Hi,
I wanted to bring this to ur attention as how Customers are treated when they try to get the benefit of any post sale service promissed by company.
There cant be a better example or experiance for me than this.
I had baught xiaomi note4g (IMEI [protected]) on 31.01.15 with one year warranty.
On 29.05.15 suddenly mobile screen stopped working, I took mobile to the service centre in malad west (mumbai 400064, Tel:[protected] to report the same. After doing all required inspection and tech work they told me that this happen sometimes, They gave me a deadline of 10 days for the repair. After 4-5 days they called me and said it is damaged due to water.
Now it is absolutely aggrevating response they have given to my complaint and they are making me run from pillar to post, it is very diffcult for me to run around with a baby in hand and without a proper handset it is even difficult to get in touch with contact.
it is expensive to call every one,
plz guide me to take it further and get compensated for the mental torture i have been given.
