My redmi4 mobile is suddenly off and while turning on only loading appears and hang on the screen. Today i went to servicing centre they said water inters through headset and my motherboard is not working. They force to sign a paper for repairing in out warranty and asked me to give rs 800. The phone was of only 6 month and neither through water nor broken. I don’t want such unlawful reason in innocent customers. I refused to give the money...

I have requested for the replacement of my mi a1 phone due to sudden reboot issues. As the pick up of the defected phone has been done on the 31st january 2018, the company promised me that i will get the new handset within 2-5 working days but still i haven't received any status on that.
I have contacted the company through call and by mail too still they are not giving me an update about the replacement....

Sir, im using redmi 3s prime mobile. I am facing fast heating problem and battery drain problem after last miui updation. Even a 4 minutes usage is enough for my phone to get heat. Im using genuine charger also. Please try to fix this problem. Give us a new update fixing these problem. I updated my mi a1 today and since upgrading to android oreo, its consuming more battery. It's draining out much faster than when the phone was running on nougat.
