I had purchased xiaomi redmi note 4, 64 gb mobile on 22 march 2017 from flipkart.
I am facing many issues since the mobile was purchased. Totally annoyed and dissatisfied with its performance.

I had visited authorized redmi service center located at viman nagar on 16th oct 2017, with below issues (Listed in detail):

1) all applications installed in mobile stops working.
2) mobile screen touch...

My device redmi 3s prime has encountered some issue with the hotspot. Other devices can connect to the hotspot but it's not delivering internet and can't even render loading google. But at the same time my mobile data is working perfectly fine.
I look forward to a reply/callback and i hope for a good help service from xiaomi india....

Battery is draining to fast like from 60 to 0 and it's switched off and can't start and seals of the phone is also starts opening it's too much disgusting i have tooked this phone by too much trust on xiomi company but the company is giving fake product so please take my mi note 4 and repair it or please replace it because iam getting too much trouble. I am using the redmi 4a (Gold, 32gb) from 1st october 2017 (Purchased from amazon.in with invoice details: mh-bom[protected] invoice date: 24.09.2017). I have been using this phone with sim card on first slot only. When i inserted

I bought mi a1 model new mobilephone by online shopping at 23rd nov 2017, and deliveried to me 25th nov 2017. Mobile network is poor to use, i have problem in 4g connection. It was slow to download and browse. I went the network shoroom and changed the sim card but i have the same problem. Then i was cantact mi service center in chennai velachery and advised to replace mobile. So i requested you to kindly replace my mobilephone....

I want to draw your attention to my problmes. I'm suffering from number of problm as mentioned below

1) when i use any app's most of time my phone show that the app isn't responding...

2) some time my phone loose its security lock automatically, it is a kind o[censored]nsafe because its a matter of my privacy.

3) nd mean while my phone doesn't ring... I'm also suffering from hanging problm...

I have purchased redmi note3 phone from amazon. After 6 months only, it just stopped working. I have taken mi pickup service 3 times to get my phone repaired but every time they have taken delivery charges and also charged some 2249 rupees as its repairing cost. At the end i got my phone unrepaired.
So mi company either repair my phone, bring it in working condition or else refund my money.
I suggest everyone not use mi phones...

Mr whatever, if you guys do not have the capability to serve your consumer/customer correctly for issuing worst products.

To get an replacement we should search & go the service center & explain the defect in the product and then they are going to rise an complaints it seems bull #.
Its a worst experience for an 1st time with mi india, no other...

I had gone to care 2 times for the same problem and they are repairing but it works only for 5-7 days and again same problem and i had used it for only 3 months and from 2 months this problem is going on. I had spent 2000 for traveling upto cares and now i don't want to spend more money i want to replace it plz. I switchs on it has some crossing colour lines and it hangs and also sticks in mi.com....

Since first day it's hanging and always some or some issues are occurring, never thought a 4gb ram mobile works like this.. So unsatisfied from this product, i would never suggest to buy this..

Keypad hanging, mobile freezing, and what not, it's better i would have not spent 15000 on this product.

I have only received the hand set and charger but main thing that is headphone i have not received, surprised that every companies are giving headphone. After spending rs. 14999/- from such big selling company you are not giving headphone.

On 18th of october 2016 i bought redmi 3s prime and then after using 6 months i had an issue with charging. Charging get disconnected and connected automatically and on may they fixed it. Then it happen on august also. After that they took 4 days and also fixed it. On this repairing they changed the motherboard.
After using several months.
On 25th of october at 8pm when i was watching youtube. The phone restarts it self and...

My redmi 4a mobile suddenly stops working. I gave the phone to service center. They first ask me is there any liquid damage i said its impossible because the phone is used in office where there is no chance of such damage. Then they said ok we will inform you as our expert check the phone and confirm the actual damage happened. Then they call me and said that it is the case of liquid damage. They ask for rs.5000+ for the motherboard replacement....

Very bad service observe from mi. I have mi note 4 mobile purchased in 21 april 2017 under warranty. Register number - aaaci0886ksd002.
Last 10 days back mobile was automatically off in mid night. So i visited to shivajinagar service station on 24th nov2017, as per testing of two hours they said the motherboard is damaged without any proper reason, need to change it it is under warranty without pay we can change it, but unfortunately...

I have change my redmi note 4 display
In xiaomi care centre and they cost is another of xiaomi spare parts price list the price of display is rs2400 and they change my mobile display in 3400
And not give me original bill with gst number and the bill will send your gmail or mobile number but no msg in my gmail or mobile number in massage so ho and where i complaints these problems...

I bought a redmi note 4 mobile from flipkart on 21 september 2017. I was glad about my new phone but unfortunately i received a defective one. My phone was not working well, many times it worked automatically without my concern. Autofunctioning includes camera, keypad dialling, qwerty keypad working and many more.. So, for this disgust i submitted my phone in redmi service centre and they updated phone's software. It worked well for 2-3 days...

I have redmi note 4 gifted by a relative. I was always against the redmi phones. I believe they are of inferior quality.

My phone is not different. When i capture the video, there's lots and lots of cracking heard in the audio that's not present at the time of recording.

I tried updating the miui to the latest version and even tried using third party apps, but the issue remains.

I am using redmi4 4gb 64gb. I am fully satisfied. Special thanks to you to make this handset. But i have a 3 little complaints. 🔋 charging is too long, and some time incoming call not showing, but ringing. That missed call is not showing on recent call history. Battery is suddenly discharge while traveling and a small 🔥 while traveling. Plz rectify the above complaints the next update. I hope you are doing well....

Xiaomi should provide Nougat Update to Redmi 3S and Redmi Note 3, They are just 1 year old, and you are not providing the security patch, Redmi 4A which is less, powerful than both the device received Nougat and has Latest Security Patch, I think you only think about Money, only the phones which is still in the market are receiving updates, You know only providing MIUI update does not help because new feature does not work without Nougat....
