This is a very bad company in terms of customer service i have submitted my phone on 10th sep, 2014 for display issue whereas they have told me that they can give me back till the 6th oct 2014. But till today, I have not get any response or call from this service.Moreoever, many times I have call to that customer care service(Himalay Mall, drive in road, Ahmedabad) .But they are not saying any updates regarding my issues.This is pathetic service ever which never forget being customer.I never suggest to anyone who believe in this company as they just want to sell their product rather that believe in services.so, One should understand this issues before considering this product to buy .If I want to rate it out of 5 then I would even not giving 0 star as O have its own value. my ref no is[protected].this is my last compline after that i will post my comment on my fecbook account.     Repected Sir/Mam I am Anup.G.Kawale from Belgaum, Karnataka. I was a great xolo enthusiast but it turn to an nightmare. I had purchased xolo q700s plus online on 18-october-2014 from ebay and i got it delivered on 27/oct/2014 from bluedart courier. its imei no [protected] is mobile is working fine but its mic is not working. i rushed to the nearer xolo care i.e atul communication belgaum, karnataka. but the care person refused to service the mobile saying we cannot service the mobile as it has purchased online. any product brought online has no warranty. i want to know following things.1.) Is it true that xolo does provide any service for online purchased product.if yes then can your xolo authorised person give me in writing saying it cannot give service for online productsand if no then can you please provide solution for my problem.2.) I had called your xolo customer care[protected] but they say a another thing saying you can get service for online products.3.)i told this to belgaum service center they say they read the script from computer which is 3-4 months old.4.) can i get the contact no or email address of service head.your customer services is pathetic. needs to have co ordination which is missing.can you please provide me answer to the above question. and do i get service for my mobile in my home town. if yes please tell me the procedure.other wise i am following my complaints to cosumer forums now and will further look to go in consumer court.my contact number is [protected]

      Purchased an xolo mobile a600 on may 2014 on d next went off, took it to service centre for repair at C COM telecom Thane kept it for repair for 28 Days From the day of purchase the phone went off for 4Times, Now on 27 th of September the phone again went off again submitted for repair since today 31st of october phone is still lying in the company waiting to repaired! NO positive response from the service centre nor from the COMPANY and its Employes They say its under repair !!! According to my knowledge they (company) had replaced the whole HANDSET once but all in the vain again it got OFF.. The particular modelA600 has some technical issues which are not getting Resolve from the Company PROBLEMS FACED 1)SET GETS EXTREMLY EXTREMLY HOT. 2)SET GETS HANGS FREQUENTLY . 3)SET GETS SWITCHWED OFF FREQUENTLY . 4)TOUCH PAD MAL FUNCTIONS 5)SETS GETS RESET AUTOMATICALLY 6)NETWORK GETS OFF DURING CALLS Problems and problems in this Model I request to the Company Officals to pls Discontinue the same Model A600 for CUSTOMERS wont have the HARRESMENT TO FACE I HAVE ALREADY LOST MY WARRANTY TERM IN SERVICE CENTRE SINCE MY PHONE IS JUST 5 MONTHS OLD Iwould request to the RESPONSIBLE PERSON of the XOLO COMPANY to PLS REPLACE MY HANDSET TO A UPGRADED TROUBLE FREE MODEL HANDSET.             I have xolo Q700 mobile which is in warranty period. I have given it to A.B communication Baroda ( work order number[protected] I have given it on 25 sep 2014, not get it till the date .I have complained many times in xolo care. they just said that it is in under process. thay dont give me the date when I ll get my cell. I have lost my 15 % of warranty period in repairing time. I am not able to manage my work without my cell. Please do needful to get my cell back immediate.               I have purchased Xolo Handset Model A600 from M/S Friends Mobile, Station Road, Bharuch on 11.05.2014. The hanset started malfunctioning like touch screen not responding, phone automatically switching multiple modes during operation, call getting drop during use etc. To rectify the problem, the handset was taken to your Ankleshwar service centre in Sept'14 1st week. They sent the handset to factory for rectification & was received back in 1st week of Oct'14. Within 1 week it has again started giving same problem. Pl advice further course of action to rectify the problem

                Sir/Madam, I am a xolo smartphone user, from past two months I am fed up because of a xolo phone that I've purchased. When i bought the phone it was not working well, shopkeeper himself replaced the phone. Then again, I deposited it with the service centre for the second time on 23.08.2014 ( work order no. :[protected], Model: Xolo Q1000 OpusOpus), I got a replacement phone after 40 days from company after complaining for several time. The replacement that I received from company turned out to be a faulty one, it started overheating when using the phone. Then again for the third time, I deposited the phone with service center on 07.10.2014, (Work order No.:[protected], Model: Q1000 Opus, IMEI: [protected]) which was to be delivered after 15 days, but till now there is no sign of getting the phone back, despite of putting up several complaints with customer care executive, they've never been resolve till date, I request you to please look into this matter and provide me with a solution.                 May i know that what is the quality of products that xolo is offering to its customers?? At first, xolo launched with a Technique by advertising as Intel inside! But later on they switched from Intel.

