        Most humbly I would like to state that I had placed an order with MI store for phone- REDMI 11i HYPERCHARGE 5G, 6GB RAM, 128GB STORAGE STEALTH BLACK for Rs24999 with exchange of my old phone REDMI NOTE 5 PRO on 12th October 2022. The amount of the phone after exchange offer reduced to Rs17529. However, at the time of delivery on 15th October, the delivery boy refused to deliver MI phone stating that the old phone under exchange offer could not be accepted due to the reason that it has a damaged screen. In this regard, I would like to state that at the time of placing order the exchange offer does not specify the condition of the phone to be exchanged i.e. MI exchange icon does not specify the condition for exchange as is available on other E-COMMERCE website. However, the condition of my phone is absolutely okay it has a minute screen damage i.e it is very much functional. As I was waiting for the phone for the last 3 days and on hearing that the delivery boy going to delivery the phone I deleted all data from my old phone. Non delivery of REDMI 11i HYPERCHARGE 5G, 6GB RAM, 128GB STORAGE STEALTH BLACK has caused harassment to me as I have no other means to take backup of my data. I, therefore, request you to look into matter and get REDMI 11i HYPERCHARGE 5G, 6GB RAM, 128GB STORAGE STEALTH BLACK delivered to me at the earliest. Thanking you in anticipation. Hoping for an early action.

          I had complained on the 21st regarding the broken front brush & also complained that the demo person could not explain all the features as he said that this is a new model & he is not aware of all the functions.
          I purchased the machine on the 18th & still cannot use it because of the demo delay, also the broken brush has still not come.
          In the first place I dont understand why the brush should break the next day only, does this reflect on the quality of your products.
          I don't understand why you send staff who are not trained for giving a demo.
          Also when the company doesn't have spare parts why do they launch and advertise the product.
          How would you feel as a customer if you have purchased a product for Rs.30000/- and cant use it only because the company doesn't have a person to give a demo.
          Till Today nothing has been done, neither have I got the spare part nor the demo, I have been complaining by email as well as phone but I have not got any definite answer.I would strictly advise customers not to buy prodicts from this company.
          Please resolve this problem

            Service center related complaint

            In Dec last year, I had my Mi 11 ultra's display repaired; after that, it was working fine, but recently I've been experiencing issues, such as WiFi and hotspot not working, then call echoing, and then my speakers stopped working last weak. I then visited the service center in Bareilly. Afterwards, they tried software, and then I found out that the last time I got my phone repaired, they closed the back panel with an addesive of the Redmi...

            Hello Mi team,
            Purchased Mi TV 4x 65 Inch directly from Xiaomi Technology India Pvt Ltd - ONLINE on 21st Oct 2019 for Rs: 54, 999 + Mi Extended Warranty of 2-yrs for 1, 499.00 vide Order No:[protected]. Warranty covers 1-year Product warrant from 21st Oct 2019 to 20th Oct 2020 + Mi Extended Warranty starts from 21st Oct 2020 to 20th Oct 2022.

            But your one assist is not able to see my extended warranty. When have chat with mi.com, the person verified and confirmed extended warranty is valid till 20th Oct 2022. Pls check and resolve the grey patch mark on white background on the screen.
            Also have raised 8 to 10 complaints with Mi service [protected] & Mi One assist [protected] but no action or response - they just closing the tickets or complaints. Had a online chat with Mi support agent and he confirmed the Extended warranty is valid till 20th Oct 2022.

            But Mi support team are not resolving the issue on mi TV 4x 65 inches grey patch mark on white background on the screen.

                  I have purchased Xiaomi smart TV in Nov 2021, after connecting to Airtel DTH setup box TV start working fine. After 2 months there is problem when we start the TV. As we on the TV disturbance come to screen then we need to restart the TV and then it disappears.
                  We contacted service center various time, they never replied politely and never solved our issue. meanwhile, we also changed our setup box twice to resolve it but didn't work. Now whenever we go to service center, they say problem is in setup box.
                  In this Nov 2022 the warranty period will be expired, after which service center will charge to resolve the issue and replacement of TV would not be made.
                  WE WANT OUR TV UNIT SHOULD BE REPLACED WITHIN GIVEN TIME PERIOD. i.e., BEFOR NOVEMEBER 2022.

