DEAR RESPECTED SIR, i had made purchase your redimi mi 2 phone at rs 6999 from airtel gallery in goregaon [west], mumbai in india . terminal 00071 transaction [protected] employee 000202 customer name : rajesh chothani date of purchase ; 18.05.15 time : 17.19 tin no [protected] dear sir my phone is dead from june 10th june 2015. i went in airtel gallery for replacement but they refused to replace and guided us to go authorised mi gallery . i then went to your authorised mi gallery situated at malad [west]. th..ey told me new board be replaced within 8/10.. days maximum . so i gave them my new phone on 16..06.15 at your AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE . when i visited again in gallery on 29.06.15 i found still ..n.oth.ing. .has bewen .done even a.fter .14 days.is this service you .give your ne.w custome.r.s tha.t in 28 days your mo.bi.l..e.. goe.s. dead and board needs to be .repl.ac.e.d . why has my phone still not be done anything even after 14 days i want new phone replaced immediately as 14 days gone still nothing done by you if i not get it new phone within 2 days i report the matter to police station and complain against you in consumer court, tdsat departmentand trai authority in mumbai . yours action. .in. .this matter would be highly appreciated warm regards rajesh.m.chothani [protected] send new brand redimi 2 at following adress 320/16, jawahar nagar, road no 17, goregaon [west], mumbai_ 400062 sent it immediately new mobile seal packed or report the matter in police station and consumer court and take legal action on you in consumer court for which you have to face case in court.why you allow flipkart to replace the product in 30 days and not allow airtel to do so . why double standards . i want new mobile in place of mine which was dead in 28 days. why should customer suffer for inferior quality or rejected mobiles supplied by your company.

    Its been 6 hrs, spoken to 3 different representatives today and theirr engineer is still not come to pick the phone as agreed yesterday. Note : Order Placed on 16th June 2015 Received on 21st June 2015 Issue Faced : since day 1 it Keeps rebooting constantly. Contact the support on : 28th and since then have been in contact with them, the issue is still not resolved and they are not resolving the issue nor providing a replacement.

      I have submitted my phone to Xiaomi Service Center in Delhi Service Center name is Etouch (Address: G-5 (II), Shop No.5/126 & 5/127, Janak Place, Distt. Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi) they took my phone on 10/6/2015 and they told me that they will take maximum 7 days but they took 20 days and after 20 days they return my as it as my problem is not solved

        Hello Sir/Mam, This is Nitin Shinde from Dombivli I Submitted my Handset in XAOMI thane service center on 1-6-15 they Inspected my handset in front of me. After full inspection they told me that handset is in very good condition only the ringer of the handset is not working so the handset is under warranty we will replace the ringer of device free of cost and collect your handset before 5-6-15. Till now...dated 29-6-15 the service center authorities & XAOMI helpline numbers are not responding to me on my handsets status they reduce my 1 month warranty for such a silly & minor level problem So i need a support on following reasons: 1) They reduce my 1 month warranty for such a minor problem. 2) They Consumed my time so many time to visit service center. 3) Each trip costs me around Rs.200/- to service center 4) Zero feedback received from service center as well as from xaomi helpline Thanks & reg Nitin Shinde [protected] [protected] nitinshinde.[protected]@gmail.com

          I have bought MI3 mobile in the month of Oct 15 and its in warranty. I went service center to solve my mobile SIM tray removal issue, but service center people denied to provide service. So I called on service center No. [protected] but from there also I didn't get proper response. Now please help me Sort it out.

            Dear Sir, I brought Mi3 in august last year from flipkart. After using few months its camera stop working and I submitted it to customer service in Indore M.P.on April 2015 but problem of camera was not solved completely and with that another problem of charging occurred. Because of that I again send it to customer service center Indore (m.p.). after receiving a new problem of display occur, my mobile screen turn blue, so again submitted mobile to service center and for that problem. After few day they return my mobile and within few hours my mobile stop functioning completely. I again submitted mobile to customer service center on 20 may 2015 but sill my mobile is not repair by them. Its been 2 months and the problem of my mobile is not solved and the response of customer service center is very poor.               I got my new Mi4i 18.06.2015 and as i open the box is show display problem. I immediately contact the customer care about this issue and they told me to do update and settings. I do all the update and changes as suggested by them but still there is a display problem. On June 20, 2015 i asked them to replace my phone and they say i receive a call from technical team within 48 hours. Since then i contact CCE on daily basis and email them also but no one has responded to my query for replacement. Can u please help to get my phone replaced My Name is Sunil Tandon Contact no. Phone is not accepting contact details and goes blank during calls i.e. no screen display to disconnect the calls and also getting hanged in between.                   I purchase Mi4i on 30th April from Flip kart. After just one and half month use its screen which was supposed to be gorilla glass 3, broken down. There is no service center in Jamshedpur, and Xiaomi customer care says there is no option of getting any problem of Xiaomi rectified in most of Indian cities is not possible. They are not stating this fact in there advertisements and getting away with not fulfilling there responsibility.

