Hi, Model : Q600S Purchase Date :[protected] Problem started :[protected] This is the third case I am seeing that XOLO phone is having a software problem when buying online. Why you sell faulty pieces? You and your service center never respect a customers. Software problems should be resolved within 2 hours at least. What when you provide software update for particular mobile and that fails and because of that my phone could not work. And resolving such issue need 2-3 days? Seriously I think I made a big mistake by trusting XOLO. I guess your technical department is too weak to handle or to resolve software problems as quickly as possible. Now i get why people go and spend money on brands.

    Sir, 1(one) XOLO A500S mobile phone was ordered on[protected] from flipkart.com On 22nd september, 2014 i faced some software oriented problem on my XOLO handset and so i went to the nearest service center at Howrah, West Bengal named BALAJI ENTERPRISE on that same day. I gave my mobile set to them and then they checked the handset primarily and told to me that, 1) Phone requires software update 2) Display has to be changed. Then i submitted my handset and the delivery date given to me was 24th september, 2014 but they failed to deliver and the revised delivery date given to me is on 27th september, 2014. When i went to the service center on 27th september, 2014 to collect the phone, i found that the handset was totally dead. Then i told them that the handset is not working at all, then they told to me " We will again check the handset and you just come on 29th september, 2014". When i urged them to check the handset now as as it is not possible for me to come on 29th sept 2014 so i can wait now then they replied "ok wait here for two days".This kind of attitude is not acceptable at all.They harass me like anything and i felt insulted. At the end the conclusion is the handset is not working at all and the status of the handset deteriorated from the time i submitted. So i took back my handset with a feelings of sheer humiliation. Please take some strong action against BALAJI ENTERPRISE as early as possible, otherwise i have to register a complaint against XOLO CARE at CONSUMER FORUM.       I Mukesh Jain residing in Kalyan want you to complain regarding the service provided by you. Frankly speaking it is the worst service provided by any companies service center from past 1 month my phone is given for service in Ulhasnagar on the date[protected] with notification no[protected] they told me I will get it return after service by[protected] but yet I dint got it and when I am calling them sometime they don't pick up the call or else they badly talk to me its like they need to go to school again where the teacher will teach them some manners which are taught to play group kids. From past 1 month my phone is in service I my facing so many inconvenience because of it my1 month warranty has be waste because of it I want it to get expanded or else get it replaced.I am so much frustrated by the service that I wont by it again and if anyone wants to buy it would suggest not to buy it . Please do something regarding the service of xolo set

        Hi, My mobile model no: Q700i and IMEI: [protected]. The problem is whenever i call someone and going to cut the call i see black screen and only 3 capacitive buttons lighting up. Please see attach picture. I dont want replacement, i just want my refund. I hate Xolo services now. Whatever depriciation you want then charge and give back my money. I am fed up of giving my mobile to service centre again and again. If they cannot find the problem of my mobile in 3 times than this company is going to close down.

