I have given my xolo mobile Q2000L, IMEI-[protected] to xolo service station in Surat for a problem (Work Order No:[protected]. I have given my mobile on 12th May 2015 and still I do not have my mobile with me. There are numerous service records on my mobile but they have still not provided me the details on what took them 3 months. On following dates they gave a service order. 12 May 14 May 3 June 30 June 23 July. I still don't have my mobile and they do not want to give me details of the repairs.

    I bought a new xolo Q1010i mobile handset around 1.3 yrs back. It was working fine and had never faced any problem with the phone or it's features, yesterday I was putting my phone in my pocket and was doing my work in my office, at 7:00 pm in the evening suddenly It got blasted with out any reason, it was a worst experience ever, I am shocked because this was not charging at that moment, no one can think it can be blasted in my pocket while it was not charging. I tried to take out my phone but the leather cover had melted n even had burnt my thigh and my right hand fingers and was stuck to it .. I got off n pulled out the fuming phone from my Pocket n threw it Away .. All office mates were amazed to see the fumes .I quickly put water on the phone so that it doesn't blast n hurt the others. I am very disappointed to face this situation, I'll go to the customer care and file a case against it, If xolo production branch can not test their phone in all the condition with all the dimension then why they launched it, I can not bear this, Please look into this matter, otherwise I'll have to take next step against you, My thigh and my finger is already burnt, I am not abl;e to do my regular work seamlessly, I am facing a lot of physical and mental problem due to this incident. Please take some appropriate action. Waiting for your reply. I am also attaching the pic of my burnt phone.

    Hi,
    I have already visited to the shakarpur delhi east service centre, but they were saying that they are not responsible for such kind of incident, also their behaviour was worst, I have already sent my all details to [protected]@xolo.in even care is not replying well.

    I am very much frustrated with all this process and followups, now I have to find some other ways to handle it.
    In last few days I realised that Xolo never bother about anxiety of their customers.

    I am facing issues because of injuries in my hand and thigh and in such bad condiiton I visited your service centre and was surprised with the behaviours of your employees.

    I won't be able to visit any of your service centre in future.

        I have given my xolo play 8x-1100 to service center which is also under warranty but they are delaying it again and again and saying they are waiting for parts which they ordered in company.now it is almost 1 month gone and there are still no chances of getting my mobile repaired.

              Due to some issues i have submitted my xolo 8x 1000 to shakarpur xolo service center. They took 1 and a half month to repair my device. Which is against there policy.they have to provide my handset back in 15 days max. After that they didnt repaired my handset i am facing same problems again even they have made more worst. All parts are not properply closed some parts are missing. They have changed the original parts with the local ones. And now my phone is not working. Only cuz of there service.and i asked for extra warranty. They are not providing it. Poor service. Worst handset they provide. Dont buy xolo. Go for samsung. Atleast they provide good service

                Sir, I had brought XOLO NVIDIA TEGRA NOTE on 25/06/2015 from flipkart. First 10 days i was slightly faced touching issues, but I hope this issue is small happens in many tablets. Once I had updated to Android version 5.0, my tablet touching issues increased and went to Xolo authorized service center on 08/08/2015. They taken my tablet and told that Touch panel need to be replaced (after several follow up by calling them). Now I am continously asking for Work order No., but they are not at all responding properly. I am fearing about my tablet status. I need your help to get my tablet ready. I cannot waste my hard earned money. Kindly help me out and solve this issue. For your reference I had attached Tablet purchase bill and Service center bill.                   My name is Aarzoo Sharma i have already made a complaint against my phone to xolo care in mira road and as well emailed my complaint i have got no response. If i dont get response in 10 days i will make a case against xolo in consumer court. Contact. No.[protected], [protected] Hi Sir/madam I had given my phone for software update in Mira road branch. Which I got back working but instead its quality has been degraded to normal quality, which should be hd quality 720p resolution, As I had bought a hd phone just before a month. When I bought my phone it was hd quality very good clarity phone. After repair through ur xolo care, its damaged. I am a working lady so now I cant give my phone for repair again n again. Which will take another 15 days to come back. As well I dont have a spare phone to use. I need a urgent new replacement for this phone. Phone details, xolo win q1000, sim1 imei- [protected], sim2 imei- [protected]. Your Mira road xolo care wants me to make a complaint here.                     Hi, I submitted my Xolo mobile- 6X-1000 to Xolo care on 27th May 2015 as the display was broken . More than 76 days over i didn't get back my mobile yet. I visited several times to service center they always assured that i will get it back with in 2 or 3 days. Please help me out in this matter. My work order No. was[protected] when I submitted my phone . When I called Xolo Customer care in Jul end they said my Work order No. was closed without any intimation to me and a new Work order No. is generated for my Mobile which is[protected] by the service center . I even don’t have the New Work order sheet . Since then I am regularly visiting service center but there is no response from them . I just want my handset back repaired or unrepaired . This mail is my last try for Xolo .

