I purchased MI 3 in the month of Oct. On Saturday i was surprise during attending an incoming call. My phone touch was not working . I tried to attend three times. on my last attempt the screen moved but one chick sound appeared and caused a hair crack on touchscreen. I also felt that my handset is warm as unusual. i couldn't find out the reason of happening this either its due to excessive heat or due to internal short circuit. Then i tried to contact to the service center ( S D Communication, Milan Park, Gariah, Kolkata) . Its a very pathetic experience for me that no one is bother to attend call at this center. I tried not less then 100 times in two days. Same complain i have given to Customer CareToll Free no and my complain no is 235235 dt. 30.05.2015. Any how i visited to the service center today but there also i was again surprised to find there attitude towards customer. The guy who attended me is not at all ready to listen the problem one answer with all my points that its physical damage and you have to pay 6800 rs in advance to replace the touchscreen.He is not at all interested to know the reason of happening.I also requested him that my feedback may be more impotent for the R & D department of the company but again i was unsuccessful. At last, i called up to customer care no and same intimated to the representative.She assured me that she will forward it to the concern dept. She also asked me to put a written complain to serve you better. I am still waiting for company concern on this issue.

    i purchased redmi1s from flipkart 6 months before after sometime its start problem with motherboard so i gave it jaipur service center they took 3 month to repair it after repair when i received it and took home then i found that front camera and charging socket is not in the mobile phone so i complaint it to service center that they forgot to place charging socket and front camera in my mobile and service center is saying that you have yo check it at the receiving time and we cant do any thing on that. so i am cheated my the company regarding the service time they take to repair it which is very long time to repair that is 3 month and they take my front camera and charging socket which is not the defective part. so please help me regarding my complaint. i am in problem since i purched this mobile it is giving hardware problem then after 3 month of service time without mobile and after that a mobile without front camera and charging socket. i want justice and compensation regarding my mobile. chetan jain([protected])

      I've purchased Redmi 2 from flipkart on 24th March 2015. After 2 months the camera stopped working. The phone was always handled with extreme care and precaution and was never dropped. I've tried to contact the service centre executive (Nagpur) on all the three given numbers but all in vain. The lines are always busy. Once it was connected the executive said that their server is down and cannot help me. Please try to contact me as soon as possible and help me.       Automatically switch off wifi

      I am using mi note 3, it is one month old and I am having thi problem of WiFi . it automatically switch off after every minute. I can't do anything due to this problem . I will be very thankfull for helping me

        I have submitted my MI Note 4G mobile to Xiaomi authorised service centre at Shakarpur, Vikas Marg, New Delhi vide job sheet no-JS[protected] dated 20/05/2015 and till date I have not received my handset repaired despite several repeated reminders to customer care centre. I have been without mobile for past 09 days which is causing great inconvenience to me.               To Whome it may concern. I purchased a Xiaomi Redmi 2 for my wife as a gift. It was ordered from Flipkart on the 24th March 2015 and delivered on 27th March 2015 order number # Order ID: OD[protected]. It worked like a charm for the first few days. Then i got my first jolt on the 6th of May just barely over a month when i called my wife, she picked up the phone and she was not able to hear anything at her end. I went ahead and tried all the possible troubleshooting i could think of even reset the phone to factory defaults trusting that that HardWare parts used by Xiaomi is better than a "cheap chinese phone". I first of all tried called flipkart and they redirected me to Xiaomi. I called the phone number[protected]. A guy picked up the phone and then convinced me for a pick up service. I paid Rs 112 for the service on the 7th of May 2015 and they promissed to fix my issue and ship the phone back to be in the next 24 hrs. I received my phone and it was working. Service was carried out by a 3rd party vendor Gadget Wood. I was happy and impressed with the service. Then this afternoon she got a call from her office and then she started having the same issue. So i decided to call Xiaomi once again at[protected]. They were not even attentive when i read out the service request ID . I had to repeate it twice before she understood that i was calling about the phone. I wanted to know what parts were repplaced in my earlier service and they said that they didnot keep any recoards for them. Instaed of troubleshooting nor trying to address my issue they started to pitch me for the pick up service. they said that i have to pay for the pick up service again. Then i chatted again and they gave me the same answer. My only question is 1- ARE XIAOMI PHONES NOT RELIABLE AS A PRIMARY PHONE SYSTEM 2- paying Rs 112 is not an issue but it has only been 19 days since the first service was done. but even after parts replacement why has the same parts gone bad again.They gauranteed me that it is gng to work fine so why is it causing the same issue again. (CHEAP PARTS BEING USED) 3- Had used samsung /micromax phones and they are still running great. 4- what is the policy to get a repalcement phone as service has alreay been carried out once and a second service is inevetiable in the last 20 days. 4- Since we use the phone as a part of our daily lives how about the componsation as the same issue has reoccurred.                 I bought mi 10400 mah power bank, but it stoped working after 3 months so i went to service center they said you will get a new one, but its been more than 2 months they are not providing my power bank, i called to customer care they said we are raising issue and will get back to you but still i dint get any solution.the service center people are not very friendly they are not supporting for this . this service center is in kormangala 6th block .please help me with my issue.

