I SUBMITTED MY XOLO Q 1200 ON DATED 6 SEP AT TECHNOCARE SOLUTION, LAJPAT NAGAR, DELHI. TODAY IT HAS BEEN 42 DAYS STILL THEY ARE SAYING IT WILL TAKE TIME, I HAVE MAILED XOLO THREE TIME BUT NO ONE REVERTED. AT FIRST THEY SAID IT WILL TAKE 15 TO 20 DAYS TO REPAIR BUT STILL AFTER 42 DAYS NO ONE UPDATING. IT IS A WORST SERVICE EVER I SEEN. SERVICE CENTER SAYS TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE ABOUT YOUR PHONE STATUS AND CUSTOMER CARE AS USUAL SAYS IT WILL TAKE TIME. I BOUGHT IT 5 MONTH BACK. IN A ONE YEAR WARRENTY HOW MANY DAYS XOLO WILL HOLD MY PHONE? WILL XOLO PROVIDE ME EXTEDED WARRENTY FOR THIS? NOW I AM TIRED. SHOULD I HAVE TO GO CONSUMER FORUM? PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.     Its been almost a month i gave my mobile for repair and still now i haven't got any updates from care center. I trusted this company when usually people don't as because of new company but now m repenting because of XOLO care center service, the way they behave so rude to customers and they can can give excuses so easily. When i contacted they are asking money to get it repair when its in warranty period.The care center address is c/o bipin kr. tripathi alok communication, opp gurucharan polyclinic md shah road, paltan bazar guwahati-781008. I am really disappointed with their services as this is the second time I had gave my phone for repair still no result. The behavior of this people is doing nothing but reducing the goodwill of XOLO company.I am totally unsatisfied. Please help me and resolve my issue.

      This complaint is 15 DAYS OLD, but no one replied even after many reminders & emails. THIS TYPE OF WORST SERVICE PROVIDED BY XOLO MOBILES. PL. THINK TWEICE TO GO FOR XOLO MOBILE. Dear Xolo Customer Care, Ihave the Xolo X1000 phone. Which has the problem of heating and battery gettingdischarged. Handed over for repair to Xolo service wide W O No.[protected][protected][protected]. This phone is under repairsince last four / five months and can not be repaired by Xolo. Xolo offered mea new handset ( as per Mr. Ashu Maheshwari, but it was not new ) X1000 but THENEW HANDSET HAS MOBILE NETWORK PROBLEM !!! The brand new handset has PROBLEM.Again it was handed over for repair wide work order No.[protected] on21/07/2014 but till the phone is not repaired.         sir i submitted my xolo-Q700 phone at xolo service center meerut on 2nd september 2014 and they told me that the phone will come aftr 15-20 days.. but its 17 october 2014 i have not recieved my phone. i am calling them continiously but they are telling 1 week more. 1 week more after that it will be 52 days and moreee... i need to register complaint against xolo service center meerut and XOLO company.

          I bought this model no A550s on 06/09/2014 from shivam communications with serial number 1169. Suddenly after using for 28 days my battery was not getting charged. I went to the service station hoping for the resolution and to my astonishment they told me that there was some motherboard issue and it will cost me Rs2800. I bought this phone for Rs5350 with an one year warranty and it is absurd for me to pay again for which i have valid warranty.Kindly look at the issue at the priority basis as it is annoying me as i am not able to use my phone. The issue that is hurting me more is while i was about to buy this xolo phone i was told by my friends to buy samsung or micromax but still I bought XOLO because i was sure that it is also a good brand mobile phone but to my horror i am being asked Rs2800 for no reason. Problems like this will certainly hamper the image of xolo phone and any one can buy it but will not trust it anymore.I will also tell my friends and relatives to never trust or buy xolo at any cost if my problem is not resolved asap.so again its my request to please fix my phone free as it has warranty or exchange it.I am also enclosing bill and warranty with this. I once submitted my mobile to my Nearest XOLO CARE (i.e Kavya Mobile Services, C-101, Vimal Super Market, Mehsana City: MehsanaPincode: 384002Contact Manager: Mr Gautam Nayak, but no proper service received. i am highly unsatisfied with the Company services. Poor service of company reflects poor performance. with much grief i am admitting that i would not recommend this brand to anyone due to lack of good services. my phone is in warranty period and hence i demand for immediate solution to my above stated problem. please do the needful at the earliest.

                  I have xolo q1010i. Display was damaged due its display came under my hand. But glass was not damaged. I went to its service centre and that guy said it doesn't come under warranty. So i said no problem replace it with new. I was stunned to hear the price of that ips lcd display. The price was 5500 Rs for a phone which costs around 11000 Rs. So why they are giving this so callled warranry. I request consumer complaint forum to take necessary steps. As they are clearly looting people.

                    Hello sir, I am harvinder singh from bidar karnatka.I had purchased a Xolo x900 phone from Flipkart in august 2012.after eight months it had some network issue so I submitted it to Xolo care in July 2013 and till now I don't know where my phone is.Xolo cc says we have no record of your phone.phone's cost was 22000.please help me to get my money back.                     xolo guys called me and asked me to pay 100 rs for some noc to find my phone.i declined and said its not me its you guys only who have lost my phone.the good part is at least they called me.
                    Go and lodge a complaint against them at consumer court.!

