My mobile redmi 3s prime(IMEI [protected], [protected]) can't power on, I visited hubli MI service center and they can't respond, they told it is not covered the warranty the repair price told 6500 rupees but my mobile warranty period expired on 16th January 2018. Your mobile product life is almost below one year. my friends mobile all most so many problems suffering here. So please kindly solve my mobile problem. Thanking you.
Yesterday I went to begumpet serviceing center and my token was b007 I called after l hour check the phone and told speaker to change RS 800 l told speaker is ok then he said software problem Data will be erased and it take two days time then I went to a shop 50 meters from the service center who solved the problem in 10 minutes

    I was bought a redmi note 4 on 20th december 2017 from mi.com. And i got it on 25th december. The received product is faulty. I complained my device faults on same day, and i want replacement.
    Device every time automatically power off. I can't use the device. Because the device not stay on standby.
    I tried 18th time in mi team. No one respond for me. Still now 8 days gone. I can't use my device. My money is gone. I want compensation and replace my device.

      My phone's charging port got damaged due to water insertions. I got it repaired from a mi service centre paying the amount they asked. Later, i came to know that new port is just charging and not data syncing. I asked them over call and they asked me to visit a service centre to get my port replaced. However, i could not visit them at that point of time. This was all in mi goa service centre. Later, i came back to my home in barnala, punjab. Here, they are saying that your data will be lost if we repair your port. Which is definitely an excuse as when problem is in your charging port why, your data will be erased? I asked them they said we will change your software which is again a excuse. As updating software donot erase your data and if it is how come they replace my port in first time in goa. This is useless. I talked them over phone and they are just defending there useless service centre, please, help me as i cant survive without data syncing capability in my phone. I have tried everything from my side. My data is really important for me. Please help me. I will never buy mi again. The executive i talked to was sachi who didnt provide her id number. I can provide partially recorded call,. Please help me.

        Dear sir, 3 months ago i brought a redminote4 gold colour mobile from flipkart through online. Now i am facing problem with the mobile. As the back pouch of the mobile is slightly bending towards battery. As i am panicking it may results towards a ballast as the pressure increase in the battery when the pouch touches. And also bending my phone in between volume key and power button. Solease exchange my mobile with the new mobile or check my mobile throughly and ensure me that mobile is in safe condition
        I have brought a phone redmi note 4 from ebay on 10 may 2017 paisepay ID [protected] Dc No.IST19106.It is not working.It's in warranty period but service center has refused service because it is brought from ebay

        I must admit that the body is kind of weak, I just took the phone out of my back pocket and found that it looked like Lg flex :)
        I sat on it in the car. The good news is that it is pretty easy to unbend it back. Still, I hope that xiaomi will improve the body with some reinforcement in the future model. I realize that this is the reason why the screen keeps cracking without apparent smacking or dropping accidents. So make sure you are using a reinforcing case with note 4, otherwise this is a great phone!

          Hello team this is sohan patil, i am your mi note 4 user, few days back i was facing display problem it goes dark blank, so i visited your ghatkopar service center for the same on 20 dec 17, they took phone and did software update and gave me back saying it was software problem which is solved after few hours it was again going blank

          On my second visit they took my 3 hrs and changed display and said it was display issue so we changed it, i took phone came back and after few hours it again gone blank

          On my third visit they asked me for 2 minutes and took 2.30 hours and told you need to keep phone with us for 2 days for under observation and told me to come after 2 days.

          I came after 2 days it was my forth visit to the service center
          I came after 2 days on 30 they said sir we have again changed your display and it was side button problem, i was thinking that they have already changed it before so why it is been changed again, i just came out from the service center and found same problem again i visited store told to manager that it is not working he said give me 2 minutes and in front of me only he told to his engineer to change motherboard and again took 2 hours and asked me more 2 days and said after that you will not found any problem and told me to come on monday any time

          I did my night shift as i have night shift only and all the days i have visited i came from my shift only it's gets over at 7 am and i use to wait till 10.30 as my home is bit far, came on monday and swa service center is closed i asked security guard he told it will remain closed only, i called your hotline number and got to know it's closed today and he suggested me that you should call and come when service center manager told me to come on monday, is it compulsory to call hotline number and ask?

          When manager knows that they will be closed on 1.1.18 then why he called me on a same say to take my mobile?

