Mi in india is the largest selling phone at present. But when it comes to service it is really poor. I had and issue with charging problem just after 7 months its use, while going there in mi service center 3 more person was having the same problem, ok leaving aside the draw back of my Redmi note 4. I went in TVS electronics, Dona planet, Guwahati, Assam. for repair on 18/12/17 but till today ( 22/12/17)not a single response was given, i was informed that the parts is not available with them so need more days to repair my mobile. While on the other part i received my phone just on two days from flipkart, so basically Mi is more interested in selling then serving the people. I personally will never take any Mi phone in my entire life, and recommend my friends not to do the same mistake. It also found a different scene on the service center, where a person was so frustrated with the service centers that i told them about giving a case complaint against Mi service.

    I am using the mi xiaomi Redmi 3s prime. The problem in my mobile phone is when I call anyone the call receiver did not hear my voice what has been I said. I am using the mi xiaomi Redmi 3s prime from the last eight months. I feel very disturbance when I call anyone with the speaker mode of the mobile phone. Please help me in this giving the best solution.

      I bought your mi4a handset before 7 month. And the handset does not have the battery backup at all. For example if the mobile showing 90 percentage charge 11 p. M with out making a call or using the net my phone charge will be 30% or below. When i reported this problem in my service centre alappuzha, kerala, india. Twise they checked and did soft ware updation. And they suggested me to change the simcard and get a new one i. I did a little the things as they suggested and but. Still i am having problem. What should i do now. Even your authorised service person can't invent the problem mi i am facing. Contact me immediately
      My red me 3s prime 32 is in warranty period but they not take in warranty .Fault is motherboard problem.

          My phone got stucked off suddenly. I had visited service centre mohali. But they said that the bill details mismatch due to company fault. I call customer care centre to resolve the issue and i launched a complaint as well. Costomer care employee said that their team will call me shortly and solve the issue. But i had not received any call since 18th dec to till date.

            System fail to do any job.. I buyed my redmi not 4 3gb ram 1 month before but i suffering a lot.. While using one massage coming as "com. Android. Systemui has stopped" and asking for report or cancel.. If i report or cancel then the screen turns into black and no work so far.. I gone to service center 4 times but they can't clear my problem.. I m suffering a lot.. Please give me solution

              There is a network problem in my remid mobile phone redmi 4a but mi care center mansa is not being solved by this. They say, wait for some time. Care mansa (Punjab) is not solving any of my problems. This problem has been around for fifteen days. Their answer is that we will talk to the authorities about this.                 I purchased four reddi 4 phones in june month, battery is not working good for 2 of the phones, when i contact mi service center at mgf metropolis mall gurgaon, their response was as burst as can.. I wait there for 1hour but got no support from mi service center team. One of them gave me a foolish reason that i am using data so that my battery is getting exhaust so don't use data in phone. I was not aspecting this kind of service.

                  Maine 1 mi a-1 mobile rose gold color jiski price 14999 thi order id [protected] se book karwaya tha jo delivery courier se tracking id[protected] se dispatch hua yeh parcel muje 01 dec 2017 ko delivered hua jab is parcel ko open kiya to isme mobile missing tha same day complain karwane par mujhe[protected] ye complain id di gai 2 dec 2017 ko mi ki investigation team se call aaya aur unhone mujhe kuch information mail karne ko kaha uske bad 14 dec tak only mujhe investigation team dwara koi contact nahin kiya gaya aur sirf jhooth bola gaya ki hamari back end team 24 hours mai apko cal karegi lekin koi call nahin aaya ye jhooth bhi bola gaya ki hamari backend team satarday sunday work nahin karti phir bhi satarday ko hi call kiya gaya aur is tarah se mi ne mujhe cheat kar mujhe 14999 rs. Ka loss pahunchaya.
                  There is a big error in contacts list.
                  I dial the required number from contacts list by name but some other number ( saved in another name ) gets connected.
                  The same case is when receiving calls - the number shown is not the actual number.
                  Please help urgently.

                    Redmi note 4 phone frequently showing unfortunately messaging has stopped, unfortunately contact has stopped, unfortunately gallery has stopped etc and sticks and switch off. I went to the authorised service centre ernakulam they returned the phone after keeping a week that it is only a complaint to be adjusted with. Complaint arised after two weeks buying the phone. Very much unsatisfactory response from service centre. Now i am adjusting with the phone any way. I should there any solution for the problem.

