can't be heard even though the media sharing is enabled and i'm facing this problem since last 2 days before that everything was working phone. My headphone works fine with other mobile phone. I guess something is wrong with my phone's bluetooth please fix it.

                                On 15/07/2019 my son ankit goel purchased redmi 6 pro-4 gb ram/64 gb storage mobile phone through amazon and gifted me. On 19/09/2019 my set suddenly stopped working. On 20/09/2019 i showed the set to siti communication sonipat, the authorised service center of mi. He told me that due to moisture fpc and subbord have been damaged and charged me rs. 820/- including service charges rs. 413/-. I handle my set very carefully and never touch with wet hands. Then how moisture can go inside the set. My set was within warranty. This is harassment to me. This has become common trend of most of the companies to refuse for exchange of parts within warranty on one or other grounds. Charging of service charges within warranty is injustice to me. Ministry of consumer affairs should take action against such companies exploiting the consumers.

After repair i demand the old parts. Then deny by service centre to provide me to my old parts. When I want the payment throung debit card thrn excutive told to me, my swap machine is not working i have not accepted through card payment. Tax invoice not provide by service centre. When I demand the service centre GSTIN at invoice copy, Then tod to me I have not GSTIN. Why charge to me CGST & SGST. Please reply me to fast other wise i will submit the bill and harasment issue to me by service centre in consumer court

                                      Use abusing language and demand cash without receipt for repairs the phone and threat if you told or complaint any body than your phone not repair in Any other MI store, please check CCTV footage of your service center as on 20-09-19 at 3 pm to 4 pm when your employees threatnd and want to got physically when i told your other staff members, please let me know if you have not repair my phone than why you take custody of same

                                        I had purchased poco f1 on 26/12/2018 through flip kart online shopping site. I got serviced two times in warranty for yellow patches on display on june 2019 and september2019 within a span of 3 months. Why this is happening. If i got the same problem after the warranty it will cost a higher side to replace a display. And warranty will not cover the date from the replacement instead it takes from the date purchasing. Kindly replace the mobile with new one and do the needful. The mobile has no good review from anyone which i know. The serviced copy and purchased inviloice is attached for your reference
