I visit to mi authorised service center in tanuku (Best mobiles mi authorised service center) located andhrapradesh. The service center staff they don't know how to deal a customer, how to talk a customer this is worst service center. They don't give proper answer to customers. This type of behaviour company image is spoiled. Please give me a warning to this service agent otherwise company image is
With the latest update of MIUI 9.0.5.0 in Redmi Note 4, unfortunately sound disabled.

    Customer care no. Is fake and not working in present time.. I have my mi account but i'm forget my password. I do the click on forget password. But they are not sand the code on my registered number... I want reset my phone but i can't reset my phone so what can i do. I call the customer care but there answers is that this number is can't be reached now.
    Since from last six months I could not use browsers showing error. while using same mobile network browser not working but using other mibile network or WiFi its working.

    Note. Six months before mi account registered sim changed.

      I had bought this product on 8th august 2017 with invoice no. Ka-blr[protected]. Earlier there was no issue with my handset but 2-3 days back i noticed that my mobile's battery is going "fatter" and more "fatter" day by day. So, i decided to visit one of the mi's service centers at "i pick solutions india pvt. Ltd." - rohini, new delhi which is quite near to my location. So, when i reached there and asked for its solution to fix this issue they said that i would need to pay inr 1180 to change the battery. So, i said that it has only been 4 months operating this mobile how could you ask for any charge. Then, they said that if you get it repaired here then you would have to pay that much. My mobile is under warranty as of now and the service center executive is asking to pay for a new battery.

      I would request you to please take some appropriate actions against the service center as i mentioned above.

        I own a redmi 4 (3gb, 32gb), after the miui 9 update, play store/mi apps is opening randomly to suggest download of different applications which haven't yet being released in the market. Happens whenever there is internet and irrespective of the apps i'm using at that time or i'm just at the home screen, play store/mi apps pops up all of a sudden.
        Help me to resolve this issue.

          I'm uday kant thakur ([protected]). I had purchased redmi 4 handset from amazon on 20th june 2017 imei no [protected]. After few months some technical problem created with jio network. After all troubleshooting by mi care this problem was not resolved. After that i had visited mi service center (Subham complex, in front of pnb main branch, station road, madhubani, bihar 847211) on 18th november 2017. But service center executive declared my handset out of warranty for the reason of water damage but this was not the truth that was the conspiracy of mi service center executive and mi customer care. After that i had called customer care but customer care executive didn't help me. He was also with favour of service center. So please help to resolve this matter. After that i'm very frustrated. If you will not take any action for this i will claim for rs. 2, 00000/- in consumer court with all mi handsets of our family and friends.

          I have purchase xiaomi mi5 on the date 6/4/2016 from online store.In this device both sim slot is not working. Therefore we have requested to replace the device aur request id is 1499932. We have call, email and live chat with the costumer care. But from the costumer we are not getting perfect answer, they are talking rudle with us.
          I have senxd you my device mi 5. That device is delivered to xiaomi. That we have proof with full stamps and signature of xiaomi department in the receipt of the gms worlwide express pvt ltd courier. And that delivered at 22/4/2016 1:30 pm. We have attach courier slip and current status screen shot. I have call email and chat with mi service to confrom that the mobile is delivered to you. But no reply from xiaomi india working department. By xiaomi excicutive instruction by a call or a email. We have packed the mi 5 mobile original box bill and with full accessories. And that mobile is delivered to xiaomi india department. But xiaomi india not new replcement mi5 mobile send couriers i have call chat email xiaomi executive said wait wait but not information for mi5 mobile my complian date 13/04/16 no response mi india only for wait wait and wait

            None of the apps are working on redmi note 4. Whenever i open any app, it just stopped and then it's not working at all without switching it on and off. Messages sent are automatically deleted and lost.
            Your service center people are wasting my time by updating it again and again but nothing got resolved by updating. Wasting my time and money as well. They have changed the motherboard without knowing if there's an issue in motherboard or not. After changing the motherboard also, phone has the same issue as previous. I don't know what the hell is happening with this. If you're not able to make the phone work good then please return my money back. My 11000 money is not to just throw away by this [censored] issue.

