i have submitted my redmi note 4g mobile in the customer care office in nagpur. they say that i have a display issue and they have to replace the display but they are saying that the display is not available and they have kept my phone for 10 days and say that i have to wait for 1 more week. please help me out with this problem and contact the customer care of nagpur

    Defective Product Sold By Flipkart through WS Retail Servies Pvt. Ltd. Initially phone was reported with Touch Screen Issue with Kormanagala Xiaomi Service Center, but I was returned back the phone saying all repairs are completed. But on receipt the phone isnt working once brought back hoem & checked. It dosent get charged anymore. Looks like its tampered. I could see lot of indentation marks when Battery is removed. Something Fishy & Shady at this place. Lot of people we could see come & fight over there.       I hae a xiaomi mi3W phone. its been 6-7 months I am using this phone and it has been good. but from last few months it has been started giving problems! the phone gets hang in the middle and does not function for a while! its gets heated and hangs up. also while speaking on call the voice of other person breaks frequently, & sometimes it blocks the signals and rage is no more. many times it does not unlock and gets stucked! kindly provide with appropriate help.

          Hi, Based on your excellent launching of Mi4i in India, I have purchased this mobile and its a faulty mobile. Almost everybody is complaining. Its a manufacturing defect. The sound its too low, even in higher volume you cant hear the call sound. Request to have call back for Mi4i mobile, I will intern raised to India government panel to do buy back of such mobile. If you spending money than its should be of good quality and that too in flash sale buying. thanks

Even which service centre address shown in website is also fake, land line no is also fake, now how can i repair my mobile. I would like to say every new customer who want to buy xiaomi mobile plz dont buy it because every service centre is fake. After purchase any mobile Every customer will face problem in their mobile.                     Hi, I went to Borviali service centre about a month back, my phone was having software issues, I dont know what they did but my fone was normal for a day then it conked off completely.It didnt start. I went again and this time they said me water damage to PCB and later mother board damage and tried to get Money close to 7ks, I was paranoic towards their approach and how other consumers were saying about them so i decided to go to Malad service centre and i was right. My fone neither had mere software issues but they had manhandled my fone and three screws were missing from mother board, jack was broken and there was no PCB damage as claimed. they had even done many scratches on my fone.Initially i had only one. I have took this in writing from a malad Authorised Xiaomi service centre. When i wrote a complaint mail to service centre they didint even bother to reply in a day and when they did they asked me to go to same service centre again. I am attaching image details .

                          Hi there, I own a MI4 device and is 4 months old and under warranty. Its screen stopped working. I went to Indore service center and they denied.They say they are not accepting any XIAMO devices for repair. They are having issues with the company/servers and so on.I tried at least 5 times and from the past 20 days, but they denied to take device.This is totally unacceptable. I am unable to use my device and your service center is not taking devices for repair.This is why we cannot trust companies like this.No proper service. I think I have to use legal door to get my device fixed?This is insane, i bought device since they were having service center in Indore.Now what should I do?This is totally not customer friendly service.Device serial - [protected]I even called customer care and complained - 180803, but no response.                             I bought a Mi4i phone. On the xiomai promise to customer usable storage 12.77 gb out of 16 GB. But in my phone I checked it showing approx. 9.8 gb. I reset twice but It show same amout. Plz check and solve that problem I don't know why the phone consuming too much GB for pre-installed app. I upload Photo.

                              I had bought Readme 1s mobile from flipkart (order id: OD[protected] dated:06/10/2014. There was a problem in first SIM slot and it was not detecting any SIM card. I had given my mobile to TVS electronics (authorized service provider by xiomi at bodakdev, Ahmedabad). I was told that my mobile will get repaired within 2-3 days. Now almost 11 days have passed and I am not getting any positive reply from service centre. Kindly help me to get my mobile repaired at the earliest.

                                Dear Sir, I have got my RedMI 1s phone through flipkart on 19.01.2015 and it was started malfunctioning in just 2 months. it was not charging at all.I am from Jaunpur(U.P.) and the nearest service center is in Kanpur, which is 400 K.M. far from my city.I have given my phone in Kanpur service center on 3.04.02015 but till date my phone is not rectified. The service center never picks up the phone. I have to go all the way just to inquire about my phone.On 09.05.2015 I called on the service center no. and they told that the cell has been repaired and i can take it any time but today (12.05.2015) when i went all the to kanpur to take the phone they told that they need more time.I am truly fed up with the phone and with the service you provide.Customer care also do not give any help.I am writing you as my last resort.                                   Dear Sir, Subject: Complaint against defective Xiaomi –MI-3 – Mobile handset Against my order Dt. 7/10/2014. M/S Flipkart vide their invoice date 8/10/2014 (my order ID – 0D[protected] supplied me above mobile handset around 8th to 14th Oct. 2014. Your above handset did not work properly from the beginning. On 17/2/2015 the said handset was given for repair to your service centre at SURAT (GUJARAT, INDIA) vide their W.O. No. SUR/XM/14/00421 Dt. 17/2/2015. On 17/4/2015 we only called the service centre about the phone then the service centre at SURAT informed about the following defects was attended to “Not Powering on need to replace motherboard”. And thus after 2 months our handset was returned to us. But after a 2-3 days time we found that the same old problem persisted and the said handset was given back to your service centre on 29/04/2015 vide their work order No. SUR/XM/15/00365. Till date we are awaiting their response about the action taken in the matter. You will appreciate that mobile is a necessary in our day to day business and suffering very much this type of mobile handset which has hardly worked. We feel and are sure that said piece of handset is having some inherit defects as such all-upon you to replace it with new one good piece to avoid our further suffering without any further loss of time to enable us to avoid any un-pleasant action like going to consumer grievance-cell or news paper. We look forward to your prompt action in the matter.

                                  I have purchased a brand new phone from Flipkart at the time of purchase there is white spot in the screen and then I complaint to Flipkart customer care but they have not any response. This phone is going heat very much when using net or also heat without using net. Yesterday when when pick the phone to make a call then network of my both sim lost after 10 sec network show again network lost and again network show after 10 sec.                                     I had ordered a 10400 mAh Mi Power bank from flipkart on 23 August 2014. I got the product on 30th August 2014. I started using it somewhere by 3rd week of September. Barely within 5 months o[censored]se, the product started giving problems and wouldn't charge the devices connected. I reported the issue to flipkart and xiaomi on 27th February 2015 (product still in warranty). While Xiaomi took 3 weeks to reply to my email (by then the warranty period got crossed over), flipkart claimed that warranty starts the from the date the order is taken i.e 23rd August in this case. My question is : How can warranty start from the order date, when I haven't even received the product? As per flipkart's suggestion I submitted my power bank at the nearest XIAOMI service centre in Bengaluru which happens to be SRI SAI CELLS in Indiranagar on 3rd March 2015. I was assured that it will take 25 working days for them to get the problem fixed. Nearly two months of working days have passed yet the service centre is giving lame excuses and keeps the phone on hold most of the time. Every time I am being told to call in next week and enquire for the status. This is very much frustrating. Neither the service centre nor XIAOMI are replying on time. I had awaited for a long time to buy this product and see it fail within its warranty period is very disappointing.Having a tough time being a XIAOMI customer.
