I bought the "mi 10000mah power bank 2 (Black)" on 14th october 2017 from amazon.in and received the item on 18th october 2017. After 2 days, the item stopped working completely. Gave it to the service centre on 23rd october 17 (Poovath international, p. T. Usha road, kochi, kerala).
Didn't got any updates from the service centre, so i started calling after one month. Every time they would tell me that i would get the item back in that weekend, but failed to keep their word. I have contacted them atleast 4 times, and i got the same reply every time. Finally, on 20th december 2017 (After 2 months), i got a call from them saying the item is reached and can collect it after 5pm in the evening. I went and collected the item, and asked the person over there, whether i would get any extended warranty. But she said it is not possible. I contacted mi customer care at[protected] and briefed them the situation. They told me that it is not possible to extend the warranty, even though it got damaged after 2 days, and they took nearly two months two service the device. The actual warranty period was 6 months, and two months of those 6 has been gone because of their incompetency.
