Sir, I have purchased a xolo black from Ganpati mobiles on 03/10/2015 thru cash memo no 947. After 15 days of purchase I have problem with the set as app installed in the phone are getting crashed while opening the apps. I cantacted M/s mona enterprises and the got software reinstalled. but problem persisted. I got software installed three times but problem of the phone persisted. Iagain visited the same service station and left the phone with them for 15 days but problem was not solved as yet. The person at the counter said that the phone has to be replaced but other person denied and again i submitted the phone at same service station now they are saying that mother board of the phone has to be changed. I visited service station at 16/12/2015 to get status of the phone where i met some on called Tarun whose response is verry poor he was not listening to the problems saying that if you want your phone back i will give you by changing software again but sir what is the perpose of changing software again which was changed 04 times already without success. So i request you to kindly look in to the matter and get my phone exchanged as i dont think that repair to the phone make any sense as problem is not solved. Rajeev Pandey [protected]

I have got my phone back from service station on 21/12/2015 but the problem is not solved as yet. i again visited the center on 22/12/2015 the person responsible said that i will update your operating system and he updated that but the problem is still there. I tried to convince him about that but he said that this is the common problem and this will persist.

kindly look in to the matter and resolve otherwise i will be compelled to take this matter to the forum which will decide what is the solution.i have got software changed, software updated and by work order no[protected] mother board changed. I don't think any other option is left which can be done to my phone.

      I purchased XOLO Play 8X 1100 mobile in oct 2014, after 3 months i got problem with wifi so i visted xolo care they send my hand sent to repair it took about 15days, after i recieved noticed with mic problem, again i given in service center again it took for 20 days, after i recieved there is problem with speaker, i showed there only in service center he said me to wait for 15days he will order for part and he will replace it. i waited for 20days, then after part arrived he replaced it but no sound from my handset. then i said send it to service repair again. but he said they are closing service center there and given me another address, while going there i noticed camera also not working. after going there that service center head said because I showed my mobile in another service center so he will not accept it. and said my mobile is out of warranty. then i talked with customer care and some area head then he accepted my mobile. and i said this problems. speaker and camera problems they took it on august 2nd 2015. filed complaint on 11th august they took 10days to file it. after 20days i called them they said there problem with PCB board. because of last repairs done in service center. so said me to wait for 20days more. like this after 1 and half months they given me my mobile. but still speaker is not working. when i asked about it. he is saying your mobile not in warranty. we did that with different IMEI no. then i spoke with area manager he said me to wait 15days, then i waited for 20days after that when i called service center he said me to wait 20days more. i waited i waited till october 27 2015. then i submitted my handset there. they made me wait till november 19 2015. and did not solve my problem. it was from july to november they are playing with me and did not do anything. and my handset got damaged with sratches, removed screen guard. they made me to visit service center like weekly twice. every time i ask to customer care they say me to wait. I brought my mobile back because they are not doing anything. i thought to use without that speaker, but after 15days screen one side got black shade. i got very angry and visited service center there that people are not even caring to talk or listen to me. I called to head office he is again saying to wait. I want refund, i can't use xolo mobile again. Please help me with this. my mobile number [protected]

        My cell no. Is [protected]. From this no. You will get entire history my phone. Today only I got dilivary of my phone from Sidhivinayak enterprises. I came home from there & check my working camera which was the only item working very nicely, stopped working. It is surprising that I had never complaint about camera & after repairing from above metion job no. & that to by company itself as usual problem remains or creat like camera this time. I do not know what engineers do?

Today after calling them they replying carry ur mobile and we cant repair it.                     I purchased era HD and open the box on 3/12/15..bsnl sim used its working well but from 11/12/15 2g not working ..I tried so many times but on both sim slots 2g not working .I tried so many trails as I could but no use. The same sim 3g working OK. on other xolo era HD my sim worked well on both net work...finally I reset the phone to factory resetting..even though there is no use. I'm very disaponting barely in one week time the phone becames headache to me..

                      I have a Xolo Q2100 mobile which i bought in November 2014. After 3 months, the touch screen of my mobile is being not responsive any more. When I contact the local Xolo care, they says that the PCB of mobile is faulted due to water and the replacement of pcb should cost me Rs. 4500/-. However I get my mobile repaired from a local store which cost me only 300/- Rs. When I contact to Xolo Costumer care with mobile, they says than they can not lodge my complaint and their local service center people are right. Last month my mobile again get faulted when my battery gets drained and not properly charging with charger. I took the mobile to local xolo care and they says that battery is defected. I change the battery but the problem remains same and in last the neither refund my battery nor repair my mobile and refused to even check the mobile. I am just so regretted with the after sale service of Xolo. One of the worst after sale service. I lost my money, faith and lot of time for this pathetic Xolo Mobile and their service center

                        This is worst phone ever i See
                        Sim tray not ejected after inserting memory card
                        got a replacement handset which do not have speaker holes

                        all products are defective and they do not refund money as well

                        you have to keep on visiting service centre for the phone.

