I had purchased xiaomi redmi note 4, 64 gb mobile on 22 march 2017 from flipkart.
I am facing many issues since the mobile was purchased. Totally annoyed and dissatisfied with its performance.
I had visited authorized redmi service center located at viman nagar on 16th oct 2017, with below issues (Listed in detail):
1) all applications installed in mobile stops working.
2) mobile screen touch not working.
3) mobile hangs up in intervals when plugged/ unplugged from charging.
4) screen goes off when plugged during charging.
5) factory reset does not resolve the issue. After 2-3 hours same issues appear.
6) phone does not ring, even though its not in silent mode.
7) battery drains out early.
With the above issues mentioned, the service center technician had to replace mobile's motherboard.
No physical and water damage observed after investigating by technician
After 2 weeks the same issues occurred with the mobile, restarting the mobile didn't work nor factory reset.
I had to visit again the same authorized redmi service center as mentioned above on 18th november 2017.
They had to replace the mobile's motherboard again

As this mobile is within warranty, i want to replace the mobile handset and receive a new mobile handset (With same configuration).
I had sent an email to mi customer care team for help on this issue, now they are expecting to visit the service center again which is impossible as i have already been to service center twice and the mobile is still having issues (After replacing the motherboard).
I am expecting a replacement of this mobile as due to this i have incurred loss a lot.
I have attached all the pictures and the necessary documents for the reference (Deleting the personal information, as the same i have shared it with mi customer care team)
