I bought a Mi4i phone. On the xiomai promise to customer usable storage 12.77 gb out of 16 GB. But in my phone I checked it showing approx. 9.8 gb. I reset twice but It show same amout. Plz check and solve that problem I don't know why the phone consuming too much GB for pre-installed app. I upload Photo.

    I had bought Readme 1s mobile from flipkart (order id: OD[protected] dated:06/10/2014. There was a problem in first SIM slot and it was not detecting any SIM card. I had given my mobile to TVS electronics (authorized service provider by xiomi at bodakdev, Ahmedabad). I was told that my mobile will get repaired within 2-3 days. Now almost 11 days have passed and I am not getting any positive reply from service centre. Kindly help me to get my mobile repaired at the earliest.

      Dear Sir, I have got my RedMI 1s phone through flipkart on 19.01.2015 and it was started malfunctioning in just 2 months. it was not charging at all.I am from Jaunpur(U.P.) and the nearest service center is in Kanpur, which is 400 K.M. far from my city.I have given my phone in Kanpur service center on 3.04.02015 but till date my phone is not rectified. The service center never picks up the phone. I have to go all the way just to inquire about my phone.On 09.05.2015 I called on the service center no. and they told that the cell has been repaired and i can take it any time but today (12.05.2015) when i went all the to kanpur to take the phone they told that they need more time.I am truly fed up with the phone and with the service you provide.Customer care also do not give any help.I am writing you as my last resort. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful ASAP. or i will forced to go to consumer court, CNBC AWAJ channel, print and social media with my grievance.The details are below;1.         Dear Sir, Subject: Complaint against defective Xiaomi –MI-3 – Mobile handset Against my order Dt. 7/10/2014. M/S Flipkart vide their invoice date 8/10/2014 (my order ID – 0D[protected] supplied me above mobile handset around 8th to 14th Oct. 2014. Your above handset did not work properly from the beginning. On 17/2/2015 the said handset was given for repair to your service centre at SURAT (GUJARAT, INDIA) vide their W.O. No. SUR/XM/14/00421 Dt. 17/2/2015. On 17/4/2015 we only called the service centre about the phone then the service centre at SURAT informed about the following defects was attended to “Not Powering on need to replace motherboard”. And thus after 2 months our handset was returned to us. But after a 2-3 days time we found that the same old problem persisted and the said handset was given back to your service centre on 29/04/2015 vide their work order No. SUR/XM/15/00365. Till date we are awaiting their response about the action taken in the matter. You will appreciate that mobile is a necessary in our day to day business and suffering very much this type of mobile handset which has hardly worked. We feel and are sure that said piece of handset is having some inherit defects as such all-upon you to replace it with new one good piece to avoid our further suffering without any further loss of time to enable us to avoid any un-pleasant action like going to consumer grievance-cell or news paper. We look forward to your prompt action in the matter.
        Dear sir,

        I have purchased a brand new phone from Flipkart at the time of purchase there is white spot in the screen and then I complaint to Flipkart customer care but they have not any response. This phone is going heat very much when using net or also heat without using net. Yesterday when when pick the phone to make a call then network of my both sim lost after 10 sec network show again network lost and again network show after 10 sec. I have very irritated from this phone.At the purchasing time I have purchased the 7 phones in my factory so if can't eble to refund or replace my phone in that case I have to go to the cunsmer court.And my registered no is [protected].

          I had ordered a 10400 mAh Mi Power bank from flipkart on 23 August 2014. I got the product on 30th August 2014. I started using it somewhere by 3rd week of September. Barely within 5 months o[censored]se, the product started giving problems and wouldn't charge the devices connected. I reported the issue to flipkart and xiaomi on 27th February 2015 (product still in warranty). While Xiaomi took 3 weeks to reply to my email (by then the warranty period got crossed over), flipkart claimed that warranty starts the from the date the order is taken i.e 23rd August in this case. My question is : How can warranty start from the order date, when I haven't even received the product? As per flipkart's suggestion I submitted my power bank at the nearest XIAOMI service centre in Bengaluru which happens to be SRI SAI CELLS in Indiranagar on 3rd March 2015. I was assured that it will take 25 working days for them to get the problem fixed. Nearly two months of working days have passed yet the service centre is giving lame excuses and keeps the phone on hold most of the time. Every time I am being told to call in next week and enquire for the status. This is very much frustrating. Neither the service centre nor XIAOMI are replying on time. I had awaited for a long time to buy this product and see it fail within its warranty period is very disappointing.Having a tough time being a XIAOMI customer.

