I bought a new xolo mobile (model Q1200). After using it for 7 months, battery started draining fast...It was not even lasting 1 minute even after charging it to its full. So, I gave it to a customer care centre at Khairathabad, Hyderabad. They charged 850/- saying that the phone has 1 year warranty but not the battery so we paid him that and they said it will be done in 20 days but they took 3 months wasting a lot of my brothers time who kept visiting them to collect the phone. Everyday their only answer was "come tomorrow, its not done yet" .. So, finally they gave him the phone after 3 months but the phone was not turning on...When we asked him they said. It's out of charge put on the charger and they refused to do that at their centre and said they were busy..So we charged it at home But nothing's happening.. At the beginning I used to promote this brand a lot. I insisted all my friends to buy this phone when they were going for samsung and other brands. And I also succeeded in making them buy xolo phones...But now I am really regretting very badly for suggesting them xolo...I thought it would be good for Indian economy if we buy xolo phones but . Who would want to buy just for the sake of country's economy.. And the most important thing...Customer care guys don't even wear shirts here..They were showing their bare bodies to scare the hell out of female customers...So, finally xolo proved what an Indian customer care would be like.. Please change things...Manufacturing products is not enough, you have to be good at everything to get more customers... You will get more sales only when someone refers you, not when someone complaints. And Please address my complaint soon. Or I will have to Proceed further.

    Respected Sir, I am Buddham Ahire from Kalyan East, Maharashtra-421306. I bought XOLO Q600s model on 07/08/2014. (IMEI-1:-[protected] and IMEI-2:-[protected]). The XOLO product is very good and I am very happy to say everyone buy the XOLO product mobile because my personal experience with XOLO is very good but now I am realized that why should I told everyone buy the XOLO product, Because XOLO spare parts are not available in market. My concern is that my XOLO Q600s mobile battery is damaged, I reached every XOLO Service Centres in Mumbai region. I order XOLO Q600s battery in Kalyan West, Dombivli West Thane- Maharashtra on 23/05/2015 all XOLO services Centers told me after 8 and 10 days will be available we will call you otherwise you call us on our contact number but I am not get any call from them. I follow-up above Services Centers from 05/05/2015 to till date. All the Mumbai region XOLO services centers only gave me answer when we will get battery call you. Also I filed complaint on 12/05/2015 to XOLO customer care about XOLO Q600s battery is not available in all Mumbai Services centers. XOLO customer care executive just gave me answer as I am forwarding and escalating to senior person the problem will be resolved as soon as possible when battery will avail from our end we will intimate you. I am very fed up of this bad experience with XOLO company, no one help and give proper answer and resolution. I am not able use my XOLO Q600s phone from 05/05/2015 because of battery is damaged and battery is not available in market and XOLO services centers. Kindly expedite the issue at the earliest.       to whomsoever concerened my xolo handset was having a fault so i send it to the service centre it finally got rectified after a good time of 15 days. now after suffering for 15 days when i called the service centre for enquiry they told me the handset is ok u can collect it i went at d centre aftrr waiting for 30 mins they told me that nw i hv to collect it tomorrow because of some shifting issues they dont knw where the handset is stucked.the workorder no. is[protected]. my questions here is why the service centre people demselves didnot inform me abt my handset being ok and wen i hv myself called dem den also dere was no customer handling .fully dissatisfied by you people.i dont have enough time to visit daily to the centre dey should hve atleast informed me dat dey have shifted to some other place is dis my duty to cross check . plz revert back to me as soon as possible if xolo wants expand there hands in this competitve mkt den dey have to understand that the customer handling is most important thing just selling mobile is not enough if we people are considering xolo over samsung or nokia kindly make us think that we did not do anything wrong in trusting any other brand here after all this please attend to my query inmediately. workorder date ..21.05.15 model q10101 imei no...[protected]

        plz find the attachment, my job work no[protected], i m attaching photo of my mobile, i got my mobile on 3/06/2015 which i submitted on 27/052015, i got no resolution still i have a problem, headphone jack not working and hanging it not responds, i got my mobile in damaged condition from service center, wth is this, i file case on xolo seriously in consumer court, i want to replace my mobile b/c problem comes again and again and i found body in cracked condition from service center

          Hi, I am Swathi. I purchased xolo one black online on Jan 10.. It was good for a few months.. Later my touch did not work and I gave it to the nearby service center on 15th of May.. Till date I didn't receive my phone back.. Are u kidding me?? WTH? I want my phone back ASAP!! And the customer care number which is supposed to be TOLL free is not so.. I lost Rs.2.. They don't provide a good customer service.. Hate them!

