Hello, This is Gurajala Chandu, and I have brought a new Xolo A500S IPS mobile from snapdeal on June 2014. Within two months I have faced auto switch off issue in that mobile, and i have reached the XOLO service center in jayanagar bangalore, and they took my mobile for service on august 20th 2014, and they replaced a new handset on september 30th 2014(Which is one and half month later). But the replaced mobile also having the same issue(Auto Switch off) when I try to switch on the phone after inserting Sim cards & SD card. I didnt even used my mobile properly for atleast two months.I was completely fed up with this XOLO mobile, and I completely agree that I have taken wrong choice by purchasing XOLO mobile. hello, my name is Nithil its been almost a year i ve purchased the XOLO A500S IPS - and the the problem is, if i insert the sim phone goes switch off, if i remove the sim phone will work, in this 1 year i havent faced any other problem than this & battery pack up is other minor problem, but ok, please request you to suggest me what is the problem with my phone, i do stay in banglore, electronicity & near by xolo service centre, and mail id is - [protected]@gmail.com

    respected xolo mobile administer. I am ARUN SHIGWAN (mob no.[protected]) from navi mumbai, maharastra-400706. i have purchased XOLO-A600 (EMI NO.[protected]) on dated 6TH APRIL 2014. After puchase of of this mobile, i suffered too much problem in mobile. problems in mobile - 1.touch screen defective. 2.functions dis-order. 3.hangup. after this problem i put mobile in xolo service centre at panvel (branch code[protected] on dated 26th aug 2014 for same problems. details- 1.work order no.[protected]. 2.date-26/08/2014. i got my repaired mobile from xolo service centre on dated 26th aug 2014. but after service within 10 days same problems accures again and again in mobile.i am too much mentally harraised from this mobile. now i am finally re-admitted my mobile in xolo service centre at vashi. details- 1.work order no.[protected]. 2.date- 04/10/2014 same problems in mobile - 1.touch screen defective. 2.functions dis-order. 3.hangup. i request you to please replace me without problem mobile or refund my money with intrest as soon as possible. this is my intemation to you to please note my complaint and solve this big problem in my mobile.please insure my complaint and revert me as soon as possible. i have attached - 1.copy of old work order on dated 26/08/2014. 2.copy of old new order on dated 04/10/2014. 3.copy of mobile purchase bill on dated 06/04/2014. thnking you.         Dear XOLO care, I am using XOLO Q900 from last 6months & then I got a problem in handset operation—as per work order number – 528 and IMEI NO[protected] the problem is “Touch is not working properly, on off problem and handset heating”. I had submitted my mobile hand set for repairing on 12/09/2014 at Shiv shakti enterprises, muzaffarpur bihar service center & they said that as per process it will take 15-20 days time, & then they will revert me, But till date I haven’t received any communication from them & when I call them every time they says they have no update and it may take more time. Its almost month that.i talk to xolo care but no any responce...what is the maximum time of reapering handset...my promlem is not solve.30 days...i go to consumer cout...

          Adhering to the Subject I must say that XOLO has the “worst service” I have seen so far. And it made me to make sequential visits to their service centre. I made purchase of the XOLO Q800 X EDITION from snapdeal in April, and in July I noticed a problem with the RECEIVER (Front Speaker). I visited the service centre and they replaced it with some “poor quality part”, and also in doing so their representative OPENED & CLOSED MY MOBILE 4 TIMES because they were unable to set the power and volume button properly… Hats Off !! So the “Poor replacement receiver” gave off and its sound went off very low and sometimes a high pitched sound, so I went again in August. The Guy opened my mobile and said they don’t have the receiver and again closed and handed over me my mobile without repairing it. So again A 4 TIMES OPENING AND CLOSING SCENE, and this time they “Misaligned the Front Camera, and The Power and Volume Button”, and meanwhile they damaged the Sim Card slot. So in two visits my mobile was opened 8 times and started looking like I bought it like 3years ago. It is not complete… I went for the third time when my mobile stated performing slow and low. It started hanging and I kept for charging and after 2 hours it still showed 14%, then I restared it, It was then 99%. I showed the problem to them and they took it for a software update, and returned in around 45minutes with a DEAD PHONE. And told me they have to send it to Noida. I agreed. But, WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE MISTAKE OF THE COMPANY’s SERVICE CENTRE. Its 5th Month of warranty and my mobile had been opened by service centre around a dozen times. I didn’t expected this from an Indian Company. I request the company i.e. XOLO to please either make a PROPER COMPENSATION or a REPLACEMENT with a NEW functional device. Thanks Workorder Number:[protected] I am not submitting a name and no. because a Person already called me claiming to be from Xolo and he was a fraud. Xolo can contact me via the workorder number.

