[Resolved] Xiaomi India — defective repaired phone | |||
Team, I bought a phone redmi note 3 from the xiaomi in june 2016 and also a mi protect for 1 year...in march 2017 i got my phone repaired from them under warranty... But now in the month of nov i again faced the issue with the phone... I went to the mi centre and they told me its out of warranty and you need to pay for it... But when they opened the phone there were screws missing from the phone.. When i asked them about it they said in march your phone was fixed by one assist and not xiaomi so you talk to them... And when i contacted one assist they say xiaomi certifies the service centre at which we reapired your phone... Now wanted to ask xiaomi and one assist how can i trust the repair they have done to my phone with screws missing from the phone...
