I had xiaomi mi4i but unfortunately its screen got cracked due to which its touch and display is gone as i bought it nearly one month ago so it is covered in warranty and it is broken nearly 10 - 15 days ago.
It was in my shirt pocket i take it out it slips of from my hand and bang onto a sharp stone and screen got cracked. As my phone is in warranty so they should repair it and free of cost but i visit to service centre of company i also want to complaint about the unethical behaivour at service centre i showed them my phone and they tell me the price of repair was 10, 900 they didn't even hear that how it is broken and is it is in warranty or not, and my phone is of 13, 000. I want that company should repair my phone with free of cost and if they take money for repair then they shoul tell a suitable price but since it is in warranty it shoul be free of cost.
XIAOMI has a very bad service. The service center never picks up the call. So atlast I just went to the exclusive service center. Waited there andmore than 15calls have come they don't seems to bothered, they don't pick up the call. And once some aunt screamed on them, they just picked the phone and kept it in a side once the aunt left. My Mi4i display broke in 14days of purchase I accept they wont change the screen for free of cost but they dint have the display stock for a month in Bangalore. And they never called me back . Its been 3 month since my display is broken.
HATE XIAOMI.

    My Mi 4 handet is 5 months old and the screen got cracked without the phone falling down, i took it to the service center they said that it got cracked due to the excessive pressure, i told them all phones will be subjected to some kingd of presure but to my shock they said that the cost of replacement of screen would be 12000 Rs. I told them the cost of phone is 15000/- how can u charge me exorbitantly high. They said the company fixes the price of the spare parts. The price should have been not more than 3000/- rs these service centers are charging high to gain more profits. The company must justify the cost of the phone with that of the spare parts cost. I have decided not to repair the phone at this high cost untill the company brings the cost of the spares down or else i will go to the consumer court moving forward. contact : [protected]

      I have purchased Xiomi redmi note 4 from flipkart on EMI in February 2015. After a month there is a liquid damage in the device. I visited service center multiple times and they said that they will not repair my device so talk to company. I have mailed all my concern and problem to the company via Email they suggested me to wait for sometime they will resolve my problem. From May I am waiting for a positive response from their side and also paying my remaining EMI''s I thought they will resolve my issue. But till date I didn''t get any positive response they only suggested me to wait for some more time. I am paying EMI''s for a dead device from past 5 months and still facing the problem. That device cost me around 10, 400. I need proper justice on this please help. I have proper bill of device and email trail for the evidance of communication between me and Xiomi.

        Hi, I have bought my mobile (redmi note 4G) on 31-Dec-14.it got the problem of Battery draining and heating issue from last week of May, I called the customer care, they have suggested few steps, but it didn't work, so they asked me to goto a service centre, I have visited the Service centre on 22 - Jun - 15, they accepted my mobile for service under warranty, from that time I have visited the service centre 5 times, out of that they have given my mobile 3 times saying that. it is repaired and working fine, but immediately I verified it, but it was with the same issue, I have retuned to them saying the issue is not resolved . during this time I have called the customer support of MI as well (4 to five times to give the complaint), they have told that the complaint is taken and escalated as well but till now there is no solution provided.           Hello Team, I was a big fan of Xiaomi brand and I have 2 mobiles of Xiaomi(MI3 & MI4). Couple of days back there was some issue in my MI3 and it wasn't charging. I thought that I should check with Xiaomi Authorised service center. I don't know if you know about the service and management of your service centres, it's worst in entire phone range. Anyway I gave them my mobile and they told me that they will inform me in next 2 days about the problem. I didn't get a call in 2-3 days then I tried their cell number but these are always either switched off or nobody picks it. Finally I got a call from service center after 5 days and they convey me that my LCD and motherboard aren't working and Technician quoted for 9500/- Rs. Obviously I denied to repair it and finally they took 250 Rs charge and gave my mobile. Then I read somewhere that Xiaomi service centers are cheat and always try to make money from customers so always take an advice from other local vendors. I show it to one local technician and he told me that my Power IC isn't working and the charge will be 1000 Rs. He gave my phone with in 2 hours and now it is working perfectly. Isn't it a question on your ethics? or is it a lack of your technicians technical knowledge? Isn't it a kind of harassment for me? If I relied upon that Xiaomi service center guy then I had to dump my old mobile and again I had buy a new phone. The time your service center take to repair a mobile is not at all acceptable. If you will diagnose a problem in 5 days and will repair it in 20 days(as service center communicated to me), it is the worst service I have ever seen. I was planning a buy a new Xiaomi phone for one of my family member but if you have such service then why should I purchase it? Can you please check with this service center, why he quoted 9500/- when my LCD and PCB are fine? I am also thinking to take a legal action about it.             I purchased a MI 4 handset from MI website and it was delivered to me on 8th July'15. I have been calling MI since then as the handset is having major software and other issues. I have also undertook lot of troubleshooting including downloading of software (600 MB) as advised by MI customer care, without any success. (Complaint ref. No. 365011) In addition to MI 4 handset I also purchase a flip cover for Rs. 649/- from Mi which also turned out to be defective. (Complaint Ref. No. 350036) I have sent umpteen no of emails as well as made lot of phone calls, but no response as of now. I feel cheated by MI as they have robbed me of my hard earned money. I feel helpless.

