Sir, i have ordered the mi4i 32 gb version on 28 july from http://www.mi.com/in but it is not shipped yet on 5th aug . i have also talked to the custumer care regarding this issue 15 to 20 times times and they are not giving the reasion why it is not shipped yet

I am prince Shubham from Ghaziabad when i buy my xiaomi Note 4g mobile after some an problem arise in screen of mobile .Then i give my mobile to service center on 13 july 2015 but till now they did not solve my problem and did not repair my mobile . whenever i go to service they say that they take one year to repair my mobile .

I have purchased a offer pack with 2powerbank and 1earfone on the date of 24july 2015 in the parcel there was 10400 mah of mi power bank and 9000 mah of samsung powerbank and 1 earfone.But both the portable are not working. I need please refund my money. All items are duplicate.

I have submitted by Mi4i mobile for repair on 23rd July morning with job sheet no. JS[protected] at your soo called service center at janakpuri New Delhi. Story of Heights of negligence: 1) They dont know how to talk to customers, 2) No one bothers to pick the phone ever, (I dont why you have kept phone number please remove, when no one ever want to pick it up) 3) trying to call since 24th July but till date not even by luck by chancve no one picked in your so called working hours. 4) tried to resolve the issue by calling Mi hotline number, called last week, explained all issue, they given me complaint number 410157 said they resolve issue in 2-3 days positively. 5) haha that was joke... 6) Called today also so called mi hotline number[protected] till date they dont know what my problem is 7) I regret to buy Mi brand, will never buy again

This is Royal Dsilva from Nashik Maharastra India 422007. I have purchased one Redmi 2 mobile dated on 10th April 2015 from flipcart.com. WID: VI25857 After three and half months only the mobile handset is not working. Whenever we on the same it do not start and start heating in 5 to 10 second. The heat without start is too high to hold the same in hand. We feared that it may get blast if we do not release the battery from the handset. After discussion with customer care, we are trying to connect with MI / Xiaomi service center located in Maharashtra. Accordingly I discussed the same with HCL ASP[protected]and they told to hand deliver the mobile handset to their office. Now I need to know the following. 1) The problem is so serious that it is as good as bomb at my home and can be blast at any moment if I charged / start it. In this case if I need to hand deliver the same the traveling cost itself will be more than that of the actual cost of the handset. 2) When the problem is so critical why can your representative pickup the mobile handset from Nashik as you don't have customer care office in the city. 3) The service centre is 200km long and the traveling charges to & fro for two times may be 4000 INR while as the handset cost is 7000 INR. I have ordered a Mi 10400 power bank with Samsung power bank and the product which i have received was defective and its not working also.I have written the mail on the same day and raised a ticket but i dont have any response after that and even i tried them calling on customer care number but no one is responding.worst site ever seen with duplicate products.Kindly resolve my problem.

I purchesed MI REDMI2 handset on 4th May 2015 and right now i am having a problem in my handset, i have given a call to customer care center and a complain mail already send to MI customer cear but they are saying that you have to visist Kanpur, since they are not having any center in Lucknow.
My grievance is that when i have purchased mobile through net, , then why should i visit kanpur.
I want a new handset in lieu of old..

My board got a problem and i hand overed it to Mi Authorised service center, Erode.They informed that they are going to change mother board. I got my mobile back after some two weeks . Again lound speaker didnt worked again i went to same service center they are doing the same they are not even attending phone calls! Shame on mi service center.

Hi, I have never came across such an awful customer service from a company. I had some issues with my Mi note 4g phone and submitted the handset in bangalore kalyan nagar service Center on 26/06/2015.They informed me that the motherboard is not working and it needs to be replaced. As the boards are out of stock and new orders have to be placed, I will be able to get my phone within 2 weeks. But because of Mi's wonderful and very professional service I received my phone on 27/07/2015 which is merely 1 month. After I received my phone I found that there was some network issues in it and within one hour I went back to the Kalyan Nagar Service center. I asked them whether they have tested it properly before returning the phone to me and I experienced the world class customer service again from the service center technicians.They shouted on me saying we had checked the phone properly before returning it but sometimes these network issues will come and asked me to come on next day 28/07/2015. I went there today 29/07/2015 and they informed me that there is some issue in the phone and it will take them another 2 days to fix the issue and the wait for my phone is still going on. Its almost 35 days now and till now I have not received my handset from the Mi service center, within this time I had called their customer service 4 times but they were also not able to confirm when I will get my phone back in working condition, they just say it will take some time but we can not confirm how long. Thank you for such a wonderful service and I hope you will look at the Work Order no:[protected]. I expect that you will not harass me any more once you read this and dont make me realize that I had committed a big mistake by purchasing a Mi device. Regards, Rahul

I have ordered xiaomi mi 4 from mi.com and delivered it on 16.07.2015. My front camera is not at all working and complained them through mail, tried to reach them with online chat and toll free number. Notbody has responded till now. What can I do for this. Mi.com is filthy and irresponsible people. customer care is worst. Pls help me resolve this.

I bought redmi note in dec 2014.and after few days i got some issues while operating, It get restarted in loops.after 4 month display has gone so i have visited costumer care in NOida sec-18 .they have told me that it need to change mother board after 10-12 days i got my handset but untested device.My sim card is not detecting and chinese applications which is not supporting other software. again i visited to CC they told me that i need to change mother board again because they put Chinese motherboard in that.i dont understand how these crazy irresponsible work can do some one.

But for last 2 weeks the order was not processed for shipping. The customer care just responds with same emal script every time I submit a complain.. Nothing happens after that. This is the WORST customer care I've ever encounter with any Mobile vendor.

I bought a brand new Xiaomi Mi 4i from the company website on 7th of July. I got the delivery on 9th.When I opened the box, the phone had a broken screen. I officially lodged a complaint on the co mail id and informed the status through customer care executive. It has been 3 weeks now, I have called and mailed the company 6 times till now but haven't got replacement yet.

I bought Mi4i model of Xiaomi on[protected] from Flipkart. On 19th July, I was playing a game in it, suddenly it started heating up and mobile screen got blank and white. After 2-3 seconds, there was a small crack on the edge of the mobile screen. That crack got bigger afterwards. I went to the Mi service center on[protected]. They refused to take any action on it saying it a "physical damage". Moreover, I sent an e-mail to the Customer Service of Xiaomi India, they also refused to take any action regarding the issue. Also, on the visit on Mi Service Center, I met Mr. Satish Nangia (E-mail: nangia.[protected]@gmail.com) having the same issue like mine. He told me that he met some more persons having same problem in mi4i model. So, hereby I want to draw your attention towards the manufacturing defect of Mi4i model of Xiaomi Company. I bought xiaomi redmi note 3g and after 4 months i found that it has yellow patch at bottom and orange dots on middle of the screen i visited service center and since 3 months they still don't have the screen stock in any service center in hyderabad
