Hello Sir/Mam, I am Vijayakumar from Chennai, I was using XOLO Q1010i mobile past 1.6 years, Yesterday 29 Nov 2015 Morning 4.00AM I had put the mobile for charging suddenly my mobile was fired totally and burned. I could do any thing at that time, my intention was to put up the fire. I suddenly called to the XOLO customer care support and inquiry regarding this, XOLO customer executive says if you have in warranty then only we will take action else we will not care of this issues. I checked with the Chennai customer support also, he also says that if it is warranty period only we will take action else we are not a responsible for this. The XOLO customer care center says only in warranty period we can take action, they look for the warranty of mobiles not the security of human beings. If the damage happen for me and my family means who will be responsible for this, will XOLO company will take care of my family? I buy this mobile on S square e-commerce, No 43-E, New Avadi Road, Kilpauk Chennai - 600 010. My IMEI NO: [protected], Cost of the project is Rs. 11, 800 INR on 21 Jun 2014. I really ashamed to heard like this kind of response from you people, I need vaild reason to take a action accordingly. Kindly do the needful to take the necessary action for this issue. Hello Sandeep, Good Day!! Thanks for your support to solve the issue on Lava Iris phone. As I was little busy on other works, I will collect the hand phone possible today i.e. 20 Jan 2016. Hope no other problem will come again. I would like to request to give the mobile phone with charger so that I can charge with correct charger and not getting the compliant again and again.     Front Flash is not Available in Xolo 8X 1100 as per company say

    Recently i parched xolo 8x 1100 mobile. When you read specification of this phone or xolo customer care center they said Front flash available in this phone. But front flash not available. I have all voice recording and site snapshot.

        I m purchase xolo Q 1200 handset in jun 2015but i m not satisfy because its service not good. its jack of sim slot is damaged automatically and not hv xolo service centre bharatpur, jaipur, agra in 2 month & say its jack nit available why???? make company handset then not available its part please i want to jack of my set Xolo Q1200 within 15 days if not given I'll case for xolo company

            I buy the Xolo phone thinking of good mobile but this was not true as after buying within a week i replaced my new phone bcz it was not showing its battery 100% charged at all. After using it for 2-3 months phone was not switch on, it was dump. I take it to the service center in Rohini where they kept it for one month and returned and returned the product saying it's ok. Then after using for 15 days now the phone screen is not visible only the voice is coming when we received calls. The bad/worst product and company in my history i purchased.

I called so many times but whenever i called they always told me till will take time and all. 15 days before that person told me i ll give you your phone this month but now no. switched off, its already 6 months completed and Customer Service center shop closed.               I have submitted my Q800 Mobile phone for repairing on 18th June 2015.I took it to the local Xolo servicing centre SIRI COMMUNICATIONS Address: 6-2-941, Shop No. 21, Lower Ground Floor, Moghuls Emami Mansion, Opp. Sadan College Road, Khairathabad, Hyderabad-500004 City: Hyderabad Phone Number:[protected].Since then they have been bouncing me around asking me to wait. I visited them almost every week then I waited 6 months!! One i went to Service centre then i saw shop i closed till now not opened.Mr. Sandeep Dey. My simple request is that you give me a my phone Q800 or refund my money ie Rs. 10, 000 which is the amount i paid when I bought the handset, or any handset equivalent to that amount (at present). I need a reply within 2 days or I am taking you guys to court. Mark my words. It may seem harsh but you leave me no choice .

                I had purchased a xolo q900s on 14 august 2015. From the date of purchase I was having a problem that it did not work with any other sim except vodafone I went to the service center more the twelve times but still they fail to repair my mobile. I then started to write mails to them regarding my problem on [protected]@xolo.in where I would get a computer generated message every time. Getting irritated I sent them a legal notice, but they refuse to awnser that also. Going to the court is the last option for me, but i will have to go if they do not do any thing.

                      I have a XOLO 8x-1000 dual sim smart phone. Since the day I bought the phone its speaks had some hardware issues. When I submitted the phone, I was said that I will get the phone back in 3-4 working days. Its been 4 days since I submitted the phone. The service center where I dropped the phone doesn't answer. even they don't know when the phone will be back. I tried calling company service center and the nos doesn't exist anymore. So in the end there's no way to find out when the phone will back.

                        Once I raised issue on this portal immediately after 1-2 min I got call on my cell phone from [protected], the person mentioned as he is Xolo customer care executive & told me that we are unable to resolve the problem of mobile phone but company is refunding whole amount in Mobikwik wallet, And then he was asking me the details about card or netbanking to transfer money from Company's account to my account.

                        So I thing, there is some-one who got my current complain with contact number & was trying to stole money from my account.

                        So requesting to please verify & confirm about the same.

                          I had purchased a Xolo A500s Lite mobile on 09-04-15 and after 6 months o[censored]sing it, I faced a Power key issue (Power on & off key is not working). I gave the phone to the Xolo Service Center in Cochin-ernakulam, Service center anme is " UNITECH SOLUTIONS", Shanmugham Road, Kochi, Ernakaulam, Ph: [protected] on 17/11/2015. Service Executive told that, it will take 25 working days for resolving the above said issue becuse of non availabilty of Power key stock . As I am working in Reputed comapany as a Branch Customer service manager, So i couldn't able to bear those many days without my handset. Normally other mobile comapnies will resolve the above said issues within a week of time. Since Xolo is a devolped mobile company in the world, i need to know why this much delay is hapening for this smaller issue like " Power Key Repairing". Since It has 6 month warranty and no other option, i have alredy given my mobile to service center "Unitech solution" for servicing on 17-11-15. Work Order No:[protected].                               I had purchased a Xolo Q710 from Flipkart and after 5 months o[censored]sing it, I faced a battery issue. I gave the phone to the Xolo Service Center in Hyderabad with the name Sai Mobiles on the 21/September/2015. It has been two months now and they still say that the battery issue is still pending. Apparently, they are going to make sure that the warranty runs out on the phone before they return the phone back to me. I would like to know if I can register a case against them in the Consumer Court or not. Can someone help me with this?

                                  It's been less than 5 months i had bought a xolo phone and the touch doesnt ntot work. I touch on the screen and it happens to touch somewhere else. I have got it repaired once already, it is so annoying to use this phone! please either replace this phone or refund. And dont play with your customers who genuinely have smart phone requirements
