Sometimes it happens that my phone becomes out of reachable while i m using and suddenly if only when i reboot my device this problem solves. Again and again it happens regularly. I have a serious issue with this. Kindly have a look as soon as possible. And whenever i m telling such issue to the service centre, they are telling that it will happen, you have to suffer. As a customer, i cant expect such problems with such a good device redmi note 7 pro.

I searched for hunnar graphics and found its in jabalpur.
I call him and according to my experience that was the fraud.
But it is good to be check.

Few days ago my phone software got damaged and I visited Abohar (Punjab) City service centre for installation and I got it back at closing time in the evening, I requested them not to open my phone but they opened my new phone. After getting my phone I opened and started using it,
I saw a yellow mark only visible on top left of the screen
I had gone for software and they damaged my phone

I have raised service request no. Tvin[protected] for repairing my 55 inch mi smart tv which is in warranty but service center executive told this tv fault is out of warranty and share me the repair estimation cost rs.32000/- and now new tv cost is rs.35000/-. I don't know on what basis they calculate this estimation and why it is not covered under warranty.

I bought a mobile phone in exchange from their site with an orde id [protected] on 18th september. On 21 september delivery boy cancelled my exchange. So refund will be given. According to xiomi policy it takes 5 to 7 day it takes to reach warehouse but it's 10th it's still not reached to their warehouse. They are making fool like it's dispatched to bhiwandi, received at bhiwandi again and again same thing happening...

I sent my scooter in for a warranty repair in june, 2019. It is now 5 months later and they have yet to send me my product.
Every time i reach out to customer care they give me the same reply of they are not getting any information from the service center.
I ask them for the information to the service center. They are not allowed to give me any contact information.
They sent my scooter to the wrong address after months of no updates. I reach back out to find my scooter and they tell me it is delivered. Im asked to where. The delivered to the wrong address. I still to this day do not have my scooter and when i call or email, i get the same repsonse. "we have not gotten an update from the service center"
They act as if they are helpless and are trying everything possible.
Why is the service center so hard to get a hold of and why should a customer be complaining for 5 months with no resolution.

I am writing this mail because i am completely helpless due to response from mi services team.
I bought a mi tv 4 a pro 43 inch (Serial no.- 19310/[protected] a month ago. Suddenly i found a crack in display. I called for warranty replacement but mi team denied for the same. As such there is no trail of physical damage. The service engineer told me that even if you will place a finger on screen this will damage a display. My question: is this the quality of mi products?
Also engineer agreed on the point that there is no trail or spot or sign of impact on screen. Still the said this will not cover under warranty.

1) i have visited service centre for around 4 times but got no results
2) its power button does not work sometime mobile doesnt start
3) sensor is not working when someone call comes the screen become black we have to wait for another person to cut the call line
4) sometime screen become black mobile doesnt start

I am pratik mandal the users of redmi note 7 indian version. Using this device from 9th march 2019.in this device there has lot of issue like battery draining, heating issue, camera lagging, image quality, network system, ram management etc. But the mi team is not giving proper update in time to fixed those issues only saying wait & wait. Its going to be more than 1 & half month there has no update on this device. All the users become frustated to use the device.in the same time releasing device redmi note 7 pro & redmi note 7s getting update in time to time. They have to fixed all the issues or they have to return money to the indian redmi note 7 users. Please take a look in this case & take step against xiaomi.

Please share your experience (Order id: [protected])... Why my money not credited back even after one month.

I have order phone on august 27th and have to be delivered on sep4th but somehow due to address mismatch it didn't happened i have contacted courier person and let him know the addres but somehow didn't worked.

I have ordered note pad 7 pro and contacted xiaomi customer care multiple times and this is very very poor after spending hours hours and hours they are not picking call, sometime back got call from customer care and said my my amount would be refunded and after this also 20days passed, what happened to my complaint is someone listening in xiaomi???

Last week i got a notification on my phone about xiaomi flash sale from xiaomi-salee. Tk for few minutes and i have purchased a smart led and soundbars of ₹2299 and ₹499 respectively and made the payment through paytm successfully for the same. After few days while contacting with the customer care of xiaomi i came to know that it was a fraudulent website and i am duped of my hard earned money. It's a matter of great concern and i am sure it will affect xiaomi online sales if such fraudulent websites are there. I want to know that if xiaomi has taken any action against these fraudulent websites so far. I hope that xiaomi will surely compensate me in some way.

Hello i am pruthviraj maske, i have order xiaomi y3 mobile from online website flilkart. Xiaomi y3 has a very poor quality as well as the mobile is constantly heats up even though i don't use it continue and the charger of that mobile also heats up.
I totally disappointed from this mobile.
The color is also different as shown in the image and it takes a bit more time for restarting.

I have log a complent on 12th september about some line are coming on my tv display. Still not once visit. Also i have taken floow up. But did not get any solution yet

How many days till will take more.

I am from chennai, bought a mobile phone in exchange with my old phone in mi india, exchange amt was 2150 and balance amount is 6849 i paid them online using my debit card.

On sep4th the delivery boy came to my house and check my old phone and said that he cant take it for exchange so i asked him i cant do anything for that this mobile is in perfect condition you are faking me.

He cancelled my order on sep 6th but i did not receive my money 6849 rupees back, they are still saying that it will take another 10 working days. But its nearly a month still i did not get my money back.

I bought redmi note 7 pro 6gb 64gb variant from mi store korba date[protected], i put my jio sim and airtel sim in it. When i reach home connect to my wifi it shows an update i update it, then in 5 days my jio network suddenly lost, i think that my sim is damage somehow, so i replace my sim, but when i reach home signal lost again and didnt came back untill i go outside my house. When i check my self what's the reason for it, i see that my phone is stuck at 2300 mhz which is high frequency of jio, jio runs in 3 band frequency band 3, band 5 and band 40. My phone stuck at band 40 when i take it to service center the guy say come on monday i will flash it, i told him the problem but he simply say what can i do, that's the behavior of service center guys they know nothing and shows us that they are technical experts.
