The company is providing permission to unlock the bootloader. But while unlocking the bootloader the process does not complete. They are not providing solutions even upon rising the issue. It has been over 2 weeks. I want my bootloader unlocked as soon as possible.


The issue is that while unlocking the process goes upto 99% but does not complete saying 'the current account cannot unlock'. I have done every single step as mentioned.

Previously also i have placed a complaint but has not been resolved. I am really fed up by the company. I suggest others not to buy their products because of their poor costumer service

    Mi authorised shop perumbavoor, ernakulam, kerala. Phone has been charged full in 10 hour.the service advisor said sub pcb is complaint and he charged Rs/- 550.My phone in under warranty period.What is the reason.?

        My mobile is arnd 1 month old and now its gps not working, when i called there CUSTOMER CARE they told me to visit CUSTOMER CARE and they are ### that they formatted my phone to default factory setting but still my gps is not working and now when i again called there So called hot line number they again asking me to go there CUSTOMER CARE for hard reset . Is this is the way a phone company

          I buy a Redme Note 4 on 31 jan 2018 from eBay side. I purchased that mobile with 6 month MI manufacturer warranty. As clearly showing in attached snap.
          From day 1 facing some S/W related issue. After that I approached to MI service center in vashily nagar jaipur but they not accepting any warranty. Pl clear why and who will repair it in warranty.

            Recently i have mi software update notification so i updated the my phone, for applying update i rebooted my phone, but after rebooting my phone my phone s
            Keep showing loading sign and mi.com on screen. It keep showing that till one and half day then after it started automaticaly, now it happens again after one day. And my phone showing mi.com and switching on sign. This is just the fault of mi. I am facing tremendous problems i need solution with one day else i will sue mi company.               Hello my name arif hanif bhat i am calling for srinagar jammu and kashmir i have purchased a mi band 2 on your mi store when i receive this item, at the same day the sleep tracker was not working then i used this band ten to twelve day but it don't show me sleep tracker i switched off the band as well as uninstall the mi fit app but it don't work i call to the customer care for help but they told me that go to the service centre i told them that in srinagar there is no any service centre in kashmir region it is my request to you that please change this device as soon as possible. Right now this is not connected to my phone 's bluetooth (Showing could not pair contact to customer care)

                I bought the redmi 5a last week from redmi store in forum vijay mall, vadapalani, chennai.
                Whenever i used to charge my phone from providing redmi charger, it should take 4 hours to charge. I thought first time its should take time. But one week is gone still am facing the same issue, charging time should take 4 hours.

                Nowadays other company charges should take less then an hours to complete 100%.

                Kindly replace my charger and provide a good quality, high speed chargeable. Otherwise refund my amount.

                  I want to unlock my bootloaer of my redmi note 3 device. I have been given permission. But i am not able to unlock the device using the mi falsh tool that u have given (The latest version). The unlocking process goes upto 99% in the flash tool but later says the current account cannot unlock the device.
                  I want my device bootloader to be unlocked.
                  Help me to unlock the bootloader.
                  I have tried a lot doing every thing but am unable to unlock the bootloader. Please get my bootloader unlocked at a mi service centre for free.
                  Please dont make me lose hope on your company.

                    I submitted my redmi4 mobile phone to dwarka delhi HCL service centre on[protected], they said your phone will be repaired by tuesday.
                    On Tuesday I called them on [protected] but they didn't respond.
                    After that on Wednesday I called to your hotline service number [protected].one of your executive picked up the call he said tell me your service number after putting my call on hold for 5 minutes he said that your handset is ready please pick up from the service centre.
                    When I reached at service centre they said that parts are not available to service centre fir repairing they said as soon as possible they receive the parts they will repair my handset.
                    Now my complaint is why your executive miss guide me regarding my service or under repairing phone if it is not ready at service centre please resolve the issue.

                      I has been five months since i bought my redmi note4.
                      I have issues with the phone.
                      Two months back it was hanged.
                      I went to the redmi store and got my phone repaired.
                      Even today it was hanged and in the redmi store it was told that they won't fix the problem.
                      It's not even a year and inspite of having warranty they refused to repair.
                      It's all the problem with software.
                      And they are saying the screen should be changed or else the problem can't be fixed.
                      They are not even taking it into consideration.
                      A complete negligence was shown.
                      The store is located in
                      7-16-62, opposite rajiv gandhi statue
                      Old gajuwaka, visakhapatnam
                      So arrogant in even responding.

                      The outside store people can repair but the authorised Redmi store people are negotiating to repair despite of having warranty
                      No use of the so called warranty.

                        Sir,
                        I have purchased redmi 4 from website of mi. I received phone on 9/11/2018. On that day only i started facing heating issues not even using the phone. I have not even inserted the sim then also temperature is 44.2c. When i asked for replacement, company is saying that they need 47c minimum to classify as heating issue. They literally have gone mad.in winter season without using phone it is getting heated upto 45 degrees and they consider it as normal.

                              I have updated my first space, and a notification popped up to update second space and the data will be restored to first space automatically. After i restored and updated i find the photos of second space. I did not find those photos in mi cloud, google photos and also google drive. The other photos which were not imported in the second space were restored but the photos which i willingly imported disappeared. Kindly solve this.
                              Recharged my jio number through my jio app and the amount of 399 has-been debited but the jio customer care tells me that they haven't received the payment.

