Sir,
I have purchased redmi 4 from website of mi. I received phone on 9/11/2018. On that day only i started facing heating issues not even using the phone. I have not even inserted the sim then also temperature is 44.2c. When i asked for replacement, company is saying that they need 47c minimum to classify as heating issue. They literally have gone mad.in winter season without using phone it is getting heated upto 45 degrees and they consider it as normal.

I am here by attaching the screenshots also.
Now i dont need this phone i just need my refund.

    . I was replace my speaker on the lat november 2017 from authorized dealer in bangalore near from btm circle for speaker noise issue. But the issue has been again repeated within 3 months after replacing the speaker of my phone. My mobile has been purchased in 2016 december. Please make necessary action s about this kind of repeating issue that happens within 6 month and do it needful

But my point of view my phone alloys hang. I am so fed up this phone. I don't find out the permanent solution. I am already 2 times visit anna nagar service canter. This people not give permanent solution. My last visit feb - 01- 2018. Every 15/30 days my phone is hang then i am waiting this phone swish off is then egan connect the charger phone is continue.         I have updated my first space, and a notification popped up to update second space and the data will be restored to first space automatically. After i restored and updated i find the photos of second space. I did not find those photos in mi cloud, google photos and also google drive. The other photos which were not imported in the second space were restored but the photos which i willingly imported disappeared. Kindly solve this.
        Recharged my jio number through my jio app and the amount of 399 has-been debited but the jio customer care tells me that they haven't received the payment.

          Bought redmi note 4 via flipkart on 6th september 2017.

          1 the voice (Audio reception) very slow during a long call and the receiver is also unable to hear the conversation at one audio level, as usual i thought it is net work issue and ignored. But the problem continued to persist even with good signal areas. This was checked and confirmed by your customer service.. Technician also change software but there's no result.             I purchased the xiaomi mi a1 device on 25th december 2017 from http://buy.mi.com/in/buy/product/mi-a1 for rs 14898 including mi protect for rs 899 and got it delivered on 2nd february 2018.

            The mobile was rebooting on its own several times a day & i had to contact xiaomi chat customer service several times and they asked me to visit the customer service centre. My wife went there with my 2 year old child but their customer service could not resolve the issue and created a job sheet number and asked to contact chat service again for replacement on 6th feb. The service centre informed xiaomi will come and collect defective phone immediately and hand over replacement at that same time. We contacted chat support again who said that someone will call in 24 hr. Since no call, i contacted them via chat who said they could not reach me via phone and gave an alternative number. They rang me finally on 8th february. They said they need video evidence of issue although this was supplied to their service centre in navi mumbai in person and once that is approved, they will come and collect the phone and then once it reaches their warehouse, they will start the process of replacement. The service centre couldn’t fix the mobile and told the phone is defective and needs to be replaced. Despite this the lady over phone asked for same evidence to be emailed and then they will call back immediately. I emailed 4 videos on 8th feb but have not received reply yet. Contacted them again via chat on 9th feb who said they could not reach both the numbers which is absurd. Both the numbers are with me and we never received any calls from xiaomi.

              I took my redmi 4 phone to service center in porur, chennai i bought in amazon in the month of august 2017

              Though it was never dropped in water, the customer service representative is telling that the phone is kept in water and can not be covered under warranty.

              I am sure, we never exposed this phone to water. Its very ridiculous way of responding and even for replacement of parts you are almost charging the price of a new phone.

              Considering this, your company is not customer friendly and trying to loot people's money by making false complaints on the customer and not covering the products in warranty.

              I request you to take my product under warranty service and replace the product.

              Also, the time taken for checking a phone and picking up service is very high, almost 2 - 3 hours we need to spend for getting a response.

