    Hi,

    I was purchased mi TV last week, at time of buying All the HDMI ports are working. But day by day all the 3 HDMI ports are not working. I registered the complainant via online. But yet to visit the doorstep engineer. They are calling but no one is visit till the date.

        I have raised a complain( token no. M1320153) about repair my TV which is with in warranty period. Already 1.5 months over. But xiaomi team didn’t resolve the problem yet. And day on day they are making the excuses !
        Even I hav taken multiple followup. But no resolution is given by xiaomi team.
        Kindly look into this matter !
        Xiaomi company is looking like a fraud company.
        I am seriously really sad for xiaomi services !

          Please fix your way to redeem Mi coins in your Get Apps app back to normal and easy to use. Remove waiting time and time boundations of 10am/3pm, also remove the captcha option. Make it basic just click and redeem that's it as simple as that. Currently it is frustrating and causing hatred towards your company Mi, if I now shifted towards any other brand and left Mi forever this arrogance done by Mi which is hindering us and not letting us redeem will be no.1 reason. You have freaking annoyed me to the max. I've tried not to write any slangs in this complaints, it's getting very difficult to contain anger your company is building within us by your tricks. Please fix the Mi coins redeem back like it was in 2019.

                    I purchased Mi Qled on this 8 June month. After checking all details and information about it's functionality, I came to know that it's having remote issues.
                    Later on within 5 days I made a complaint about it and no one came to my house till 6 days passed. Executive came on 28th June and said it's having remote issues . Then three days later he came again with remote and it doesn't works. He said your TV is having hardware issues and it must be replaced. Since then I am still waiting for someone to update me about my issues but no response.
                    I want my refund back now.
