I had purchased a redmi 2 4g and this phone has no support for 4g from the date i purchased this phone this is running android kitkat 4.4.4 and company says india no.1 company i say worst company in india if i found any one is purchasing a mi company phone i will personaly make sure he dont buy it and share my pathetic experience. Worst company i just dont understand that why they cant pass a software for redmi 2 4g i think that i should higher a lawer and sue them then they will understand what i am trying too say
I bought this mi a1 used only for a two days noticed there is a gap between display and the panel.i informed them on 10th day itself, they are saying we are not responsible for this .Really very worst mi.com .not giving a replacement and refund also .     Date of purchase : 27.05.2017,
    Ingram case [incident:[protected]]4 the matter has not been resolved to our satisfaction. The communication with xiomi and bhatia is still open. The statement by xiomi which reads as "xiaomi shall provide free of charge repair and/or replacement services within the warranty period". The above statement is not fulfilled on the grounds of misleading/confused and incorrect statements from valsad and surat xiomi service centers. Valsad service center states that the circuit is burnt hence warranty has expired and surat center states that phone has been opened at unauthorized center and hence warranty has expired. Both the statements are baseless even if true as phone is under warranty period and by no means the company mi can claim/ask for repaiting/service charges. Without wasting any precious time on fruitless and baseless communication, the company has take ownership to get the phone serviced/repaired at no extra cost.

    Company remark : as informed customer earlier through e-mail, the handset was opened by at unauthorized sc. Hence, the same was not covered under warranty. Rajith

    Xiomi phones are the worst phones and the services are horrible with paid services despite warranty. The service center staff including business heads are unco-operative. They does not understand the language of peace and courtsey. Simply bycot redmi phone and spread the message through all social medias like facebook, instagram, twittter and local newspaper.
    My mi a1s lock screen automatically on and off . This process is continuous happening, while my phone not comleted 3 months of owning.
    So, what should I do ?
    Redmi is very worst phone. please don't buy and waste your money

      I kept my phone for charging. While charging screen of my redmi note 4 phone got cracked. My phone is under warranty. Person of the service center and from call center of mi say its a physical damage and you have to pay for it. But how it is a physical damage, the screen automatically cracked while charging. Persons from service center are asking money to diagnose a problem. The phone is under warranty then why do i pay for the same. It's not my mistake. They said it never happened before either phone burns but the screen never cracks. But this happened with my phone in front of me but no one is listening to me. It never happened before that doesn't mean it won't happen.
      So whats next, as i am not ready to pay, the phone is under warranty. What is the solution?
      I have purchase new mobile phone Redmi Note 4 on 2nd August 2017.
      Now its charger not working.
      Charger is under warranty period.
      So please lodge my complaint to either replace or repair my Charger.
      and suggest me where i can get solution.

        I have purchased my new phone that is mi a1 on 3rd of january and they delivered that phone on 7th of january. But through out the time i was facing some issues regarding networks. And i called xiaomi's service center many a times, my calls must be recorded. And then after 10 days of their replacement policy my phone got a new problem that's a battery drain out problem. I don't know how my phone charges in 1 hour and discharges in 2 hours. Its not damaged by any sense, even i have purchased mi protect too with my phone to protect it that costs rs 899. And then i made a complaint about this problem, and they are saying we sorry but your phone's replacement policy is now finished we couldn't help you by this, you may go to xiaomi's customer service center to repair it. So my concern is why this phone is bugged by this battery issue after those 10 days replacement policy. It hasn't been a month i and want my phone to be replaced by a new. I haven't used any emi process or any cash on delivery thing. I have paid the full amount of my phone by net banking.

          Hi team,
          This to keep you posted that i'm trying to call phoeinx mall mi store from last one month for availability of mobile phones however there executives are not picking the call just phone is ringing, when i visited the mi store i asked about phone availability as usual they answered the stock is not available and complained about phone that no one is picking whenever i call to check the availability of the phone stock and they answered that we can not pick the when we are busy in rude tone.

          This is very disappointing that the to way talking to the customer in rude tone.

          My Redmi 3s prime will switch off by itself whenever I connect the charger and also sometimes when using the device. I don't understand what is the problem with it.

          I don't use much application and still sometimes my phone gets hang.