                    I bought redmi Note 4G on 16th Feb 15 via flikart, after amonth had hearing problem, went to service center they replaced speaker after 2 days my handset stopped working, again went to service center, they told mother board is faulty, I insisted why you people didn’t look actual issue just replacing other parts no answer, they replaced mother board my SIM or some other SIMs were not detected, Service engineer insisted me to change the same, i did, again went to service center, they told your mother board is having water spot no warranty, really i got frustrated when they give this update, these peoples are cheating all us, Service center is at Ashok nagar Chennai, I raised Complaint 270353 on 13th June via customer care and also via mail no progress till now If any one can help please provide details, espeacialy if you know Phone numbers of MI higher officials let me know My Mobile no: [protected]

                      i submitted my xiaomi mi4 to xiaomi service center SATYAM COMMUNICATION J-34 SEC 18, NOIDA 201301 UTTAR PRADESH, TEL NO- [protected] on 4th june my work order no. OIA/XM/15/01063 they told me that they will fix my phone in 10 days but now they said me i will take 2 month or more to repair my phone please any body help me, i think xiaomi gives the worst service

                        I installed sme apps like whatsapp, lash of clans, hike, instagram, bookmyshow, etc but when i turn on my mobile data they dont load messages and dnt wrk. Bt othr apps like YouTube, playstore wrks vry fast and dwnldng speed is also gud. Suggst me sme solutn fr this prblm. I am using mi4i.

                          I have ordered Mi4i mobile thru Mi website itself on 16-Jul-2015, i have received the product on 18-Jul-2015 thru Delhivery. After received the shipment items when i open the shipment i was surprised that mobile is missing. Inside the pack screen protector (which is given as freebie) and the Hard Case which i have ordered with the mobile. I have contacted the MI customer care 4 times till now no proper response from them, they told that they will revert within 48 hours but its going more than 48 hours and i called back to them they told they required another 48 hours. My money is totally wasted. Can anyone please help me to get it.

                            I have a Redmi1S which I bought by last week of Jan 2015. From beginning itself I faced heating problem and some software defects... Five months later, my mobile stopped in charging often...and at the end of fifth month it completely not getting charged... I shown to service centre TVS Electronics, Chennai...they tested the Battery and told that they could not find any problem with the battery, had to check full board and charging port... for that they asked 5 days to resolved... as they said after 5 days they have resolved by changing the mother board...but..now...the speaker is not working in that same mobile...!!! So, again I went to the same shop TVS Electronics, Chennai... Again they did the basic testing and basically understood that board is working abnormally... need to recheck the board again..! I informed that I was just serviced this mobile and this problem regressed after changing the mother board..! They didn't care and asked to wait me for few more days to resolve this problem...Now am waiting to get my phone... Praying godfor not to create any more regressions..!!!

                                i'm having Redmi 1 S phone; bought on 23 dec, 2015. my phone is having some problem like poor/no network receptivity, hanging while using. i've contacted with customer care first they asked for update in rom, I've done that, still the same problem persists. they are not having any solution.

                                  Hi, This is to bring to your notice, that my Phone was under warranty and facing a problem with speaker/ringer as it is not working. hence visited the nearest service center -Mumbai, Powai, on 20th june '15. there the personnel was not able to trace the exact cause of issue and ask me to submit the phone. and with my permission he deleted entire data from my phone to fix the issue, later he checked the invoice for IMEI number which did'nt match with the handset. and told that they can't fix it under warranty. i just failed to understand how come they can play with my phone by deleting all imp details before going thru with proper document verification.i.e; imei number and all. any way i've escalate this issue for (IMEI mismatch) with flipkart. But let me tell you that this is utter ridiculous and very un-professional way from the service center for their act, rather than accepting their mistake, they are more keen in arguing with the customer. b'coz of such people, customer like me have to suffer, and ultimately brings bad name to the company. Pathetic!!

                                        Hi this is to bring to everyone's notice that Ask Me Bazaar is selling Duplicate MI Power Bank which charges the phone barely for 15 mins before it dies out. I have had a very good experience with the original product so decided to buy the same from Ask Me Bazaar as it was on a discounted price. Only after purchasing it did i realise that it was a duplicate product and not the original. Its been over a month that I've been trying to get a refund for the 3 power banks that i purchased. The sale of Duplicate MI Power Bank on Ask Me Bazaar is indeed spoiling the credibility of the original one. I guess something needs to be done about the same. Trying really hard to get the original one online however its always out of stock. Wouldn't mind if you'll plant to gift me even 2 original power banks for bringing this fraud to your notice ;-)
