I have Bought two POCO M2 Phones (6GB, 128GB) on the same day (11/04/2020) one of the set is going very good but the other one is at the worst condition. Out of no-where one day | realized that the phone's battery is puffed little bit and not the condition is worst. | visited the Local Xiaomi Service Center with that problem but they are just giving me the same reply that they don't have the battery yet for a month almost. | also said them that | am providing all the battery replacement amount as an advance but still they said me that if | submit (handover) them my phone they can settle that matter within 3 to 4 working days. Now at that condition | don't have any standby device what should | do?

Secondly why is the battery been puffed. All my friends whom | recommended that phone all their phone is at super condition but why mine. | am Filing a Complaint to Xiaomi to look into that matter as I am very scared that at any condition if the phone blast or any other disaster happens, will the company take the responsibility
Still now I have not got a single reply
requesting Xiaomi to fast resolve the issue

    Dear sir

    I have purchased a redmi note 10 pro max in June/July last year as redmi was undoubtedly the most trusted brand but it was a complete blunder within two or three months I faced a problem related to the battery of the phone, so I went to the Redmi service Centre where they took my phone for a day after one day I went back to get my phone as they have promised to give the phone back to me after one day so with this anticipation, I went there and the customer care manager who was sitting gave me back my phone but the problem remained unsolved. It was pathetic but anyhow I have to give my phone back to customer care for the repairing, This time they took my phone for 10 days and promised me that they will not repeat this error as I am a college student hence the phone is vital to me and crucial in my daily activities As I do the part-time job In a restaurant it is tough for me to do my thing without a phone but I do not have any other option rather putting on my phone to them. After 10 days when I went there to collect my phone back, the problem still did not completely solve. But anyhow I took my phone from them because I was scarcely able to do my work and studies without a phone, but within a few months, I faced a camera issue in which the screen got greenish while capturing the images it was a great headache for me to click pictures. I went to the service centre again for this problem to get solved. They vowed to unravel this issue within five days and this time they did it, after one or two months, I again encountered the front camera issue in which my camera failed to capture images from the front. This time I was so frustrated I was so vexed But I was so vulnerable I went again and uttered my crisis to them. This time, they abused me. I requested est them to solve my problem as soon as possible but they were again repeating the same sentence that they used to say that they will keep my phone for five days and then afterwards they will change the motherboard of the phone and it will take some time but being a college student as I have already spoken of; it was so hard to live without my phone so I did not give my phone to them so after this, I just wanted to tell to you that what I faced. The customer service is miserable and disgusting. They do not esteem the customers. In this scenario, the only thing that I can anticipate from you is justice. I want compensation for the suffering I have been through it. Gracious do some needful. Otherwise mindlessly I have to file a complaint against the whole Redmi community and of course against the service centre.

        I have purchased xiaomi 11t pro 5g just 3 month back & i am facing a issue in it & service center also mention that the phone has battery or motherboard issue but for that i have to leave my phone atleast 12 days i am a college student & a just 3 month old phone has such type of manufacturing fault & for that the customer has to suffer. I request Xiaomi to kindly get in touch with service center & order that parts so i could submit my phone & repaired asap .

          My phone is Poco X3 and its 2 years old (out of warranty) since September after i received MIUI 13 update, my front camera, ultrawide camera stopped working and within few days my both the speakers started working and I am in a stage where the primary function of phone cannot be used which is calling someone, i need to carry my Bluetooth earphones everywhere for calling purpose.

          I did reach out to service centre and they say it would cost me 9k for motherboard replacement for a problem that has occurred from the company. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest as i am in no state to take a new phone

            Without any physical damage or anything my mobile got dead. When I went to service center, they ask me rupees 8000 to get it repair. How can I spend such a large amount for a 15000 rupees phone. Warranty period is over in this April. Please help me to find a better solution for this. How can I trust to buy your mobiles in this way. This is not from my side issue. Please help me to find a more affordable or replacement solution .

              I have bought mi 11t pro 20 days back and battery lasts for 20hrs without any usage.
              As 5000mah it should last for 45hrs atleast but it didn't.

                  Hi,
                  I have experienced worst customer service experience and super slow complaint resolution with MI TV India.I have raised several complaints, many times even the technician was not assigned, and when technician is assigned he called and told he will visit the next day after the assigned due slot but now he has not visited.Also on contacting customer service I have got to know that technician has ordered a TV part without even visiting and seeing my TV and that part will come after 10 working days so I have to wait 10-15 days more.I have escalated this issue with customer service they raised 2 further complaints 3 working days ago but there is no further follow ups and no resolution provided.I have been waiting since 20-25 days for the technician to visit my house and tell me the issue.I am ready to pay for the seevice and repair but still I have to wait a month just for technician to check out the issue with my tv.Thanks Mi for this pathetic experience.

