Dear Sir,
We are really very sorry to say that we had purchased a mobile XOLOQ 1010i from The Best Deal Mobile Shoppe, Kamla Nagar in the month of June i.e June 17, 2014. The phone was working properly but one day suddenly it was dead and we went your customer care M/s. S.G. Solutions, Sector 2, Rohini, Delhi and deposited their on September 6, 2014 (Work order no.[protected]. They said it was taken about 15 days, now they are not giving us proper reply. Today is October 13, 2014, till date they are not giving us proper reply about the mobile. We are making calls them on daily basis, but Ms. Durga & Ms. Neha are there to whom I talk regularly. They always telling tomoarrow but tomarrow never comes.
You are requested to please treat it on an unrgent basis
