I ordered a phone redmi note 7s 4gb 64gb from mi.com and i got defective phone (4 oct 2019). Then on a same day i called customer care number and tell them about incident happen and they she file a complaint about this. Then she told me to share photos of defective part to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com and she said we will get back to you soon but now today is 6 oct 2019 then i called again then they said they closed my compliant. I dont know what will happen i will get replacement or not.

His is the third time i visited service centre of MI at amravati Maharashtra
found not open on time anytime
we are suffering

A 23 days old phone Xiaomi MI A3 has came out to be defected launched on 21st august 2019 and i purchased on 24th august 2019
Its screen has suddenly started flickering

    I purchased the mi tv 4x 50" during the great india festival in amazon on sep 29, 2019. I got the tv delivered on oct 04, 2019. As soon as i received the tv, i requested for tv installation through their website mi. Hatetowaitapp.com. I chose the date oct 05, 2019 and slot time 12pm - 3pm. Job sheet # tvin[protected]

    The technician to perform the installation didn't show up. I called the mi customer care at 1.30pm about this, arathi from the cc promised a technician will be at home today itself for the installation and she will raise a complaint. I got a call from technician at 7.30 pm saying he cannot come due to heavy downpour. Mi gave me the option to choose a date and slot time and the technician called me at 7.30pm just to give this reason.

    I contacted the mi india tv facebook page asking for next action, they asked me to fill the complaint form - which i did. I never got any acknowledgment mail after filling the form.

    Today, oct 06, 2019 - i called mi customer care few minutes ago, and choose the local language (Malayalam). The lady who answered, heard my issue and informed will raise another complaint. She is unable to see the complaint raised yesterday as i chose 'english language' yesterday.

    On checking the records, she said the installation is re-scheduled on oct 08th (I as a customer is not informed about this, if i would have not called customer care i would have not known this). I asked for a supervisor, i was transferred to a number that kept ringing non-stop. I waited for nearly 10 minutes and finally disconnected the call.

    This complaint is to let the mi company know about how pathetic the customer service is. I have a long-term relationship with mi, starting by owning their very first mi band, smartphones, bluetooth speaker, sports shoes and now the tv. The trust which was given to the mi brand will be lost because of the bad after-sales service.

    I demand a technician to be at my home tomorrow morning oct 07, 2019 9-12pm slot to install the tv.

    They have escalated my issue and I am offered a callback in 24 hours.
    After 10 minutes using phone network is gone except everything working fine . submitted servive center manjeri they said we can't give warranty services because outside is raining .they colleting money with telling simple reason .its clear cheating.then why mi giving 1 year warranty.
    I had lost my phone redmi 6 I had gone in wedding and I lost their when I went there again my phone was not there my
    Bought the new note 7 pro. And the charger adapter has suddenly stopped working. Purchase was in the month of may.

      My mobile got bend in 10 months use and xiaomi denied by repairing it. They provide 1 year warranty but they said no warranty on bend phone. I also faced motherboard problem within 3 months of buying the phone. This is defective mobile. I bought it from flipkart. They give me wrong information about mobile that this mobile got bend by falling down if felt down then why my mobile got broken why it got bend from middle area. Lots of people facing the same i have read blogs on google about same problem. It's not my fault it's provider's fault they provide us low quality phone not able to sustain even within warranty period.
      Very unhappy about the flash sale...why can't you just sell some more number of gadgets in 1000 or 2000 rupees rather than 1 rupee...this is too disappointing..
      My xiaomi mobile display not working I am got to service centre but the sell man open my mobile but don't give me job card.
      Then he says your mobile mother board not working and demanding money.

        As i have gone to repair my phone as it was in warranty but the company didn't gave any warranty and didn't repair my phone as they asked for full payment... And behave very rudely... As i have bill of my phone so how they can say it's not in warranty i like to get my phone repaired as soon as possible... They took full details and not doing their work systematically

One phone was received by me at friday morning about installation to install same day. Now i am calling to that no. From tommorw evening na anybody received & response. Now i am handicap. Pl resolve my problem.

            I bought xiaomi mi a2 mobile and there was some charging issues with in one month and its in warranty period. So i visited the xiaomi customer service ameerpet hyd, for servicing. They serviced my mobile and with out any intimation they were changed mi motherboard.
            Present we are facing same issue with charging, so again i visited same branch for servicing (Its in warranty period).
            Reception person compared both invoice and mobile imei number, then she said that this bill is not for this mobile. Then i said last time we faced same issue so u people did service. Then she checked last time service report and she said that, mam last time your mobile mother board was changed so imei number was changed.

            After that she handed over my mobile to service technician. Then after 1 hour he came to me and he said that, mam in this mobile one screw was left so we can't do service.
            After ours discussion he said once we did service then customer have to check mobile.
            Means please tell me how to check that guy has fixed all screws inside of that phone or not.
            I think that he only removed this screw with in this 1hour time or else last time they forgot to fix this screw.

            I trusted your service centre, so last time i have taken my mobile service there. But they people only did mistake like missed fixing screw and changed mother board. Please tell me whose responsibility was it i gave you the phone in very good condition except charging issue. Now some how it was a mistake from your a side and you are blaming me for it...

            Resolution:
            I want service to be done and take a necessary action on who did this mistake.
            Very bad experience. Guys i suggest you all to never trust xiaomi... Never buy anything from them very pathetic after sales service.. Worst service centre at ameerpet hyd.