              Phone issue is with mi technical team from (18 nov 2017) 19 days. I have been told many times that my phone is fixed. First by local service center who called me and then refused. I was informed on 4 dec by mi customer support that phone is already fixed and "under observation" for 1 - 2 days. I am being lied about the phone from day 1 by mi.
              Today they refused to admit that the phone is fixed. They say that phone is still being repaired. Please see email saying phone is fixed in attachment. I was told multiple times by mi support that phone is fixed.

              I am without phone from 20 days now. And mi is just extending the deadlines continuously.

              If mi is not able to fix the phone from so many days, why are they not replacing the phone? My phone was submitted within warranty period. I cannot wait anymore for the fix and i am already fed up by continuous lies by mi support and staff. I need my fixed phone or replacement rightaway.

                They are not repair my mobile battery and hands free speaker, it's in warranty.
                I am going many time to service center but they says that mobile battery not comes in warranty. I already read carefully warranty instruction in amazon where i bought it online. I already attendant 3 time at xiaomi india customer cervices in india. But they wast my time. Today also i am going xiaomi india customer cervices in jaipur.

                  Battery problem in mobile handset.. Even if it is full charged it will reduce in a while.. Problem since last 20 days. Say for example if i fully charged handset than after some time battery become low without any reasonable use.. It was not a problem before but last 20 days seems extremely terrible regarding battery problem

                    I baught a terminal note 3 in the month month of dec 2017... It screens some leds are stopped working... So i went to service center at vapi... The service center executive did not entertain us in proper manners and he said that your mobile is physical damaged as well water damaged inner side... I don't reality is completely different... Neither is physical damaged nor water damaged... He has given us one written letter that everything is mentioned but.. I can challeng his that letter... When ever i will be free will go to registered a complain in consumer court.. Thsnk you

                      I have purchase redmi note 4 from mi store at 17 sept 2017. But i am facing many problems in redmi note 4 (4-64gb) from date of purchase like -
                      1. Auto silent.
                      2. Apps not responding.
                      3. Video not play
                      4. Hanging problem.
                      5. Headphone problem etc.
                      I went to service center 8-10 times but these issues are not solve.
                      I have complained about it through mail many times but no proper solution from him.
                      100 times called to customer care but they cant take my complaint seriously. After doing this activity i conclude that redmi product and its service is worst. Plz dont purchase redmi product.
                      Mobile must not working properly
                      It get's hang time to time while performing any operation on device
                      Such that while opening gallary or other normal apps like what's app, Hike and more

                        My mi note 4 have a ghost touch after updating to mi9 the phone is rebooting for many times. If the device on then next problem is unfortunately closing every google apps. Then the phone will uninstall many apps without my knowledge. I can't even make a urgent call due to this issue. I had made my friends away from taking mi note 4. I recommend them vivo or oppo to spend their cash usefully. I will continue this. And no one is gonna take any redmi device with my knowledge. If you want me to stop this please fix this issue.

                          The authorized service center in vizianagaram of mi sri sai tulasi center is offering the worst mi services ever. I have visited mi centers in other cities but never been through such type. I have given my mi max prime for screen replacement which they had the improper display done with an aggressive conummer treatment that is worth complaining. Even though the phone is repaired it is not satisfactory.

                            Speaker of my redmii note 4 not working properly. When i visited service center they change part free but insist to update the phone. I dont want to update my phone so they charge me 350 rs for my faulty part even if my phone is under warranty and said company will not replace my faulty part if i dont update.
                            So i want to know why it is compulsory for some one to update phone in service center or service is just misguiding customers
                            My phone is just slipped from my hand while opening my door key and the touch has been damged and i had paid for mi protection and i want to solve my problem