            Dear XOLO Team. I m Satbir Singh on behalf of Jasmine Kaur who purchased xolo q2000 on approx 2 month back. But found problem in its jack n submitted it at "Bunty Customer Care" Jalandhar, There nos are [protected] & [protected] under job no.:- [protected] on 28/8/14. But the Service centre allways says phone is ready to despatch. But nobody knows its actual status. Worst service centre and worst customer care . At"[protected] " Mr Nirmal said that phone is not ready to despatch n it is at Repair Factory n whereas Bunty Customer Care are saying ph allready despatched. Too much comunication gap with you people. I will not recomend anyone for purchase of XOLO phone. i Have done a big mistake that i purchased your product. Its IMIE No. is mention on subject.               IMEI numbers - [protected], [protected] Work order number[protected],[protected] I had bought a Q1011 online the week it was launched. But, the day I got the phone I discovered that it does not sync contacts from my Google Account, or for that matter any account (like Whatsapp, Skype etc). I emailed and called Xolo customer care and since they could not fix the problem they asked me to take the phone to service center. So I went to Xolo authorized service center, Service Point, in Jayanagar 4th block. I spent 2.5 hours at the service center and they couldn't fix the issue too. So they sent it to Xolo head office for fixing the issue. Work order number[protected]. Xolo couldn't fix the issue either. So they sent a replacement handset on Aug 29 instead of my new Q1011. The replacement handset was of a different model, Q1100, but it looked pretty old and used. It had multiple software glitches, which I had emailed to Xolo customer care. And it looked that it was repaired as the sticker behind battery was very crumpled. So I returned the Q1100 on Sep-2 and made Xolo customer care person talk to Service Point personnel. Service Point gave me an Acknowledgement slip and took the handset back. Since then, between Sep-3 and Sep-12 I have spoken to Xolo customer care 4 times and gone to Service point twice. I am not even getting a status update on my case. Xolo customer care says that there is no update on my case as Service Point has not updated that I have returned the Q1100. Customer care keeps asking me to get a new work order number. Service Point says that they don't give any work order number for a return phone, and they can give a another work order number. When I asked Service Point why they have not updated in Xolo system that I have returned the phone, they say that on Sep-3 they had sent the Q1100 to the Xolo area manager in Bangalore. They say that I should either contact Xolo customer care or the area manager for an update. I have called the area manager at least 10 times and messaged him 3 times. But, his phone is either busy or he doesn't answer the phone. Once he even cut the call. But, still there is no response from the area manager. The mobile was given to the area service manager so that the issue could be resolved faster (2 weeks), than if it was sent to Noida (3 weeks). But, on Sep-17, I got an SMS with a new work order #[protected] informing me that the mobile has been sent to Noida for repair & I can expect delivery by 17-Oct. Again I spoke to Xolo customer service 3 times (including a supervisor) and they have no update. They are asking me to contact service center in Bangalore. I did but, the service center never answers any calls (hence my complaint against them earlier). Given this condition, which is like a deadlock, who do I get my issue resolved? I am asking for a standard resolution which is - give me my Q1011 with the software issue fixed, or give me a new replacement phone (not a used & repaired phone), or refund me the money. Please help.               It feels like both the Xolo and the service center are trying to cheat people. I spoke to about 20 out of the 100 people I met at the Bangalore service center (Service Point) during my several visits there. I also checked out on Xolo's Facebook page. Everyone has similar complaints.

                  I have a xolo A600 phone purchased on 5 June 2014 . After 3 months the touch screen of the phone Started hanging up, start flickering and non responsive The back key of the screen get automatically activated and any running application gets closed automatically due to it . I submitted the phone to Rajkot Xolo Service Center on 10 Sept 2014 after 15 days on 25 Sept they said the phone is repaired but the screen was not replaced they did nothing and gave the phone back now I am facing the same problem again they are not receiving my calls and answering me properly. also the Service Center is 70 Km from my home is very difficult me to go there every now and then. PLEASE sir if any body can help me with this i will be thankful Sir i am sending the pic proof of the flickering screen

                    I bought Q1200 on 28.06.2014 after 2 months suddenly battery started draining like anything i went to service point serviced center to check on this, they told battery has got bulged and its has affected the display also and submitted my mobile on 26.08.2014 they told 20 to 25 days after 25 days when i call service center they are telling another 10 to 15 days its in factory when i call xolo care they tell it is factory and its under repair and it will take few days we will escalate to our seniors . Nobody is giving time line. Area ASM his no. is [protected] is disconnecting phone. If this is case and no wants to take a responsibility where should the customer go. I want my money back. If you can't provide proper deadline to the customer. Please keep your mobile with you. Xolo thinks customers are fool.

                      Hi I bought xolo q600s from snapdeal in JUNE 2014.From the very beginning problems started occuring in the handset which are : 1) Automatically turns off randomly 2) FM radio is pathetically unclear with lots and lots of noise making it unbearable 3) Hangs very often So I took the phone to F1 infosolutions and service New delhi on[protected].Now today is[protected], which is a month since I gave the phone to the service centre. The phone number provided of the service centre ([protected]) always gives the busy tone and there is no alternate number provided.The call centre tells me that the phone repair status is still in process. Please don't request me to pay visit to the service centre unless I get to talk to them(service centre) over the phone first as I don't have that much time to waste just waiting for my turn which was around 4 hours last time.

