I am using Red MI. Day by day hand set is giving problems like battery backup is reducing day by day even 3-4 hrs only, set gets heated during calls. I am getting annoyed while calling because network gets off 15-20 times a day. Moreover it hangs many times a day. Sometimes I get incoming call without light and ring tone even tone and light is on enable mode(ringing profile). Kindly do the satisfactory needful. Ravinder [protected]

I have ordered the phone on 1 July 2015 from flipkart & has recieved it on 4 July 2015, rom the first time, the Google services are not working & no other browsers too. From the very first second i could not open any apps like Youtube, Facebook etc which were pre- installed in it & too could not install the apps as because play store was not opening inspite of the excellent internet connection. Further the Sim card of Airtel was there as a part of Promotional Offer from Airtel . This Sim is too is not getting registered as i had tried a lot but it's activation is not done. This is really disgusting. KINDLY REFER TO THIS PROBLEM AS EARLIEST AS POSSIBLE.

This is just to share my miserable experience of owning a Mi 4i that I ordered through Flipkart (Order no. OD[protected] on 7th May, 2015. The touch screen stopped responding on 22nd June, 2015. The customer service advised a procedure for cleaning the cache which did not help. I am living 150 Kms away from the nearest service centre in Bangalore and I gave it for repair (Work Order no.[protected] on 24th June at the Mi exclusive service centre (TVS Electronics Ltd) on Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. Apart from the stock answer that they do not have spares, I have not been able to elicit any further response from the personnel at the customer service centre. They have mentioned that they do not have any spares stocked with them and they have informed ‘the concerned’ and are unable to even guess when the unit will get repaired. Further, I was directed to call the customer care number of Mi India. On date[protected], I have spoken to the customer care personnel of MiIndia and apart from giving me a complaint number (335893) they are not able to say anything further than to say that they will look into the matter and resolve it soon. There is absolutely no mechanism for escalating your grievance. The early product failure and the crude and miserable experience with the customer service center and Mi customer care personnel have left me with a feeling of being left in the lurch after selling me the product. My advice would be to stay safely away from such cheap Chinese products unless their customer care improves and Mi service centres equip themselves with the necessary spares to attend to service requests promptly. Thank god that I have not yet disposed off my old handset!

HI I bought Redmi 2 from Flipkart on 13 June 2015, and I have realized that the microphone just doesn't work well. I have speak real loud to make myself heard The problem worsens when I use a hands-free or earphone. I seek a replacement.

I purchased Xiaomi Mi4i mobile through Flipkart on 30th April 2015. Since the date of purchase, its' google applications (Gmail, Google Play Store, Chrome etc) are not working and also the sound is too slow. I raised a complaint to the Xiaomi, they transferred my complaint to their Delhi customer care, M/s Gadgetwood eServices Private Limited. They took my phone on 04th July and gave it back to me today i.e. on 06th July 2015. However after checking the phone, i found that the problems are intact. I enquired again to the Gadgetwood and they first transferred my call to 6 different people and then suggest another option to do a factory reset. Even after doing this, the problem remained intact. I then called again to the Xiaomi helpline no. [protected] but not getting any solution. My mobile must be replaced and Xiaomi must hire some good company to repair the mobile. The present company is just giving the product without doing its quality check. It's PATHETIC

I have bought a redmi 2 handset 2 months back and when i put my 16bg memory card its get heated up and battery drains alot.. Withput memory card its running good. When i went to mi xclusive service centre @ delhi. They took my phone for some 20 days n said we are waiting for required accesory. After that repair my phone still have a same issue. I want my handset to be replaced. Please think bout the customers too only selling wont let you guys anywhere its after sale service that let u stay in ppls heart. Learn from apple i[censored] have to beat them.

Hi, I have purchased Mi 4i mobile from Flipkart before some days. I am facing problem in sound quality. It is very low sound. When i start song that time sound is good but after that give low and low. I have checked with all song in default sound player and also in Google Play music. Same thing checked in video song but quality is very poor. Also facing problem in calls. Sound is listening very low during calls. I am running on latest os version and it is upto date and installed all latest paches. Is it bug or hardware problem or manufacture defect? Please tell me now what to do. You are going to call back the mobile and send the replacement or issue the upgrade package.

