I had sent scan bill copy as discuss xolo person email id -product.[protected]@india.com, but after that I didn't get reply from xolo concern
xolo team give me solution to get battery.without battery i am not able to use

xolo is very very very ...... bad company

after purchasing within 6 month display touch is not working. given at Malad service center but till day it is not recived back, after many mails, reminders they give standard reply when it will be repaired you will get,

my mobile is lost

    I purchased a phone Xolo play 6x1000 on 25-07-14. After a years satisfactory usage, I ended up in a tragedy. My screen and display were gone! I asked in local shops but it was futile as they didnt even hear any model like that. I went on in a xolo service center and then even after two months the spare parts had not arrived. They kept giving excuses, till the day I asked to give me back my phone. As soon as I asked them to give my phone back they started searching and after an hour they said that the phone had been given to someone else as two similar handsets had arrived in the service center the same day. What the hell?! And on mailing several times the xolo care sent me a mail stating that the problem has been solved by listing me in the DOA list.. What?!!! DOA letter works only on Warranty handsets and my handset was neither in warranty nor in good physical condition. Such Pathetic companies should not even exist if they dont promise to give proper service to their customers. Thanks and regards Abdul Aleem

      I bought a XOLO Nvidia Tegra Note tablet about four months back. The tablet stopped charging in the third month. I took it to XOLO service center in Lajpat Nagar where they asked me to deposit the tablet because some parts needed replacement. My work order number[protected]. It has been over a month now and every time I call up the service center I get the same reply - the parts have been shipped by the company and will be here anytime soon. This is a pathetic excuse and I fail to buy it. The company feels least bothered in speedy resolution of consumer complaints and highly undermines the time of its customers.

      I am beginning to wonder if these are just superficial consolations. It has been almost six weeks now and almost two weeks since I submitted the complaint and no action has been taken yet to redress the concern. Pathetic customer service XOLO. I will definitely not recommend anyone to buy your phones with such careless attitude.

        Sir, I have purchased Xolo 1200Q Black on March 13, 2015 vide order no.[protected] through snap deal, But after 5 months its battery is totally dead. For its replacement I have deposited my Xolo 1200Q BLACK with AKS Telecm Chandigarh on 13/08/2015 for change of battery. On enquring from the Service Cener on 27/08/2015, they told that the parts has yet not received from the Noida. The service center has given me 15 days time to repair/ replacement . I therfore request you please solve the problem within the alloted period, Other wise I shall procced to the Consumer form for the justice.           On 23/07/2015 i had submitted my phone at xolo service center, Ahuja mobile nai sadak gwalior 474001. my phone is xolo one and its IMEI no. [protected]. there was a display problem in the phone. but there was no spare parts in the service center that's why i submitted my phone in the service center. but it is about one month they are not repairing the phone. they always says that they don't have spare parts to repair my phone. its creating problems to me. Sir, request you to please take some action against the company and i want that my phone get repaired as early as possible. thank you

              I have given my xolo phone for Not charging complaint at kochi xolo care.They sent the phone to Xolo head office for further investigation and they clamed that complaint is resolved and returned the handset.When they returned the handset phone was dead and service center person said since it was not charged for long, it is dead. Issue regarding charging is resolved and you can go home and charge mobile for some time to make it working.I went home and tried charging the phone and it didnt even get charge.Since service center was bit away from my place of stay, I couldnt approach them again.I have approached them again on 25-Aug-2015 and they said issue is not resolved and they have to sent the phone again to Xolo company.I have to wait another 15 working days to get it repaired.Is this kind of service Xolo is providing?.I have escalated this issue thorugh xolo customer care and no response received.My work order # is[protected] and model number is Q800

                    I have travelled to xolo service centre with my device . They said need to update software and they did after one month again same problem and again they updated the software . But after 10 days again Same problem but this time they said need to change battery . But battery is not available at any where .my phone is dead and I don't know what to do next. service centre people are looting and customer service is not receiving phone .

                        I submit my mobile xolo q1010i on 23 july 2015 to xolo customer care which is in warranty period as I purchased it on 6 aug 2014. I was regular touch with xolo customer care they told me that mobile repairing was under progress but when I went to service center @ 19 august 2015 they said to me that mobile could not be repaired . my work order no.[protected]. they denied to repaired it worst experience I ever faced in my life very bad a such reputed Indian company is doing like that.. please do needful otherwise I will go to consumer court

                        but when i talk to service centre ( J. D. MOBILE TECHNOLOGY REWARI) they said that mobile handset came to them without repairing, and they take the issue to BSM(BUSSINESS SERVICE MANAGER) .

                        BUT WHEN I CONTACT Mr. Ankit (BSM) .
                        they said that mobile could not be repaired and i have to take it as unrepaired condition ...
                        and then submit again for repairing as chargeable basis .

                        but when i submitted the handset was in under warranty ...

                        this is a cheating to me I already lodged complaint to national consumer court ..

                          I am Prasang and my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. I purchased 2 Xolo Era phone from snapdeal offer on 7th Aug and 30 Jul. The seller is LAVA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED-VOI India. The problem with phone is that contact are deleted automatically and I am not able to see all the contacts in my contact list. This is the problem with both the phones that i purchased from snapdeal.I have also gone through with other users opinion and they are also mentioning the same problem. Is this the company's strategy to dump the defective products on such a offer basis to lure the customer. It is complete wastage of money even if it is launched at lower price. Request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible. I request a refund of the handset as this is cheating on the part of company to clear their stock of defective products to end customer in the name of lower price.

                                Dear sir, I have purchase new mobile xolo q 2100 and was not working properly and its get automatically switch of after 5 min . I have given 2 time to the service centre Delhi but my problem didn't get solve. And they are also not replacing to new one So plz take some nessary action Otherwise I will file a complaint to higher authority.. Thank you

                                        better buy from reputed company for value o[censored]r
                                        hard earned money there are good mobile from other
                                        reputed, they can compete but can't give service like apple and samsung