                      Dear Team, I have given my hand set brand name XOLO Q 1000 to your authorizes service centre A Care Cantor Agra 10/8/2015. After your service provider told to that the said mobile set is dead condition and we have take the one month for the repairing or exchange. We has hand over the mobile set a third time for repairing, last time your authorized service station has return the mobile set without service after 20 Days.                         Dear Mr. Sehgal, Greetings of the day. Myself Jatin Khudadhara. I bought Xolo Q-2000 2 years back. My phone faced some problem within warranty period and I was given New Phone Xolo Play 8X-1100 with the help of Miss Monika from Customer Delight Team, Gurgaon HO. I appreciated a lot and I asked my friends to buy Xolo Phones only because of such a wonderful service. After that I bought 3 Xolo phones for my family members. Recently I bought Xolo Era 10 days ago through Snapdeal. Amongst them, I bought one phone Xolo 8X-1020 for my brother on 25-Jan 2015. IMEI No: [protected] & [protected] Phone was working fine in starting months. Then, My phone got some display issues and I went to Xolo Service Center at Maninagar, Ahmedabad. He asked me to submit phone and wait for 25 days. I was awaiting for my phone to be repaired. I got a call then from Service Center and they told me that They are not able to repair my phone and advised me to go to Retailer Shop Shivam Communication, Maninagar. I went there and was surprised to hear that They will refund only INR 7500 to me because Xolo has stopped production of this model. This is again I say ridiculous service, that I bought it at INR 9300 and I am getting only INR 7500 refund even though my phone is coming under warranty period. My brother is pursuing Final CA and he is wasting his time since last 1 week by going at Shivam & Xolo Service Center. I am also wasting my time by writing this mail. Honestly, this is not our fault that you have stopped production and we are suffering. If I don’t get any resolution of this within 24 hours, I will return Xolo Era as I can do it within 15 days of purchase and I assure you that no Xolo phones will be sold through my friends, family members and colleagues. I will also do same what I did on last occasion by posting it on Social Websites and also file a case against you in Consumer Forum by putting my own example that If I get replacement by new phone in one case, why don’t I get the same in same other case. I just want my problem to be solved amongst below options:  I want my Xolo 8X-1020 to be repaired  Provide me other phone within range of 9, 000 to 10, 000 INR  I was planning to buy Xolo Black of INR 12, 999. So, I want that model with the difference amount of INR 3699. It’s your time to deliver service. I am contactable on +91 [protected].                           I have given my hand set brand name XOLO OMEGA 5.0 EMEI number 1:-[protected] and no 2:-[protected].to your authorizes service centre AKS TELECOM.SCO 101 Sector 47C Chandigarh. Login Date 3/7/2015. till to date I have not received my hand set after necessary repair.I contact your customer services many times vide complaint no 403446 dtd. 25/7/2015, 408492 dated 29/7/2015, 415778 dated 4/8/2015 and complaint no 425098 dated 11/8/2015. In view of the above complaints it is great regret to inform you that your service center till todate not returned the Handset after repair.So kindly look into the matter personaly and do the necessary action to return my Mobile after repair.

