Please provide as much information as possible...most irresponsible service center I have ever seen is O mobile Rahara Khardah Kolkata-13 . First they gave persuaded me that a physical damage happened to my mobile which was under warranty next when given for paid repairing, almost two months passed whenever I rang them they told that call them after 3-4 days . I have lost the faith that I will ever get my mobile back . I request all the concerned people and in general to call [protected] this no. to show a mass protest that I should improve its service and behave responsively...

    Respected Sir, I m Buddham Ahire from Kalyan East-(Maharashtra-421306), I bought XOLO Q600s model on 07/08/2014 The XOLO product is really very good and i m very happy to say everyone buy the XOLO product becuase my personal experience with XOLO is very good. My conceren is that my XOLO Q600s Battery is damaged, I reached every XOLO Service Centers in Kalyan, Dombivali and Thane Mumbai region regarding XOLO Q600s battery from 5th May till date. I am following them but they just give me the answer as when will get XOLO Q600s battery so we will call you, but i am not getting any call from XOLO service Center (Mumbai). Also I filed complaint to XLO care about battery not available in Mumbai XOLO service Center on 12/05/2015, they just gave me answer as i m forwarding/ escalating to Senior person the problem will be resolved ASAP, when battery will avail from our end we will intimate you. I am very fed up of this Xolo services this is bad experience with Xolo company, no one give proper resolution. I am not able to use My Xolo Q600s phone from 1st may, the battery is damaged.         It is to bring in to your kind notice that I purchased a XOLO handset of IMEI Number/ Serial Number-[protected]; on August 25, 2014 for twelve thousand and forty nine rupees (copy of the bill is attached). I deposited my phone on February 25, 2015 to the XOLO service center Hoshiarpur, Friends Telecom for repair as the display and the touch of the set were damaged /broken. But they didn’t issue the job sheet on the same day. Since then they have changed the job sheet four times by closing the previous requests without informing me.They returned it to me on May 23, 2015 without repairing, after keeping it for three months approximately. The copy of one job sheet is being enclosed here with, and rest all job sheets are taken back by them. Please look into the matter and solve the issue as early as possible as already the issue had been delayed for so long.           Hello, I purchased a xolo play 8x-1100 in the month of November 2014. I have been facing problems such: Over heating when I talk on the phone for more than 3 minutes. Over heating when I use more than a single app at a time. Over heating due to charging. The microphone has been spoilt and replaced more than 5 times. I am very unhappy with this phone and want either cash back or a replacement. I am tired of running to the service stations every month to fix the microphone. Regards, Vyshnavi V

              I am Buddham Ahire from Kalyan East. I filed complaint against battery not available in XOLO customer care center on 12/05/2015 complaint number is 257303. When i spoken with executive they told me this complaint will be resolved after 7 and 10 days but right now TAT is over but battery is not available in all centers. What they have done in my complaint even filed before 15 days ago. I need your help, I am not able to use my phone from 05/05/2015 because of XOLO Q600s battery is damaged. I called from 09/05/2015 so many time in mumbai XOLO Services centers they just told me when will be got battery from the company, we will be called you, but I m not got any called from these XOLO services Centers.                 Dear Sir, I have sent my set model no. xolo opus2 Q1000 to patiala centre which is located at leela bhawan to change my display. They said it will charge you rs. 3000. i said ok change it. they have changed it but they damaged my board. i again sent my phone over there and they again did not rectified it. Again the board is not working and i asked them to maintain it, they said its not their fault, they will not do it. they can refun my money and will take back the display. what is this? before i gave them my set, it was all right even they have checked it. but now they are completely harrasing me for this. My time is being wasted. And i have only this set to use. What kind of customer care people you have?

                  I had Complained earlier also but i have not got any response neither from service center from last one month my mobile is in service centre but still its not repaired nor i am getting any answer from any one of them. Everyday going to service centre and asking for phone reparing has become quite hectic job and listening same answer that still it is not repaired is frustating. My question to you is i had purchased mobile to keep it in service centre and i am facing this issue for the mobile that i had purchased almost 5 months back. If that the case i had made a mistake of purchasing Xolo mobile. If it is not repairable by you the kindly compensate.

                      Kindly provide a Mic(Hardware) for my Xolo PLay 8X-1100 at your service centre at Allahabad. I have purchased Xolo 8x-1100 in september 2014 and now I am facing voice calling issue due to low mic volume. So i went to Allahabad service centre and they told me that the Mic is currently not available and I have to submit my mobile for 20 days. Since I do not have any other mobile so it becomes very difficult for me to manage for 20 days. The customers should get quick and good services so that the we should not have to wait for small things. So kindly provide a mic for my phone at Allahabad centre as soon as possible.

