    I have purchased XOLO Q600S Mobile set almost 1 year back. Now Its battery is not functioning properly. I tried to replace the battery from Lava/Xolo Care center in Meerut but they denied it as the battery was not available. Even after placing an order 20 days back they didn't provide me battery. Each time they pass fake excuses. Please help me as the battery problem has become more severe now.

            मैने अपना फ़ोन XOLO OMEGA 5.5 दिनांक ०४/०७/१५(04/07/15) को ख़रीदा। कुछ दिनों पहले मैने देखा की फ़ोन चार्ज करने के बाद भी बैटरी जल्दी खत्म हो रही थी। दिक्कत देखते हुए मै अपने फ़ोन को SAI COMMUNICATION (JU-197 2nd FLOOR SHAKARPUR DELHI- 92) ले गया। वहां पर मैने अपने फ़ोन कि दिक्कत ( की फ़ोन चार्ज करने के बाद भी जल्दी से खत्म हो रहा है) बताई तो उन्होंने मुझे बैटरी बैकअप वीक बताया और उसका ४६३२(4632.28) का खर्च बताया। मेरे कहने पर की फ़ोन वारंटी में है तो खर्च केसा तो उन्होंने कहा की कंपनी से पूछो। तो मेने उनसे स्लिप मांगी तो उन्होंने मना कर दिया फिर काफी कहने पर उन्होंने मुझे वोरकॉडर (WORKORDER) शिल्प दी जिस को देखने पर मुझे दिखा की वारंटी स्टेटस नो है और डेट ऑफ़ परचेस भी नहीं लिखी गयी है ये देख कर मैने उन्हें DATE OF PURCHASE OR WARRANTY STATUS डालने कहा तो उन्होंने मना कर दिया की ये नहीं डाले जाते तो मैंने उनसे WORKORDER SLIP की फोटोकॉपी देने को कहा तो उन्होंने मना कर दिया तो मैने उनसे फोटोकॉपी की अनुमति ली उसकी एबज में उन्होंने मेरा फ़ोन जमा कर लिया और फोटोकॉपी की अनुमति दी। जब मै फोटोकॉपी करा के आया तो मेरे सिग्नेचर लेकर मेरा फ़ोन बापिस दिया और मुझसे रुपये ८०.00(80.00) भी लिए गए । पूछने पर की ये किस चीज के चार्ज है तो उन्होंने कहा की ये फ़ोन चेक करने के चार्ज है तथा इस की स्लिप भी नहीं दी जाएगी जो हम किसी भी कस्टमर को नहीं देते है । केबिन से बाहर आ के जब मैने अपने फ़ोन को ओन करने की कौशिश की तो वो ओन नहीं हुआ। फिर मैने उनको अपना फ़ोन दिखाया की फ़ोन ओन नहीं हो रहा है तो उन्होंने मुझे इंतजार करने को कहा और बाहर भेज दिया। बार बार पूछने पर उन्होंने मुझे इंतजार करने को कहा। २ घटे बाद उन्होंने मेरे फ़ोन को ओन कर के मुझे बापिस दिया और मुझसे मेरा फोटोकॉपी करा हुआ पेपर बापिस माँगा गया मगर मैने नहीं दिया और घर आ गया । घर आ कर मैने देखा की फ़ोन चार्ज करते समय हीट हो रहा है जो पहले नहीं हो रहा था। XOLO COMPANY मुझे यह बताने की किरपा करे की जबकि कंपनी के नियम अनुसार अभी फ़ोन ख़रीदे हुए मुझे ६ महीने भी नहीं हुए है जो की कंपनी का वारंटी पीरियड है। नियम अनुसार क्या कंपनी को मेरे मोबाइल फ़ोन मे आई हुई खराबी को ठीक करा के नहीं देना चाहिए? कंपनी दुवारा जो रुपए ४६३२ /- का फ़ोन को ठीक करने का एस्टीमेट दिया गया है क्या वह मुझे भुगतान करना चाहिए ? कंपनी से अनुरोध है कि मेरे फ़ोन में आई खराभी को मुझसे उपरोकत भुक्तान लिए बगैर ठीक करके देने की करपा करे। जिससे उपभोक्ता का कंपनी पर भरोसा बना रहे

