Dear All,

i want to tell that i am not happy with xolo phone . i bought xolo mode.no. 2000h+ color -black, IMEI number [protected]

I bought phone on 7th of july it was dead on 12th of august . Submitted to Xolo Customer service Center on 14th august and i was assured that the phone will be given to me by 15 days but yet there is no response from XOLO. The phone has also heating issues.

Overall really pissed by the service of XOLO.

    Hello i have purchased xolo Q1200 on 28 march 2015.Now it's screen has gone abruptly dead. Its not functioning at all. IMEI number of my phone is [protected].. I have ordered it from homeshop 18 and they have assured 1 year warranty on the device..either replace my phone or refund my money. I hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

      Dear Concerned,

      I have a problem with my XOLO cellphone which is still in warranty period. there is a problem with the Mic of the cell phone before one month of its purchase.
      The phone was given to your recognised service center in Bangalore(Service Point, Jayanagar on 30/7/2015. the representative promised to repair the phone but didn't bother to inform us for a week when we called up we got a reply from them saying that the issue cannot be sorted out there is in the service center and to be sent to the company for a replacement or repair work. there was no communication from the service center for over couple of weeks and we contacted the customer service we got a reply that it is in transit and will reach in couple of day. this scene went on for more than a month when ever we call up their standard reply was "it is in transit and will come in 2 days". finally fed up with their irresponsible behavior when we walked into their service center we again got a standard reply "it is in transit and will come in 2 days" how shame full, irresponsible and substandard service centers you have. after shouting at the guys in the service center the phone was returned back the same moment. this concludes that the phone wasn't sent anywhere and it was kept with them for more than a month bluffing us and playing with us and creating huge loss to us managing ourselves with out a cellphone for over a month.
      i still don't understand how XOLO cannot take the responsibility of their product which is still in warranty and facing problems within first month of its purchase. Shame to you XOLO. the phone is returned without repairing even though its in warranty and i doubt the service center guys of stealing the internal parts of the cellphone now. they are so careless about their customers and take them granted. XOLO is completely responsible for this behavior and i don't mind taking this issue to the consumer court.

      Shame on you XOLO. You deserve '0" rating.

          Hi, I had touch screen breaking problem in my xolo Q3000 mobile(IMEI NO. [protected]). So I gave my mobile to service center in Mumbai Andheri West Cell care point on 04 July 2015 within warranty period. There was no call regarding the status of my mobile even after 25 days. I also tried to check the status of my mobile online but their also no status was found. So I decided to visit the service center on 30th of July 2015, they handed over me my mobile and said the mobile has just arrived. But when I tested my mobile the issue was not resolved at all. I thought they have never sent the mobile to service center. Then they said their is no issue and they are least intrested in the issue. I had a talk to some senior person of the center. As my warranty period was over he accepted the mobile on repeat service. So today is 5th Sep 2015, total of 2 months have been passed I haven't used my mobile phone. Their is still no status call, message or mail regarding the same. I had purchased my molibe for Rs16, 055. And this is 2nd time within a year i have given my mobile to service center. Today I have completed 2 months of my current mobile service period. It is really frustrating to call and visit service center again and again but no outcome. I think these service center people should take some responsibility regarding their work. There should be some SLA to the support or the service provided to the customer. God knows what they are doing with the mobile only to resolve touch screen breaking problem. More than 2 months required to resolve the issue sounds very funny. I think those guys are not capable enough to resolve minor issues. What are they paid for. What about the compensation for the period I haven't used my mobile. Purchasing mobile for around 16K and no service provided is really unacceptable. I am seriously disappointed and frustrated with xolo and their service. I wont suggest anyone to buy anything from xolo at all. Please help me with this issue. Regards,

            Respected sir i brought xolo one vide imei no-[protected] on 03/02/2015, this set come with charging problem i already repaired this set from service center hudson lane delhi with 500 rs each time this time they want 1000 rs i refused to give him he said i barred your warranty and says go any where no one to repair this i damaged your set otherwise you dont give me 1000 rs xolo is good brand but your service center experience is bad i never brought xolo mobile in future. Other brand service center don't demand money in warranty period. If my problem don't resolve i go to consumer court and cnbc pehradar. Once again xolo have to maintain good relation with consumers ...

              I am really bothered from the delayed delivery of produts. every time when xolo coustmer visit their centre for asking of items like hand free, mother board, touch and display. the centre incharge increase by saying that your product requires 10or15 more days for delivery. and the coustmer like me already have wait for 15 days and now these more 15 days means 30 days is required for it.

