    I Purchase Xolo Play 8x 1100 on 11 Nov 2014 i used it for 3 months after that there is a problem in the lock key i get the phone to the service centre uttam nagar they take my phone for about 2 weeks after that they return it to me but again it shows same prob I again give it back to them but they said we have done to our best and after that till now it remains useless yesterday i again go to the service centre they again take my phone and repair it in a few minutes at that time it works good but again after 2 hours it shows same problem they gave me work order no.[protected]. Today again i go to the service centre and handover it to the tellers and they give work order sheet that i have enclosed it to u. I request please take serious action regarding this and if not then please issue me a new phone or refund my money. Otherwise I will take legal action regarding this.

      Dear sir I am using xolo one i bought it on 14 December 2014 and it is in warranty period I have an issue with its internal memory problem.because of that's I am unable to run more apps in my phone when I was complaint in xolo service center they update the software but problem is not solve. And internal mamory specified on its box is 8 gp but I got it just 4.07 GB I want to make request to salve my problem so that I can use this phone as i my use

        I went to Xolo service centre at garh road in meerut (UP) name - Shree jee communication to purchase a headphone of play 6x 1000. The price mentioned on Xolo website is Rs. 289.96 which becomes Rs. 333.454 by adding 15% tax.Now the thing is that at service centre the are selling me at a price of Rs.700 which is unexpectable. Now sir/mam tell me what to do in this situation.

          I gave my xolo device play 8x-100 for repairing as it would shut down automatically at intervals.The problem told to me by the xolo guy was that thePCB/Motherboard might be faulty and that it would take 15-20 days to repair the device.I agreed and gave my phone to the person on the 3rd of june 2015.The phone was still in warranty and so no additional charges were taken. The problem started afetr 20 days of giving the phone. Every 6th day i am visiting the serving the service centre and they are telling me that it would take another week to deliver the device.On the 6th of july 2015 he told me that i would receive my mobile by next week. Today (13th july 2015) i went again to the service centre and asked him for the phone so instead of talking politely he told me very rudely that it has been over a month and that i should file a case.I even registered a complaint on the official xolo website, but i got no response from there too.             1. I have purchased xolo play 8x-1100, its imei no : [protected] on dated 3rd jan, 15.

            There was the problem of Battery charging. So i went to xolo service center. from 21st may continue i am going to xolo service center for this issue.then they send my mobile to back-end for repair. I got my mobile after 10 days.Now a new issue has been started, speaker option is not working.now every day i m going to service center for problem resolution.it has been already escalated to customer care but they are deaf.They are not resolving my problem.please help.

            2. I have another XOLO Q1200 1113dgq1200lb, purchase date[protected].same mobile charging issue with that phone also. Without charger that goes switched off witihin 5min time duration.

              I have purchased a Xolo play 8X-1100 on 21st jan 2015 for Rs 13000 but after hardly 3 month my mobile faced a problem. During a call, person on the other side cannot hear my voice. Except these problem my phone was working nicely. So I went to xolo customer care guwahati on 07.04.2015.This is the place where i faced lots of problem and finally makes by phone a dabba phone. Following were the problems faced in Guwahati customer care: 1)When i gave the phone to Customer care then within a minute the technician(a boy hardly 18 year old) came and said please unlock the phone with password. But I have never given any password. so they restore my os deleting all my data on phone. 2)after ½ hr they said ur phone was tampered and broken and are saying that I have shown these somewhere outside. So my question is am I a insane to take my new phone(within warranty) to repair somewhere outside instead of taking the same to customer care. Manager of same branch said that they will repair the same but it will be chargeable some around 4000. So I said please return my phone. so they return the phone with following new problems a) my rear camera is not working b) complete audio system is not working c) not able to detect usb My question to Xolo is why you are selling all this defected piece to customer. Rs 13000 may be very less for you but for us it’s a hard earn money and also please recruit some good trained and experienced technician to repair phones. Now I want Xolo to repair my phone without any price implication to me. Request you to please help me so that my hard earn money din’t get wasted. Thanks and Regards Chand [protected]