            Work Order No.[protected]/ [protected] Mobile IMEI Number : [protected] Model Name: LT900 I submitted my phone for repairing on 29th April 2015, I received a message that the phone repaired and can collected from the service centre (G-Infotech, Kalkaji, Delhi), nut when i received the phone it was in the same status as I have given. I gave it back to the service centre and told him I want it in the working condition. When I called him up today, they tell me that the phone has a major problem it has to be serviced at he service hub. I really don'y know what the hell you people are doing, do you think the customers are , if you check the status of the Work Order No.[protected], it is showing the revised date as December 1969, what the hell is happening. I want my mobile repaired maximum by 8th June 2015 or else I have know other option but to go to the consumer court.

              sir, I have bought xolo Q800 mobile of cost Rs.11, 500 last year, they gave 1 year warranty. in the peroid of 1 year charger was gone, mobile charger connector get loosed and i was not able to charge my phone. i went to authorised service center in mysore, but they said it is not under warranty & you have to pay Rs1250.00 and i paid and changed the connector, even xolo customer care simply supported service center answer, again within 3 months charger connector has been broken, now warranty has been over, i gave my mobile to another authorised service center in coimbatore, they took 1.5 months and finally said there is a problem in mother board we have to change it will cost 4000 rs to 5000rs. and they said we sent to xolo main factory they told to return unwarranty mobiles, i called xolo customer care and asked the reason they simply said if service center told you have to pay money and change . but i gave mobile for charger connector they told problem in mother board and have to change. I am helpless, xolo is simply interested to selling mobiles only not to satisfy the proper service . i need proper answer from xolo and they wasted about 7 days of my work. kindly help me to get proper solution from xolo. thanks & regards, m Murali.B

                Hello sir/madam IMEI 1 : [protected] IMEI 2 : [protected] My XOLO 8X-1000 screen was cracked on the day when earthquake came in Nepal and there was a tremor in Delhi also. My phone was is my pocket and when i saw my phone after that there was a crack on the screen. I immediately visited you service centre situtated at kalkaji, new delhi to get it repaired as my phone is still under warranty period but they refused to repair it and said its a case of physical damage, so it can't be repaired under warranty period. My phone didn't fall off from height or had any physical damage...it cracked on its own and its not my fault either...Now i am incurring the loss. I also contacted your costumer care and they also repeated the same story. I want my phone to be repaired now under warranty period because i know its not a physical damage. I am sending the pic of my cracked screen phone. check yourself ... had it fallen from some height the screen would have broken into pieces not just simple crack line. Get my phone repaired by your service centre as soon as possible or tell me the solution for it otherwise i have to report it in consumer court and ultimately u have to bear the consequences.

                  Hi have updated my xolo q800 recently post which facing many issues in my mobile. 1. While trying to add receipient when trying to send sms, it automatically getting back to previous screen. 2. Not able to switched on wifi- WLAN and connect to any wifi network, while trying to enable WLAN its not getting turned on . Same is trying to switched on for long time then hung. 3. While playing music speaker not working properly, sound breaking frequently. 4. During incoming call, dailer (ring )tone as well breaking while ringing. 5. During conversation, outgoing (mic) and incoming (speaker) voice breaking very frequently. 6.Whenever i restart my mobile, date and time settings got resetted.

                      I am Nikhil Kelkar. I submitted my Xolo q1010i phone in service centre at 17th April and at 30th April I got call from service centre that your phone is again going to the service centre because issue has not been solved. And since 30 th April its been a month I am without my phone. I called toll free number three times but no satisfactory answers were given to me. I am thinking to register a complaint at consumer court about this. My job sheet number is[protected].