              sir i buy a xiaomi redimi 2 from flipkart on 5 may 2015 and from last 10 days it is not working properly but last night after hearing a song i keep the mobile on the table and sleep away but in morning i found that the mobile is switched off i think battery is discharged but but i found that battery is 76% charged but i can not open the screen lock it touch is not working and after some time it automatically switched off.and the main problem is that there is no service centre in my city plz help me

                  i Purchased MI 4i (dark grey) from mi.com on 16 June, the invoice no of which is[protected]. The handset was delivered to me on 19th June which i started using from 24 June. On the same day i realized that the rear camera of the phone was not working and i reported the same on Mi customer care. After due verification and hardware test for the rear camera got failed i was promised a replacement phone from Mi customer care helpline. Since then no action has been taken by Mi India and it has been 32 days to the incident. Every time i call Mi customer care they are just clue less and ask me to wait. Even after writing to the customer care and speaking to the helpline, ive got fake assurances and no action has been taken. According to the company policy i am eligible for a replacement product within 10 days but its been over a month and nothing has happened. My complaint no is 300024 dated 24 June 2015.                     I have purchesd MI4i from flipkart on 30april15 diliverd to me on 3may15 just in one month the phone starde giving me issue first you guys say its a corilla sctrach resitent glass but when i went to the services center they said no warrenty for glass
                    what the hell does that mean after that the ringer is so slow that if the phone is on the table infront of you, you can, t hear the ring also on top of that after reciving a call internet stops working until i restart the phone completly last but not the least the phone is in services center for last 1month workordern no OIA/XM/15/01473 IN NOIDA SEC18 SERVICES CENTER call them many times they say it will take time but now enough is enough this week which just ended today I have going to consumer forum

                        Si r, I have a xiaomi redmi 1s in which I was having MIUI 5 I have updated it to MIUI 6 last night and it has some drawbacks in comparative to MIUI 5. 1. The colour contrast/sharpness is very poor in comparison of MIUI 5. 2. The blackness / thickness of letters and symbols (like in Contact list, Messages, Note and Calendar) is very poor than MIUI 5. That’s why these are not easily readable . The visuality of letters is very poor even after increasing the font size by setting. The letter should be easily visuable like earlier version. 3. In alarm mode, the size of letters is very very small ( in detail of settled alarm). These letters are too small so can’t be read with comfort. With regards Anil Prakash Gupta