          Interesting thing to share with you, i did complaint to hotline and they told i will forward it to higher authority and you will get call from them, when i receive call i told the problem, at that time i got to know that i have visited service centre on 20.12.17 for the display problem and they did software update and it is delivered on the same day, when my phone is still in the service center only, as per her information i have visited once only when it's my 5th visit, they haven't changed your display when it is changed twice as per service centre manager, i am sure they are doing some fraud as i got information from bangalore customer care that display is around worth rs.3000 and without any updation they cannot do it, when my display is been changed twice how they did it? Which display is been used for my mobile? They are making fool to all people and mi as well, my phone is still in the service center as i didn't got time to go today.

          I trust i will get reply soon and phone as well in a good condition.

              I've try to call your redmi store but i haven't been answered all is happened ringing but no one pick up there.

              Once redmi employee pick up my call after trying 12 times later and i asked him to let me know about the opening time of store he told me that at 11:00 am our store will open. I reached there at sharp 11:00 but the product i wanted to purchase has been sold out because store has been opened at 10:30. I report regarding this issue which made me very disappointed.

              Since then my calls were never answered.

              I would take every step to explore this disappointment caused.

                My name is kamlesh kanoje, i have purchase mi note 4 mobile on 4 dec from flipkart.
                For 7-8 days it work properly but after that it got tilde and nowadays i am facing hanging issue so i went to service center (Nagpur) to repair my phone but they are not giving any solution and telling me that i need to change the phone body.

                I thing, i got defected mobile so please do the needful and replace the mobile as soon as possible

                  This is to inform you that i'm facing issue with mi device since the date of purchase,

                  I have not even completed 4 months and more than thrice walked in to service centre and yesterday i had given my cell to hclservice ltd and now i'm running my business without smartphone.

                  If i walkin to service centre people will make us to wait for more than 3 hours and finally they take our device for more than 3 days to resolve and again the problem remain same...

                  I'm fed up of visiting service centre and loosing my business clients calls.

                  I have decided to go with the refund i'm not at all interested to use the mi phone.

                  After paying money why should i stay without phone?

                  And this is not the first time the problem whch i'm facing in the device.

                  I wanted to throw the device in the managing director office.

                  Service centre people are just making us run all the time

                      I had changed the damaged battery of my redmi note 3 on 5th september 2017 from appasons mobile gallery, kannur, kerala, which was an authorised service centre for xiaomi. The reason for service was that the battery got bulged and started emanating strange smell from inside. The battery was replaced at a cost of 1179.72 inr. It has been just 3 months of normal use after that, the issue started again. The case is bulged outside due to the damaged battery again. Strange smell has been coming from inside. I am really unhappy about the replaced part. Is it so low quality that it can barely withstand 3 months o[censored]se?
                      Again i had gone to service center on tuesday, 26th december 2017. They said the battery is damaged again. How can a battery get damaged on its own within just 3 months. I suspect the previous replaced part was a fraudulent one. I received a call from customer service center saying that even though the battery comes with a 6 month warranty, ill have to replace it at my own cost. Please look into the matter.

                          My phone is regularly restarting automatically. Many contacts are merged. The company is using cheap materials. Service center are saying motherboard is having problem and need to be changed. How can it be possible this means company is not maintaining it product quality. My request is not to buy mi products. Now my phone has got a dent at back of my phone where battery ends and my phone screen has started to get detach from the frame and side buttons has started to respond slow,,,, when i took to service center they said that may be your screen is getting detach coz u have put your phone in back pockets,,,,, nd they can't repair buttons unless i take risk of my screen which may cost me 3400 if it gets broken by them,,, they were too rude and i don't what sort of warranty it is if i have to give 3400 for my screen while it still in warranty

                                Handset purchased on 6th june '17 red mi 4 model no, wherein the camera and video recording is not working. I went on twice an occasion to the service centre in park street on 20th and 22nd dec but to no avail. The hcl mi esc id no is[protected].
                                I cant keep running back all the time. This is not expected from a reputed company and that too within 6 months of purchase. Also the service centre could not provide a resolution. Please check on the same at the earliest and you may check the records as well.

                                  I have bought redmi 4 before two months, today i got serious issue with my mobile phone charging port was melted.

                                  Mobile phone does not have any problem, its working fine. But, i am not able to charge.

