Its been 30 days since i submitted my device (poco x3 pro) in the xiaomi service center.
my phone died on 29/12/2022 and i submitted my phone on 30/12/22 which is right after next day they told me that it will take 8-12 working days to repair your phone i waited for 12 days and i didn't recieve any update from the xiaomi team or service center then i filed a complaint on 13th january 2022 then poco customer care called me and told me to wait and assured me that your problem will be resolved before 25/01/23 once again no response from the team i called them on 25th now they are saying it will take more time and they didnt solved my issue many users in india have faced the same issue and no goverment action has beeen taken againest the company they are looting india only i am a middle class student i used to study on that phone i don't have money to purchase any other phone i purchased that phone at rs 19500 it was a huge amount for me now i request the people of india to stand together and take sudden action againest the poco company

    I purchased a Redmi Note 12 from a distributor. We noticed screen issue the very sae day and informed the distributor next day. He said the screen guard was pressed hard and he changed the screen guard for free and asked to watch for 2 days. Again visited him after two days but he denied any replacement and asked to go to service centre.
    My question is: why would i go to service centre and get the new phone repaired that has flickering screen issue. It must be replaced or my money must be refunded.

      My poco x2 (Xiomi) device is not working after update. facing camera is and touch issue. This is not my fault because There is no physical damage in device and they ask me to change the motherboard of device & this is not happening only with Me, every poco users facing the same, it means this issue is happening by poco company and they should give service free of cost even the Device is out of warranty

        I am ankit jha from mumbai, 1.5years ago i had buyied poco m3 from flipkart and it was working fine but after some time it suddenly automatically reboots and switch on, but after 1 year when warranty expired then they send me a update which i had updated miui 12.5 after that boot problem coming and aslo when miui 13, android 12 update came then after then my device didint swtich on and it became dead, and from last 25 my device is dead, i visited service centre 3 times but no positive response came from them they were telling that the issue is in mother board and they have to replace it which cost 7500 but my concern is that why should i pay the amount the device is dead due to miui software update which came from miui hence xiaomi, so they should repair it, i am from not that rich family so i cant afford mobile yearly, we middle class family invest one time money for any thing due to fianancial problems, if any problems was of from my side then my fault was there to tell them to repair it for free of cost my matter is that they create the problem and they only should fix it .

          I had given my phone to the service center who claims they are tied up with the authorized service Mi centers. However i was given a 6 months warranty on my battery that was changed. I feel like the battery that was fixed is not original due to extreme phone heating and very poor battery back up.

            I am using poco x3 pro smartphone since a year.Since last month after software update i was getting random reboots and now the device is dead and unusable.The device went blank after the warranty period because of software and hardware problems from the company.you can see many x3 pro devices going dead due to motherboard issues on online platforms and they are not addressing it.they want to charge half the money of the smartphone for a technical error from their side..iam a student and i cannot afford such amounts right now.. i was gifted with this smartphone. i need a proper service without any cost since the problem came from the device error.

              Product warranty is not gaven by mi. Product is in the warranty period and extended warranty too taken. But complaining for one half months. No response. Lagging the product support. Every time calling to the mi customer care, they are not attending the complaint in a proper way, and extending the waiting period for 7 days continously.
              Warranty is not providing, the service centre too not have any responsibility in this. All are not willing to gave us the support. The product is still in non usable condition. After purchasing the product this is the second time within one year, the product is malfunctioned without any physical touch. Service technician checked and goes, and the panel fully dead after the checking visit. One month passed no response from any xiaomi india service team. As a customer am following up them for solving my issue.
              Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                It has been more than a month (10 January 2003)

                So please do something so that I can get my phone soon.

                  At the time of launching this phone Mi10i. company promised us that it is the India first 5G enabled phone. but now when 5G is rolled out. this phone is not Supporting 5G. there are 5G Coverage in my area. but my phone is not working on the same. they made us fake promises. All my money gone in vain. I am very disappoint. I got cheated. I bought this phone over other only because they promised 5G.

                    POCO X3 front camera and Speaker not working after new update MIUI Version 13.0.1 Stable. Main camera is OK. But when we shift to Selfie Camera It hangs. I went to MI Service Centre. They told that Main Board should be replaced, which estimate up to INR. 12, 000/-. I approached many service centres, they said that this problem was caused due to latest update of MIUI Version. POCO X2, X3 phones are affected badly due to this update. Many lost their Selfie Camera. Some lost their speakers too. MI should fix the problem. Either they should release a new update which can recover the problem or they should replace or compensate the users issues. Overall performance of the Phone POCO X3 is very good. So we expect a speedy remedy for the issue.

