I am writing this in regards to my xolo Q800.Though Q800 was a new product but I bought it trusting on the product last year. Now after 12 months there is an issue with the TFT .We have service center in Purnia, Bihar .But in spite of service center being there at Purnia, they are unable to replace TFT which is really a pain. Secondly, I got this mobile in August month of last year 2013 and I have roaming around your service center when my phone was in warranty. And now after a lot of my request they have accepted it and gave me job sheet number (Job Sheet No: 4605) which I am sharing you, and now they are telling they can’t even repair it and insisting me to take it back. May I know what kind of customer service is this. Your own customer service people are telling us that they are not able to replace the TFT or repair it since they are not getting a proper response from upper team. As a customer why should I bother if there is a communication gap within you people or is this our problem ? Your customer service is worst and I am very disappointed. Could you please intervene and tell us that instead of having service center at Purnia, Bihar(854301) where should I approach to get my Q800 TFT replaced. Why cant I get a proper response being a customer? I have paid Rs 10, 000 for this mobile and so suggest me what should I do ?? Are you compelling me through this mobile in trash or should I go for Consumer Act ? I am sending the authorized service center name and address for my town.     respect sir i mukesh jain residing in kalyan has mailed u before regarding the delay in service provided by you and now after 45 days its like my xolo a500s has been replaced and he is asking money for it why should i pay money for it when its in warranty period and still i m ready to pay i[censored] give me a receipt of it and a written proof for what u taking money from me and you have replaced my mobile with A500s lite which is of lower price and mine was a higher version and on top of that you are asking money from me frankly speaking i want same model if i wont get that i will go to consumer court and take legal action against it as i m tired of going again and again to service center and wasting my time as it is a mental and physical torture for me i want my warranty period of 45 days also which has been consumed because of your negligence work order no[protected]. please do needful regarding it as soon as possible waiting for your reply. thanking you. yours faithfully, mukesh jain` [protected]

      I am Amarjit Singh from Ludhiana Punjab. I bought XOLO Q1200 its IMEI no. is 1:[protected]. It is in warranty. It is giving me many problems firstly whenever I make any video and forward it, it gets corrupted and can not be seen by the other person to whom i have forward it to. It gets corrupted on forwarding to any smart phone. Secondly its battery gets drained very fast only in 2-3 local calls. I have even visited your service centre 2-3 times they always just update my phone and I have to install all my information again and still the problem is not detected and I am not satisfied. Now I am not that free that I visit your centre again and again. Now i think i am stuck after buying your companie's phone.And the dealer said me that the phone's android version will be updated to KITKAT but it is also not done yet. So I request you to please return it. Or exchange it from a new set. Hope you will look into the matter and reply me soon.

        I am Priya Sharma and the IMEI number of my Xolo QC800 Tab is [protected]. I purchased that Tab on 19th Feb, 2014. So, it is in warranty. After one month, my screen got broken but there was no effect on its functioning or even touch. So, I continued to use it as it is because the display is quite costly i.e. 3263 as told by Jasbir telecom, Amritsar. On 20th July, my Tab's charging jack got broken. Jasbir telecom compelled me to replace the screen too, but I told them I don't want to because I can't pay that much amount. So, he agreed after arguments and took 550 rs for jack only because he said that it is not covered in the warranty. I got the tab in 2 days, 22 july, fully functional. On 29th July 2014, my Tab started facing problem of restarting on its own. Whenever I was placing the tab on anything, it was automatically getting switched off. I think the service centre itself created the problem knowingly. I mean how is that possible that only after 5 days I am again facing a different issue. On 30th July, I went to Xolo service centre again, Jasbir Telecom. He said that it is the issue of motherboard and will take 25 days for that. He then again compelled me that because your screen is broken the company will not take it as broken screen finishes warranty. So, he said that firstly I will change the screen that will take 25 days and then I will send it to the company for motherboard issue which will further take 25 days more. So, I have to agree. He gave me a receipt of touch break and restart problem and charged Rs 3263 for screen while the motherboard issue was in warranty. Its more than 2 months now and I have still not got my Tab. Both Jasbir telecom and the company representatives are making false statements whenever I call them. My tab is still in the same position. I am really frustrated now with that. I think Xolo has the worst hardware and worst customer service. I mean if broken screen finishes the warranty then then there is no fun of warranty at all. I will never take Xolo products again and will not even let others. I am really frustrated guys. Please solve my issue as soon as possible and I want my tab back within a week. It's already 3 months now and I can't wait any more.I want my tab to be replaced with the new one if the company doesn't have spare hardware for that. Both the compny and the service centre is cheater and fraud. My work order no. is 1633.