              I have already visited guwahati customer care where all this problem arises. They have recruited unexperienced person better to say kids to repair our mobile. Those boys are hardly 20years old. They are simply wasting our money..

                  sir i have visited your xolo service centre last week the problem in my mobile xolo 8x-1000 is that dust is present in it camera and when i visited your service centre . the coustumer assistance person told me that it will get ok as it is in warranty period and the dust get cleared easily and after they cleaned the dust. i checked my camera the picture quality get wrost after it then i told your customer assistance that picture quality is not godd then he told me that it will get ok and he again get cleaned it and after that the picture quality get more wrost and then i told them whats this happening in camera then he told me that the camera lens is not ok.. then i used to told him that this is under warranty and the camera was good before the dusting then he told me that it will not get ok under warranty and this will cost you. then i told him that i happened due to you when you cleaned it in second time. but regret it and the centre manager came and star arguing with me and they dont get the problem get solved. please help me for this problem please get my camera problem fixed it get damaged due to the mobile engineer of your centre but they star regreting it and argued with me. my IMEI1: [protected] IMEI2: [protected] PLEASE PROVIDE ME PROPER ASSISTANCE TO THIS PROBLEM. THIS ALL HAPPENED TO THE ENGINEER PRESENT IN YOUR CENTRE THEN WHY SHOULD I NEED TO PAY FOR IT.

                    sir/madam I am submitted my mobile xolo A600which is under warranty to the service center on 07/05/2015 (authorised service center of XOLO at Tara tele &mabile, karnal).The mobile had a problem of touch The person there told me that it will take around 15 days to repair but 2month not return my handset.                       I have xolo one purchase online from snapdeal in 24 Nov.2014. Now hand set have hardware issue so I have contact contact Xolo authorised service centre Balaji Enterprise at 37 Dr abani Dutta road Howrah. After watching invoice they told me that online purchase cover only six month warranty. But at time of online purchase there clearly mention that 1 year manufacturer warranty. Now what can I do my hand set now use less.

                        Sir I beg to say that i purchased XOLO Q1010i Mobile Handset on 28.05.2014 from Lucknow but later some software & other problems, i contact to your Xolo Service Center at Faizabad & deposit it for repairing. After repairing such problems arise again and i contact service center at 23.05.2015 & deposit my mobile handset again. the Job sheet no is 25868(photo copy attached) but till date my mobile handset is not repair nor replace. Service center has told me that your mobile will send to company which is situated at Noida and after 1 month you will got it. But from 23.05.2015 to till date my mobile is not repair nor i have got sufficient reason from service center. I have call your XOLO CARE REPRESENTATIVE on 07.07.2015( Request No.382110) then it came to my knowledge that my mobile has not sent to company. I also requested to service center manager to provide me work order number but he not provide me work order number.                           I purchased Xolo tegra note 7 on June 20th however when opened the product later found it not working properly. Many times pressing poser button does not wake up the tablet.                               Hi Team, I have given my Phone Xolo Q1000 Opus to Suraj Technology Address : Bhosale Shinde Arcade, Shop No 52, 1st Floor Deccan Pune Mobile : [protected]. The issue with the phone is Speaker not (Hearing) working. Once they called me and said the phone is repaired and I can collect the same, but when I went there and checked the phone it was not repaired the same thing happened again. Then I was told that they will send the phone to Xolo care, but till date I am not sure what the status is. Whenever I call them either the number is busy or they don’t answer the call or they advise me to call back and will update. But till date I haven’t heard anything from your end. Suraj is the person who has promised me to sort the issue, but there is no response I am without phone for past 3 weeks. I will appreciate if someone looks in the matter on urgent basis as I am now really frustrated with the service provided. I look to hear from someone at to believe that yes Xolo is genuine and you take your customers seriously.