                        Flip Cover is not so good as it's window is without a glass, It means window is to provide scratches on the screen and the tempered glass is necessary for the device. Flip cover should be manufactured like Samsung Galaxy Note 3 in future.

                          Hello xolo, i am just a student studing in std. 11 n i dnt have time for running every time for non-usefull reigns. i have writen this complain to make u aware of your all survice canters, i gave my cell (xolo play 6x-1000) for repair on 28.11.2015, n it contained problem like -( 1.) in my background display, in the edges of my screen the privious application images got imprinted and took long time to disappear. (2.) my battry backup was very low. So i submited it. when they returned on 8.12.2015. which was yesterday. when i rached home i tryed to turn on my cell it got on too. but after half an hour it showed low battry n got shutdown so i pluged in for charging, it showed 1% charge show i went to do my work, after half an hour when i returnd it was showing 0% and again kept hopping between 0% n 1% so i thought i must have not switched on the power switch, but it was on. then i took out the battry n look at it carefully, i found it was not my battry at all it was a used one from someoneelss cell. my IMEI 1: [protected] AND MY IMEI 2: [protected] and SN: Play6X014G0019497. can i get my serial no. of my real battery? n please help me as quickly as possible.

                            Dear team As per the subject i would purchase the new XOLO W5014 GSM/WCDMA handset on the 10/22/2015 bill invoice number is [protected], after one week i got the Technical Issue in my hand set...battery got problem, & Mobile data automatically On...it's never b Off...i got the lot of problems ..i visit ur nearest Service Center ..i taken the lot of time & Convence to do the service ..But now is its problem is not b Resolved ...i talk with XOLO CC service he said we check the service center jobsheet report & replace the handset within the days ..now service center say ..we cant do anything abt the replacement of the handset...& return my handset...i think battery never be replace & he said Some "Liquid e damage" ..it's ur own problem ..it's not my problem ..when i purchese the handset it's very good condition..just one week i got the automatically data on problrm then it'd due to Battey problem...i attach the scan copy for the service center copies ...if it's not be problem resolved or Replace the handset isssue ...i go with the consumer Court 7 take the legaly Action With Our Company ..& u got lot of headache of thi XOLO handset...other wise please return my cash ...kindly do the neeful Oherwise i take the action on this Xolo handset...i hope u needful to me as well as possibale... thanking u sir.. -- Syed Basheer Ahmed ShIMOGA-577201 Mob +91 [protected]

                              Dear Sir, I purchased the Xolo q1200 Mobile Handset from Homeshop 18 on 01 August 2015 and its nice. But within three months of its operation, it started no battery backup. I took the handset to service centre on 02.12.2015 at Vindhyavasini Communication, Ranj Chandra Plaza, Shop No.2 Colony More (Near Bombay Dyeing) Kankarbagh, Patna, Bihar, Pin Code -800020 and after one days, got the information that they saying that it is battery issue(swelling) and hence, they refused to replacement of Battery. Guarantee period has not been expired of Battery. Please you will be sent mail to me and authorized aforesaid service centra immediately for replacement of Batter otherwise I will be taken legal action against you for which you will be fully responsible.                                 the phone only looks good. But after sales service is the worst ever. Its been almost 18 days and the company and service center neither can find the problem or are ready to entertain. Please don't buy any products of XOLO or Lava mobiles since they are both the same company. It is so far the worst mobile experience that I had to face over the years. They have the worst after sales service. No response from the customer care, service center, senior executive or any one. Even the Director of the company Vishal Sehgal doesn't use phone made by his company. I don't understand why people reviewing these made in India cheap phones with worst hardware configuration. Please review about this phone on your segment and update people about after sales service. The customer care only know few words on all your queries Sorry sir. we will look into it. its like they are negotiating and telling dumb they are.

                                  Its been a year since I must have purchased this handset and not been able to use the device properly. I faced lot of issue with the handset : 1. Especially with the battery within the warranty period it was not functioning . 2. The vendor charged me with the battery amount though it was in warranty period (I did not carry the bill but there should be some way to check on the dates and not let the customer suffer) 3. It was again taken for repair since the handset did not start. Handset started but there was mic problem induced in it . 4. When it was again taken for fixing we understood it had all the more trouble. Not sure why am been fooled so much ? I am tired of fixing the problems in the set, its painful experience buying the product. It is a request to the company to take away this defective product and give me refund or replace it with a set that works.

                                    I have purchased XOLO mobile of model XOLO Hive 8x 1000 hnadset at 07/01/2015. From the date till now I have faced so 7 to 8 time problems from handset and at all time my mobile have left for repairing at service center now again my mobile is giving proble. I am totaly confused that why It is not working properly after repairing so many time . Sir i want permanet solution whether It is by replacing my mobile or any how. After completing warrenty period who will be responsible for the handset if it is giving problem frequently. Kindly resolve the problem permanently..