                        Dear Sir, I had purchase a XOLO Q800 in September 2013. After few month I saw some problem in the handset so I go to XOLO service centre for checking purpose. They submit my XOLO Q800 phone for repairing purpose and told me for comeback after 15 days. After 15 days I visit XOLO service centre for receiving the phone after repairing but they didn't give me any response about my phone and told me to comeback or call him after few days. That was repeated day by day month by month. Finally after 3 month around I was receive the phone. They return me another XOLO Q800 in exchange of my XOLO Q800. In that exchanged phone, I was face some more problems again I go to service centre and submit a complaint. They submitted my phone again for a week than return me back.They submitted my phone 3rd time again on[protected] but now on till date there are no response from XOLO side. I feel lot of harassment and spend lot of money in calling and visiting XOLO service centre.I lost some business, clients because of absence of phone and also lapse warranty of 4-5 month. Dear Concern, I want to know who will pay my spend time, money, business, clients and service warranty lapse. I can't understand why XOLO company make bad image in front of his customers. If the XOLO company not able to repair my phone than give me back my money. One think more XOLO service centre and XOLO customer care both are not give a satisfaction to the customer. I feel XOLO is not a good company for normal or retails users. They want earn money in any how cases. The company not affect for his customer face lot of problems because of miscommunication from XOLO Side. Kindly look into the matter as I have already suffered a lot due to the hassles faced and the problems in XOLO company side.                           I have Xolo q3000. I was updating the OS from JellyBean to Kitkat but it doesn't start after update so I restarted. The network has gone forever, IMEI code is invalid so I submitted to Xolo Service center, Thane (JobNumber #[protected]. They said, it needs to change motherboard and it will tae time of 8-10 working days. I agreed and submitted the piece to them. It's now 31 days and they are not responding to call, emails and even when I visited their service center they gave wage answers and told me to contact Head office of Delhi. I'm a photographer and corporate guy. I'm fed up and wanted to file a case against Xolo in Police station or court. Do anyone have idea what documents are required and where to file a case? The help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

                          To identify this defect you already took 32 days. And you still need time for this? Are you crazy?
                          I have emails, Audio recording and 2 video recordings of Xolo service center.
                          Do you want me to take legal action against the company?

                          After your comment when I visited service center they said call to Head office.
                          No response from anywhere..

                            I have bought a xolo mobile phone model no. Q 900S on[protected] from M/s Chawla and Chhabra brothers, Gumti No. 5 Kanpur. After two days a problem occurred. The problem is that when I plug out the earphone after plug in for 20 - 25 minutes the head set mode is not disabled. After 5 hours approx. head set mode is disabled itself. The problem has repeated again and again so the same has been intimated to above mentioned firm on[protected]. As the problem has been rectified after some time so I did not take it so seriously. But now i.e. on[protected], the head set mode has not been disabled since 24 hours. I have again visited the firm on[protected] and requested to replace the mobile phone, the firm has not took it seriously and told to visit after 2 or 3 days. Hence it is requested to look into the matter and advise the above mentioned firm to replace my mobile phone. I am sorry to say that it was my great fault to buy the XOLO mobile .Please arrange to satisfy your customers after selling the product.

                              I am also facing same problem with newly brought Xolo Q1010i

                              When I am charging it will behave strange. Say yesterday it was 26% so I have kept for charge and within 5 min it shows 100% charge.When I removed charging cable it will reduce very quickly. Within half an hour it will goes upto 42%. So I have again plug charging cable. But still it was
                              decrease from 42% to 41%, 40%, 39% and finally 38%. Then again it will start increase. Once it will reach 42% then it shows 56% person.I am getting totally mad.. Dont know what to do. I got this mobile before 5 days and it behave idotic.

                              My cell number is +91-[protected]. It is always on (24 x 7 x 365). Dont says that it will un-reachable.

                              I have many time called customer care center. But all customer executive are very very rough. They didnt care for proper response. They just told me that visit service center. Though I told them that I have already visited service center and they denied for services as mobile is purchase through amazon.in. Then they said can I keep you for hold for one mind. Then no one has given me reply until 10 min. After that call was auto disconnect.

                              Xolo is really worst in services.

                                Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased a Xolo handset, as per below details. Make : Xolo / Model : Q1200 / IMEI # : [protected] / Purchase Date : 15 June 2014. I experienced the problem of battery getting discharged at rapid pace. The problem was observed within 2 months of purchase. Subsequently, I got it checked at company's authorized service centre. Battery swelling was noticed and the mobile screen was also found popped up from one of the edges. Further to this, the handset was sent to company vide work order #[protected] dated 17 August 2014. I wonder how such a premium handset caused problem barely within 2 months of purchase? Even after 1 month, I am yet to get the handset back. One month is too long time for repairing, especially for a manufacturing company like Xolo. I'm in no position to wait any longer. Kindly replace my handset with a new one immediately.                                     hi, i bought my xolo q600s from snapdeal which is just recently launched, after successfully worked well 1 month after suddendally hanged first time. Same time i just open battery and put inside again, but after that it wont work even not on the phone. So I given the service center on 19/08/2014(Tuesday), i follow up so many times with xolo care service center & bright communication(anand) but till now no i didn't received my phone even though they told me still it is in in-progress, so i want to know what was the status and why it takes near to 1 month and still it is in in-progress, when I received my phone at home, i am very unsatisfied with xolo care and service.