                    My name is Sohail. I am a regular customer of Xiaomi from the past 5 years. I am a Diamond class user with 2833 Mi VIP Points.
                    I have never had this horrible experience with Xiaomi earlier. As there was some technical error while ordering from my Mi Id I ordered the phone from my brothers Mi Id.
                    I ordered Redmi K50i 5g Mobile, (8+256) Stealth black color with an exchange of my Redmi K20 Pro (6+128) (which was also earlier brought from Mi Store). Before ordering online i visited the local offline Mi store and asked the exchange price. The salesman downloaded cashify app enetered all the details checked my phone physically and told me the value would be 9500 Rs. But as there was no additional discount offer on the local offline store i decided to order online.
                    As there was no exchange available on my current address i sent the mobile to Aurangabad near my brother where the exchange was available.
                    But at the time of delivery the delivery guy rejected my old phone and the reason he gave was, the phone has scratches on the side frame. I told him that it was obvious that the phone would have scratches on the side frame cz its a old phone and its used. But there is no scratch on the screen. The screen is new in condition. The phone is in working condition as that was the only thing mentioned while ordering. Obviously there would be minor signs of wear and tear due to the use of the phone. But the delivery guy was not ready to accept it. I told him this is not done. I have already seen the exchange of Amazon.in & Flipkart.in and they just reduce the amount as per the phone's condition. And i am ready to pay the difference amount of 500 Rs. How do you expect the phone to be without a single scratch. But he said we only accept phones which are 3-4 months used.
                    I then contacted the Mi Helpline no. twice and they made my experience more horrible by just asking me the details as my name, my registered mobile no., My email id, my address, each and every time i call and they started annoying me with all the formal talks but were not ready to notice the real problem. During the first call the lady on the phone told that she sent a text message and i should upload my phone's photo's on that, i repeatedly asked her to spell out the link as i did not received the message but she never bothered. I never got the message neither she spelled the link.
                    Then i raised a request from My Mi Store App. In Accounts Section through Contact us option. There i was not allowed to add a message of more than 200 characters. I wrote as short as possible entered the details. Uploaded the photos. And sent it.
                    Then next day i received the mail and it said dont reply. In that mail they accepted that my phone is in working condition. But now what should i do? How should i exchange the phone?
                    And i am again mentioning that the phone is in working condition. It turns on. Its touchpad is working. It calls and does all ths functions. There is no cracked screen or physical damage. There are only some minor scratches on the body. How can u reject a phone on the basis of scratch.
                    I[censored] never intend to exchange the phone why just advertise all this. And its terrible that no one cares. I got a call from xiaomi for the order confirmation. Then i requested them to send me a mail about the reason of cancellation so i can take some action as i paid the amount and still they aren't delivering. But they refused bluntly that we cant send a mail. And said thank u for ur time. I request you to kindly take a look into the matter and please help me as soon as possible. This is ths first time i am so disappointed with the service of Xiaomi.

                          I have bought the above mentioned TV from Amazon on 16th April, 2021 bearing Amazon Order#[protected]. Just after completion of almost 1 year, the display of the TV was not working (only sound was audible) i.e., on 2nd September 2022. There is no any physical damage from my side. Acutally we have 2 years period of warranty for display panel.
                          So, I have called the Xiaomi India customer care on 3rd September 2022 and informed regarding the situation requested for service vide token number M4696026 for the above mentioned TV bearing Product Serial No:31372/c[protected]. Then they have sent the MI technician named Karunakar (Contact No [protected]) on 5th September 2022 to inspect the TV. He removed the back cover of the TV and confirmed that the display is not working and a small dot/stain due to removal of sticker is observed behind the panel near Left side bottom. So technician told me that he will intimate the same to their company through mail and will be covered under warranty as it is below 2 years period. But when i called him after 2 days he told me that their company has rejected to cover the display under warranty as their is a small dot like thing. They are rejecting as their is a rust stain, it could not be covered under warranty. But there is no mistake either there is no physical of liquid damage from my side.
                          So I have argued with the Xiaomi India customer care Supervisor Agent Srihari, Siddipet District Incharge Manager Pavan and asked them to please verify once again in clarity and then take decision as there is no mistake from either end. So he told me to raise repair request once again after closing the previous token. Then I have once again raised request vide token number M4796386 on 20th September'2022.
                          This time again a new MI technician named Ramesh ( Contact Number [protected]) came and he also opened the back cover of the
                          TV unit and without checking itself he told that display cannot be covered under warranty and only repair could be done. So I asked him to connect to his manager and then I spoke to Pavan (Siddipet District Manager) and he convinced me to wait for 2 days so that he will atleast try to repair the tv instead of warranty. So, I was even ready for that and was eagerly waiting. But there is no response, so I went to MI store and spoke to Pavan Manager, then he told me that again there is a rejection from their company and he can't do anything. So I thought to speak with Customer care but they are not responding. I have even tried to contact them through mail on 28th September 2022, but still there is no response.
                          Therefore I request to please discuss with the company and try to either replace the tv display unit or atleast repair it from their end.

                            We just purchased a Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Mop 2 Pro on 18/09/22,

                            The box was opened on 21.09.22 evening as the service person came for a demo, he finished the demo by around 10 pm after which the machine was rested on the dock.The person who came for the demo also was not knowledgeable and I had complained about the same, he kept saying that this is a new model & the software is also updated so he had yet to understand all the functions.
                            Next morning when I got up I saw that a part of the front brush was lying on the floor next to the robot, I was shocked & disappointed as we had hardly used it and so soon a part of the front brush came out, I took a photograph & send it to the distributor & he sent me a what's app saying that I should go on the website & check if the part is available, once again I was shocked that something happens overnight & the dealer expects us to go on the website & find out whether it is available or not, this is very unfair.

