Previously, i had problem with touch screen of xolo mobile and got the below service centre address.

Before visiting this centre had to visit multiple service centers in bangalore in mysore, which were shown as xolo service centres but after reaching there they disappointed saying, they are not serving xolo now. Finally found the above service centre. I was facing the touch screen problem (Touch screen is not recognizing in some portion of it) and gave the mobile for service on on 10/09/15 (Job sheet no.[protected]).

After long awaiting – got the mobile with new screen (Replaced with new one) on 30/09/15. The touch screen seemed to be working fine at that time.

But now,

Again the problem has reappeared. I am facing same problem repeatedly, following are the details of the same. Once i had locked my screen with patter lock and was put in such a horrible situation. Now i have removed the pattern lock itself. Previously i was using other branded mobile(*tc)-from the same created cloud account & created backup of contacts and other miscellaneous information and secured with mail id and pattern code. (From *tc not faced any problem till the date of purchasing this one, due to lack of inbuilt storage and no screen protection in built)

From its specification, advertisement price per ration of specification and look in companies website, made my decision to buy xolo black. Now i’m completely regretting my decision and completely disappointed with product /service offered by xolo. I’m requesting you to kindly help me to get refund of my amount, not with the new one, as xolo fails in meeting with our expected quality of product and reliability.

Now the mobile frequently shut downs and touch screen doesn't work and i have not got any reply from the customer care for my problems.

I am working in peenya and can’t visit the service centre which is rt nagar in every 2 weeks.
Please help me resolve with this problem.

    3 months after purchase of Xolo Q3000, on 17.06.2014 PCB was replaced for Rs.9200/- for the simple break o[censored]SB mini port. Again now, the USB port not functioning well. It is charging when the mobile is switched off only...not charging in ON status and not connecting to the Computer via USB cable as well. Is PCB to be again replaced for a cost of Rs.9200/- or more...? It is more and more frustrating...?:-((

      VOW...!
      The cost of a USB mini port for Xolo Q3000 is nearly half of the price of the mobile itself...!?
      What a Hell...?! Any other company mobile costs so much for a USB mini port in the world..?

        To the concerned Authorities, XOLO Mobiles.
        One of my friend purchased a "XOLO Q510S" mobile handset along with bill n warranty from an authorized mobile shop on 6th Sept. 2014 from koparkhairne Navimumbai. In just 3 months it gave problem (Motherboard Damaged) n was got repaired from the Auth. Service center under warranty. Since the handset was having a warranty of 1 year. But on completing exactly 1 year of its use, the handset stucked with the same problem n now the shopkeeper as well as the Service center concern personnel told that the handset have to be repaired by their own cost of approx INR 8000/-.

        Now my question is with the Manufacturer/Concerned Autorities & the Service personnel, that
        is it worth paying INR 8000/- for repair the product when the cost of New Brand piece was INR 6500/- a year before?
        Was this problem purposely done with the handset that on completing 1 year the product Repeated the same problem?
        Is it not the concern of the Manufacturer/service personnel to look into the said problems as it is the reputation of the Product/s of the XOLO Mobile Mfr. Company?

        It shall be appreciated if the concerned Dept. look into the matter ASAP.

        To the CONCERNED AUTHORITIES -Consumer Complaint Team as well as XOLO Co. Please Note the Complaint has not been resolved till the date. l think the XOLO Company is a worst Co. Selling the Cheapest Products in Indian Market with no Service/s Providers playing with Indian peoples hard earned Money.(Making FOOLS of INDIANS by the INDIANS). Also Note/Check weather its given Customer Care no. is active? Or it is to be in operation after the Disappearance of the Co.. I humbly request to the Concern personalities to please look into the matter at the earliest & exchange the product with due respect & no extra cost. After all It is a competitive market with Brands like NOKIA/SAMSUNG etc, & to stand still the Co. has to give priority to gain faith of the Consumers.           Ello sir, I Mohd. Imran bought Xolo Q2000 in Feb 2014 .Previously i just used Single sim but from from September 2015 i started using 2 sims so am having problems in Sim detection. Either of the sim Slots does not work. i had approched nearest Xolo Center at express road the mall kanpur. Since the warranty expired & they sent My phone back after check and checking charges Rd. 350/_ taken to me and they returned the device still it is not working till . I'm very irritate. Kindly help me what has to be done.

              I am from Bangalore. I purchased Xolo Black on 14th-18th of July 2015. I was very satisfied with it but after four month it's touch stopped working properly & Network problem also identified. So on 29th of October I gave my phone to XOLO authorised service center & the returned me back on 3rd of November but the issue was not resolved So again on 4th of November I again gave my phone to service center & they returned me on 5th of November saying that the issue has been resolved it was due to some software problem but still it's touch is not working properly.