                श्रीमान जी मैंने स्नैप डील से Xolo ERA मोबाइल ख़रीदा था ।इनवॉइस की तारिख 24 जुलाई 2015 है ।इनवॉइस नंबर S751D6/15-16/18208 है फोन ठीक है पर इसकी इंटरनल मेमोरी कम है और मैन स्पीकर में आवाज़ नहीं आती है । यहाँ रुद्रपुर उत्तराखंड मे सोलो केअर सेण्टर भी नहीं है आप बताये मै क्या करू। आप मेरी समस्या का समाधान करे आपकी बहुत कृपया होगी।

                  I have purcharged XOLO Q 600 Club on 16th march 2015 but after 1 month I was facing speaker issue and getting hang problem so that I given for repair at JB service center after I got my mobile there was still not solve my issue. Again I have given for repair at service center and they took almost 21 days for repair but there was not been solve my issue after getting my mobile. Again I have given for repairing at Xolo Care but they are saying we have still same issue. My point is they are keeping my mobile and saying wrong promises that we have repaired your mobile.                     I had buyed a phone XOLO Q1010I on 2nd sept . 2014 IMEI-[protected] . I had submitted phone in service center 1 month ago but they didnt returned my phone instead they approved a DOA for my handset . but as dealer said company will provide me a phone in range of[protected] rs though i bought my handset in 10500rs .therefore i request you to provide me atleast a compatible phone

                      Sir, I have purchased Xolo 1200 Q BLACK THROUGH SNAP DEAL IN MARCH 2015.BUT AFTER 5 MONTHS ITS BATTERY PROBLEM IS STARTED. I have deposited my hand set at the Company Service centre at AKS Telecom Chandigarh on 13, August, 2015. They have given me 15 days time for the replacement of battery. When I enquired from the service Centre on 1/09/2015, they said that the parts has yet not received to the service centre AND TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR NEXT ONE WEEK .

Against 15 days time given to repair more than 23 days has been elapsed, but I have not RECEIVED MY HAND SET BACK from the Service centre AKS Telecom Chandigarh.                         Sir,
                        I submitted xolo8x - 1200 at idm infocomm. Ambala cantt. Work order number [protected]. On 12 / 08 / 2015 due to 'no outgoing voice'.
                        I was told that it will sent to noida as its mic. Is on motherboard and can't be repaired there. But, my phone is lying there, when i visit the service centre or call them i am told that its pars have not come.

                              Hi Team, I had submitted my Xolo Play8x1100(IMEI no. [protected]) to service centre( New Tirupathi Cellulars, Khralwadi, pimpri, Pune - 411018) on 31st Aug 2015 due to "Mic not working issue". The work order no. is[protected].Also note that the same issue had happened around 2 months back and in which the hardware of mic, mobile screen and battery got replaced in the same service centre mentioned above. The issue has again come up just in 2 months. The screen which got replaced without informing me was found not genuine as there is no XOLO logo(which was present on my existing screen) on the replaced one. As being your customer, I would like to raise a query that is if a product spare is to be replaced more often then the customer like me, will not be able to carry a good faith on the product manufacturer. Also if the product replacement which took 1 month or so, then this will indirectly decrease my warranty period without being using the same. I would like you to please help me solve the issue. Rectifying the mic issue permanently with no more future issues and replace the screen with original black screen which was present earlier. If the same is not happening due to any issues please replace the product with other with same specification as mentioned in XOLO Play 8X1100. I think being you customer, you would definitely come out with positive resolution as soon as possible. Do again request you to think about the difficulty faced by me due to these repeated issues.

                                Sir i bought a mobile of xolo mobile on 01/01/2015 and its working very goods bur suddenly its buttion out of order and did not work properly. I went to xolo service centre and deposit the mobile and they told us come one after one month. So please give advise what should i do. Thakns vikas kumar m-[protected]

                                  I have a Xolo Q1000 model. Lately the battery is not charging even though it shows as if charging when plugged in. Tried new batteries but its not the battery problem but the charging system so went to authorized center Deccan Mobiles in Ameerpet, Hyderabad. To check what is the problem, they charge even after me explaining the problem. They don't want to listen to the customer, a pathetic customer service person. The technician is another person who doesn't know how to talk. Says battery may be fault and have to order new one. I explained ten times during the hand over for repair that i tried new battery still doesn't work. He says they have to try, so used a battery from another phone wasting my valuable time. Then came to conclusion that it is a PCB (mother board) problem. and that no point fixing as it will cost[protected] rs. I went to local repair shop who said he can fix it in 800 rs. What a shame this authorized service center. Not sure if Xolo even bothers looking at these complaints as i am not the first one complaining about product or service. Anyway wanted to spend time and write this complaint so it will be helpful for others so not to buy XOLO mobiles.

                                  The complaint is regarding unsatisfactory service from your serivce centre and you want me to go back again. A pathetic standard response from such an organisation is just not acceptable.

                                    The brand sucks. Its good for nothing. In two months I visited for the 4th time in the XOLO care and my problem is not solved as well. This is what you give to your customers? They asked me to come back after 10 days and when I went after 10 days they asked me to wait an hour and then they realised there is a battery problem and as it is an inbuilt battery it will cost me 950 even if the cellphone is in warranty. Whaow. What a service!

                                      I was purchase xolo 8X 1000 Mo. in decmber 2014 Gurantty for 1 years suddenely ded my mo. then i give aur mo. xolo Authrosized Service Center he change my Motherboard and give after 10 days then after some time switch off xolo mo. is very frod company very bad service and Chitter Rambharat Yadav [protected]

                                        I purchased XOLO Q1010i from Pune. Within 2 months phone got switched off & didnt get on. So i approached XOLO service centre for redressal. Personnel there kept my Mobile phone for 2 weeks .But issue remained unresolved. This happened for 4 times within 1 year. I requested them to replace my mobile and also extend my warranty period
