Hello My name is Aryan Goswami. I have XOLO q1200 Brown. That phone get problem in Charging Jack. When i go to service Center they took my phone sand says we will give you your phone in 10 days.But when i called then after 10 days they tell me we don't have part of that phone. That's amazing company service center have no part of their phones. Now i have 18 days but they didn't give my phone back. Never go to Noida's service center of XOLO. This is the address J-50 sec 18 Noida gautam Budh nagar UP CITY: Noida PINCODE: 201301 CONTACT MANAGER: Girish Mohan CONTACT PERSON: Girish Mohan CONTACT NUMBER: [protected] They are totally WORST they only waste your time. They don't have parts of any phone. DON'T TOOK YOUR PHONE TO NOIDA'S SERVICE CENTER OF XOLO MOBILES.

    I am Achal Sharma. I have submitted my Xolo Q 1000 opus2 to Faridabad (Cosmos Communication) on 2nd july 2015. it was clear from their side that the phone will be returned within 7 days as it was a minute problem (side switches needs to be changed). Now, since than they are not picking up the phone or if by any chance they pick it up they always ask for more 3-4 days to return it. I am fed up with this kind of attitude & Service. will not recommend Xolo Phones to anyone.

      I have purchased the phone dated 8-8-2014. From next month on words auto shutdown problem is started .I visit the service center 5 th time still problem not solve. Now visit again they refused to take the phone due to slight break in rarely assembly part near to battery due to negelgance of service center guy. I ready to pay for the broken part. But i want to solve auto shutdown problem in warranty. Please help me out i face the problem since second month. I need your help.

        With reference to the above subject I regreatfully inform you that I have submitted XOLO PLAY8X-1200, IMEI NO. [protected] for repair of the broken display on 19th june 2015.

        Its more than a months I have not yet received the phone nor any satisfactry reply from your service centre situated at raipur. Service Centre Name- Aayesha Communication, Service Centre Address- Anuvrat Plaza, Shop No. B-4, First Floor, Near Hotel Venkatesh, Phool Chowk, Raipur.

        Can you imagine what difficulties can one face without a smart phone for a month. I am facing a business loss due to this responce of your company. Kindly let me know when I will get back my phone. Advance of Rs.5000/ has also been taken by your service centre.

        Later, after a month Mr. Sandeep assured that company is going to replace the phone with a new hand set and now he is not receiving the phone calls( no. [protected]). Kindly take care of the situation.

          I bought a Xolo X910c from amazon.com .After few days my touch panel stopped working(In service Period). I searched for Service Center but i could not find any in my home town and near city.I mailed to Xolo Care to send me a spare and i will pay, but refused to do and consist me to visit nearest Service Center(Out of warranty). Service Center told me unable to get that spare.Mine 10, 000 rs smartphone became unusual to me.

                  I bought an play 8x 1100 on december 1, 2014 of company which is not more than a dustbin. Its mic was not working and i submitted it to the local service centre. They said it will take 7-10 days to get partand they did not gave me any stand by. I am frustrated . They are not responding. Help me to solve this problem. Replace my phone and give me compensation or i am going to file an case against company in consumer court.                                 i purchased a new mobile, xolo q3000 on 23/08/2014.. After 1 month this phone show so many problems like rear camera problem.. Then I submit this device in xolo service centre.. After repair this device it shows again display Problem, sensor problem .. Again I submited this phone in service center for 26 days. after repair this phone again it shows speaker problem, and software problem, again i submit this device in service center. after repair it shows sensor problem, video problem like it can't support hd videos, When i purchase this phone it play hd videos, but after repair it can't play that videos. then again i submit this phone in service center.. after repair it shows again that same problems..In between 10 months I visit service center 12 times... after this i call xolo customer care and they told me for submit this device in service center.. but I don't want to submit this device again.. now i decide that to show this phone to mobile experts that why this device damaged 12 times in between 10 months... If it's a defect device then why xolo shell this device .. which harrash me so much... so i want to refund my money back..

                                    I am very very sad the behavior customer care service (Shivas technologies) from kanpur. My mobile phone xolo q3000 is summited from 01. 06. 2015 and work order no[protected]. Customer care agent not pickup the phone and not provide any information when receive the phone.
                                    Sir mai kanpur se 220 km door banda district me hu. Mai 4 times service centre gaya but no response ki kab tak milaga, aap se request hai aap meri help kare.

                                      I bought a Xolo (LAVA BRAND) phone model no Xolo 8x-1000. IMEI no 1 is - [protected], IMEI no 2 is - [protected] I bought it on 09.07.2015 (9th July ) and unfortunately this phone started switching off from the same day !!! I contacted the delar he told me to contact service center as it might be a manufacturing defect . I visited at service center on 11 july 2015 ( SAI COMMUNICATION 1300415 ) COMPLETE ADDRESS IS U-197 2ND FLOOR SHAKARPUR DELHI 110092 #[protected]/[protected] . I told them to give me DOA letter because its been just 1 - 2 days and I am facing this problem . They simply denied to listen and wanted to check the phone . They did some software work and asked me to observe it for a day and contact them if having same issue . They did not give me any JOB sheet and told me if they give me a job sheet, I wont be able to collect DOA letter ever. Next day again phone switched off while I was on call . I went at the service center on 13 July 2015, I told them same issue comes up so please give me DOA . the manager named PRAMOD was very rude to me and said do you have a video recording where you can show me the phone is switchig off ? I said its not possible for me to buy a video camera and shoot video for 24 hours because issue is random, it might come at anytime . He said he is not going to give me DOA letter if I can not submit any proof . All staff was very lazy and token machine was also not working there. I requested him again and again but he did not have any professionalism at all. He told me if he gives me DOA letter, LAVA will cut his salary . This is very unfortunate !!! LAVA is a big time fraud company He said they will use my cell phone for 2 days and took my phone . This time he gave me a job sheet . WORKORDER DATE 13.07.2015. Guys, if you can not provide us good product / services why you are running this company ? You are also an INDIAN company so why you scam indians? I am really unhappy with LAVA . I have used samsung /Micromax and thought I should LAVA/XOLO but you disappointed me . Please give me a doa letter I do not want to use this phone. Take some action against your service center at laxminagar. Staff was really not good . How can A PHONE start giving problems from next day of purchase ? Are you people money seekers ? Help Help Help!!!

                                        I have submitted my mobile XOLO OPUS 3 (IMEI No.-[protected]) which is under warranty to the authorised service centre of XOLO on 07/07/2015 at Lucknow.
                                        Mobile has a problem of Touch, Rear Camera, Hands free Jack and Hanging problem And from the very first day i am facing the problems.

                                        I am extremely frustrated with this, today when i called to service centre they said that they will take another 10 days.
                                        I don't know what is wrong with your service centre and your consideration. Now i think that i have made a blunder to buy XOLO handset.

                                        This is not my request, this is my frustration and complain against your services.

                                        At the last i feel you will take action and consider my queries at optimum level.