              I had purchased Xolo tablet 7 on august 4th and in less than a month the tablet stopped working . I then submitted the Tablet to Guru Nanak Communication an authorized xolo service center of XOLO in Uttam Nagar, Delhi . Now after following up with them continuously for one month they are saying that the device is beyond repair and they said they would be providing me with a DO/DOA letter and now I have to follow with the store from which I bought this tablet to get it replaced . Could you please explain me few things here, what is the point in having an all India warranty if I have to book a ticket to Bangalore just to get my tablet replaced because i purchased it through Amazon from a store in Bangalore and secondly i want to know if the warranty is being offered by XOLO or by the store because if the store closes down will my Warranty get void . Please look into my issue and get my tablet replaced at the earliest, my vide notiification no is[protected]. I have already tried to reach out to xolo customercare through all possible means i.e xolo care, there facebook page but no response yet, hoping to get a reply here at least .

              I see several complaints against XOLO regarding their service.
              My XOLO Q100s fell from the pocket and the screen has cracked. I have been talking to Service Centres but none of them have the Spare Part (Touch Screen) and most of them report that supply of spare parts is a problem with XOLO. ??
              This is bad.
              The Service Centres have asked me to deposit the phone with them and the estimated time for repairs is minimum 15 - 20 days. There is no assurance and it can be more also.

              How do companies like Xolo expect to survive in a competitive world with such service levels?
              I for one will never buy a Xolo phone again.

                Dear Xolo Customer Care, I have the Xolo X1000 phone. Which has the problem of heating and battery getting discharged. Handed over for repair to Xolo service wide W O No.[protected][protected] [protected]. This phone is under repair since last four / five months and can not be repaired by Xolo. Xolo offered me a new handset ( as per Mr. Ashu Maheshwari, but it was not new ) X1000 but THE NEW HANDSET HAS MOBILE NETWORK PROBLEM !!! The brand new handset has PROBLEM. Again it was handed over for repair wide work order No.[protected] on 21/07/2014 but till the phone is not repaired. No one is replying even after so many mails to the following email ids. ashu.[protected]@xolo.in; chittaranjan.[protected]@xolo.in'; 'reach.[protected]@xolo.in'; 'Xolo Care'; [protected]@yahoo.in' This type of worst service and Customer support I never seen.

                I never suggest to go for Xolo mobile phone to my friends & relatives even if they got free.
                As per the guideline of National Consumer Helpline (Complaint Reg. No. 535067) I have sent a Reminder Cum Legal Notice to Customer Service Head, Xolo Mobiles at Noida address. Even though the Xolo people not replied at all.

                    Hello Sir, I have given my phone for service center at Sikar (Komal customer care).they took my phone and relavent information about that phone and told me to return that that cellphone within 20 days. The date of service job is 21 August 2014 and they told me to fix the problem and deliver the handset on 15 sept.2014. Now the date is 1 oct.2014.but my phone is not delivered yet.all the employee of related service are giving me the new date for deliver the phone .this is the complaint the for you and the copy of this complaint is also registered to consumer forum.                       I have brought a smart phone from XOLO Mobiles of cost 6, 500/-, with model of XOLO A500S IPS. And it has a warranty of 1 year, but within two months by the time I purchased it has a problem of auto switched off. And i have reached service center and gave the mobile for service on 8/20/2014, and on 30/9/2014 after one and half month I have received a new replaced mobile from them. But it was not actually a new mobile they have given the same mobile which I given for service by just changing the IMEI number. Once I get that mobile Still the same issue (auto Switch off) was repeated. And immediately when I get back to the service center they were not responding properly, and that is how i came to know I got cheated. So, I kindly request the consumer forum to give justice to me.                         Sir I bought the phone xolo q3000 in mar 2014.in just 4 months o[censored]sage its rear speaker went bad.so I reached the nearest service center to resolve the issue.after 7 days I got my phone repaired.but again it went bad.so I again give the phone to service center.then after 20-25 days I got my phone.and now again my phone's rear speaker went bad.I am just fraustred with the service.so I just want to get refund or replacement of the phone.I don't want to go again at the pathetic service center.