                Why had they set up a customer care center when no complaints are resolved by the executives. There is no concerned person whom I can contact to address my problem. I'm totally screwed up, its been more than 2 months, and it is enough time to replace any part of the phone.

                I don't have any choices left with me. Xolo has not left any choices for me. If my complaint is not solved within this week, it'll be hard for me to wait anymore. I'll have to file a complaint with consumer court to get the solution for my problem if the concerned persons of xolo cannot provide my problem.

                Because as I've got a faulty replacement, I don't anymore trust this company that I'll get a problem free repaired phone, may be it will create problem again in the coming days. I've purchased a phone to use it, but I think I'll never get to use it!

                  I HAVE GIVEN MY HANDSET FOR REPAIRS ON 6th OCTOBER 2014 FOR PROBLEM OF BACK KEY NOT WORKING, RINGER NOT WORKING PROPERLY & HEAT UP ON CHARGING AS PER WORKORDER NO.[protected], MY IMEI NO. [protected] XOLO Q1000 OPUS MODEL. SUBMITTED AT NASIK. MORE THAN 3 WEEKS HAS GONE BUT STILL NOT RECD MY HANDSET. I AM VERY MUCH IRRITATED BY YOUR VERY POOR AND PROLONGED SERVICES. IF YOU ARE NOT IN A POSITION TO GIVE PROPER AND QUICK SERVICES TO YOUR CUSTOMERS THEN BETTER TO CLOSE IT & STOP HARRASING THE CUSTOMERS. I express utmost disappointment with the service of XOLO.I have been trying to get handsfree of XOLO for last 4 weeks without any sucess.I had visited Vile parle, Malad, Goregaon service center where there is no stock.Calls to numerous customer care have also not yielded any result. Witin a month of purchase, the device is getting heated up.Full Battery now gets drained within 5 hours without any excesive usuage. Is someone in XOLO who can help?????                         3 months ago, I saw XOLO1010i phone ad expressing great features and I decided to invest my money in this home grown product But just 1 month later, it started showing issues. First the speaker volume automatically varied giving a bad music experience and later the screen lock button at the side went dysfunctional.I felt it was an OS update error and I kept updating the OS whenever I got a notification but the problem still persisted. Within a week later, my phone suddenly switched off in the middle of an important official call and that is when I lost my patience completely. I went to a XOLO care center in Deccan Pune. They accepted the phone and asked to wait for at least 20 days to get it repaired. Post 20 days, I received a call that my phone is repaired. Hoping for a relief and problem free phone, I went to collect it back and Alas! the phone did not start. It has been sent back to central service center.

