I recently bought xolo one hd (space grey) from amazon in 12 january, 2016
and its not working and when i go to ur service centre sai communication in shakarpur customer wo:[protected] they demanded Rs 80 in advance to attend the problem regarding then after they told "damaged is not covered in warranty i[censored] want to solve problem expenditure was about rs 2200" they did not give any kind of receipt of rs 80 .Please we are not satisfied with your service center employ and in the message from lava it comes that labour charge is rs 0 but they have already charged rs 80 please look after your service providers carefully otherwise we should go to consumer court .My mobile no. Is [protected]

    Hi, this is aviral agarwal. I have xolo black and now it has a lot of problems. Camera doesn't work properly. Touching the keypad back space touches anything except back space. Whole upper line of the keyboard to touch is a big problem. Touch dosnt work properly. I spent 4500 last time for my touch screen. Do i need to spent this again? What do i do now?

                    Till the date Co. had not resolved my complaint. A person Poses as Mr. Satyaveer Yadav from XOLO Cust. Care. Dept. Called me from ([protected]) on my given mobile number, told me to explain the matter. Then he took a local Area Mngr. of Navi Mumbai on Conference. The person over the Conference was having nothing to do with my complaint to resolve but he was only in the thought of Money making in the shadow of XOLO.
                    From the whole story it is Clearly understood that the XOLO is Looting We INDIANS by selling Cheap Chinese products in INDIAN Market who doesn't care for Hard earned money of INDIAN People. So i request to whomsoever it may concern to BANN XOLO from INDIAN Market until the Co. pays the penalties.

                      i had purchased the Xolo 8x-1020 on 13.3.15. In the span of near to one year mobile phone touch pad was not working and it was replaced once.. Phone having touch pad problem, battery charging time taken more, some times automatically touchpad not working and automatically works..

How you take "Area Mngr" on conference to gain the faith of Consumers (when the Service Centre is Closed) who purchase XOLO products.                         Now tell me how shall we INDIANS expect Good Services from XOLO n How will you give me assurance of the same?

                          I purchased a phone Xolo black 1x from snapdeal for Rs10099. I got network issuecin it so i asked snapdeal for refund they told to visit service center. The service center person replaced the pcb of my phone because he himsel[censored]sed my phone for 2-3 days and encounterd network issues but still the issue is not resolved and they are saying contact your operator. Snapdeal is saying to get this thing in written but service center person is not giving anything.

                            To the concerned authorities -consumer complaint team as well as xolo co (Ref -: mr satyaveer yadav -xolo care). Please note the complaint has not been resolved till the date also i think you are just kidding! Coz you have mentioned in your reply mail/comment about my statement is of 29/03/2016 (March).

                            Now check n let me know -: how is it possible that a person can post a comment a month in advance? When i had posted my complaint on 29/02/2016 (Feb). That also in reply of a comment from your xolo co. "that my complaint had been resolved". If a person like you sitting on a seat which you does not deserve. It is understood what shall be the picture of the xolo co's. Other employees n staff. That is why i mentioned in my earlier complaint that the (Xolo co. Is making fools of indians by the indians).

                            Once again i thanks to the entire team of consumer complaints, to taking this matter seriously & reaching/replying us asap. I hope others understand the problems of the indian consumers as their own problem & resolving it at the earliest. For ref- my cell is +91 [protected].                               To the CONCERNED AUTHORITIES -Consumer Complaint Team as well as XOLO Co. Please Note the Complaint has not been resolved till the date.
                              l think the XOLO Company is a worst Co. Selling the Cheapest Products in Indian Market with no Service/s Providers playing with Indian peoples hard earned Money.(Making FOOLS of INDIANS by the INDIANS). Also Note/Check weather its given Customer Care no. is active? Or it is to be in operation after the Disappearance of the Co.. I humbly request to the Concern personalities to please look into the matter at the earliest & exchange the product with due respect @ no extra cost.                                 I bought a XOLO Era 4K order no. OAA5D5FD[protected] from ndtvgadgets360 i found it faulty & registered a complaint they reffered to Service centre i visited it three times everytime they just updated mobile & didn't solved my problem. I'm having touch issues its increasing day by day getting worst. I asked for a replacement they denied it.

                                  I have bought a XOLO Back 1X 3GB RAM/32GB ROM vide Order No. [protected] through Snap Deal on 25th February 2016. I have inserted 2 nos. Reliance Jio Nano SIM. But now found that there is no LTE or VOLTE support. So please advice whether you should send the patch for 4G VOLTE support or I should return the same as soon as possible

                                      I bought xolo 8x-1000 in october 2014.
                                      within a month the phone was discovered with software problems n within 2 months hardware issues were discovered too. after staying with the service centre for a month my phone returned with some loose interior parts which stopped working with just a little jerk
                                      now after going to the service centre thrice a year, my phone is back with an absolutely brand new problem, its currently unresponsive completely dead without any reason
                                      i request u to please provide me justice against the cheating done by the company by proving me defective device