                          Hi, I have Xolo Q 900 model, purchase in March 2014 & given to Xolo goregaon west service centre in the month of August 2014 to fix it as the phones touch screen is not working. After follow-up of 1 month with the service centre I got a replacement of XOLO Q900T which is also not working properly it is continuously getting switched off. When spoke to Xolo service center to inform them about the phone problem, they don’t even bother to check what the problem is and told us that if they will check the phone they will keep the phone for another 1 month with them. Or else we have to contact local mobile repair shop. If Mobile is under warranty why would I go for other mobile shop… I am very surprised after waiting for 1 month I got such a bad experience with Xolo service centre. Please look into the matter urgently since two months is over to follow –up with Xolo Service centre & we are not getting any positive reply from them. Either give a good replacement or I need my money back. Thanks,

                              Dear XOLO care, I am using XOLO Q1000 from last 10months & then I got a problem in handset operation—as per work order number –[protected] the problem is “on black background showing 1 line on Display”. I had submitted my mobile hand set for repairing on 21/08/2014 at Sukhrali, Gurgaon service center & they said that as per process it will take 15-20 days time, & then they will revert me, But till date I haven’t received any communication from them & when I call them every time they says they have no update and it may take more time. Its almost month that I submitted my handset but still I have not got any update. Handset details: Model Name : XOLO Q1000 IMEI No. : [protected] Warranty Status: Yes With this poor service I will not recommend my friends to buy any handset of Xolo.                                 Due to display problem I have submitted my XOLO q 1000 opus in Kalyan(Maharastra) Service centre on 21-Sep-14. But in last 9 days Xolo company do not have any update for the same, I have coordinated with Customer care & service centre both. They are asking for another 15 days.                                   a) Purchased Q700i in Jan 2014. Had no problem whatsoever until 2 months ago. Suddenly I was randomly being shown the "Batter over temperature..." message. It had 2 options, Snooze and Dismiss. Even after dismissing, every once in a while I kept receiving that message. Few days later, another big problem. Phone was automatically switched off at random intervals. Moreover, after charging for an hour and a half, it showed 95% charged but after 10 mintues, it showed battery less than 15%. This proves there was insufficient testing done and there must have been a compromise on the quality of the product. The batter warranty is only of 6 months, and no product throws problems in the first 6 months. I knew I shouldn't be purchasing a Xolo (had never heard of in Jan 2014) and had bought Samsung. Sigh!!! b) Xolo Customer Care is a joke. I had to call 4-5 times to be able to share my problem with the representative. At one such occasion, the representative always had one answer "it is confidential, we cannot share this information" to any question I asked. I was only asking about myself and did not ask about companies roadmap or any other customer's information. Later, I asked him to let me speak to a supervisor. I explained my whole story to the supervisor (which I doubt he was) and much to my surprise, he cut the call saying "I cannot hear you which is why I have to hang up. Have a good day ahead". I was pissed to the core. Is this how a customer is treated at Xolo? If you are reading this and want to make sure customers are somewhat happy, kindly ensure your representatives are i) above a certain age (i.e. adult) so they know how to speak to a customer. ii) educated, so customers don't have a tough time dealing with them. People at Xolo, grow up when it comes to serving customer. Frustrated customer.

Phone keys is working automatically. Two three days i just ignore this, but after that on dated 23-Aug-14 i faced the big problem. Now i am even not able to make any call from this mobile. Phone Keypad is working automatically... no application running..and any application open without touching the phone. Once i informed about this problem to my distributor at that time "seven" days was over and he did not any help me on this. I just lost my huge money. After that i was bussy in my official work for 7 to 10 days. Now i went to customer care Centre (Service Centre) at Noida, SEc-18 and on dated 20-Sep-2014 i have submitted my phone by informing the all problem which i faced. As informed by Customer care officer, that they will repair this phone. And i have submitted this phone to them on dated 20-Sep-2014. And as informed by Customer care Centre after 7 days i have collected my repaired phone from customer care centre. now i checked my phone at my home it's that same problem... no resolution till now. In Service centre they kep my phone for more than 7 days and they did not repaired the phone. Now i am so much frustrated.. What should i do. My hard earned my has wasted????? I am requesting you to please look into the matter and resolved my issue.. I wanted to just replaced my phone and wanted the new phone from XOLO.                                         I submitted my mobile for service regarding auto exit problem at time of working and unable to make conference call on 29.09.2014 but still its simply lying at Noida without any process. Whats is the hell is this!
