I purchased one xolo 8X-1200 model on 15-10-14.The phone is dead so i given to service center they given back new handset after 2 months only. that new h/s also dead with in 3 days and i given to service on 10-6-15 and my receipt no is 5642 imei [protected].Still i didnt get repaired. Every time the service people says courier not came.so i contacted his sevice head mr.renjith he saying he is not in xolo company now resigned.what a stupid company i fed up with this.plz revert whom i need to contact for this.my no : [protected].
Xolo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Repatedly i had same problem and not charging well and while charing mobile will be heated...whats the sollution for me ...i like to change my product..now my modile pad not working...how i call to another persons...i need clear solution...

      Dear sir against your work order no[protected] word order date 19.05.2015 I gave xolo 8x 1000 black colour for service in chennai centre. After short duration of time he informed that moblie is ready.wheni collecting the moblie i know that sim slot not found and asked mr. magesh regarding this issue he replied thst he will retutn back at earliest. Till now he didnt turn off.. kindly make to arrange to give at earliest

        I submitted my mobile xolo play 6x 1000 which is under warranty to the service center on 11/06/2015 (authorised service center of XOLO at chandigarh) work order no.[protected].The mobile had a problem of display. The person there told me that it will take around 7 days to repair and come back.After 7 days when I called I got the response that the mobile is still under repairing & they told me that i will get my mobile repaired on 27/06/2015 but when called them on 27/062015 they told me that ur handset is still in repairing process & again they gave me a new date 02/06/2015 .I m waiting from 20 days but till now i didn't get my mobile repaired .Again & again they are giving me new date .i m very frustreted with this .please help me for the same. Thank you

            Sir, i purchased one xolo lt 20000 model on 27. 05. 2015 and just only one drop of water on the upper right side of the phone, that'all. The phone dead. Imagine, how the quality of phone is. Submitted to the service center on 08. 06. 2015. The work order no is[protected]. Imei no is [protected]. Still not get repaired. Every time the service people says "spares not received'. How a reputed international co. Would launch a product with out spares available in the market even after lapse of some month. Really astonishing and callousness attitude by the co. Towards customers. Please get it repaired immediately, otherwise preparing to seek redresal in the proper forum.

              Hello, friend i have just bought my xolo q1100 mobile 3 months ago and i want to update my xolo phone to ki kat update from that oldest version of 4. 3 jelly bean. I have requested to the service centre and then i have talked to the head of the xolo company manager he has also sad that, he will get the update of xolo q1100 soon. , but now it is 1 month to go i have not get the update yet, , once, i request you pleaasse get the the update of kitkat for xolo q1100

                Handset and having problem in the set from the time of purchase.

                I have given the set to servoce four time and no improvement to the problem.

                Problem: there is no outgoing voice sometimes.

                It hapeens in the day atleast two times.

                And frequently in trice in week.

                I am fed up with the set, and i dnt have any option other than going to cumsumer court and will cost the company for wasting my time.

                      Respected Sir, Date- 30 June 2015 I am using xolo mobile handset Model no-play8x -1100/IMEI NO-[protected]/work order no[protected] Purchase Date 12 Dec 2014 mobile is creating problem with the battery is not working and earphone is not working I have contact your authorized service center (Ahuja Mobile Gwalior) I have submitted my Mobile Battery and earphone on dated 1st June 2015 under 6 Month Guaranty Period service centre representative told me your battery coming after 10 days but till pending more then 30 days I have always contact xolo Mobile customer care but I am not satisfied with your service center and with your Customer care they have't given me confirm date my battery and earphone I am very disappointed with your service I have visited at your service center more then 20 time but I am not satisfied with your service at all, for that I have decided to follow the steps of consumer forum court.

                            I purchased A Xolo QC800 on 10th april 2014, after 10 days the tab suddenly got switched off, and after dead. I gave it to customer service centre at Patna. After 1 month i got it again, but again it was dead after few days working well.And again i submit it to CSC, Patna. This time i got it after 2 months[Terrific]. And now again it's dead. What should i do?

                                Hi Team, I have XOLO Q1000S phone (currently in warranty period) and it’s screen got broke recently.(Bought on 15-July-2014 – IMEI No. [protected]) 1. Workorder No.[protected]: I submitted my phone in XOLO service center (F1 Info solutions, Raghunath tower, Gurgaon, Haryana - [protected]) on 04-May-15. They returned my phone on 30-May-15 by saying that part is not available. They suggested to give this to new service center in Gurgaon which might help. 2. Workorder No.[protected]: I again submitted my phone to another XOLO service center (Luxmi services, Plot 27/4, Sec-14, Gurgaon, Haryana - [protected]) on 30-May-15. Initially they said, company has sent broken part to us, it gonna take more time. They closed my current work-order without any notice and sent my phone to Repair factory in Noida(UP) without any new work-order. Today on 26-Jun, I got an update from XOLO care that part is not available and I have been asked to collect my phone tomorrow.(I have also lodged a complaint against Luxmi services for false promises with complaint no. 347575) I am shocked and sad to experience this worst service from XOLO. Moreover, I have not been given any back-up phone during this time. It’s been close to 2 months (56 days – 04-May to 26-May), I have not received my phone but an update that part is not available. Apart from above, my phone has already been to service center for complete 1-month for battery swelling issues. In last 1-yr, my phone remained for 3 months in service center. Since my phone is still in warranty period, May I please request you to provide a new phone to me. Attachments: Copy of both workorders P.S.: XOLO punchline – “At XOLO Care we believe in delivering 100% customer satisfaction” - XOLO was founded in 2012.                                   I was facing some problem with my XOLO phone which was give at authorised XOLO service centre and I got it back (that time it was working fine). But again in few days o[censored]sing the same problem has occurred again. I was not at all satisfied with the serviced. The following problems are again occurred as at the first time and same now. Battery MIC Screen touch sometimes doesn’t work Phone heating problem Now please suggest me what I should do with this. If this is the 3rd time I am facing this problem.
                                  GUYS i personally suggest everyone don't buy any XOLO phones. XOLO company is clearly cheating the customers.

                                    i submit my xolo play 8x 1100 in service center[protected] at mayank service center. my phone creates mic problem and all the parts of my phone is good .today service center just giving me phone bt it was damaged. so i didnot take my phone from sevice center today.plzzz solve my problem .

                                      Dear Sir/madam Sub: took more than a month yet problem is nt resolved... As per our verbal conversation, I am sending you the details of Q2500 handset which was sent to RF 3 times for power key issue, internal storage full, display getting black, voice nt going out clear and all hearing speaker problem. 1st submission was on 29nt April 2015 --- Got delivered after on 19th may 2015 Again 2nd submission on 29th may 2015 Did complain on tall number ...complain number 327878 3rd submission on the same date of collection phone 19th June 2015 As a Customer i am escalated and requesting you to replacement of the handset.                                         hi sir My name is ravi teja.i buy a new mobile(xoloq700s) 10 months back.i got a small problem in that mobile.sometimes the mobile touch is not working proparly.sooo i gave it to the service centre last 1 month back.till now he is not return back my mobile.i call him but no use of anything he is not answer any call.i went to service centre to my mobile.he saying come tomorrow come tomorrow like this for the last 1 month till now he is now returnback my mobile.plzzzzz i want my mobile back plzzzzzzzzzz help me...