                Dear sir, I Like the XOLO 8x 1000 very much becz of it's high resolution and physical appearance. i bought xolo 8x 1000 in January. From 30 days onwards, my mobile is not detecting sim card. i approached xolo service center, Ongole, A.P on 19th Oct 2015 and got work order number.[protected] and mobile sent to delhi for estimation. On 5th Nov 2015 i got my mobile by saying PCB need to change it cost around Rs 6600. is the xolo service team taking care of customer properly.

                  Dear Service Team, This need to be taken on high priority as the service centres are untrained and unskilled to dig out the root cause of the the problem rather they make the consumer confused and make them disappointed. This is the first handset of my whole life and has the worse time of life when I decided to go with Xolo Era and most importantly the Brand is Xolo which doesn't has any standard quality and parameters for launching this specific handset in market and obviously which has spoiled all my personal as well as professional life. I needed my money immediately if you can't provide service and a product with quality . About Varanasi centre a helpdesk is to listen and understand the problem incurred over there and that should be taken on serious note and ofcourse should be resolved one by one.. It does not come worth if you do not come up with the resolution and permanent solution. In case they have taken all the steps for the recurring issues then 100% this particular handset has manufacturing defect. I need to go there and stay like a costumer neglected and stay for long time but ultimately the problem couldn't got resolved herein they asked me to leave the set for a week hence I asked them for stand by handset without that it was not possible for me to leave the mobile as this is the only requirement of my business and everything is dependent on it. I got my mobile serviced in service centre however this has not been resolved with the root cause rather then working uselessly. I need to go there and stay like a costomer neglected and stay for long time but ultimately the problem couldn't got resolved herein they asked me to leave the set for a week hence I asked them for stand by handset without that it was not possible for me to leave the mobile as this is the only requirement of my business and everything is dependent on it. Initially my handset had a problem that this was not capturing snaps clearly sometimes it says the blur qualtity as this is the standARD 8 megapixel s camara which is the worse than that of a VGA CAMARA supporting and till the date the only problem got resolved they just correct yesterday after running two months around in your service centre and they dint ever come up with resolution. These people needed to be trained to resolve the problem from the root itself and not to beat abut the bush also tell them to follow certain procedure to have the customers feedback as they themselves fill up all the feedback with themselves and the customer just need to put the signature that is monopoly of the service centre, isn't it ??? This is not a long run story just few days ago i escalated this http://issue.and/"issue.and as on today i have not been satisfied with the service .. This handset has a manufacturing defect and i want this to be replaced or refund ed on urgent basis. Yesterday i visited your service center at SIGRA, VARANASI and the Xolo Era black product its a big loophole with the camara qulaity standard and processing. Better you keep this mobile for one month and us

                    Hello sir, My self Neha Godiyal ([protected]@gmail.com). My Mobile's Model Name is PLAY8X-1100 and its IMEI No. is [protected]. Sir i purchased XOLO on 12 Nov. 2015. I have seen lots of problems from the beginning by using this handset like battery backup problem, Heating problem, Charging jack problem, USB port problem and many more... I gave this mobile on December, 2015 at first time in XOLO service center.. And from December, i gave it more than 6 times to xolo center by different problems and today it is also in xolo service center. My Workorder Number is[protected]Dehradun, Uttarakhand). After coming service center, my handset worked good for 5, 6 days and after that again it shows a new problem to me. To solve Battery problem, i bought battery of RS. 900/- from your service center at dehradun...sir now i m tired to go again and again service center for these types of problems..My all friends told me that why you bought this phone, that you can't use it for a month since beginning... Plz do something to solve my problem until i won't be able to suggest anyone to buy XOLO phones...

                        Respected Sir, akshay gholve has purchased XOLO mobile in June 2014 from Pune.within a month there was charging problem .So I gave to XOLO service centre .after a month they gave mobile with Ok remark.Again after 2-3 months there was problem in mobile so again gave it for repair and problem was sim problem.after 2 months chrging problem has arised so we had contact to customer care to replace this mobile.But he told there was no such facility in XOLO.Service centre has sent mobile to Delhi for repair.After 1 or 1 and half month we got it.Again I used it. but after some period again sim problem. This happened when there was one month for warrenty period over So we contact to costomer care to increase warrenty period and aks to service station to give all the previous records of job sheet to us to lodge complaint.So customer care told us or assured to extend warrenty period .But id didn't happened .I JULY we got so called repaired mobile. Again after one month same chrging problem has arised so had contact to Service centre .We got reply that problem in motherboard and repair cost is 6000 which is not possible for us.whole year i was disturebed due to mobile issue.To lodge complaint against XOLO mobile

                          I handover my mobile phone on 11.08.2015 to ms Xolo care centre having mobile no.[protected] & landline no.[protected].the mobile set gave to service centre vide workorder number[protected] dated 11.08.2015 with the promise of the service centre to return the same set after repair within a week.when i visit the centre to get back my repaired mobile the centre ask me to wait for one hour i wait for two to three hours but they denied to return the mobile set and make me to assure that the same will be return to you after two week.after two week i again went to centre for return my mobile but again the centre make me annoyed & not given my set & promise to deliver the same after one week. I made so many visit to the centre but all in vain.when i reached on 05.10.2015 they try to handover me the damage different model handset and force me to accept the same & no other alternative set will be replace.Then I made complaint to head office for this bed & non friendly customer attention.The head office again promise me to hand over the same set within a week.but till date I did't received back my handset from customer care centre nor from head office.This non human behaviour make me metally depresed.