          When will redmi 3s prime gets official miui9
          I purchase MI phone 39daya ago.
          Now I am facing problem not a single application working. When I do something it application get minimise. Today I visit service centre 2 times in a day but is not resolved.
          2 times harrassment still not solve

            I updated my mi a1 today and since upgrading to android oreo, its consuming more battery. It's draining out much faster than when the phone was running on nougat. I am getting around 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs less battery backup than earlier, plz help as i am regretting why did i update my phone, plz send some update to fix this issue.
            I use vodafone 4g and sometime when i switch on my hotspot to share my net it drains out faster.
            I understand that i am using latest android, and 1.5 hr less backup can be comprised but i work and my work is not in those offices where i can plug in my phone i bought this phone because reviews said it will give me good backup and it was, i was so happy to buy this..

            I am not disappointed but it's a complaint, i hope u will understand.

              I gave my mobile in mi service centre for replacing my touch screen. At that time it was having no other problem but after repair my mobile volume down button stopped working. Also, they have not closed my mobile properly. It was opened from one side. When i asked them to close it properly and make the corresponding button ok, they refused to do so and also lied to me that it was not working already. Still as a good customer, i asked them to repair that button by charging extra money the same day. But they refused again to do so and told me that it will take 3-4 days time. I am totally disgusted with the kind of service you are providing in jammu service centre only. How can we trust your brand with such a bad service. Kindly advise.

                My manager - mr. Vivek gupta recently purchased mi a1 (Gold, 64 gb) on 4th january, 2018 through flipkart.

                However, within few days itself, the touch screen of the phone is not working.

                We checked with mi service centre and they confirmed that there is a manufacturing defect in the phone. They will not replace it and can only repair it. The time required for repair is 7 days. How can you expect a businessman to be without his phone for 7 days??

                After having paid so much of money for a brand new phone, how can you expect a customer to use a phone which is new and is defective from day one itself?

                We just want justice, when we have paid full money for the brand new phone, its duty of mi to replace it as there is a manufacturing defect and that too within the warranty period.

                We have written several mails to mi service center. Their only reply is get it repaired at the nearest center which is not at all acceptable.

                  I have purchsed xiomi redmi 4 (Black, 2gb, 16gb) on 3rd january, 2018. Order no. Is[protected]. (Invoice no. 1166145)

                  The phone has battery issue. It could not be fully charged. Battery can only stand for 12 hrs. Even i am not using internet. While using it becomes very hot.

                  This is really critical issue with my phone. Kindly replace my phone with new phone.

                      I am facing battery issue. Even 6 hours doesn't run. I expected mi phones will run at least 12 hours so that i don't need to charge twice in a day. But this was very much unexpected.

                      Also contacts merged with each other. Too much issues with redmi y1 phone. I suggest to all my friends, relatives and colleagues not to buy this brand. I have attached 2 images where "kishan pl" name is showing 3 numbers and if i dial on 3rd number, "virubha" number dialed.

                        I purchased the phone, its was just 1 month old, its stopped working. I visited two authorised service centre, both gave different reasons & charged differently, says that i am out of warranty & i have to pay rs 14k to fix my phone. I called the call centre& mailed them, but they are to reluctant. I asked them for a written confirmation to prove that my phone is out of warranty; which they are not agreeing, but forcefully not fixing my phone in the warranty period.

                          The problem is that few days back the screen of my device mi4i broken, so i gave it to the mi exclusive service centre, c-14, first floor, sec-f, aligang, kapoorthala chauraha universal book center, opp-puma store, but they didn't gave me any reference no for service and after checking the phone they said that the phone's motherboard is defective, ie, they have stolen my motherboard and replaced it with a defective motherboard. I have registered my complaint regarding the same in october 2017, but still no response from them, they are frauds.
                          Mene f cord se 5A 16 gb book kiya tha.magar f cord ke liye token kat gayi par mobile book nhi huva.[protected] ye number mera he muje jaldi javab do please
                          I have purchased mi a1 on 8th Jan 2018 but I haven't got any January patch update, Oreo update.
                          And battery is draining fast even if I don't use it drains around 10-14%.
                          Kindly take strict action against my complaint.i will be very thankful to you.
                          Their are many dead pixels appearing on the screen of my redmi note note 4 .I am still having my warranty period left.

                            Hi,

                            I own a redmi note4 mobile. It has been 6months since the purchase date, now touch screen has stopped responding. I took it to the nearest service center, they reported that there is some fungus inside the phone on the mother board which needs to be replaced and that fungus is due to some water going inside & declared my phone is out of warranty now. Now i had raised concern with the grievance team but no one is ready to respond on that mail.