                    Xolo — charging problem

                    i am used Xolo Q2000 model mobile, mobile charger connected but not charging in phone and after turn off the mobile connect the charger only showing battery symbol but not charging, USB port also not working

                      My Xolo Q700 phone was hanging quite often, display would go off many a times and the battery was completely swollen. I submitted my phone (a person from Service point, Bangalore, came to collect my phone from residence) on September 20, 2014 and did not receive my phone till date (Job sheet No.[protected]. On contacting Service Point, they are not responding properly and gave me a person's number called Mr. Jeevithan, phone No.- [protected], who is not responding to any of my calls and they are extending the due date of delivery of phone everytime by 10 days. I called up Xolo care too, but even they are telling nothing substantial but only that my phone is under repair and it is in Noida. Infuriated, I have asked them to retun my phone unrepaired and send my phone in whatever condition it is but they are not doing that bit too. I need my phone back on Saturday itself or on Monday, I will file a case against the Company in the Consumer Forum.

                        Model - Q100 Opus IMEI No. - [protected] Since the day one I bought the phone I am facing these problems. Even after giving it to service center these problems are not resolved. 1. Power button is not working 2. Voice is not reaching to other end. On companies request I resubmitted my phone to same service center C Com Telecommunications Pvt L. Work Order Number :[protected] I got an SMS that my phone is repaired. When I went to collect I got the broken and used phone of different IMEI number. This shows careless and irresponsible of companies approach.                             Dear Sir, I am Ramesh G I had purchased the XOLO Q3000 mobile on 20.07.2014 in Chennai and its IMEI No is ([protected]). The device is working fine without any issues for two months, but suddenly after two months the Rear and the Front camera was not working properly. I submitted the mobile in Xolo care centre in Bangalore on 27.09.2014. While receiving they informed me that It will take approximately 10 or 15 business days. They informed that the mobile was sent to Noida head office. So far I haven't received any proper update regarding this mobile. Kindly please let me know the status of my mobile. Currently I not using any smart phone and totally upset. Or else Please replace the as soon as possible. Awaiting for your reply at the earliest

                              I purchased a new xolo q700s online from snapdeal.com on the "6th of september 2014" and discovered that the ringing volume is terribly low. I cannot hear the phone from 6-7ft distance. for example, My wife had the phone in her purse who was riding pillion on my bike. I rang her phone to test, but she wasn't able to hear the ringtone. I feel I've been cheated. Please let me know your suggestions on how to proceed

                              I have already visited the service centre http://www.justdial.com/Bangalore/V-R-Info-Service-%3Cnear%3E-Indiranagar/080PXX... and they told that they have replaced the speaker. However, there has been no improvement whatsoever. I spent hours going to them and found no improvement at all. Trust me, I will "sue your organisation in a court of law" unless you return the amount that I paid in full. Please do not take the trust of the customers for granted. This is a very basic feature that everyone wishes to have. Even simple handsets worth Rs 1000 ring much better. Please return my amount in full. Let me know as soon as possible. I have to taken out my valuable time to visit your service centre. The gentleman told that this is the max vol available and it is the same problem in all XOLO handsets. I will not tolerate this handset. I have paid Rs 8000 of my hard-earned money. Please let me know the future course of action from your side.

                                Dear Sir, We are really very sorry to say that we had purchased a mobile XOLOQ 1010i from The Best Deal Mobile Shoppe, Kamla Nagar in the month of June i.e June 17, 2014. The phone was working properly but one day suddenly it was dead and we went your customer care M/s. S.G. Solutions, Sector 2, Rohini, Delhi and deposited their on September 6, 2014 (Work order no.[protected]. They said it was taken about 15 days, now they are not giving us proper reply. Today is October 13, 2014, till date they are not giving us proper reply about the mobile. We are making calls them on daily basis, but Ms. Durga & Ms. Neha are there to whom I talk regularly. They always telling tomoarrow but tomarrow never comes. You are requested to please treat it on an unrgent basis A favaourable response from your side is highly apprreciated.

                                    Hello mene apna xolo q3000 phone 12.09.2014. ko repair le liye service center me diya tha. unhone muje 325 din me phone vapis dene ka bola tha aabhi aaj 30 days se jayda ho gaya muje aabhi tak mera phone vapis nahi mila he. mene service center or co. helpline number dono par try kiya vaha se hamesha aur 10 days lagege yahi javab milta he. my phone imei number is. [protected]. please i need my phone back in next 2 days else i have to do legal. I dont understand why they need this much time to repair their own products also is it legal that they keep thing this long. and what about warranty they are keeping my phone with them for month or so will you expand my warranty for one more month. me xolo or dusri sabhi company jo warranty ke nam par hume bevkoof bana rahi he unke khilaf court me jane ki soch raha hu any one intrested in this please emali me. my email id: [protected]@gmail.com

                                        Ref. XOLO Q1000 Opus IMEI No. [protected], owner : SAHIL KAPOOR In JULY end this ref. mobile was handed over to BUNTY-XOLO with complaint of non Charging/Non Displaying. After more than one month of chasing they returned the phone on 8/9/2014 saying that its motherboard was changed and it was ok. BUT on checking, it was found that the phone was responding NO to camera. Again this phone was deposited with BUNTY-XOLO on 9/9/2014 for repair. TILL DATE i.e. 11/10/2014 THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO REPAIR THE PHONE, AND I AM WITHOUT PHONE FOR THE LAST TWO AND HALF MONTHS. THEIR SOLE REPLY IS : PHONE IS WITH DELHI PEOPLE. THIS PHONE WAS PURCHASED IN May2014 ONLY. This is poorest of poor service I have seen which takes more than one month for each operation I still do not know the fate of my phone. They also deny for the replacement for the same, after all this is a defective product. I am in a fix what to do. Please help. May be I could be given replacement in lieu.