                            After researching so many robotic cleaners for more than a month I finally decided to buy this one & it has come as a great disappointment ..
                            I have complained so many times & send so many emails but till date my problem is not resolved, everytime I am told that the part has been ordered for. Imagine not being able to use a new machinea becuase o[censored]navailability of parts & demo from day One.
                            please do the needful at the earliest & replace this machine or have my money refunded as I wouldn't want to keep a machine which has started giving problems from the first day.

                              Both front and rear Cameras Are Not Working. I went to service Center and They told me that the mother board is dead and we need to replace it.
                              they told me the charges of changing of motherboard is 8399.

                                I bought this TV online (through Mi portal) in February 2021 with extended warranty. In September the TV could not be switched on. I went to their store in Express Mall - they flatly refused to help me saying that only if I bought from them they would help. I had to go through a most convoluted process to get somebody to attend. Finally after 3 technicians had come and gone - I was lucky to get someone who understood the repair process and told me the sensor was gone and replaced it immediately. Eleven months later the same problem is there and I cannot get redressal. They are not responding at all in spite of formal complaints. I would strongly advise customers not to buy this product because after sales service is very poor. This is in spite of an 'extended warranty' for 3 years.

                                  Greetings of the day!

                                  This is inform that I bought one redmi note 10 from Amazon Aqua green 6gb/128 GB in 15000 rs approx on 09/06/2021
                                  Since the day I bought it, it was working fine and after few months its start hang and call got paused in the middle of the call .so I always clean my phone with cleaner app and it start working again proper.
                                  But one day when I was speaking to someone on phone the phone has 45% battery, phone got blank and never start .than I visit to suci solution nehru place on 28/02/2022 the check the phone and said mainboard got failed and its needs to be replaced and than send me job sheet and change the phone mainboard and imei number.. and ask me not to update phone .I said okay
                                  And again I start using the phone again take the back up again and install all my applications and start using again and suddenly after 3-4 days the phone again suddenly off again on 3/3/22 and did not turn up..I went again to suci solution and met jasleen again, and ask them to change the mainboard not to repair it or put old mainboard they assure me that it will never happen again..as it's some technical problem. They repaired and I have again spend 3-4 hours and than took the handset home..and I also request them to change the handset rather than change the mainboard again and again..
                                  They said now there will be no issue again.
                                  I start using again did all the things again and again after 1.5 month the phone suddenly blank on 16 may 2022 when I was on call ..
                                  Than I again I have visited their on my very busy day .I have spend more than 2000 rs only on travel just to repair my phone 4 -5 times visited ..
                                  I have spoken to jasleen why its happening again and again ..today it's in warranty so u r doing it free for 3 times when it will become out of warranty than what I will do .they said this will happend for the last time even we are also surprised why its happening. I ask them to replace my handset to new ..as they already change my imei number and mainboard three times ..
                                  They assure me and said this will not happen again for sure .that repair person come outside from service center and jasleen also assured me dont worry.
                                  I told them I am working ..my Phone has some important applications which needs to on everytime and important for my work.i have to waste my time and money also.. than they took the set with them for three days and they call me on 19 may to pick the set as the phone is okay now...than on 4th day I visited there again and bring that set again and start using again now 15 September 2022 after using that 3 months the same problem happens again .
                                  Than spoke to mi customers care first same about this case and they have ask me to visit the suci solution and make fresh service record sheet and keep that open for 24 working hours and they will help me to do repair that set from service center and they will talk internally and try to resolve my issue and again for the 5th time I went to suci solution and meet jasleen and handover the set her and said it's off again..what should I do now .
                                  The warranty finish and told them that u guys assured many times that it will not damaged again..now what should I do ..my 15000(price phone)+2000 rs approx travel expenses to suci solution for 5-6 times round fare spend by me wasted..
                                  She took the handset from me and took it inside the room where they repairs. She came after one hour with the set and said mam same problem again u have to pay 118 rs and 10000 rs i[censored] want to on this phone otherwise we will not do anything.
                                  I told her why its happend again u guys assured me thrice that it not happend again ..I am not gonna pay any single penny to mi service
                                  And I want my set needs to be repaired or need to exchange the handset .
                                  If they told me this things in the beginning only (first time)to repair and sell the handset .so I am not able to work properly since 10 days approx my phone is not working my work is hampering. Who will be responsible for this..
                                  If my set did not repaired free of cost by next week I am gonna complaint to consumer court and next email will be cc to them only..
                                  Its height of having patience and they all playing with me like hell.

                                  I need a resolution on urgent basis