                              Please avoid to join the illiterate and irresponsible employees in redmi mi stores
                              Worst Xiaomi android Oreo experience too hell with it not even feedback is working. I am really sad getting this phone. Send me the January update and fix this. Or I am not getting another Xiaomi phone in my life

                                Dear sir / madam,

                                With due respect, my mobile redmi S3 had issue of heating, recharging and automatic restart. So I visited MI EXCLUSIVE CENTER at C-14, Garha Bhandar, Kapoorthala Road, Near Kapoorthala Chauraha, Sector F, Aliganj, Lucknow. Service representative informed me that they would change mother board for heating and restart issue with free of cost as my mobile was in warranty but they charged Rs 500/- for recharging issue. It didn't had any issue of paying and repaired my mobile. Next day i realized another problem in my mobile. My mobile have very poor 4G internet service as well as mobile signal (calling and internet) with Reliance service provider, However, my wife mobile have good signal and internet at the same location with mobile of same company and Realiance 4G. I had several calls with your customer care. They had several guide lines checked and found failed like internal setting change, sim change in others mobile, format & reinstall etc. Even though problem not resolved. At the last, customer care informed me that I have issue in my mobile, So I again visited Mi Service center at Kapoorthala, Lucknow. They told that they repaired again my mobile but still I have same issue.
                                Now I hardly can use internet and whenever I call anyone signal and VoLTE symbol disappear. Now my warranty is also over. You are therefore requested to get repair my mobile in warranty because its fault of service center representative.
                                Hope for best possible action in minimum time.

                                The Day I bought this mi Redmi 2 mobile didn't receive a single Android version update ! Company says No.1 mobile company in India . I am totally unhappy with mi brand didn't expect this thanks.

                                  I wouldn't like to do this complaint,
                                  But I have faced a problem,
                                  And I don't want anyone else to face the same issue.

                                  The mi store in vashi navi mumbai
                                  Front of inorbit mall has changed my camera.

                                  I went to repair a display damage
                                  I checked camera, it was working before changing a LCD display,

                                  When store guy changed LCD display then he said front camera also damaged
                                  U have to pay additional for that,
                                  I said it was working clearly before changing display,
                                  Then he said no it's not working.

                                  Then I said ok give me as it is with that camera and renewed display,
                                  Then that guy has again changed camera
                                  And the camera was broken this time.

                                  This is a fraud

                                  When I asked about this then that guy said u don't know anything, .
                                  He was not talking good at all.

                                  Very bad experience

                                  Then I checked phone to my friends repairing center
                                  Then he said
                                  That's not a mi note 4 camera.
                                  That was duplicate camera from samsung brand.

                                    I had ordered mi 4a gold from amazon.in during limited time offer at 12:00 pm on 18 may 2017. Now the matter is it is 7th month running and i am facing lot of issues in my phone. Most of the time it's got hang. While i am not using too much unneccessary apps and always tried to free the memory space. From my point of view it is not a value for money product and i will suggest everyone not to buy any product from mi redmi company. First time i bought such a worst phone in my life. I am getting frustated. It is not possible for a middle class people to buy a phone after every 6 month. So i am sharing my views regarding the phone because i am really suffering from lot of issues because it got hang while i am going to listen music, calling someone, or watching videos, even i have not ever installed any games in my phone.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I have purchased note 4 in sep'17 and getting frequently issue of not receiving the voice during any incoming due to which i have missed so many important calls. After reboot the device it's working fine for few times and again facing the same issue even in a day i have to reboot the device 2-3 times.
                                      2nd issue which i am facing related to data not working few times at same location where as other user's with same network are not facing the same issue. This is also getting resolved after reboot the phone.

                                      Please support to get the same resolved.

                                        Dear sir/madam

                                        It is submitted that as my mobile phone mi note three had charging problem i had called on your service station landline number [protected] at 11.19 am today. Your representative told me that i can ecome to your service station at ansal plaza on ferozepur road and they will check the mobile. At around 5.11 pm, i reached your service station at the said place after which i got token from the lone lady receptionist there who told me that she will call me after my token number is announced. For around 20 minutes i sat on the bench hoping that my turn will come as there were just two more customers with token numbers ahead of me. However the lady kept on going in the working and attended only one customer in around twenty minutes. Fed up, i walked out of the place as i found your staff chatting and not paying heed to customers which can be confirmed from the cctv footage there. Later when i called on the landline number, your staff member manpreet singh told me that they have just one receptionist and even advised me to lodge a complaint. I was shocked to see the behavior of your staff members who care little about customers and instead waste their time by indulging in needless chatting...
                                        I faced problem voice hearing problem for all incoming & outgoing calls from day one purchase mobile .after 15 days i went service center .they formatted software still same problem arises .i faced a lots of problem becuase voice hearing .
