Hi this is to bring to everyone's notice that Ask Me Bazaar is selling Duplicate MI Power Bank which charges the phone barely for 15 mins before it dies out. I have had a very good experience with the original product so decided to buy the same from Ask Me Bazaar as it was on a discounted price. Only after purchasing it did i realise that it was a duplicate product and not the original. Its been over a month that I've been trying to get a refund for the 3 power banks that i purchased. The sale of Duplicate MI Power Bank on Ask Me Bazaar is indeed spoiling the credibility of the original one. I guess something needs to be done about the same. Trying really hard to get the original one online however its always out of stock. Wouldn't mind if you'll plant to gift me even 2 original power banks for bringing this fraud to your notice ;-)

    I have purchased Xiaomi Redmi2 from Flipkart on 8th April2015 and it got deliveried on 9th April 2015. After usage of 40 days mobile is getting heating up like hell and battery is draining very fast. I have contacted Flipkart on the same and they said to visit a service center. I have been to service center and they updated the software and said it will work fine, but the next day my mobile is completely dead and is not switching on. I agian visited service center on 28th May 2015 and Service cenetr guy after quick check of the mobile informed that there is problem with Mother Board and that need to be replaced and need to submit my mobile and wait for 7 days, I have asked for a back up mobile as i am not having one with me, Service center guy said there is no such facility, even though i accepted and waited for 7 days and called back the service center about the status of the Mobile. They informed me that i need to wait for more time. I have waited till 15th June 2015 and collected mobile on that day, Service center guy informed me that problem is not with Mother Board and it is with Battery and so replace the battery. Today 16th June 2015 i have visited Service center as mobile is heating up like hell again and battery is draining very fast. Think a person without a mobile for two weeks and again in the same situation after two weeks. Is this what a customer expects.

      I own a Xiaomi Mi4i. Whenever I am making a VOIP call on Skype I encounter a problem. I am able to view the other person and can hear his/her voice but after some time the other person can only see me but can't hear my voice. It's very irritating and highly painful. This is not expected from such a renowned brand Xiaomi which is known for its high performance . My main motto of buying this phone Xiaomi Mi4i was to make Video Calls only as this phone has very high camera quality but it had let me down by its performance. It's contrary to the name and reputation of Xiaomi. I want this to be resolved as soon as possible so that my faith remains in Xiaomi.

          Dear Sir, I had purchased Mi4i xiaomi mobile on 30-Apr-2015 through flipkart which got delivered on 04-may-2015. After using it for 15-20 days, the display of the mobile is damaged just keeping it in hand bag. Cell phone has non other scratches or damage on its body except the display. The product is still in warranty. Now how can a brand new phone get damaged just keeping in a bag??? I took the product to Mi service centre for repair or replacment, but they are asking me to pay Rs. 5500/- for repair when it is already in warranty, than why should i pay this amount?? Its the product which is defective and mistake at your end. The product which i received is surely a defective one otherwise cell phones do not get damaged easily. Flipkart is also not co-operating as they say u have crossed 30day policy, so u have to pay to the service centre. This is pure mis-guiding the customers from Xiaomi & Flipkart by giving them defective products and then later on asking them to pay a hefty amount on after sales service. This pure looting the customers like us. I want a replacement for my product at the earliest or repair without any cost.

              sir my redmi 1s touchpad is being not working. just after 2 months from its purchase when i visited the service center you mention. it has stop providing service for xiomi india. i subsequently contacted to your customer center which give me another address which is too far away and will cost m another mobile. please try to provide a satisfactory sollution for this problem

                I have handed over my Redmi note 4G to your pick drop boy and paid rs 130 for home pick up charges. i was facing problem of not able to attend call without earphone and earphone icon doesnt disappear ever after unplugging earphone. he committed that they will returned it back within 2-3 days, but even after 15 days i have not been received my phone also not been informed that when they will return it back. i am continuously following with service center and customer care but nobody giving me reply. i am highly disappointed with the commitment given by your team and now they are not attending my call too.                   Sir I have purchased xiaomi redmi 2 mobile handset on 19 April 2015. On 6 June 2015 the mobile fell down & its display was broken. I belong to pathankot & the nearest service centre is at Chandigarh. Company customer executive gave me contact number of Chd service centre but no number is working. Am so harassed by the company's poor service.

                      Submitted my Mi3 phone to New Tech Solutions Vashi for Phones Touchscreen issue and Proximity Sensor, The Phone was repaired and o one bothered to inform for collection, Upon visiting to service centre and when the phone was given for testing the phone was found damaged at the bottom, and when informed to assistants they blamed me of submitting damaged phone, but the service sheet had all cleared, the manager was ready to replace the damaged part but no word from their end and their phone numbers are not working at all, Please help me to get out of this pathetic support

                          Sir, Myself Devesh kumar was an user of Redmi 1 s. I was purchased it from flipkart on 16 sep 2014. Last month when I was updating the Smartphone from the developer ROM of Redmi 1 s from the official website it goes on recovery mode.. So I submit it to the xiomi service center 'AAKARSH ELECTRONICS, SHREE BALA JI COMPLEX MALL ROAD' at kanpur for repairing on 25 may 2015 and they are not returning my phone still now.                                 my self sumit kumar. i have submitted xaiomi red mi 1 s phone in viman nagar sevice centre pune. they have not give me any type of receipt. when I call customer care he ask me my job sheet no and he say that I can"n help you without job sheet no. then I call viman nagar, pune Maharastha service centre for ask my job sheet no, but they did not receive any calls. viman nagar, pune maharastha service centre is totally fake. If you will not help me then I will go for fir against viman nagar service centre and xaiomi.

                                  Dear whoever, I am sorry but I am going to be very harsh and blunt with my words. Buying MI4 was the 1st biggest mistake ever!!! I never knew that the cell phone i bought from the so called "buzzing" website FLIPKART will give a DEFECTIVE PIECE after paying a good amount of money! From the day one the cell phone is behaving weird with some or the other problems. Coming to the SERVICES. People are not trained enough nor professional enough to understand the problems occuring in the phone. Especially the service center at POWAI guys are just hopeless and laid back service!! They dont care enough to resolve the problem infact they create more problems after handing over to them!! Highly REGREATFULL, HOPELESS AND DISAPPOINTING services and phone!! WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS BRAND TO ANYONE NEITHER LET ANYONE BUY IT!!!

                                    on 22/05/2015. i submitted my phone in service centre of XIAOMI(New Tech solutions) in navi mumbai. they told me that cell will be given back in 2 weeks. but still they not provided my cell back to me. now they are telling me that they dont know still how much days will require to repaire and provide me my cell back.

                                        Sir, my self Sanjay chaudhary from agra.. I have order of Mi 10400 mah power bank with order no .. [protected] on date 29 may 2015. And I received it on 5 June 2015 at 6.00pm. This product cover was in two pice..and the power bank was not giving output more than 5 or 10 minutes... It has taken time to charge up to 15 min and then all LEDs..we're fully lighting as shows that it has been charged but when I go charge to my phone and tablets it gives only 5 or 10 minutes charging and then show discharged power bank. Please replace my order sir...
