I have purchased my xolo mobile in sep 14 n my mobile is in guarantee period bt my mob is not working due to touch prob n Mike also not working At service center this prob was not rectified because they are wrongly saying that it is liquid damaged bt it is not used in rainy seaso. Aur not physically found set is being used for home perpose only no liquid enter in it..so pls replace aur repaired my mob

    I am residing at Panipat, Haryana. My XOLO set 8X 1020, screen got damaged a month back. At service center for around 15 days it was informed that they have ordered screen and as soon as it is received same will be replaced. However, after 15 days it is informed to us that we have to deposit our handset to them for sending the set to company as per new rules. We handed over the set to service center here on 20/07/2015 and the service order number is[protected]. We were informed that in 5-6 days it will be returned back.But regret to say that till date it is not returned back. Whenever asked, there is same reply that it has not come from company???Such poor service and such kind of irresponsible behavior from a reputed manufacturer like XOLO is not accepted and is highly disturbing. Kindly request you to treat the matter most urgent, look into the matter immediately and arrange to return back our hand set ASAP. Kindly confirm me about the same by today evening.       i submitted on 11/07/2015 Job Sheet no.[protected] my mobile Opus HD which is under warranty to the service point, Shivas Technologies[protected] Kanpur (authorised service center of XOLO). The mobile had a problem of display. The person there told me that it will take around 25 days to repair and come back. After 25 days when I called I got the response that the mobile is still under repairing. So I want my phone back repaired as early as possible or else Xolo returns my money.

          Sir, I submitted my xolo a500 sips in Shakarpur, XOLO Service Center firstly on 26/06/2015 and received it on 17/07/2015 and again submitted it on 23/07/2015. They said that after a week I can collect my phone from them but yet they are saying that phone is not ready to use. My Reference No.[protected]. I purchase it date on 5apr 2015 after 2 month purchase its show mistake menu keys not work I give it and 10 days after I got it with rude behave .aftar 4 days its show again mistake not charging .air phone and battery back up ..again I am going service center again they do bad behavior .and says that after 8 days your problem solved . and I give you my complaint my pervies work order[protected]. then manegar call me ..to meet him .. But when I am going for meet him ..then he not pic up my phone I try 25 time.but not response . And then staff make my new work order and take my 3 complains but they give me 8 days time ..and now again they give me10 day time .now total 18 days .and they not confirmed that after 18 days then. They give me my mobile .staff says that . 10 din lagenge .. Mane bola k 10 din bad sour mil jayega . to bolts h sour nhi h ...sir what the service you provide ... Give me my money back .or repair my mobile fast ..I can't wait .. Otherwise my I take a action for it ..

After fourteen days no one even service center or xolocare not able to tell when my phone will be repaired. I think its my fault to purchase xolo mobile.                         This mail is regarding worth service provided by the Xolo care (Authorized case center) Bapunagar, Ahmedabad My Mobile model Xolo Q-510s Black (IMEI number: [protected]) purchase on Jan 2015 was not working since early Jun 2015 (the first problem which I faced, it was behaving unconditional and some key were not working, I had registered a request and submit my Mobile on 26 Jun 2015 for this problem. They had returned me twice with some software update and etc but both the time it was again facing the same problem. As a more than a month was passed but they still not able to solve the problem. I really frustrated with this mobile service. Can I expect a new Mobile if they will not able to your faulty Mobile?                           I submitted xolo opus 3 mobile phone on 14th july at city centre jaipur service centre. They asked for a time of 7 days for screen replacement. On 8 th day asked again for a time of 2-3 days then again for 2-3 days. With an excuse that spare parts are not available in the company. Its delay due to backend team they said. The way of talking of employee asif is not acceptable too. " hum kya kre nhi a rha part to, a jayega to laga k de denge" these are their words. Such a big mobile company have poor service system. Even not asks employees how to talk with customer. Does not stands on their commitments.

                              Myself Phaneshwara Kumar, has purchase a xolo play 8X-1100 cell phone September 2014 from online from Infibeam.. Unfortunately MIC not working and even there is a problem with network coverage. I went to a authorized service center of xolo First “He told me that a part need to replace which he will charge 1500/- I said ok and I have submitted it” it’s been more than a month but proper response. ok I was huge fan of xolo I suggested the phone to everyone.                                 But she says that one time we take one complaind.

                                      Dear Sir, I am Arun Wasu form nagpur maharashtra i perchesed xelo mobile in 16 june 2015 . on opeing of paket in shop the mobile is totaly off i complent shop seller but the said tha some time this handsaet coming in this condition... i Agree with that persone and purches it.. After 15 days i got problem in my cell. at that time i sarch your service center in nagpur on net i got number and adres but not pickup my phone by your service center and addres also given worng in net. I arrenged right addres form mobile cellr. Really ur service center service is very poor verry very poor .. I got charging issue on my cell they not charged and when charged at 30% battery level his got dischaged. I said my issue to ur care center they said please seet and wait for 3 hr i cheked your cell and when problem solved i will give it back to you. After 3 hr he said sorry your problem is not solved i send your cell to banglor for repairign and it take 15 to 20 days. after 20 days i came in your service center and they behave like i do some crime to purched this cell.. I picked my cell and 2nd day of repairing that problem occured same ... please suggest what i do for it .. I escalate this mater befor that also but no responce given form u..I dont know what type of service given by you to customer.. I feel that your not able to solve customer problem.. please give me solution on that another i go for next process of it . Thankyou Please find attached image of bill and imei no.                                         My phone shutting down automatically and keeps off . I have to manually start the phone. This is the big issue as this started irritating me. I also went to xolo care located in panipat and give me phone by saying that this is alright. But next day onwards I getting this problem. I am not able to do anything.