              I had purchased xolo play 8x 1100 mobile and gave to service for charging problem. but i got it with few other problem like mic problem, OTG not dedicating. I raised complaint and send mail to xolo care till now i did not get any reply from them I have attached email and scenario details as below Hi Sir/Madam, Phone model: xolo play 8x 1100 IMEI No: [protected] location: Bangalore mobile: [protected] Phone purchased through "flipkart". Order Date: 7 December 2014 8.27 PM Delivered Date: 12 December 2014 9.15 AM Phone Activation date: 12 December around 10.30 PM I have given my phone for service last time for the problem in charging alone. But when I revived the phone after 30 days charging issue was fixed but I there are other new issue occurred like mic, usb charging not possible, OTG not working and more to that each and every time I plug in charger I need to fix charging pin at correct position, otherwise it will not charge or it will discharge completely (Note: battery was newly purchased from xolo service centre about 2 month old). Since I was in busy in my work i could not come back your service centre an mean after few days that authorised service centre it self not available in your service centrer list (R T Nagar, Bangalore service centre). so I today (7 December 2015 10.15 Am) went to jayanagar, Bangalore service centre. Even though my mobile is under warranty. they (Jayanagar, Bangalore service centre) not accepting my phone under warranty, because they say that it not under warranty. And also above service centre cheated me. they say that my IMEI number is invalid and it does not come under warranty. After I called customer care regarding this, said all above matters and registered a complaint with Id 622958. And executive from xolo care confirmed that my phone was under warranty. Please do that the necessary thing so that my phone problems get solved.I accept some positive response Note: the kind service which xolo provided is not satisfactory. (In one year almost 2 to 3 months my phone was with xolo service centre itself and even i did not used it for 12 month complete). Regards, Shanthamurthy worst customer care service.

              I received a replacement phone after 1 year and that too has the same problem . Airtel SIM card is not detected in this handset.

              Earlier first replacement cellphone sent was having problem of WI-FI not detecting, Network Drop and Airtel SIM card not detected.

              Second replacement cellphone had issue with touchpad, wifi and airtel SIM card not detected.


              I want refund for the cellphone amount immediately to avoid legal action.

                Dear Sir, I've purchased Xolo Black 1X from www.snapdeal.com but there is problem in charging the mobile. When I make my phone charge except of getting charge it's got discharge. Some of the applications get stopped while using them. I'd visit the Service Center 3 times, I didn't got any positive response every time they ask for charges and the reason for charges are internal parts defect. I am not responsible for internal parts defect, I think there is manufacture fault. I want that you may take a quick action and replace my mobile. Kindly revert me on [protected]

                  Given XOLO phone service @ Digital Communications[protected], T Nagar Chennai with issue of Not charging and Back camera not working on 23rd Nov 2015 ( WO No.[protected] after the service I have received the phone on 11th Dec with change in my panel (Black to White) while enquiring they reverted check wheather the phone is working or not don't revert on the panels. After few days the phone got problem with MIC not working, Ringer Not Working, SIM2 Not Detecting and Loudspeaker not working. ( WO no:[protected] dtd: 28th Dec 2015) While asking about our Old panel they are reverting if you want the phone or panel if it take your phone and we wont Service the phone the employee is reverting.                       Dear Executive I purchased a 8x 1020 and I face touch problem, I submitted mine handset at Mayank Service and they give me DOA of omega after that your distributor gives me 2000₹ less from mine purchasing amount, they take 600₹ extra and give me omega 5.5, i face camera problem at low light or no light mode means snape clicked too lighty when I clicked snape, within 2 days I submitted again at mayank service they replaced mine handset and again I face same problem, now shika g who is at in your Repair Factory is also can't pic mine phone, phone is waste for me right now, I'm also told her that I checked 3 handset of omega at local phone dealer at face same problem, but they can't give me good solution.                           Sir, I have purchased a Xolo black 1X from Snapdeal on 01/12/2015. After 10 days of purchase I have problem with the set as Ringtone installed in the phone are getting Mute while incoming Calls. I contacted Snapdeal and they tell me Third party software installed. but problem persisted. I Contact three times but problem of the phone persisted. Again visited the service Center and left the phone with them 16/12/15 (WO no.[protected] but problem was not solved as this day. The person at the counter said that the phone has to put here, i submitted the phone at service station. I visited service station at 20/12/2015 to get status of the phone where i met some on called Xolo Care whose response is verry poor he was not listening to the problems saying that if you want your phone back i will give you by changing software again but sir what is the perpose of changing software again which was changed 2 times already without success. So i request you to kindly look in to the matter and get my Money Refund as i dont think that repair to the phone make any sense as problem is not solved. Kanu Ahir-[protected]