                                Bought redmi note 4 via flipkart on 6th september 2017.

                                1 the voice (Audio reception) very slow during a long call and the receiver is also unable to hear the conversation at one audio level, as usual i thought it is net work issue and ignored. But the problem continued to persist even with good signal areas. This was checked and confirmed by your customer service.. Technician also change software but there's no result.                                   I purchased the xiaomi mi a1 device on 25th december 2017 from http://buy.mi.com/in/buy/product/mi-a1 for rs 14898 including mi protect for rs 899 and got it delivered on 2nd february 2018.

                                  The mobile was rebooting on its own several times a day & i had to contact xiaomi chat customer service several times and they asked me to visit the customer service centre. My wife went there with my 2 year old child but their customer service could not resolve the issue and created a job sheet number and asked to contact chat service again for replacement on 6th feb. The service centre informed xiaomi will come and collect defective phone immediately and hand over replacement at that same time. We contacted chat support again who said that someone will call in 24 hr. Since no call, i contacted them via chat who said they could not reach me via phone and gave an alternative number. They rang me finally on 8th february. They said they need video evidence of issue although this was supplied to their service centre in navi mumbai in person and once that is approved, they will come and collect the phone and then once it reaches their warehouse, they will start the process of replacement. The service centre couldn’t fix the mobile and told the phone is defective and needs to be replaced. Despite this the lady over phone asked for same evidence to be emailed and then they will call back immediately. I emailed 4 videos on 8th feb but have not received reply yet. Contacted them again via chat on 9th feb who said they could not reach both the numbers which is absurd. Both the numbers are with me and we never received any calls from xiaomi.

                                    I took my redmi 4 phone to service center in porur, chennai i bought in amazon in the month of august 2017

                                    Though it was never dropped in water, the customer service representative is telling that the phone is kept in water and can not be covered under warranty.

                                    I am sure, we never exposed this phone to water. Its very ridiculous way of responding and even for replacement of parts you are almost charging the price of a new phone.

                                    Considering this, your company is not customer friendly and trying to loot people's money by making false complaints on the customer and not covering the products in warranty.

                                    I request you to take my product under warranty service and replace the product.

                                    Also, the time taken for checking a phone and picking up service is very high, almost 2 - 3 hours we need to spend for getting a response.

                                      I purchased my mi note 4 on 2-2-2017, recently my phone was into extreme heat and found some smell and within minutes they phone was high on smoke and the screen poped and was burnt internally i had contacted mi customer service on[protected] and they asked me to send the pictures of the burnt phone and finally visited the service centre they again took the pics and later after 2days said that they would give me 50% discount for the new phone and i did not agree with that later they said 60% finally they confirmed no discount also nothing can be done, the reason said by them is (The phone is second handed, and the phone battery is damaged from the customer cid),
                                      I have taken the phone from the mi authorised store hence they won't sell seconds phone, why should i remove the phone when i didn't have a single problem with the phone from the date i purchased, till the phone got burnt, if the battery is tampered how would the back panel burn,
                                      Before 4 or 5 mnts i had visited mi store in rajajinagar towards west of chord road to exchange my adaptor i enquired abt the heating issue the lady replied it's common in all mi phone while charging, i'm even ready to provide the proof anywhere, so even the (Sterling technologies 1st block 1st floor, opposite to navrang theatre) mr, r. Elango was very much helpful to provide me information from mi, he connected me a call to his superior he blackmailed me saying if i call media he would get rowdy support to deal with my case i dono if mi is selling mobile phones or doing rowdyzim, my complaint i'd is[protected] my job sheet number is (Wxin[protected]
                                      I'm posting here to create an awareness of the blackmail done, mi doesn't help customer the phone heating issue is of mi problem and it's there duty to help customer, i have the voice recording too with me so please help me on whom to complain and if any death occurred of my life mi is responsible i repeat mi is responsible for my death

                                        I purchased a MI4I phone in NOV 2015. From the beginning, it was started heating but not so much so I just ignored the situation but suddenly during the work, the phone got heated and started expelling pungent smoke and within a minute the battery blasted. It’s a matter of great concern and shame for Xiaomi as these kinds of incidents can be hazardous to the users.

                                        I went to service centre but not getting any positive response from the company side. And two to three times I talked to customer care but again I disappointed from your response. customer care told that your phone blasted due over charing but I claimed that I did not overcharge my phone and I don't where in company policy it is written that "if you charge your phone, the phone may blast".they also told that your phone had not in warranty period so can't much help you.

                                        I am attaching the photographs of the blasted phone and job sheet which I took from the services centre.

                                        I went to the service centre they give he return paper in which they wrote the damages to the phone are users induced.I don't know how they can claim that this is my mistake and I have a copy of return paper but there have no option to upload it. I also called to several time customer care but they were making me fool. one person said that your phone blasted by charging, other one said that we are trying to resolve your problem from last ten days. I don't know what should I do now?
                                        I am download jio security in google play store but not opening app please Slove it.