                                  I have given to mi authorized service center, but they told that it will not cover under warranty, and they told to pay 2000 rupees to replace board and all.

                                  If anything happen while i am speaking who is responsibility of my life?? Life under guarantee with redmi?? This mobile model having heating problem also.

                                  Its was the worst experience that i ever faced until now.

                                    I bought the "mi 10000mah power bank 2 (Black)" on 14th october 2017 from amazon.in and received the item on 18th october 2017. After 2 days, the item stopped working completely. Gave it to the service centre on 23rd october 17 (Poovath international, p. T. Usha road, kochi, kerala).
                                    Didn't got any updates from the service centre, so i started calling after one month. Every time they would tell me that i would get the item back in that weekend, but failed to keep their word. I have contacted them atleast 4 times, and i got the same reply every time. Finally, on 20th december 2017 (After 2 months), i got a call from them saying the item is reached and can collect it after 5pm in the evening. I went and collected the item, and asked the person over there, whether i would get any extended warranty. But she said it is not possible. I contacted mi customer care at[protected] and briefed them the situation. They told me that it is not possible to extend the warranty, even though it got damaged after 2 days, and they took nearly two months two service the device. The actual warranty period was 6 months, and two months of those 6 has been gone because of their incompetency.

                                      Placed on 28 april 2017 for redmi note 4 black 2g+32g
                                      Was delivered on 29 april 2017 evening. Order shipped by xiaomi
                                      Authorized seller - tvs electronics limited, bangalore.

                                      Xiaomi redmi note 4 - imei 1- [protected] / imei 2- [protected]

                                      When i had bought the device with its made in india tag, i pre-
                                      Ordered 2nd xiaomi device within 15 day and took redmi 4 handset
                                      From xiaomi's first retail store at phoenix mall, bangalore on 20
                                      May 2017 (Order id is[protected].

                                      Horror started the following month. For no connectivity issues in
                                      This handset, i visited xiaomi authorised service center at
                                      Marathahalli, bangalore in the middle of june 2017 and they fixed
                                      It hand to hand and didn't sent me any service request number. I
                                      Didn't care as i got hand to hand repair (Same day). After this,
                                      Twice i had to take time out of my working hours and visit service
                                      Center and leave my device for 24 hours.

                                      The service centre documented the issue when the issue issue
                                      Reoccured in 7 days (Within a week). This device starting losing
                                      Network (Unable to make receive calls and use data) and xiaomi
                                      Refused any replacement of defective item. It asked me to visit its
                                      Service center instead. I have visited xiaomi authorised service
                                      Center at marathahalli, bangalore on 25 june 2017 and the engineer
                                      Fixed saying the network cable was loose and assured its fixed and
                                      Won't happen again.

                                      Again within 30 days for exactly same issue, i visited xiaomi
                                      Authorised service center at marathahalli, bangalore on 27 july
                                      2017 and the engineer fixed saying the network cable was loose and
                                      Assured its fixed and won't happen again.

                                      Again, since start of december 2017, the network started fading and
                                      Voice will crack. The phone is in delhi now as we were here for
                                      Treatment of a family member at fortis gurgaon.

                                      I do not want to be a permanent service center customer and i need
                                      A replacement of my faulty device with a brand new device, only if
                                      Xiaomi can assure a fault free device, else a full refund and
                                      Compensation for the haressment faced since its purchase.

                                        I have ordered one Redmi Note 4 IN 4 64G-black from Flipkart in the month of September 2017 and same was delivered to me on[protected]. IMEI (MEID) of the handset is [protected]. While using this handset, I am experiencing the problem with Mic of handset since my sound does not reach the reciever on other side of the while calling. I have registered a complaint in MI service centre in Jammu, J&K in the month of November 2017. The service centre guy returned the phone same day with the assurance that the problem was fixed. I did not kept that receipt with me afterwards. But, the Mic problem still persisted. I once again contacted service centre on[protected]. This time around, I was told that there is a problem in the board in the handset and the same needs to be replaced. I received my phone next day with the receipt confirming Repair Method: "102 Change Sub Board". But unfortunately, the problem still persists.
                                        Now, please explain why defected handsets were delivered to the customers with the manufacturing defects.
                                        You are advised to resolve my complaint within 7 days to avoid escalating this complaint to Consumer forum for redressal of the same.