                    Purchase the phone on 24/10/2022 got the mobile phone today 28/10/2022 my product model is Redmi Note 10 Pro Max-6GB-128GB. IMEI no. is [protected]. They sent me the defective mobile phone, after opening the seal, I simply switch on the phone after few minutes the phone screen started blinking and suddenly phone screen went black. so I called mi customer service but they denied home pickup they said I have to visit service centre and the service center is very far from here. I made huge mistake ordering from Mi official store, worst service, worst customer care .

                        I visited Xiomi India Belagavi Customer care on 22-10-22 to repair my Xiomi 9 prime smart phone.

                        The phone was not checked for the defects nor debugged for the issue. When asked, received reply saying "No patience to check the phone".

                        Phone was returned back to me as is in non-operational state.

                        Moreover I was forced to make payment of Rs 120 as part of service charge and no receipt was provided.

                        This is purely corruption, as the payment was made to personal UPI and not to official company account.

                        When asked for the same, i was abused and threatened customer care personal and was asked to leave.

                        I therefor seek strict action against the company and the customer care in Belagavi.

                          It has been not one year since I have purchased my phone and its motherboard has been destroyed and they have told that it will take 14 days to repair the phone. It has been one week I did not even get an update about my phone. their working is very delay and not at all giving any update information about the phone

                            My MI smart TV stopped working suddenly after 13 months of purchasing. I was asked to book service repair request and I did the same. The service engineer came and checked and informed that panel is not working. Later my TV was replaced after about 10 days of calling up the service agency people.
                            In a day only I felt that the replacement TV is not getting updated. It took me 6 days to update it. And just after 8days of replacement the replaced TV also stopped working. Again I had to book service request, engineer came told again there is problem in panel.
                            It's been more than 15days I haven't got any replacement or any other solution to my problem.
                            I have written so many mails to Xiaomi but nothing has happened still.
                            It's been more than a month that I am not getting any solution. Their customer care number is of no use... It doesn't work properly and there is no use of chat as you are talking to a robot that has solution to only a limited queries.

                              Myself Chhotu Singh, my mobile is in warranty period device name is Redmi 10 prime, model 21061119BI WITH IMEI no. - [protected]; Right now my mobile is suffering from network issue in which no service is showing due to this issue I visited my nearby service center situated at Sec-4 branch, Bokaro. I want to share this information as I am a victim (consumer) of bad behavior shown by the service center employees. First of all they I have observed that, they don't even know what to do in this situation as they told that mobile is having some software problem and reset my phone due to which I have lost my personnel data, after then when they observed that tower is still not working then they suggested me by saying that they think that it might be a hardware issue and come after 10 days as they don't have related parts to repair.
                              Sir, I want to ask you is that possible to work without mobile in today's world. Sir, due to service center issue most of the people are moving to buy other phones. This became every consumer issue but the problem is not shared to you because most of the middle-class family is having this MI phone but due to lack of education, they are not able to share the information.

                              Therefore, I urge you Sir please do the needful action.

                                Severe lag on installation of new sept 2022 update on k50i 5g with YouTube, Google & Play Store specially not working can't open new app or download then. Camera lag can't view photo after clicking instantly and severe heat after camera screen freeze.

                                  MI is the one of the biggest Fraud brand, never choose buying MI TV.

                                  It's been just 3 months we purchased TV and the display stopped showing up any content. We have been following up with CROMA online and MI TV for more than 45 days now and there's no proper response.

                                  If MI look into this and resolve my issue, I'll update the same here. But if yu feel why all this hassel least you can purchase Amazon basics TV which is way great than this.

                                    I purchased a product from Mi store, it was an adapter(fast charger) and a cable for charging.On using it I noticed the adapter as well as my cellphone device was heating at an abnormal level. On visiting the store, the lady checked it again where my phone started showed similar results. In spite of that she denied of any defect to the product saying it's normal. I contacted the Xiaomi customer support to register about the issue where they claimed Xiaomi has a no refund policy (which is no where mentioned clearly neither on the invoice not on the website) but I found their global policy saying if customer is not satisfied with the product on getting intonation from the customer the refund is initiated. I demand a refund for the products purchased by me so I can discontinue the use of this company products as customer safety is their least priority.

                                      I buy poco X2 in 1/08/2020 but after 2 year using the poco lettest official upadate i updating my camera and touchscreen note working. when I go to service centre he told me he is lettest software problem that's reasons you change the motherboard. And his cost 8399. He fully company fully responsible. So company device free repair and replacement.