        BLOODY CHEATERS.
        GO AND REGISTERED IN CONSUMER FORUM.
        AND GIVE THEM A LEGAL AUTHORIZATION.
        AND CASE AGAINST THEM.AS THEY WILL COST YOU MORE MONEY.
        SO ITS BETTER TO USE THAT MONEY IN COURT.

          Hi I purchase XOLO Q1010i on date 27 July 2014 from flipkart they deliver it on 30 July 2014. * 11 Aug 2014 I realize that its Sleep mode sensor not working from day first.so I mail to xolo care. xolo care give me settings, after taking backup of all data then restore it as per guided.that problem was resolve. After that I realize its battery not given best performance. * 25 September 2014 my xolo set stop charging its going dump I had mail to Xolo care on same day but didn't Get any reply for the 5 days. Getting reply on 30 September 2014. * 27 September 2014 I call xolo customer care. I complaint my xolo charging problem to the Mr. Satish. He answer me to go to the xolo service center for the same. For reference complaint no.858778. * 29 September 2014 I reached xolo service center (technocare solution pvt.ltd, lajpat nagar, new Delhi) after checking of my xolo handset they inform me that handset has a part problem and need to repair it, for repairing it take 25 day .For reference work order number.[protected]Summary: I use my xolo handset only 57 days and during this 57 days I face two problem in handset.going to the service center take a leave from office, and spending my convene fare to reach your service center.Not taking my data backup due to the immediate shutdown of handset... I need a new handset of replacement.its just because of in 57 day I faced multiple problem in hand set. Question 1. Why are you not providing any pickup and drop facility to the customer? 2. Why are you not providing any standby handset to the customer in case of reaping warranty product? 3. Why your service center not capable for resolving any issue? 4. Who will be pay my this 25 day without handset suffering? 5. Who will be compansate my 25 days waranty that is lose in for repairing? 5. You are mentally harassing me and who will be responsible for this? I need a Immediate answer on above all questions. I ask above questions to the xolo but the didn't get any answer. Still my hand set is in for repairing to the xolo servise center.

            My Xolo A500S would not start and used to stick at the logo screen. I submitted my phone at the service center on 10th of September 2014 and it is 10th of October 2014 and the phone has still not been fixed. My work order number is[protected]. The phone is in warranty. The phone has been submitted to F1 Info Solutions & Services Sector 32 Chandigarh. They say the phone has been forwarderd to Delhi.

                प्रिय महोदय, निवेदन यह कि मैने XOLO 8x-1000 दिनांक 29-AUG-2014 को गाजियाबाद की दुकान से ख़रीदा था ! खरीदने के २ दिन बाद ही वह हर थोड़ी देर में कुछ भी चलते हुए गर्म हो जाता था फिर हम मेरठ के XOLO सर्विस सेंटर गए वहा उन्होंने कहा यह तो आम बात है ठीक हो जाएगी लेकिन सेट हर application में गर्म हो होने लगा चार्जिंग पर भी. आखिरकार हम कुछ दिन बाद फिर गए तो उन्होंने कहा कि अब तो इसे जमा ही करना पढ़ेगा २० से ३० दिनों के लिए. उनकी गलती की वजह से मुझे अब एक महीना रुकना पढ़ेगा अगर वो पहेली बार में ही जमा कर लेते तो मुझे एक महीने के लिए नही जमा करना पढ़ता और मुझे नया सेट मिल जाता उनकी ये लापरवाही मुझे महंगी पढ़ी और उन्होंने फिर मेरा मोबाइल मुझे ७ दिन में ही लौटा दिया और कहा कि ये तो आम बात है इसका कोई इलाज़ नही है फिर मेने इसे गाज़ियाबाद सर्विस सेंटर में जमा करवा दिया है . अब तो उसमे और भी कमी आ गयी जैसे ---speaker fault, wifi connectivity issue, head-free में भी low and high sound issue and battery backup half day. issue... ये सब एक नए हेडसेट में ६ दिनों के अंदर कमी आने लगी! इसका मतलब कम्पनी अपने नए हेडसेट बिना टेस्टिंग के बाजार में उतार देती है जिसका खमिाजा ग्राहक को भुक्तना पड़ता है सर्विस सेंटर के चककर काटने पड़ते है. आज फ़ोन को ४० दिन हो गए है मेने ढंग से use भी नही किया है एक महीने की तो वारंटी भी निकल गयी ! आप से निवेदन है कि उपरोक्त समस्या का शीघ्रता से समाधान करने की कृपा करे और हो सके तोह मुझे नया हेडसेट उपलब्ध कराने की कृपा करे आपकी अति कृपा होगी ! धन्यवाद...!!!