                I purchased my mi note 4 on 2-2-2017, recently my phone was into extreme heat and found some smell and within minutes they phone was high on smoke and the screen poped and was burnt internally i had contacted mi customer service on[protected] and they asked me to send the pictures of the burnt phone and finally visited the service centre they again took the pics and later after 2days said that they would give me 50% discount for the new phone and i did not agree with that later they said 60% finally they confirmed no discount also nothing can be done, the reason said by them is (The phone is second handed, and the phone battery is damaged from the customer cid),
                I have taken the phone from the mi authorised store hence they won't sell seconds phone, why should i remove the phone when i didn't have a single problem with the phone from the date i purchased, till the phone got burnt, if the battery is tampered how would the back panel burn,
                Before 4 or 5 mnts i had visited mi store in rajajinagar towards west of chord road to exchange my adaptor i enquired abt the heating issue the lady replied it's common in all mi phone while charging, i'm even ready to provide the proof anywhere, so even the (Sterling technologies 1st block 1st floor, opposite to navrang theatre) mr, r. Elango was very much helpful to provide me information from mi, he connected me a call to his superior he blackmailed me saying if i call media he would get rowdy support to deal with my case i dono if mi is selling mobile phones or doing rowdyzim, my complaint i'd is[protected] my job sheet number is (Wxin[protected]
                I'm posting here to create an awareness of the blackmail done, mi doesn't help customer the phone heating issue is of mi problem and it's there duty to help customer, i have the voice recording too with me so please help me on whom to complain and if any death occurred of my life mi is responsible i repeat mi is responsible for my death

                I'm ready to give the shop details from where I purchased the phone, when I exchange the adaptor I provided the original bill to get new adaptor but from then I dono where I lost my bill, I have my box

                  I purchased a MI4I phone in NOV 2015. From the beginning, it was started heating but not so much so I just ignored the situation but suddenly during the work, the phone got heated and started expelling pungent smoke and within a minute the battery blasted. It’s a matter of great concern and shame for Xiaomi as these kinds of incidents can be hazardous to the users.

                  I went to service centre but not getting any positive response from the company side. And two to three times I talked to customer care but again I disappointed from your response. customer care told that your phone blasted due over charing but I claimed that I did not overcharge my phone and I don't where in company policy it is written that "if you charge your phone, the phone may blast".they also told that your phone had not in warranty period so can't much help you.

                  I am attaching the photographs of the blasted phone and job sheet which I took from the services centre.

                  I went to the service centre they give he return paper in which they wrote the damages to the phone are users induced.I don't know how they can claim that this is my mistake and I have a copy of return paper but there have no option to upload it. I also called to several time customer care but they were making me fool. one person said that your phone blasted by charging, other one said that we are trying to resolve your problem from last ten days. I don't know what should I do now?
                  I am download jio security in google play store but not opening app please Slove it.

                    I visited mi service center at kolkata, sector v office on 6-feb-2018 & came to know that there is an internal damage, henceforth it's can't be fixed even if there is a valid warranty.

                    Now, as an end customer/user i received this set through "flipkart" on same damaged condition & since the damage was inside so it's not visible from outside. Also the issue is "intermittent" so i was unable to predict that when i received/purchased the set.

                    Now, i am not sure how they can wash their hand & refuse to fix the problem when i have a valid warranty.

                      Service centre is at very shabby place n behaviour of officials there is disgusting. I gave my phone for software updation the work which was to take 1 hour was completed in 8 days that also on my repeated visit 5 times my each visit cost me rs.300. I was told twice by the offcials that you have come your self n we mi has not invited u. Such centres should be closed which portrays a negative image of company n tarnish their reputation

                        I purchased redmi note 4 on 1st july 2017 from flip-kart.com. I am using this phone last 6 months and it has been heating but service center said nothing will happen to this. And they neglected me.
                        And suddenly my phone became bend and its not looking like a phone - i went to service center again, but they are saying we will not consider such problem in warranty.

                        I sincerely request you to please refund my amount or replace me with same phone. You can not deceive the indian customer like this.

                          I bought a phone on 1st of jan.. Nd within 20 days am getting problem of front camera. As showing mi service is good.. It's very annoying 2 me that..in my case it's not there so solve my problem i got hardware problem within 20 days nd u people r not takin responsiblity. Its very shame on me that i had faith on u guyz.. Mi service is very bad service i ever seen... So guy my suggestion is not 2 take mi phone it's waste they r jst foolin us.. Fr there fame.
                          I got oreo update and i ve done update. But after update has been done, i'm facing problem in cast.before fine after the oreo updation the problem I faced.cant getting connect through cast .Kindly help me as soon as possible and sort out the issue...