                            Hi, i m a surat citizen,
                            I had purchase xolo black 1x from snapdeal online store when i get my shipment open the box and use xolo black 1x and no ring tone ion incoming call, just i call xolo care and they aren't able to solv this problem online then i came at service station mobile bazar (Surat) udhna, they take my mobile and till today not solv this problem
                            Now not xolo care responce me ane not responce from service station.


                            So plz action on this company & his all employee who gaven't response

                              Dear Sir, I am writing to you to complain about the mobile I bought from your online store on 6th November 2015. I have been a loyal customer of yours for the last 4 years and have successfully made many purchases over the years. Unfortunately, however, this time I am dissatisfied with the service you have provided. The mobile I ordered was the latest smart phone, the XOLO Black 1X . My reasons for choosing this model was that you advertised it on your website as having the 3GB Ram and 32GB internal memory . Unfortunately, the mobile quality is so cheap beacuse i suddenly slipp on my floor and my handset in my Pocket, after that when i see my mobile it should be broken. Display is totally broken even body also crack. I never see this type of cheap quality material in any handset. For these reasons, I would ask you either to refund the purchase price in full or send me a replacement handset. I look forward to your immediate response. Yours faithfully

                                  I had purchased the XOLO ERA HD through gadgets 360, when i unbox the phone it was faulty there was flicker screen. I had complaint to gadgets 360 regarding the same but they reply just go to xolo service center they will provide you DOA letter after that they will replace it but service center is not providing me DOA an all, while i eligible for DOA letter, I purchased the phone on 1st Dec 2015 and submitted to service center on 5th Dec 2015, and they are saying phone is not showing in DOA eligible, while eligibility condition is only you should contact to service center within 7 Days from purchase. Please help me for replace the phone.I am attaching the receipt got from service center and order detail number is OB35162138E08B6BE2.

                                      I had issues with my Xolo phone since July 2015 which inspite of repeated phone calls, emails and service center visits is not getting resolved. The following are the details of the same: Device: Xolo Q700s $GB Black phone Purchase date: 15 Dec 2014 from Snap deal order no : [protected] . Issue: Its touch panel has stopped working since the month of july. Followup details: July 2015 - The device was submitted for repair to Wecare, Borivali - Mumbai. Aug 2015 - Wecare, borivali - mumbai issued a DOA form no[protected] which was rejected by snapdeal since it was expired. Aug - Sept 2015 : I had a string of emails with we care, snapdeal and xolo care regarding the issue, for which there was no favorable outcome. Nov 2015: I had received a call from yogesh for the replacement of my xolo Q700S. As mentioned on call, I had followed up with xolo care (and Wecare service center in borivali, mumbai) for almost 2 months regarding the expired DOA issued to me (due to which the dealer snapdeal was not accepting the return) in august 2015. Failing to get a satisfactory response, I had to open the DOA packing to get more repair options. Recently I happened to visit nalasopara, Mumbai xolo branch and they guided me to follow up for a renewed DOA for replacement. Request you to please help in resolving the DOA for my device at the earliest. Dec 2015 - Another string of repeated emails to [protected]@xolo.in/xolo.[protected]@gmail.com and calls to the customer care but no satisfactory reply.
