I have received phone call (details below mentioned) from Xolo customer support vide their phone no+911413318100 they told me that XOLO Black 1X 32GB with best deals on Mobile Covers, Up to 80% off. It was not their offer . It had been offered by snapdeal

I had already brought your company product .XOLO Black 1X 32GB with Best deals on Mobile Covers, Up to 80% off from dealer snapdeal .con on line shooing . But sorry to say that still to date I have not received any Mobile Covers, up to 80% off.That was why to again I am asking you Can you tell me where, I have to go with my problem ?
Again they answer about my complaint as follows within a day also regret

Today morning they ask me for my contact number with suitable timing they can call me.As per their requirement I post my mobile no at consumer complaint .in site. we were disused about the complaint, as per our telephonic conversation. I come to know that my problem had been not with them .My problem with snapdeal.com. What cooperation what an assurance, What a resolution, what an escalation, what a performance. Everything had been done within 36Hours. Complaint had been resolved within two day, Every customer care have learn from this, how to resolve any problem . Thank you very much Consumer Complaint. In Team without you it could not be possible and Mr Satyaveer Yadav Xolo Customer Care. Every customer need this type of response & resolution from every customer care service .