                                i bought XOLO A500s having IMEI1 [protected] and IMEI2 [protected] and SN A500S413I036877 having mobile no. [protected] in October 2013.In 2015 it started showing problems.So I took my phone to the nearest service center Mayank Services, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi on 9th April as it was getting too much hang and switch off automatically. .On 10th april, they gave me and took 500 rupees for getting the problem solve. Again on 15th April I submitted my phone with user name "aayushi" as it was not getting switched on and they submitted it and sent to Noida Service center for changing the PCB .After two weeks they returned me the phone. The problem of switching off was solved but it was hanging a lot.Today(July 7, 2015) I went their because the three main lights of the phone were not turning off.They checked it and also damaged the display or IC and told me to submit 3500 for changing the PCB. First, they have damaged my phone's display for that I need proper action to be taken.

                                  I bought a Xolo QC800 Tablet, Order ID:[protected] from http://amazon.in on june 26, 2014. My tablet was suddenly not switching-on nor was charging. I took it to XOLO Care for repair under warranty at "CELL Care Point, Near Kothari & Sons Jweller Shop, Mumbai - 400058". THey issued a DOA indicating problem as "TAB DEAD" and are not replacing the product under waranty. They ask me to show their DOA reciept to Amazon and ask for a replacement. On query with Amazon they rejected it by telling that replacement is offered only fro first 15 days.

                                    I submitted my mobile xolo play 6x 1000 which is under warranty to the service center on 11/06/2015 (authorised service center of XOLO at chandigarh) work order no.[protected].The mobile had a problem of display. The person there told me that it will take around 7 days to repair and come back.After 7 days when I called I got the response that the mobile is still under repairing & they told me that i will get my mobile repaired on 27/06/2015 but when I called them on 27/06/2015 they told me that ur handset is still in repairing process & again they gave me a new date 02/06/2015 .I m waiting from 26 days but till now i didn't get my mobile repaired .Again & again they are giving me new date .i m very frustreted with this .please help me for the same. Thank you

                                    Its one month passed but till now i didn't get my handset . Please don't buy xolo handsets otherwise u will also suffer the same problem

                                      dear sir, I have purchased a mobile from sneepdeal.com on line. Mobile is running ok some times but from some time it gives hang screen clean automatic or camera not working automatically .then after sweetch off and sweetch on the problem resolved. but on 06.07.2015 I have charged the mobile and put it in the pocket of refegerator that is daily practice.But on the date I have found creak in the corner of the set of the screen, but after that some time set is working but after 1.00pm the set is not working. I don"t know what is the problem .I have talked with lockel service centre He seen and said your mobile is creak but not seen any dent but due to company policy I have not repaired it with in warrenty, You have to paid Rs.4400/- for repair approx, But the set is under warrenty. I have talk on your customer care no.[protected] after 14 minuts discussion She said our seiners are busy on other customers, now I con"t talk with you after some time Please call letter. So Please look in to the matter and do faver.                                       Problem was not resolved, now the set is dead no any kind o[censored]se.
                                      Raigarh service centre is werest service centre not behaving well with the customers. He said to prove it that physically not demage, I say that there is no demage mark on the set, but he is not ready to accept it. Saying that you have not given service without payment, what can you do, You can talk any where as you like, Mera kya bigar loge.
                                      I show the set to another service centre, in Haryana Bhiwani, THe service centre perssonel temporeraly repair it and said there is so many manufacturing defects in the set i.e. IC is heating the set very hot so the set is creak but we can" t do any thing in short span of time, because i have no time at their. Now the set is ded not in any kind of work while it is in warrenty.

                                        Sir, I bought this mobile on 26th June, 2015 and gift to my wife, as she went out for holiday. We bought mobile late night 10.00PM and her train was at 3.00AM. She was very happy to see fantastic mobile. But after few hours, phone went off automatic and behave weirdly. She came back on 5th July and we went to dealer. Bansal Electronics Sec-22 Chandigarh, He said he cannot do any thing, and said go to service center. So today 6th July, I went service center, they refused to replace the defective piece and said to left the mobile for atleast 10 days and they will repair the same. I feel, , they clearly cheat me. I got defective piece and it can happen, but now instead of replacement of the same, they will repair it and take 10 days..its unacceptable. Please resolve my issue ASAP.