I am fully disappointed to buying this Xolo Q 1000 Opus handset.This set still now not give me better service. Just calculate, within a year who many days I used this????? After second time servicing when I received this set dan set ok but after one month problem arise...1) Set hitting...2)Display problem : Screen wallpaper suddenly out, , , seen dot on the screen...nd after press on back pix come...3) On-Off Switch not work properly, 4) Head phone not work properly...                           I took anew xolo q2000l mob on 5th may 2015. Witin 17 days i got software problem so i took it to xolo care for repair. They took it and made the mobile dead and gave us and said we couldn't do but never informed that it had happened like that. Now again they have taken it for service. Now i am iritated with your mobiles and service centers. Now if i dont get the mobile as my new mobile i will file a complain in consumer court on xolo.

                            This has been height of carelessness from xolo care. i have a problem in my handset xolo Q3000 (IMEI-[protected]) in its touch auto work, heating problem. i have registered complaint in xolo care 3 times in two month, but there is not any positive response from them. finally my handset is submit in xolo care since last 15 days (9/5/2015 with work order no.[protected] and still they tell me that it will take some more time. i have lost my patience now. i don't know how much time they will take to give me my ok set, or i want that my hand set will be replace from the new one.

                                I purchased a Xolo play 6X 1000, last year on 14/08/2014. Before 3 months its battery has gone dead. Its got swallon very badly. I contacted the nearby service center in Kanpur for new purchase of battery but the are not able to provide me the battery for my phone. They always end up saying that its not available. Its been 3 months since my battery gone dead. And I face a lot of difficulty in th daily course of life.

                                Very bad service...
                                I visited the xolo service center in Kanpur many times. First I visited The Shivas Technologies, 2nd Floor, Express Road, The Mall, and secondly I visited Another service center in Govind Nagar, Chawla Market. Both times the end up saying that the battery is not available anywhere. My call is recorded is recorded since 2 months. But yet they are not able to provide me the battery. The wok order no. is[protected]. My complaint is not yet resolved. Take some quick action and provide me your assistance. Make the battery available in any of the service centers.

                                  email ID :[email protected] toll free no.1800 30100104. 26th May I submitted that set at Jalpaiguri Servise Centre (SANDHYA ENTERPRISE -1300555), West Bengal, 27th May at evening I went to centre and they locally repair this set and want to hand over me, but I dont received due to if problem arise after few days than what will be done, my warranty expired. After purchasing this set 3 times at servicing centre, then how to possible satisfaction next. I want to resolve the problem permanently through you. Rs.9100/- bearing for this set but not satisfied.                                   Within one year I submitted my Xolo Mobile phone 3 times at Servicing Centre(First Oct'14, Second Jan'15 nd third 26th May'15).
                                  I am fully disappointed to buying this Xolo Q 1000 Opus handset.This set still now not give me better service.
                                  Just calculate, within a year who many days I used this?????

                                  After second time servicing when I received this set dan set ok but after one month problem arise...1) Set hitting...2)Display problem : Screen wallpaper suddenly out, , , seen dot on the screen...nd after press on back pix come...3) On-Off Switch not work properly, 4) Head phone not work properly...

                                      I purchased a Xolo mobile A500s IPS, Which sim slot got crashed in first/second month, I submitted that in Pune's service center (Suraj Enterprises Authorised Service center mob:-[protected]) who took 10-15 days to repair it and i took the mobile and after 1 day I got to know that my mobile's vibration is not working.after that I went to submit that mobile again then that people told me that it's out of warranty. And they asked me for 500 rupees to repair. That people (XOLO TEAM) have pre decided to make fault in mobile and then charg for that.

                                        Work order number 006, SL no.[protected] was given to service centre at Mangalore, Handset was not working at all, today i got a call from service centre saying that mother board is damaged & it need to replaced by paying Rs 5000 for which i am not ready to pay, because Q900 handset was given me 5 months ago as DOA replacement for X910, which didn't worked for 1 yr also. Before this I was using X910 which had a same issue. Kindly look into this matter XOLO as a brand it handset should work at least for 1 yr.