I brought mi 4i with this order number. There are multiple problems and i contacted the customer care centre after two days. They guided me through some process and the problems were fixed. Now, the same problems arise. Every app i install says that android process is crashed. Phone heats up a lot. Cant place near ear. In the specs it is written as 2gb ram. Even when all the apps are uninstalled, it says 700mb ram is available.

I want my money back.

I had given my cell to xiaomi service centre since itz has been since 5 day still my cell has not repaired they assurance is 2 working day to repair cell but still they want more time to repair what going on they are not saying only they are expanding days. . .

My name is rishikesh chinni, i have received redmi note mobile by online shopping with flipkart. After 6 month my mobile was damaged by water, i have go to xiaomi service center fourtech computers pune, for mobile repairing. When i am not afort to pay repairing cost of mobile wich is 12000 / - , + tax (Mobile price 9999 / - ) . When i received my mobile, mobile display is on but tuch pad is not working & mobile screw was removed, when i was going again for ask about screw, they was agreed that they removed screw but not fit, i was received my mobile after fitting screw, there was mobile display was not working when i ask about display they said that i have to pay charges for display repairing. This is very chip service from xiaomi service center.

Its been 6 hrs, spoken to 3 different representatives today and theirr engineer is still not come to pick the phone as agreed yesterday. Note : Order Placed on 16th June 2015 Received on 21st June 2015 Issue Faced : since day 1 it Keeps rebooting constantly. Contact the support on : 28th and since then have been in contact with them, the issue is still not resolved and they are not resolving the issue nor providing a replacement.

I have submitted my phone to Xiaomi Service Center in Delhi Service Center name is Etouch (Address: G-5 (II), Shop No.5/126 & 5/127, Janak Place, Distt. Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi) they took my phone on 10/6/2015 and they told me that they will take maximum 7 days but they took 20 days and after 20 days they return my as it as my problem is not solved

Hello Sir/Mam, This is Nitin Shinde from Dombivli I Submitted my Handset in XAOMI thane service center on 1-6-15 they Inspected my handset in front of me. After full inspection they told me that handset is in very good condition only the ringer of the handset is not working so the handset is under warranty we will replace the ringer of device free of cost and collect your handset before 5-6-15. Till now...dated 29-6-15 the service center authorities & XAOMI helpline numbers are not responding to me on my handsets status they reduce my 1 month warranty for such a silly & minor level problem So i need a support on following reasons: 1) They reduce my 1 month warranty for such a minor problem. 2) They Consumed my time so many time to visit service center. 3) Each trip costs me around Rs.200/- to service center 4) Zero feedback received from service center as well as from xaomi helpline Thanks & reg Nitin Shinde [protected] [protected] nitinshinde.[protected]@gmail.com

I have bought MI3 mobile in the month of Oct 15 and its in warranty. I went service center to solve my mobile SIM tray removal issue, but service center people denied to provide service. So I called on service center No. [protected] but from there also I didn't get proper response. Now please help me Sort it out.

Dear Sir, I brought Mi3 in august last year from flipkart. After using few months its camera stop working and I submitted it to customer service in Indore M.P.on April 2015 but problem of camera was not solved completely and with that another problem of charging occurred. Because of that I again send it to customer service center Indore (m.p.). after receiving a new problem of display occur, my mobile screen turn blue, so again submitted mobile to service center and for that problem. After few day they return my mobile and within few hours my mobile stop functioning completely. I again submitted mobile to customer service center on 20 may 2015 but sill my mobile is not repair by them. Its been 2 months and the problem of my mobile is not solved and the response of customer service center is very poor. I got my new Mi4i 18.06.2015 and as i open the box is show display problem. I immediately contact the customer care about this issue and they told me to do update and settings. I do all the update and changes as suggested by them but still there is a display problem. On June 20, 2015 i asked them to replace my phone and they say i receive a call from technical team within 48 hours. Bought the phone through invoice no S0192C/15-16/39213 dated 14 jun 15. Phone is not accepting contact details and goes blank during calls i.e. no screen display to disconnect the calls and also getting hanged in between. Please look into the matter and suggest me remedy. Ashish Kumar Agra

I purchase Mi4i on 30th April from Flip kart. After just one and half month use its screen which was supposed to be gorilla glass 3, broken down. There is no service center in Jamshedpur, and Xiaomi customer care says there is no option of getting any problem of Xiaomi rectified in most of Indian cities is not possible. They are not stating this fact in there advertisements and getting away with not fulfilling there responsibility.