                            I purchased Redmi 4 mobile (3gb.@8499 inr.)from on line mi store for birthday-gift in advance days. Invoice no:972880 on dated :20 dec'17. Order no:[protected].but big issue of over heating. However, within used two days itself, the touch of the mobile not working. We checked with mi. service center Gandhinagar - 382007.mi.centre said me, "it is liquid damage" & give me estimated of touch pad replace charge Rs. 2772/-.but I am not agree for repair. I am not satisfied with the mi center. After 7 days i visited another mi center Ahmedabad - 380024 & checking the phone, they said the phone's touch pad & main board also not working. Give me estimated Rs. 7764/-.I am not agree with. I think my phone over damaged by previous mi. Service center. I am very disappointed with my phone & mi. service centers, because I don't used phone totally 48 hours also. So kindly request to you for replace or back my phone.

                              I have bought redmi y1 64 gb mobile form onwards the mobile didn't not support so many apps... Daily twice, thrice. It needs changing. Especially smule apps didn't support... I mailed somany times no one can solve this problem... So kindly don't buy redmi products they are cheating fellows i lost my money rs. 11499 for this cheating company like redmi... I asked replace or refund no one response. I serviced thrice. But no use... They spoiled my mobile and they have exchanged my charger also. Totally they said redmi y1. But really it is redmi note 5a. But speciation is different from y1 to 5a note. I received 5a note not y1. I have proof. Kindly take action against this redmi... Very very worst service center and product... Especially tamabram kadaperi services center is very worst they changed my charger... And they said i will give replacement but never give. They spoiled my mobile. Even im very very angry. Better they can beg... Why you sale defect products... Bloody nonsense... Don't you have sense at all... They are sucking our blood... They cheated from me 11500 rs.. Begging fellow don't buy redmi

                              I was using phone in sunlight and it was only just 5-10 minutes and screen of my phone suddenly cracked without doing anything. I have MI NOTE 4 which is still in warranty.

                                My redmi4 mobile is suddenly off and while turning on only loading appears and hang on the screen. Today i went to servicing centre they said water inters through headset and my motherboard is not working. They force to sign a paper for repairing in out warranty and asked me to give rs 800. The phone was of only 6 month and neither through water nor broken. I don’t want such unlawful reason in innocent customers. I refused to give the money and came back without my phone.                                   I have requested for the replacement of my mi a1 phone due to sudden reboot issues. As the pick up of the defected phone has been done on the 31st january 2018, the company promised me that i will get the new handset within 2-5 working days but still i haven't received any status on that.
                                  I have contacted the company through call and by mail too still they are not giving me an update about the replacement.

                                    I got my redmi note 4 phone a few months back, and i am having a lot of trouble almost every day.
                                    1. It's showing incorrect contacts, different name is associated with different number.
                                    2. It updates apps and services sometimes automatically, even if i have disables automatic update
                                    3. Screen feature sometimes works, sometimes doesn't
                                    4. Many a times it doesn't play ringtone when phone call is arrived, even if the ringing volume is full.
                                    5. Keypad tones and volume are absolutely unreliable. I'm able to hear the sound and vibration for a moment n next moment its suddenly gone.
                                    6. Calls automatically go on hold thought hearing aid is on.
                                    7. Apps like whatsapp, hike, facebook, gallery are not working well.
                                    8. Phone hangs a lot of times a day. Its very irritating to restart every time.
                                    9. Wifi connection failure is too a frequent issue and i'm sure of wifi device performance. Sometimes, it shows wifi connected signal but no data is received though wifi has excellent signal.
                                    Purchased on 6.10.2017. Severe Bending of mobile might be due to manufacturing issues. Outer structure of mobile (back side) & battery become bend. Visited Mi service Center, Silchar, Assam, India on 01.02.2018 but they declined to accept. Please solve this issue at the earliest possible.

                                      Sir, im using redmi 3s prime mobile. I am facing fast heating problem and battery drain problem after last miui updation. Even a 4 minutes usage is enough for my phone to get heat. Im using genuine charger also. Please try to fix this problem. Give us a new update fixing these problem. Because i can't take my phone outside because of its poor battery backup even when this phone comes with 4100 mah battery.

                                        I am using no note4 for over a year. On 02nd february, 2018 unfortunately did the sin of downloading wallpaper carousel for lock screen. Since then it is not accepting finger print. It is asking password. I typed what i remembered. But it got locked and i am asked to format. It ruined all my meetings. I deeply regret buying this hopeless device from cheap minded company. My mobile [protected]
