I purchased Mi4i as on 7th May 2015 from flipkart. Since then it is creating problem. Front camera was blurred lightly but then a few days ago it was completely not working. I did not submit my mobile as the service centre told me that mobile will be given in 2 days to 2 weeks. Two weeks was a very long time that's why I decided not to give mobile as I will capture pics from back camera. But later my phone hanged and was not working I had to submit at Janakpuri Service Centre as on 6th July 2015 at 11:32 AM. I got Job Sheet in which it was written that mobile will be given back latest by 17th July. Today is 16th July I went there, now they are saying that it will take more time and it is not possible to return mobile tomorrow. This was fourth visit at Service Centre, each time they said that they have not received parts for my mobile, and they don’t know when they receive the parts.

It is very un-tolerable situation that I am not able to get my mobile even in 12 days. I borrowed mobile from someone else and I have to return it at earliest. I also postponed my journey out of Delhi to 18th July due to my mobile with Service Centre. I have to go for one month then I could not collect my device in-between. I also lodged complain with Customer Care.

I need my device maximum by Saturday, 18th July 2015 evening. as I will leave Saturday night at 10 PM. Please do the needful otherwise I will never by any product of Xiaomi in future.

delaying for repair

I have submitted my set a month ago they said to return after 25 days now after more than 25 days they are saying that they will repair my mobile when company will provide components.

I bought this phone from flipkart in redmi note sale in december 2014.
I am facing battery problem from last 15 days . when phone is not getting charge in ON position but it is charging in switch off position. So pse replace the phone

Hi Team,

I own an Mi3 bearing IMEI#[protected] purchased form flipkart.com on 27/Aug/14.

The power button has hardened over last couple of months and recently there is issue with screen sensitivity and device initiates calls automatically. Upon visiting Xiaomi service center at Cochin (TVS electronics ltd, Ravipuram) I was told that the devices needs to be replaced but the device is currently out of stock.

I have been following up with them since last three weeks and I get the same response from them that Xiaomi has not send the replacement devices.

I have been promoting Xiaomi within my friend circle, but after this experience I understand that after sales support is pathetic and I should share my experience on pathetic customer support.

I'm looking forward to an immediately reply on when how my issue could be resolved.

i gave my mi3 to service center. but they not fix the problem and break some parts.this is a worst sevice i ever had from any company

Xiaomi India — Charges are applied for data usage while on wifi

I have been charged for data usage even if my data connection is switched off, and while wifi is switched on. Have changed several SIM, Have inserted my SIM with another Xiomi handset however in vain.

I have also compained online but they say we can understand and they also dont provide solution towards my problem.

i purchased my xiaomi redmi note 4g on 9th jan 2014 .this september my phone"s imei number got corrupt and when i sent it to dhanbad customer care in November which is about 151 km from my house because its at the minimum distance from my house.They had promised it to get it repaired within a week but till date i.e 16/12 i have not got my phone back. Highly irresponsible people. It was all my mistake choosing Xiaomi over other cell phones.

I purchased Redmin note 3 after 11 days o[censored]se saw while dots on screen, went vashi MI service center they told we will repair this in 10 days, now it happen 25 days still no update from them they are waiting for part to come to center, vashi MI center never pick phone in reception, they behave like we done big mistake purchase MI device. its really disappointed, MI service sucks you after purchase there device. so pls think 100 times before purchase MI devices.