                      Dear team,

                      I got a update in mi5 and updated as well and i found there is a bug in the update while answering call to someone in earphones they are not able hear my voice and earlier there was no problem, and i am able to hear their voice in ear phones but they are not able to hear my voice and i have cross checked in other mobiles also, where as in recent update in mi5 occurred this audio issue kindly check and do bug fix asap

                        I purchased mi a1 on september 2017 and it was not having light for one switch among the three switches in the front screen. I complainted about it in the mi feedback and i didn't recieved any replies, i continued using it because i didn't face any further problem. On december 1evening my phone stopped working and i approached an authorised service center of mi with my mobile. They told me that the phone's display is not working anymore and they spotted 2 or 3 water drops inside it. I have no idea how that happened and the phone was in my pocket for the whole day. And we couldn't trace any moister content in any of the headphone jack or charging slot. The phone can be used to attend call manually without the display that means phone is working but can't see that on display, then i tried to change the display from that authorised service center and even then the condition is same, they are telling that board has some complaint. I don't know what to do now and i am totally disappointed with my experience with xiaomi and the mi service center. I must have returned the product if they replied to my mail when i submitted a complaint in the mi support.

                          I bought the phone in july 2017, the quality of the phone is so poor that it broke off 4 times within 4 months, the battery got issues and the phone is really not flexible to handle! The screen's official accessories are not available and i am hardly able to pay for the damages, my data gets lost every time my phone is damaged. I request you to replace my phone with a better quality phone since i am continuously having a bad experience, i hardly have my phone for much days as it broke 4 times in a row and insurance companies hold it for another 15 days approx to get it repaired. Please change it with any other phone even if it is cheaper i will accept, can't keep on paying for damage because of poor quality. Also the phone is not repaired well, it got battery issues once and it started rebooting again and again, i was told that it is my mistake though the battery is not removable, just can't bear it.
                          I buy my phone 64 GB but in about phone only see 16GB

                            I bought a new phone through online in mi store last november 23rd mi a1 new phone, and that have lots of problem and got replacement, and got another new phone delivered by last saturday 09th december. But i have same problem with the new phone like last used new phone. Am very disappointing with the phone. So kindly requesting you to get back your phone & refund me.

                              The employees in the center misbehave and don't have courtesy to talk to the customers, moreover, they don't resolve our issue. Whatever be the reason, they just format the phone by force and leave us with our problem being unsolved.
                              Before 10 days i submit my query in that service center.

                                I ordered a redmi 4 device from mi app store. As i wanted to cancel the product and from the customer care i came to know that at the time of receiving the product you can deny and the amount will be returned. As i didn't get a chance to say no to the parcel because he left the prepaid parcel with someone whom i don't even know. Someone called me when i registered a complaint from mi ([protected]) and his behaviour was so rude. Can't imagine such poor service and stupid, # people are serving in mi. These company and people working there are misguiding and misbehaving their customer.

                                  I had complained for the mi note 4 vibrator since diwali and they hadn't provide me the vibrator till now. Whenever i call them to ask about the vibrator they always says whenever it will come we will inform you. And now they had submitted my phone from the last 10 days. My phone model no. Is mi note 4

                                      I bought mi a1 in november 5 but accidentally the front gorilla glass broken, touch and display is working fine but only 35 days of the purchase ii have broken the glass within warranty period but mi service center people are saying you have to purchase lcd+touch it will cost 3999 (Display and touch price)+1152 (Tax+labour charges) what is this you are bribing the customer please repair my phone because it is inside warranty or remove the label of warranty or please give me only touch screen+gorilla glass, previously i used intex in that mobile only i got free screen replacement this mi is showing disrespect to the people
                                      I exactly have the same problem. I purchased on 01/12/2017 and on 13/12/2017 my glass broke. Though, the functioning is good, I want to repair that for which the service is so poor that they charge almost 40%(Rs.5130) of the price I paid for the phone. Atleast the service charges they should exclude even if the damage is not covered by the warranty. And the worst part is I have placed an insurance yesterday by paying Rs.1800 and i have to complete it by sending my phone's image which is broken. Very very poor customer support. Cheating the customers.

                                        My redmi note 3 is nt geting switched on suddenly and i have taken that to the serampore service centre, wb. It is the second time i m visitng rgrding ds problm they havnt listen to my query as it was 6pm despite being open. They informed that after 5pm the service centre is availble for new customers who r planing to buy new redmi sets and nt for any query regarding the phone problem. May i please know wht type of service is dis? And what typ of time limitation is ds dt only btween 12pm to 5pm phone prblms r pampered no matter wht is the closing or the opening time fr d service centre is..