                          I had purchased Redmi Note on December 2014, recently my phone received wrong software update due to which it was not working. I submitted the phone to New Tech Solutions Vashi (Official Xiaomi Service Centre). They told me that it will take 15-20 days for the repair and they will call us. I called them after 20 days and the service person told me that the phone is repaired and you can collect it. I went to the service centre and they made me wait for 2 hours to tell me that the phone is not repaired and will take 10 more days. I again called them after 10 days and they again told me that the phone is repaired. I went to the service centre and they made me wait for again 3 hours to tell me the that the phone is not repaired and will take another 2 days. After 2 days i called them and they told me it is done. I went and waited for another 2 hours and received my phone. It took them 1 month to repair a simple problem of software update. Now i am again facing problem of battery drain in my phone and also that they put scratches in my mobile phone camera. I was so fed up of them that now i have given my phone to outside service centre for repair. Xiaomi phones are really good but the service centre in Vashi i.e New Tech Solutions is worst service centre. It is not just me facing issues but there are many people who found that the service centre is not doing their work properly, making people wait for 2 hours.

                            I have redmi 1s mobile. it have new version 6.6.1.0 version update and complete the updation dont show whatshapp contact and second problem is in internal mermory file like as song and pictures are dont mover to sd card. show to move task failed . i have many time call your cutomer care dont any react and no support.
                            They are always busy! and there is only one number you can call. it is pathetic customer service. At least in India right now they are underperforming. DO NOT EVER BUY.

                                I have purchased a redmi 2 mobile just before a week and I am facing a hell lot of issues in it. Video capturing issue, Google settings issue, can't access anything & everything related to Google. I have also contacted the vendor from whom I have purchased and got a replacement but still facing the same issues with the replaced handset as well. The customer care people wants me to visit the service centre and rectify it. And I don't think the people visit service centre after purchasing a brand new mobile from the company vendor.

                                  My new redimi 4G note suddenly stopped functioning and is not detecting SIm card and mobile network. I am undergoing huge mental agony and harassment as there is no service station in my City Jammu J&K state from where i can rectify the defect. Kindly look into my complaint and provide me the resolution at the earliest as i am suffering due to non availability of cell phone at present and even not getting any redressal of my complaint.                                       I have sent too many complaint mails and still not got satisfactory answer. I am a regular customer for MI mobiles, i have purchased around 6 handsets from flipkart and got excellent services but when i purchased one hand set from MI India website that was the worst experience of my life. for replacement i am trying too haed and not getting proper response. they are asking me to send handset to them and after 15 days may be they will replace my handset. This is really a poor service. How will I manage without mobile for 15 days. You should send me hand set and at the same time collect the faulty handset just life flipkart is doing I am really feeling sad that why I bought handset from MI india website, I should have purchased from flipkart only. I want my hand set to be replaced and at the same time want new hand set exactly as flipkart is doing Else I will go to consumer court and I will sue MI india for this.                                         Hello sir, My name is Prince Thakur i purchased Redmi 2 from flipkart in a buyback offer and i sold my old blackberry 9360 3G handset and got 2000 discount on new Redmi 2, now in order to get the phone early i choose in a day option where i have paid Rs 90/- extra on 10th jul 2015 i placed my order and i got my phone on 11 july 2015 in evening at 5:06 pm and given my old phone to their delivery boy. But the phone i got Redmi 2 is not working because phone screen is not working at all immidately i called to their customer care for making complain about the phone her executive told me that any of their customer service executive call me at 12 pm next day but no one called me and then at last i have to call them again and rais complain for that, but despite of helping me soon they have given me tat for 10 days that i got my phone on 22nd july 2015 and everyday i requested them called them through different phone so that they can help me to get me new phone soon as i don't have any other phone to call as i am a working boy so i faces so much of problem due to phone but no one is ready to listen it's almost 8 days, despite of paying extra i got no service except problem and harassment i don't under stand for what reason they ask me to pay extra as they cant even serve the customer well.After so much of disappointment i have no choice left except to mark a complain against flipkart.
