I had given my redme note 4 mobile for servicing (Only glass was broken) at there authorized service center at wilson garden 12th cross bangalore. Receptionist checked my mobile and said for replacing glass will take 3450 + servicing charges. When i called an other service center at basavanagudi, they said it will cost 3200 all inclusive. Same i explained to the receptionist at last she agreed for 3600/-all inclusive. After taking too much time to replace a simple glass (Afternoon 1.00 pm given got it back by 7.30pm after literally begging too many times.) after all these drama, receptionist collected 3600/-rs and wrote as 3600/-rs received on job card and signed and told me this is the bill. I got shocked and told her that i need proper bill. But she said if i need bill i need to pay gst on top of 3600/-rs and bill will be sent through mail in the evening. After some arguments i told her that i need to meet the manager. After waiting for 10 minutes manager called me to cabin. I have raised questions as below
1. Why rate disparity in between same company service centers for same service.
Clarification: he said actually they were supposed to charge even more since they found that censor was not working and they replaced it (But they work under closed doors, and in the job card no where it was written)
2. Why so much of time taken, is there just one technician in entire center?
They have done it in minimum time. He knows it personally.
3. Why not proper bill cant be given? Do you call this as bill? (Showed him job card where in a side written like received the amount?
They are running that service center for long time and they follow the same to avoid the tax and do the favor to the customer. If at all i need proper bill i need to wait till 9 pm and they will send it through mail.
4. I was informed earlier that 3600 rs will be charged, it means gst and service charge included. But in the end when i asked about bill only this additional gst charges issue came..
Basically he was covering up the mistakes (Or fraud?) of his staff and tried to convince me that its very natural.
I was happy about the mobile but this incident has spoiled everything. At last i left the center. I felt i was overly charged, unnecessarily made me to wait for such a long time, and felt like discriminated.

Patna service center Is very Bad.. Non Punctual.. Not Consumer friendly and Don't talk Face to face In topoc regarding my phone repairment.. Submitted my phone on 17/1/2018 but Every time they have one or other Excuse..and Same Condition with MI Service center.