                Dear Team, I have not received any update on the complaint raised by me, Re posting it again for some action by Xiaomi. Xiaomi Power Bank refused to be repaired or replaced as it was not purchased via Flipkart. The service center at koramangala claims agrees the power bank is a product of Xiaomi but cannot be serviced or replaced though its well within the warranty period as it was purchased on a different portal other than Flipkart. Really surprising to see this as the Xiaomi products are being sold on multiple web portals but warranty is provided only for Flipkart Purchases which most Indian consumers are not aware. This needs to be addressed as the Indian consumers are being misguided by Xiaomi India and their business models.                   Sir/Ma'am I had ordered a Sony 10400 mAh Power Bank from your website vide order no DGA2514790 and it was delivered to me. However, it is fake xiaomi mi(a copy of the original xiaomi mi 10400mAh power bank). This is very shameful. When you describe a product in a certain way, you should make sure that is what your suppliers deliver to your customers.Not only is the product fake, it barely works.                     I have submitted my MI phone to Xiaomi service center in madhapur Hyderabad for repair with work order no[protected]dated 29/04/2015), the phone was to be repaired and handed back in maximum 7 days. I have been contacting service center on daily basis(had to call 10 times to get a single response) but till date there is no clarity in the status of the hand set(status/ delivery date for getting it back). After harassment from the center I contacted xaiomi service center on [protected] on 05/05/15 at 13:21 for help. The concerned person on that day told me to have patience and wait for a day it will be sorted out. during this time I kept a constant follow up from xaiomi service center but no firm reply from them. Today on 07/05/15 I called up xaiomi service center([protected]) but no firm reply on tentative date. After harassment I called up xaiomi service center([protected]) at 12:03 and has words with Mr. Rohit Verma after checking the details Mr. Verma told me bluntly that he/they cannot provide any date and I have to contact the service center itself. When asked Mr. Verma for the date(again) he said he will not able to provide any details as there is no server. Upon asking Mr. Verma to give the same in email, to which he said I(costumer) has to send a mail. Upon requesting for a word with senior personal Mr. Verma asked for a hold, but never responded. And finally hung up the call. Can anyone tell me is this the way to deal with the costumer and upon repeated request that I am harassed by service center why we are still forced to call up the service center again and again. Why no one at Xaiomi is taking the accountability to serve the costumer and helping them out rather than passing the blame from here to there. The costumer care executive appointed are so dumb that all they know is “”Sorry” and “have patience” In the end I would say that I am regreating choosing Xaiomi as if this is your coustmer care I wonder people like me shall be assisociated with you in future.

                      Hello, This is regarding Xiaomi Redmi 1s phone. Recently my mother purchased a new Xiaomi Redmi 1s handset and it exploded while charging. The Company is not accepting the phone for repairing and says "your phone is burnt and there is no guarantee for burning" This answer was also given after a month and my mother was continuously calling them and they were not giving any honest reply.                       i had take the service of pickup and drop of xiaomi redmi 1s in delhi i had give the to gadgetwood service center representative on 06/08/2015 and today is 17/08/2015 i cannot recieve the phone so please tell me what can i do????????? i m warning you xiaomi please give back my phone quickly then i go to the consumer court and file the case on xiaomi .

                          Dear sir/mam My mobile redmi 1s had a spot on display and mobile is in warranty period I submit my mobile to the service station on 28th march 2015 and they told me that it will take 4 days to fix the problem but after 7 days they don't fix it and again said that it will take another 5-10 days but still after 10 days no further action in between many time I contact with online support and they also always register a complain and no action on complain after 15 days when I go to service center to collect my phone in prior condition they told that the phone is not switching on and also not charging it was a total subject of disappointing. I gave him 2 days time to fix it and return my phone in prior condition but after a month they are not returning my phone and not fixing the problem I want a clear justice I want to let him know that people who is sitting at higher position of the company and only concentrate on sales in every 2-3 months they are launching new models and but they are not thinking about the service issues only do business and make people fool. Please send them my voice I was a big fan of mi but these day I will not recommend any one to buy mi's product.                               got all new mi 4i on 5/5/2015 from flipkart, bt as i put 2 sim sims in phone, phone not showing 2nd sim, tried another sim also bt. not solved. problem is in front part of sim tray, whenever i put any sim in front part of sim it does not pick up the sim and phone shows insert sim msz, bt when i put same sim in second part of the sim tray it works fine...plz solve this or exchange it

                                Hi, I made a complaint already naming as Vaagee on April 28 you can see it. My mother board has been replaced after a month of struggle and repeadtly calling the xiaomi customer support. I made a complaint in phones too. My complaint no is 130639. Even after the mother board is replaced my mobile is not working. The next day itself I went to the service center (AP Technologies, Chennai). They have charged me Rs.2000/-. I don’t know why they charged me this much huge amount while the mobile is in good condition and also the mobile is in warranty (Not damaged added photo you can check it). I have paid them the amount Rs.2000/- to them since I needed the mobile even after the mobile is not working now. I did not even crossed the one week period time but my mobile is not working now. The mobiles IMEI number had been changed since the mother board has replaced. I don’t have any proof for it and AP technologies, Chennai is not ready to give any proof for this. Do XIAOMI provide as one year warranty and I did not cross my one year period of time I am ready to forward my invoice too. I already did that in the customer support mail. No response from them stiil. I can even take a snap shot of it and forward it in the website. Now I am just forwarding the bills and few of my photos along My new IMEI No: [protected] My old IMEI No. [protected] I can see the last complaint in this website has been viewed by the authorities still I did not get any proper reply. Can you replace the mobile even though it has been serviced, my mobile is not working anyway. Help me in this.

                                    I registered for xiamoi band which is avaliable for re.1 it asks me address name details etc. it shows you are succesfully register at 05-05-15 the sale startes it shows all product are soldout i call for the mi service and inform then they are saying you are did not add in the cart at the time of registration they didn't show that I WANT MI BAND FOR JUST RE.1 ONLY

No initiatives are taken by your employees, no job sheet no. is given to check my status of power bank. Please refund back my money. Seeing the kind of service by I would not recommend to anyone.