                    Defective Product Sold By Flipkart through WS Retail Servies Pvt. Ltd. Initially phone was reported with Touch Screen Issue with Kormanagala Xiaomi Service Center, but I was returned back the phone saying all repairs are completed. But on receipt the phone isnt working once brought back hoem & checked. It dosent get charged anymore. Looks like its tampered. I could see lot of indentation marks when Battery is removed. Something Fishy & Shady at this place. Lot of people we could see come & fight over there.                       I hae a xiaomi mi3W phone. its been 6-7 months I am using this phone and it has been good. but from last few months it has been started giving problems! the phone gets hang in the middle and does not function for a while! its gets heated and hangs up. also while speaking on call the voice of other person breaks frequently, & sometimes it blocks the signals and rage is no more. many times it does not unlock and gets stucked! kindly provide with appropriate help.

                          Hi, Based on your excellent launching of Mi4i in India, I have purchased this mobile and its a faulty mobile. Almost everybody is complaining. Its a manufacturing defect. The sound its too low, even in higher volume you cant hear the call sound. Request to have call back for Mi4i mobile, I will intern raised to India government panel to do buy back of such mobile. If you spending money than its should be of good quality and that too in flash sale buying. thanks

                              I purchased the mobile "Mi4i" from flipkart on 7th May 2015 flash sale and got the delivery on 11th May 2015. As n When i open the box mobile i was checking the mobile functions. At sudden mobile dropped from just 1ft height and display glass broken and lower panel touch not responding. till that i have not inserted the sim in mobile. I complained on flipkart as well as xiaomi customer care about this and they said we can not help, you have to go service centre to get repair at your on cost. Which type of gorilla grass is it that can break easily. This is not single case. In my office 2 Mi3 mobile display also broken due to fall and touch gone out. If I am spending 13000 for Mi4i and i Got such a sensitive mobile than it is wastage of money. I want my money back or xiomai return me repaired mobile . What is warranty of new mobile.                                     Hi, I went to Borviali service centre about a month back, my phone was having software issues, I dont know what they did but my fone was normal for a day then it conked off completely.It didnt start. I went again and this time they said me water damage to PCB and later mother board damage and tried to get Money close to 7ks, I was paranoic towards their approach and how other consumers were saying about them so i decided to go to Malad service centre and i was right. My fone neither had mere software issues but they had manhandled my fone and three screws were missing from mother board, jack was broken and there was no PCB damage as claimed. they had even done many scratches on my fone.Initially i had only one. I have took this in writing from a malad Authorised Xiaomi service centre. When i wrote a complaint mail to service centre they didint even bother to reply in a day and when they did they asked me to go to same service centre again. I am attaching image details .