                              Dear team My name is prashant Gupta I have purchase a mobile from a shopkeeper in agra dt on 24/05/2015 for purpose of gift thisis first time i have purchase your company mobile after two month i have start this phone on 01st july 2015 after use of only 10 days this mobile having charging problem this mobile is not taking charging once a day night have keep my mobile for charging and when i wake up morning my mobile has 15% charged and after than he is not taking charging when i was reached in your service center he is talking with very rowdily behavior he is saying without check " please come on after 15 days when i was talking with tietly he has checked my mobile and saying me You should have to pay 3000 Rs for the same rather there is not a big problem only Charging pin is not working and this mobile cost is 5500 / Rs and last 20 days back i have purchase this mobile than whats is the mans of guarantee and local shopkeeper is saying me only with Rs 220 / i will be complete repair your phone what about your service i have no time for every time i can reached in your service center if local office will be repair my phone its warrantee will be cancelled so please take task on very urgent basis otherwise i will be complained on very high label Name : prashant gupta Model no Of mobile XOLO Prime Imei No : [protected] Purchase Dt 24/05/2015 Bill no: 918 Shop keeper name : New Ramwani Communication Mobile no [protected] Regards Prashant Gupta Agra [protected]

                                I have done all possible thing to get the Sim tray and now I lost my hope to get the tray. I am thinking to trow the mobile because without Sim tray I can not use th mobile for calling and also I didn't get any help from this company also please do need full because it's my first phone

                                    I bought XOLO Q1200 on 27/06/2014 since then i encountered many problem with handset and last 3 times handset submitted to service center. They kept handset for 15-30 days on each time. After lots of emails/calls they returned after repair but again in few days the same or another problem started. This is 4th time, again i submitted to service center when problem started in June 2015. They kept handset again not returned yet. Now handset warranty also got expired as they kept with them for 2 months. After several emails and call with XOLO customer care, they gave me another handset on 13/07/2015. When i went to service center to collect. When they checked the handset it was not working. They again kept this handset and still with them. So, I am suffering a lot, wasting my money and my time in keep rounding service center/emails/calls. Now I asked then return my money because XOLO mobiles are not durable anymore. Please find the below details about handset: 1. Mobile Model: Xolo Q1200 2. Service Center: Vijay Vergiva Enterprises, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi 3.IMEI No: [protected]. In Warranty (at time of submission) I have all the receipts/emails, I can send you if required.
                                    I am registering this complain here as a last hope to get my money back. Please help me and penalize this company.

                                    Since i bought XOLO Q1200, most of the times it was kept with XOLO service center as this handset is faulty.
                                    Following are the details:
                                    1- Ambe Electronics, Noida- 15th September 2014 to 30 November 2014- IMEI NO- [protected]
                                    2- G InfoTech, Kalkaji- 5 February to 31-March 2015, IMEI NO-[protected]
                                    3- G InfoTech, Kalkaji- 1 Jun 2015 to 11 June 2015
                                    4- Vijay vergiva enterprise, Lajpat Nagar- 20 June 2015 to till date.

                                    I talked to your support executive and they are not helping to resolve this issue.
                                    I need my money back or replacement with latest model with extended warranty.

                                    Your response is very late now i hired an advocate and preparing document to file case against Xolo in Delhi Consumer court.
                                    If you are serious then refund my amount or replace handset with latest model with warranty.

                                      My Mobile Xolo Mobile A 500 Club has Purchased on 04 Nov 2014 and Getting Problem Since Last one Month. Is This a Qualty Of XOLO Mobile, Which Can't Run for 6 Months. It Seems it's Manufacturing Fault. 1. Touch Screen Not Working Properly. 2. Getting to hot. 3. GPS lost some time wile travelling. 4. hang up problem while Regular Surfing or on Call. I Don't have time to Visit again and again to your Service Centre. Very Bad Experience of Xolo Service & Quality of Product Which Can't Run at least 1 Years. I Think There is big Mistake when i bought Xolo Mobile. Please Try to Understand Your Customer's Problem, In Current Situation I have no time to visit your Service Center Daily for this Problem. Please Look into this and Resolve the Problem ASAP. Unlucky not because i bought Xolo 1010i but i have given my mobile for minor repairs to AKS Telecom which is in Chandigarh sector 47. I gave mobile in the name of Komal Manswalia on the date of 27-June-2015. One thing i want to tell you, they are the most irresponsible persons about their job. They don't pick the call, don't give any meaningful response, just they said wait for 5 more days. Now its my humble request to please return my mobile phone. I will be very thank full to you. Please. Your customer with unsatisfied with customer service. :)