                    1.1 I bought the brand new XOLO Q12OO WHITE (IMEI: [protected]), from an authorized dealer on 26.06.2014. 1.2 In less than two months the phone abruptly stopped working and its battery got swelled up. 1.3 After unnecessary arguments and extremely unprofessional and rude behavior of Service centre people, I submitted my new, babycared, scratchless phone in Xolo Authorized Dealer in Kalkaji, New Delhi. (Workorder No:[protected] on 26.08.2014. 1.4 Because of my sudden official visit to Europe for few days starting from 16.09.2014, I started approaching Xolo customer care and many other Xolo officials to get me my phone back before my departure from Delhi, as communication is really difficult and very expensive without a smartphone from abroad. 1.5 Somehow, after lot of running around and calling many Xolo representatives, just one day before my departure i.e 15.09.2014, I got the phone back at a pre-decided point in Jasola Apollo Metro station (I had to drive about 36 kms to and fro) at around 10:30 pm. 1.6 The phone that I got was NOT my phone; it was Black (So I couldn’t use my white accessories that I got with my original phone). Moreover, the phone was bended from the side, mishandled and badly repaired. The person, who delivered the phone to me (Mr. Rajiv and Mr. Mozammil), said that my phone was replaced because my phone couldn’t be repaired. But I did not have any option at that moment but to take the smartphone with me for my visit to Europe. I expected that phone to at least work. 1.7 As soon as I reached back to my room, I put a new screen guard on the phone, and put it on charging since the battery was getting discharged. And then I found out that, even that phone was not working, it did not get charged. I was extremely disappointed with what Xolo did to me at that moment when I really needed a phone. I decided to not to take that humiliating device with me on my trip and left in my room in Delhi. I had to suffer because of Xolo’s bad post-sale services. 1.8 As told by Xolo Care helpline, I was advised to not to go to Kalkaji Service Centre for it was shut down. Hence, after returning from my trip, I again submitted the phone in Authorized Xolo service centre in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, on 01.10.2014 (Workorder No:[protected]. 1.9 I told attendants at Lajpat Nagar service centre, that the “replaced” phone was not my phone, moreover it was mishandled. Hence I requested them to kindly replace my phone again either with the one that I had originally submitted in the same new condition (Q1200 WHITE), or with a brand new replacement, which again should not be in bad or mishandled condition. They told me that they are not sure whether my phone will be replaced again or not, but they can repair the current phone. Moreover, they told me that my phone will be repaired in 10 days, but now they are saying it will take minimum 25 days. So altogether it is going to be almost 2 months since I don’t have my phone with me that I had spent lot of money on. I am not able to ue my phone, and in the meanwhile, it is getting outdated. 1.10 After mishandling the consumer issues and incessant waiting period for repairing of the phone, I was made to feel by Xolo that I spent almost 12500 rupees on a second hand phone by keeping my new phone and replacing it with an old and mishandled phone. I suspect that what if again I am given a different phone in bad non-working condition, again I will have to submit the phone back to Service centre..and again they are going to take another month. Xolo has taken too much time to handle the issue and has mentally harassed me for the same. I urgently need my phone back (Q1200 White) in good condition at the earliest. I am sure Xolo will be able to handle the issue seriously and resolve the issue in a satisfactory manner.

