C-59, Ground Floor, Lajpat Nagar Part-2, New Delhi 110024 near Metro Station.
I go there after ending I year service given by you; and saw my XOLO-One; for display change.
Service Engineer opened my instrument and taken one hour time for detecting problem.
After detecting problem; he said that Screen is not in stock. And it will be arranged tomorrow.br...

This is the complaint against XOLO and Lava Mobile phone company.

This is to inform you that I would like to launch a complaint against your company and your product. As I was regularly contacting you for the past 2 Months regarding this Hand phone problem.

You also informed me that, we will solve these issues. But nothing has solved till date. I have been into deep depression...

I purchesed mine mob around 3 months before through online, i purchsed it online ws mine first mistake, after that i ws unble to use that DABBA DAMAGE CELLPHONE atlest for 1 day.i submitted it to serivice centre tht person chcked tht n said me tht internal issue ws der wnt to send compny today is 20th jan, 16 n i dnt hav tht mob with me.n tht cust care people also nt responding properly...dnt purchase this compny any product any product at...

I bought a new mobile xolo black 1x but in one month when I am using Mobile then mobile display light on off automatically...

Dont buy XOLO phone.