              I would like to inform you that i have booked mi tv through mi.com and my order number is order id: [protected]. The product was suppose to reach me 1st of october. Till date it has not reached ti surprisingly there is no information anywhere on the site and customer care e mail i'd has not acknowledged any of my mail which i had send 15 times till now. I tried contacting on toll free number but ivr has no option where i can talk to executive online. Then i went to chat section several times but most of the time it has been informed to me that some one will contact me in 24 hours but till now nobody called me. I tried on twitter but they are big bluffers and cheaters and has harassed me but did nothing.

                  I have searched mi.com on chrome and google shows me redmiflashsale.in as first priority. I have clicked the site and site opens and i ordered redmi note 7 pro for rs. 1899. I payed the amount through paytm and ruppees has been deducted from my account as transaction was successful as message came from paytm. But about order i'd, order confirm or not, there is no confirmation from your end for which i still waiting and want a solution. I have ordered on 4th october. Please help.

                    My name is hariram from tamilnadu - india.
                    I purchased mi tv 4c pro on december-2018.
                    In july 2019, tv was not worked (Picture not visible) and complained to official portal. Mi service engineer checked and found picture circuit had been replaced. After replacement of circuit board, picture quality got too worst (Dull and less clarity)
                    I registered an several complaint's and service engineer came and checked. He suggested to change the setup box. We replaced 6 set up boxes. Eventhough tv picture quality doesn't't improved. The same setup working well in another tv.
                    Service team not ready to find rootcause for this issue. Since their only focus is to change or repair the circuit board. They are not ready make fault tree analysis.

                    I am totally dissatisfied about service of mi.
                    I feel too bad and i want your top official involvement.

                    Or else please replace my tv with new one.

                      I have registered a complaint on Saturdays 28th September 2019 and every day since then I am receiving a call from the customer care just inquiring about the complaint and I'm repeating myself day in and out .it has been 3 working days n there is no progress.. I had been to the service centre in jayanagar, bangalore on 18th Sept, the first service and further which the volume buttons arent working,
                      The systems hangs and after placing a call the system has to be rebooted if not it does not work. I am still under the warranty period and yet i stand a clear product replacement for any hardware issues.the registered number is +91-[protected]. The personnel who spoke to me the previous day said that it would be resolved by today afternoon and it been 3 hours since 12:00pm and yet not one call nor a message or a email.i am presently phone less an the product is in the service centre. The service centre has changed the hardware part -the volume buttons even after I have clearly specified them not to change it replace it . the issue of problems have increased after the very first service which I gave and I need an immediate action to resolve the issue

                          Sometimes it happens that my phone becomes out of reachable while i m using and suddenly if only when i reboot my device this problem solves. Again and again it happens regularly. I have a serious issue with this. Kindly have a look as soon as possible. And whenever i m telling such issue to the service centre, they are telling that it will happen, you have to suffer. As a customer, i cant expect such problems with such a good device redmi note 7 pro.

                                I have raised service request no. Tvin[protected] for repairing my 55 inch mi smart tv which is in warranty but service center executive told this tv fault is out of warranty and share me the repair estimation cost rs.32000/- and now new tv cost is rs.35000/-. I don't know on what basis they calculate this estimation and why it is not covered under warranty.
                                Redmi note 6 pro display is not available for replacement, and they are not saying fix date to available this product

                                My mi 20000 mah powerbank not charged they show every time low battery signle after 5-6 hour charged

                                  I bought a mobile phone in exchange from their site with an orde id [protected] on 18th september. On 21 september delivery boy cancelled my exchange. So refund will be given. According to xiomi policy it takes 5 to 7 day it takes to reach warehouse but it's 10th it's still not reached to their warehouse. They are making fool like it's dispatched to bhiwandi, received at bhiwandi again and again same thing happening...

                                    I sent my scooter in for a warranty repair in june, 2019. It is now 5 months later and they have yet to send me my product.
                                    Every time i reach out to customer care they give me the same reply of they are not getting any information from the service center.
                                    I ask them for the information to the service center. They are not allowed to give me any contact information.
                                    They sent my scooter to the wrong address after months of no updates. I reach back out to find my scooter and they tell me it is delivered. Im asked to where. The delivered to the wrong address. I still to this day do not have my scooter and when i call or email, i get the same repsonse. "we have not gotten an update from the service center"
                                    They act as if they are helpless and are trying everything possible.
                                    Why is the service center so hard to get a hold of and why should a customer be complaining for 5 months with no resolution.
                                    My led MI TV which was purchased two months ago invoice No FAB8CV[protected] DATED 11/06/2019 NOT STARTED LAST TWO DAY. PLEASE ARRANNGE TO SERVICE TO LIVE UNDER TWO YEARS WARRANTY

                                      I am writing this mail because i am completely helpless due to response from mi services team.
                                      I bought a mi tv 4 a pro 43 inch (Serial no.- 19310/[protected] a month ago. Suddenly i found a crack in display. I called for warranty replacement but mi team denied for the same. As such there is no trail of physical damage. The service engineer told me that even if you will place a finger on screen this will damage a display. My question: is this the quality of mi products?
                                      Also engineer agreed on the point that there is no trail or spot or sign of impact on screen. Still the said this will not cover under warranty.