                          Dear Sir, / Madam Myself jyotish patel has purchase a xolo play 8X-1100 cell phone on 12.09.14 from city collection bharuch gujarat.. Unfortunately its on /off(Power) button went off within a week. I went to a authorized service center of xolo First “He told me it will take few days to repair and he can not repair my phone and without our concern he directly send it to the company for further recovery. On 02/08/2014 I purchased one XOLO – Q1010i smart phone at Hyderabad (i.e.as bill attached) for Rs 11, 500/- . 2). And on 21/09/2014 I found a LINE one touch screen of my smart phone, And on 22/09/2014 this problem was informed to XOLO Care. And as per XOLO Care suggestion I submitted my smart phone to repair at Xolo Mobile Service – Khairathabad, Hyderabad Siri Communications, 6-2-941, Shop No 21, Lower Ground Floor, Moghuls Emami Mansion, Opp Sadan College Road. Phone Number:[protected], Hyderabad XOLO Care service center on 25/09/2014 the given me an acknowledgement with a EMI details of my smart phone. The service center has given a time to repair a smart phone 15 day. 3). After 15 days- on 10/10/2014 I went to service center for my smart phone, they were not repaired. 4).After that I informed the same to XOLO Care, but they said that “the details are up dated”. On 16/10/2014 in front of Xolo service person I called the Xolo care, “updates of my smart phone rapier details. At that time I can’t get correct answer from them, But XOLO CARE told me that we will replace with new XOLO-Q2000L smart phone before 27/10/2014. But on 27/10/2014 we are get any smart phone from them. WHO IS RESPONCIBLE FOR THIS PROBLEM, WHETHER “XOLO CARE” OR “SERVICE CENTER” SINCE ONE MONTHE MY TWO SIM’S ARE IN SWITCHED OFF CONDITION WHO WILL BARE THIS LOOS?                               Dear Team XOLO, Greetings from Animesh, User of XOLO-Q1000S, I have purchase this phone on 3.1.2014 and in last 10 month this phone is in customer care twice because of its technical fault. first fault is almost 4 months back when its motherboard was dead that time Your local channel partner Shree Ji Communication in meerut is taking almost 26 days to do the needful, and again my display was broken and the phone was submited at Shree ji communication ason 25.9.2014, (Job Sheet no is 5430) either to replace the phone with XOLO-1010i or to change the display of my phone, But after spending one month and 2 days no responce from Shree ji communciation and when so ever i m trying to be in touch with them, either their phone is off or not pickerd up by them, and if by mistake it is picked-up they told me that my phone is in company and this will take another 10-15 days to come back. did i purchase XOLO to see the customare care again and again, if Shree ji communication is not intrested to correct the same than keep this phone with them only i will think that any thief is stolen my phone and now i phone less, and in futher future i m not going to recommend for XOLO to anyone. Hope u can understand my problem and looking your positive responce in the same regard. I went to a authorized service center of xolo First “He told me it will take few days to repair and he can not repair my phone and without our concern he directly send it to the company for further recovery.                                       Dear sir, Recently(july-14) I bought XOLO-Q 1200 and its nice.But within 3 months of its operation, it started switching off automatically, despite charged properly. I took the handset to service centre at salem, Tamilnadu and got the information that there may be a software issue. after two days, they reportedly saying despite changing the software, problem persists and it is actually battery issue(swelling) and hence, they sent the set to xolo, noida factory and gave me the work order no. Following are the details.                                       I bought Xolo Q1200 this april and was working properly and also with the KitKat update but for a couple of weeks it is irritating me badly with random shutdowns and battery drains. I hope anyone knows where the problem persists. Please, please help me ASAP. I'm in a problem.
                                      i have also got the problem.The occasional switching off is a very big headache. Even the service centres are charging exorbitant service charges.

                                        My name is Arun unable to attach bill...but u can get details from IMEI number IMEI no-[protected] Battery of my phone has been swelled . i immediately submitted it to the nearest service center. and the expected date given by them is 10 /oct/2014..and till now there is no update regarding it. when enquired at service center ..they told me to wait till 25/oct/2014 .. By recieving the expected delivery date, i postponed my further plans according to it, but its very dissappointing to know the servicing of xolo company.. Atleast they should give me(customer) a confirmed date that makes trust and customer make plans according to it.. and helpline number has showed no active response against my complaint. . earlier there was no update regarding it. But then, the update, which says that u have to wait for some time or u may take xolo Q1010i..do i worth it ..?? i mean, i spend whole lot of 2 weeks in collecting extra money for xolo Q1200 and u say u can take Q1010i . This is not a fair deal..this scenario of servicing took 26 days and till now there is no part available for my phone. i am losing my patience, from 30th of september - 24 of october. its a long period of time, in which you can import a part and repair a phone. That was my phone !!! I spend a whole month in collecting that sum of money .!! This ain't no joke ..Either xolo company repair my phone and get it back to me . Or arrage a new xolo Q1200. . This is not an excuse that parts are not available... they have to keep extra stock for that.. i[censored] would have tried really ...they guys have made it till now ... 2 occations ( diwali + dusshera) passed n no phone . i am a student, i have lot of work to do using phone.Reminding u the lines of management that " u can take xolo Q1010i.." u guys are too good bussiness magnets .. 3 cheers for u !! but what about me ..?? u want me take replacement of xolo Q1010i for Q1200.. i am losing my patience, from 30th of september - 25 of october. its a long period of time, in which you can import a part and repair a phone.                                         Unfortunately i'am also a xolo customer i also faced same problem with my Q700i and they replaced my phone by Q1010i which was my my biggest mistake that i took that phone. Within 4 days that phone starts hanging up, heats up so that u can prepare some food and red/yellow line has appeared on the screen. So my suggestion not to take Q1010i phone as they are giving the defective replacement and the customer assistance is also very poor making fool of every customer.