                            Hello xolo care.. Now enough is enough I thing I don’t need to start mail with any greeting. Here is my last work order number[protected] submitted on 28 Oct 2015. IMEI: [protected] This time mobile submitted for touch damage and you are the responsible for that because I thrown it with frustration I just pissed off with your brand, hardware quality, software assistance overall all services given by you. And as per your mail reply and call request again I have submitted mobile for same as first time submitted problem of flash shadow . And I am not going to pay for flash problem that’s your responsibility to solve. And I know it’s not possible for you because very sick company ever I have came across. And now if I dint got my problem solved or if you dint replace my phone. I am going make very big issue with media coverage and you have to face consumer court that different thing but I am not going leave this matter like that. I have submitted mobile for 5 times and visited care center for 12 times and from my place its 100km far and one times fare is around 300rupees so I spent total 3600 for travelling only and at first time paid 3000 rupees with no bill receipt and now for touch 4000 rupees then simple calculation is that paid for mobile 12796+3600+3000+4000 = 23396 + (12 workdays I had wasted approximate salary 800*12=9600) Overall mobile cost for me 32996 rupees that means I could buy apple I phone in that money. So whatever is that I am waiting for positive response from you people or I told which ways I left. Even I think no need to say thank you. Vivek navale [protected]

                                I submitted my mobile for camera flash and charging jack problem on 09/09/15. After lapse of 55 days Xolo failed to hand over the set to me. On mailing the complaint to [protected]@xolo.in they just say "your set is ready and visit the service centre." But when I visited the centre, they say "when it will be OK we will call you". No one called me. I have visited the service center twice. When I last visited the service center on 02/10/15 its touch pad was not working.It needs to be mentioned that-" NO SUCH PROBLEM WAS THERE when I submitted the mobile.This means that during two months of stay of my mobile in the service center, it has been mishandled. Due to this MISHANDLING, more such problems will arise when I will start using it. SO IT IS MY SINCERE REQUEST THAT I DON'T WANT THIS FAULTY MOBILE. I WANT REPLACEMENT OF OF SET WITH NEW ONE mob-[protected].

But I feel very ill to say that uptill now no heed has been taken. Now even they are not replying to my mail. Pls shake them up and make them understand my problem.

                                  After submission my Complaint throught your Plateform, thereafter discussion with snapdeal Executives on 01/11/2015, they guide us to visit nearest service center and deposit the damage mobile hand set to them.

                                  Thereafter we visited to XOLO SERVICE CENTER on 02/11/2015 ---- ELECTRO VISION ENTERPRISES, F-7, AVADH PLAZA, JANAKPURI, PILIBHIT ROAD, CITY -BAREILLY, STATE- UTTAR PRADESH, .

                                  Where we contacted to Mr. Ritesh Ji service Center Executicve ( mobile no. [protected] ) .
                                  Mr. Ritesh ji took some snap of our damage mobile hand set and Purchase bill
                                  and sent them to their Head Office. ...

                                  After One and Half Hour Mr. Ritesh Denied to Accept or Deposit My Damage Mobile for repair or replace.

                                  pls Guide us what should we do in such circumtances.

                                      I have purchased a XOLO Q1200 mobile last year in July, 2015 but after few months the size of the battery of the phone got increased and phone got dead. I went to many service center to get the mobile repaired but after seeing the attitude of the customer service representative, I was completely shocked, the way I was treated to get the mobile checked. Finally, I got the mobile repaired from the authorised service center in Paharganj, Delhi. However, they kept me invited for 2 to 3 times to give the phone back and the condition I received the phone was totally worst. It was like the phone was pasted with a fevicol. I got a screengaurd from the center as the accessories are not available in market and not even online. But, in place of a screen guard they did the cheap lamination on the screen at the cost of screen guard. Now, after using the phone for few months, the battery of the phone again started facing the same problem and the shape of the phone has totally changed. The front and the back side of the phone have come out and moreover it has non replaceable battery and I am afraid if while talking to someone the phone might not blast. Even, the person from the service center confirmed that the XOLO Q1200 model have the problems in all the handset. I want to get my mobile replaced as soon as possible and I am not going to any service center to get insulted. I have also send the complaint emails to XOLO but still no reply for more than a week.                                         my mobile is working is very low and battery backup is completely down