                      My Xolo phone was given to Service point (authorized service center ). They said it will be given back in few days. I said no problem, but after many days they have not given and neither called nor messaged. I tried contacting them and on Monday the lady said not completed. It was completely working fine that day ( with usb charging port got bend ) now they say that motherboard is gone. My warranty is till 2nd October and I gave the phone on 29th September. If people do not know how to service, they just say motherboard is gone. What the hell is this. Is this the way Xolo behaves with its' customers, how long do you think you will be in business here. I bought Xolo Play T100, the first week it launched here and this is what we get out of our trust on you

                      Apology for the delayed response, but I just gave up after the behavior of your Service Center people( Service Point) and in getting any help from XOLO. I faced this issue while in warranty period, but the Service center said it’s a problem with battery and since the battery was not available with them I tried there outside other centers and finally I had to ask them to
                      order from your headquarters. After that too it was not working and by the time they diagnosed the problem, my warranty period was also over. After another week they say my motherboard got fried and when I talked with the manager about whose responsibility it is the answer I get is “ DID I ASK YOU TO BRING YOUR MOBILE TO ME”. What kind of idiotic statement is that, where else do you take your phone for repair?


                      After that thinking me alone the guy tried to arm twist and getting abusive, but there were other XOLO customers there with same kind of issue and they also came into the argument. I got a written statement from him
                      with all details and also XEROX of all other documents. But he started threating me and other customers and it
                      later turned out this is the behavior XOLO customers are getting in all your centers in Bangalore. After months I just gave up receiving any help from you and gave up on my 16000 worth of phone which is a junk phone now.

                      PS: If you want people to take XOLO customer care seriously, first make you customer contact number working. A mobile company does not have a tele communication means for a customer to reach it. It’s a bad reputation for you only.
                      I know it first hand as I called you for whole of September and October.

                        I have purchased a mobile Model Q900 make XOLO (LAVA) on 13.02.2014, IMEI of phone -[protected]. After few months phone showed display touch issues. I submitted the phone at Vasai Service Center(Dani industries pvt ltd, 2nd floor, Ananad nagar Vasai west-401202 Thane district, Maharashtra) submitted on 18.07.2014. Job sheet no[protected]. After 25 days they returned my phone and said they replaced the display. But the changed display was also faulty. Service center people said to me submit the phone again. But vasai service center closed (shutdown) for ever.. I was asked to submit the phone at Borivali service center. On 19.8.2014 I submitted the phone at Borivali service center (We Care Service, 115, V-Star Plaza, Chandravarkar Road. Borivali West, Mumbai-400092, Phone-[protected]) JOB sheet No[protected]. After 31 days they informed me my phone was ready . I visited the service center. They gave me a phone(IMEI no-[protected]) but it was not mine. They said it’s swapping instead of my original phone I had to use this phone. I was agreed to use that phone. Here is the problem that phone was not working properly. Touch issue. on off issue, One customer submitted that phone on Rajasthan service center .His all data’s were there in the phone. Even not formatted the phone. I didn’t accept the phone. I contacted with area service manager . he said to me within 7 days resolve the problem. Service center people issued me a new job sheet and closed the old job sheet. They issued me manual job sheet (job sheet no-027). They said they couldn’t provide computer generated job sheet because that work is under processing at Rajasthan service center. I understand one thing simply they collect from phone any service center and send to other service center without proper checking. I waited for few days. On 25.09.2014 I received call from service center and informed me my phone was ready. I visited the service center and checked the phone. It was the same phone that they gave me the last time and the phone was not working properly. I didn’t accept the phone. Service center people said to me wait for other 15 to 20 days. I called the customer care several times. Their answer was routine wait for few days or contact with service center. Area service manager also said the same thing. On 06.10.2014 I received SMS from service center. Message was created a new job sheet no[protected] and expected date of delivery of phone on .07.11.2014. My phone still at service center. Out 12 months warranty 4months phone in service center. (Mangalyan (MOM) process took only 12 months to reach on Mars. BUT repairing a XOLO mobile takes more time than this) Very ..very bad service. Bad customer service care. For using internet and other apps I took smartphone. Its important to check internet and other apps daily. I lost my valuable time. Money, mental agony, harassment. Laps my warranty Finally I decide to go consumer court to get compensation. I deserve it