                      Dear MI team,

                      I had put complaint to your team on 6th dec-22 for my TV display issue as checked by your technician. It has told to me that will get resolved in 10 working days, but not resolved same and got extended up to 30 th dec-22. Even after 30th dec-22 issue not yet resolved and i had called your customer care number of time before 30th and after 30 th dec-22 to expedite issue, but false commitment by them.
                      Back end team is not working on issue and they are least bother about resoluving issue and even talk to customer once even after my number of request for call back on status updates.
                      I had waited almost one month and i can't wait further more, if spare part/ inventory issue please replace my tv with new one as my tv is within warranty period.
                      This type service in warranty period is not tolerateable. Try to understand my pain waiting from one month to watch tv.
                      My children of 5 year age also asking daily about tv status but i am not answer able, he is watching mobile instead of tv now days and his eyes are getting pain and he is total disturbed by watching mobile. It will affect his behavior and little changes in behavior we are observing. And i am also frustrated with your customers care behavior and no solution in their words.
                      They are (customer care?)saying they can't do any more else than taking complaint, they are bother about resolving complaint or arranging call with back end team.

                        It's been almost 2 months since I submitted my Poco X3 Pro to Mi Muzaffarpur Service Center, and still I haven't received the device they don't have the parts nor are they ready to replace my device and there are many cases where the issue persists even after replacing the entire motherboard. If Poco India doesn't have resources to repair such faulty motherboards manufactured by them it's not my lookout why would the customer suffers I've already raised a complaint on 22
                        November still my issue isn't resolved, and I've started to challenge this unfit professional misfit through legal framework as the poco support is just extending timelines upon timelines and vaguely answering without any confirmed date and update.

                        I got a call from the service centre on 10th Jan 2023, after talking to the Senior Poco Customer care executive on 6th Jan 2023, that my phone has been repaired and is ready to be picked up. The part storage issue from poco was the worst issue I have ever faced from a smartphone brand. But finally, after submitting my phone on 7th Nov 2022 and 65 days, I got my phone back on 10th Jan 2023.

                          My POCO X3 phone got dead after MIUI software update on 7th December 2022. I raised a complain on 8th December 2022 (Docket no. 4084609) on www.consumerhelpline.gov.in but there is no positive response got from Xiaomi India Team as well Consumer Forum. The company do not want to take any responsibility for damaging the phone due to software update.

                          The phone is out of warranty, purchased on[protected] and they charge repairing cost a lot.

                          I raised another complain and demand for a discount but the Company didn't get any discount.

                          I am surprised that what Consumer Forum is doing they don't support the customer and given permit to the Company to take any decision and Consumer Forum do not interfere.

                              I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the service I have received for my Poco X3 pro. As a busy professional, my phone is a vital tool for me to stay connected and productive. When it stopped working, it caused major disruptions to my work and personal life. To make matters worse, the service centre told me that it would take a whole month to fix the issue. This is unacceptable and has caused me great stress and anxiety. Not being able to rely on my phone has caused me to miss important calls and messages, and has even caused me to lose out on potential business opportunities. Furthermore, I have come to understand that the Poco X3 Pro has a manufacturing defect that has affected multiple users. It is unacceptable for a company to sell faulty products and not take responsibility for it. I trusted POCO to provide me with a reliable and high-quality product, and I feel let down and betrayed by the lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I demand a replacement phone with the same configurations as soon as possible. This is not just about the inconvenience I am facing, but about the trust I had placed in your brand and the money I spent on a supposedly reliable product. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter, as the delay in service and the faulty product has caused me a great deal of stress and frustration.                                 MI 40 INCH Television Warranty related issues

                                I purchased a television Mi TV 4A ( 40INCH )on 15-Jul-2022 and I raised a complaint on Power on issues in Sep 2022(TV Serial Number: 33741/C[protected]).                                   My phone Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G caught fire and got damaged. I am lucky that the phone didnt explode otherwise it may have risked mine and my family's life. As per Xiaomi this damage is out of warranty and they have refused to do any replacement or compensation.
                                  They are saying that you can pay 70% amount if you want to purchase a new phone of the same model.

                                    I have purchased Redmi 50inch smart TV in Oct'22 and it went faulty in Nov'22. Complaint has been registered and the technical person has physically visited my home on 28-Nov-2022 and taken videos and left saying unit is faulty and need to be repaired/replaced. Initially commitment was to resolve my issue in first week of Dec'22 but I did not get any kind of response from Xiaomi. Later in Dec'22 first week myself again called customer service([protected]) and they said by 12th Dec it would be resolved, I have waited till the date given and no further action has been taken. Again I have called on 12 Dec to customer care and got update that by 23rd Dec issue would be addressed. Till now no one has approached/contacted me to address this issue.

                                    Multiple times I have called customer care, sent multiple reminders to (service.[protected]@xiaomi.com, grievance.[protected]@xiaomi.com,
                                    [protected]@xiaomi.com) every time they say only one word issue is with backend team and they haven't updated the details they will call back me and at end on one calls me.

                                    If the spare part is not available why the entire unit is not getting replaced or else amount is not refunded back by taking back the faulty TV which is under warranty.