                        I Have Given my XOLO mobile to service station in thane (W). It was under warranty they said it will send to Delhi and you will get is back by 10 days compliant was launch on 2nd may 2015. later we got sms from Xolo that my cell is ready and collect it from service centre. when we visited service centre they said your mobile is not with us it is still under repairing ask to visit us on Saturday. when we visited on Saturday they said your mobile is not yet done we will call once it is done don't visit again and again. If my mobile is not yet done then why SMS was send that my mobile is ready and even service guys them self said to visit on Saturday, why they are wasting time and money. hole episode was already escalated to email team they are least bothered of the customers. there is no MD email id is available in any website . now email team has stop responding the email after sendin lots of reminder.

                          Hi, This is to inform you that this is ram thakur & i have bought handset model Q1200 on dated 04.07.2014 from Lava Head office but it is regret to inform you that since the date of purchase, i have been facing a lot of issue like mobile heating, battery deformed etc. further to inform you that i have submitted at G Info tech, Kalkaji on dated 30 Apr.2015 and since then i have not received any input like job sheet no. & work order no. i have been in follow up to find these details but nothing has been done as of now, rest this issue has been faced by me earlier as well when i submitted my device at techno care, Lajpat nagar-II.                           This is really pain full and I have done a blunder mistake to buy XOLO handset. So i am seeking a model in the same price range because i am fed up & having no trust in the existing model. Seeking a quick response.

                            Hi I have Xolo Q500 model and the battery is not available at service centre. Service centre BSM - Mr. Gupta (V Care Services - mobile number is [protected] / [protected]) is not giving me work order number as the service centre does not have stock and he is claiming that head office is not sending batteries. There are many customer waiting in queue. I have complained at Xolo customer care and reference number is 190886 / 226318. It is very surprising that company does not have stock of battery.                             I have a xolo q500 mobile and my battery become a problem, in market the battery is not available. I checked online on some websites but not showing this model.                                 Sir, i Had bought a xolo Play 8X-1100(black) on 03/02/2015. IMEI no [protected].To my utter surprise the battery got damaged within 3 months i did send the phone to the service centre here in Hapur H I T and given the time of 15 days but still my issue is not resolved I am hugely dissapointed by this. shall i throw away the phone for which i have paid rs 12700 within 3 months of my purchase. i really fill cheated by the company and urge you to arrange solve my problem at the earliest. regards Raj Kumar [protected]

                                  sir, i have a xolo q1010i. It became userviceable under warranty period . The service cetre at 15 I C Road Khardah Kol- 700118 Mob: [protected] persuaded me that it was physical damage. Though unwillingly i gave it for paid repair but after one and half month passed i have not got my mobile back. Whenever i contact them they say that ring me after 4-5 days .                                     I bought XOLO Q800 online from Flipkart on 22/01/2014 and after a few months the camera stopped working and since it was covered by warranty i visited the XOLO service center at Imphal (RK Telecommunication, Thangal Bazar, Imphal) on 19/05/2014, and they assured me that the software has to be re installed and phone will be ready in a week. And after one week they said they could not repair it so they have sent it for replacement to the company. And then the wait started, i was kept on waiting for months and months. I contacted xolo customer care and wrote mail as well but no action was taken up. One month back RK Communication called me and said my piece was repaired and i went to pick it up and found that it was not my phone and it was a phone with a faulty motherboard so i returned it to them and then they said they will lodge complain again, till last week they called me up again and gave me another model which cost only about[protected] whereas i bought mine for 10, 399. This is so unfair and i have nowhere to turn to. Kindly help me. The servicing centre Job sheet number is 431 dated 19/05/2014

                                      Work order number 006, SL no.[protected] was given to service center at Mangalore, Handset was not working at all, today i got a call from service center saying that mother board is damaged & it need to replaced by paying Rs 5000 for which i am not ready to pay, because Q900 handset was given me 5 months ago as DOA replacement for X910, which didn't worked for 1 yr also. Before this I was using X910 which had a same issue. Kindly look into this matter XOLO as a brand it handset should work at least for 1 yr.

                                        Am Dhamodharan i have purchase a XOLO Q3000 product on 12th June 2014 through ebay. I have really enjoyed an am fully satisfied with the product almost for last 10 months what ever its like battery backup and camera quality ect. But Now i really disappointed the way i got service from xolo service center my mobile getting auto ON/OFF over heating and hanging problem for this issue now am visiting 5th time since from 4th may 2015 first 2times i have visited with my mobile to Xolo care at the time the person as told that mobile has been flashed and returned to me they not provided any work order no to me i have asked them for the same they didnt provide me. Regarding the same i have made complaint in xolo customer care on 7th may 2015 Ref no 245224 then again i have same problem i have send my friend on 12th may morning on the day also they have returned the mobile that they have flashed & new software has been installed i have got the same problem and i have again visited to the service center on same day evening they informed me to brought the mobile on next day at last i have given my mobile for service & the great thing i have got work order no:[protected] for my mobile problem But i not sure that this time i will receive my mobile as it is how i have given or after rectification