                              Hi im dr nitin. Purchased redmi note4 6 mnths back. Got a crack on screen when i jus put it in my pocket. Then even on slightly gettin wet, its voice becomes weird kind. Last day it fell frm my pocket&its screen broke but touch is intact. Company asks for rs3500 for replacment. Evn its under warranty. Y do they provide warranty if they cant repair screen under warranty. Majority customers come with screen cracks not any other complaints. The phone costs 12k and screen costs 4k. Waste phone. Chinese ks always chinese. Time to throw them out oc india. Poor services with extremely high cost

                              My brand new redmi Mi A1 phone is automatically rebooting while making a call. Many times it happens. Sometimes while attending the incoming calls phone will automatically rebooting/ restarting. Sometimes while making outgoing calls also the same problem is happening...what is the solution for this problem. How to rectify this issue.

                                हेलो मेंने redimi note 4 फरवरी 2017 में प्लिप कार्ड से लिया था, पिछले ऐक महीने से इसमे चार्जिंग की दिक्कत हो रही है, मेने इस कंपनी के सर्विस सैंटर मे दिखाया जो कि जी टी वी नगर कैंप दिल्ली में है उन्होने कहा कि जेक खराब है और बदल कर दै दिया लेकिन दिक्कत ठीक नही हुई । फिर हमने दुबारा वंही दिखाया
                                वो बोले कि इसका सोप्टवेयर उड गया था, जबकि उन्होने किया कुछ भी नहीं एक घंटे बिठाकर फोन दे दिया । लेकिन दिक्कत अभी भी ज्यों की त्यों है. अब में क्या करुं सेंटर वाले बेवकूफ बनाकर भेज देते हें, प्लीज हम कबतक काम छोडकर इनके पीछे भागते रहें

                                  swelling of battery

                                  I bought mi 4a (Mobile) online through flipkart but it's battery automatically swelled up with in one month from the date of purchase. I contacted with mi service centre and made contact with mi customer care also but they didn't replace the battery and informed that there is no warranty on battery and you have to pay for its replacement whereas as per advertisement company provides 6 months warranty on battery.....

                                  I had purchased xiaomi redmi note 4, 64 gb mobile on 22 march 2017 from flipkart.
                                  I am facing many issues since the mobile was purchased. Totally annoyed and dissatisfied with its performance.

                                  I had visited authorized redmi service center located at viman nagar on 16th oct 2017, with below issues (Listed in detail):

                                  1) all applications installed in mobile stops working.
                                  2) mobile screen touch not working.
                                  3) mobile hangs up in intervals when plugged/ unplugged from charging.
                                  4) screen goes off when plugged during charging.
                                  5) factory reset does not resolve the issue. After 2-3 hours same issues appear.
                                  6) phone does not ring, even though its not in silent mode.
                                  7) battery drains out early.

                                  With the above issues mentioned, the service center technician had to replace mobile's motherboard.
                                  No physical and water damage observed after investigating by technician

                                  After 2 weeks the same issues occurred with the mobile, restarting the mobile didn't work nor factory reset.
                                  I had to visit again the same authorized redmi service center as mentioned above on 18th november 2017.

                                  As this mobile is within warranty, i want to replace the mobile handset and receive a new mobile handset (With same configuration).

                                  I had sent an email to mi customer care team for help on this issue, now they are expecting to visit the service center again which is impossible as i have already been to service center twice and the mobile is still having issues (After replacing the motherboard).

                                  I am expecting a replacement of this mobile as due to this i have incurred loss a lot.

                                  I have attached all the pictures and the necessary documents for the reference (Deleting the personal information, as the same i have shared it with mi customer care team)

                                    My device redmi 3s prime has encountered some issue with the hotspot. Other devices can connect to the hotspot but it's not delivering internet and can't even render loading google. But at the same time my mobile data is working perfectly fine.

                                      Battery is draining to fast like from 60 to 0 and it's switched off and can't start and seals of the phone is also starts opening it's too much disgusting i have tooked this phone by too much trust on xiomi company but the company is giving fake product so please take my mi note 4 and repair it or please replace it because iam getting too much trouble. While using phone always it switched off at best moments like having pics any official work i think this phone is waste for me