After use two months it had dead. i contact xolo service center, sansar chand road, jaipur. they charged me rs. 3400 and told me that motherboard damaged. they changed my handset with new one. than after two and half months handset has same problem and i submitted it again at service center at 12/09/2014. this time they not charged any cost. my service complain no. was 0744755 And till 08/01/2014 i have not receive my handset. Today i received a call from xolo that my handset totally damaged and they want to give me q2500 it is not similar to q2000. And if same problem i again found after warranty period than what i will do?? so i cant trust xolo anymore. So please give me my money back.                               The complaint was raised on 16th Aug 2014, for an issue with the display and after diagnosis I was told that it could be an issue with the battery. Its been 2months and the response is very poor. I get the same answer that the replacement part has not yet arrived. The response is also very poor with inaccurate information.                                   Dear Sir, I purchase the subject phone on dated:12.03.2014 from Ganpati mobile at lucknow. From the beginning I doubt on battery due to it's red led continuous Blinking.I also shown this to shopkeeper, but as per him it is ok. Finally battery not being charged at the moment in any condition and Found defective. This phone is very costly and this type of problem occurred Within Five to six month... I get repaired the set on 25th August 2014 at LAVA service Centre Multitech Services in Lucknow, but after 6 days same problem occurred. Anyhow battery get charged after a several time effort and run one month. Again today battery get discharge and not being charge. I facing lots of problem to repair the set to going to varanasi or lucknow.I travel long distance from my city minimum 157 Km to 300 km.It is not possible every time to travel for mobile repair. Please look in to this matter as early as possible or replace the mobile set because this set is deffective from the purchase.

There.There is no way of talking in service center n customer care also…they treat us like a fool so I decided not using this brand in future..You r not providing good facility. They told only 1 solution that is update your software. I want to ask you there is only 1 solution r provided by your company for all problems? I know very well about the software updation m also working in technical department.

                                    My warranty period is till 1/11/2014...if i m not satisfied with xolo services then i am decided to throw the xolo mobile in dustbin and the responsible is only xolo Company.

                                    and last say about XOLO comapny is froude, lasy, not mainten and very low profile. company

                                      I had purchased a brand new Xolo Q 1000 on 13/2/2014 bearing IMIE No. [protected] / [protected]. The Phone developed a small problem that it was not getting charged. We gave it to the Xolo Service Center vide Notification No:[protected] in the First Week of September. We received a message on 25/9/2014 “Dear Customer, Your XOLO device submitted vide Notification No:[protected] is repaired. Kindly collect it from Service center at the earliest” But when we picked up the device, it was not my Mobile but some other OLD Mobile with Display Problem and some other IMIE number. I sent my staff back to the Service Center to return the OLD SPOILT phone they had given and ask for my phone back. They said that the company replaces the mobile if your mobile is not repairable. But my Phone was a new Phone with a small problem and according to the message, “It is repaired”. The phone they replaced was OLD and SPOILT. I think the Service Center took my new phone and gave me a useless old Mobile and took advantage of the situation to generate personal profit and benefit. On forcing them and arguing a lot they took back the Phone and told that they will “try” to give back my phone vide Notification No.[protected]. “Dear Customer, Expected delivery date for the product submitted vide Notification No.[protected] will be 31.10.2014. For any query, call us at 91 [protected]” Can you imagine I am for two months without my Phone! Absolutely shabby, name-sake, fraudulent Service Center. I have sent this as an email to Xolo Care – lets see what they do. If they don’t do anything I have kept the letter ready to complaint to the Consumer Court at “Mumbai Suburban District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum” I recommend everyone never buy Xolo Phones. They are useless. Spend little bit more money and buy some better brand. Living my life without a smart phone now.

                                        Dear Mr. Sudip Banerjee, I have received a new mobile xolo q2500 as a replacement of my xolo q2000 b'coz that might not be repairable. Now this new xolo q2500 have same problem i.e. Line on Display. I am total disappointed that after a long period, your company is providing me faulty mobile. Is this a joke that i have to wait 1.5 month to receive such faulty mobile... now i have re-submitted the same with work order no.[protected] on your service center (Guru Nanak Communication) & pls its request don't try to make fool to your customers & provide the good services with good phone without further delay.
