Work order No.[protected] dt. 5/8/2014 Complain No. 751282 dt. 30/8/2014 I own a ZOLO Q1000s in which I faced certain problems. I submitted the phone in the company's Ghatkoper service center. They said the phone will go to the HO so will take 15 days. After 15 days when I called they said more 10-15 days. Then i called on the 30th of August and they said still 15 more days. I then registered a complain with the company helpline No. and said I will file a case in the consumer forum if an answer is not given in 2 days. The company sent an sms that a new replacement phone has been dispatched but model no Q1010i which dose not match Q1000s specification and my purpose. So I called again and asked for the same model replacement. They said sorry not in our hand the back end decides. They said once the new phone reaches the service center go there and say that I will not except it and further actions will be taken

    I had purchased a xolo mobile on 26/5/2014 by paying 14.5k, after 2 weeks of purchase ma touch screen had issues .It used to send msgs on its own and used to cal on its own .i had to wait minimum of 2 to 3 min fa any application to open .So, I reached to service centre located in rajajinagar (shrishti services) my phone was taken fa fault rectification n i was told tat ill be not getting any refund or replacement .They had my phone for more than 2 months saying still we are unable to get any sort o[censored]pdates and its still in factory.After few calls a week i was being treated like some slave they used to answer my calls with hell lot of attitude .As, i am a business oriented person i had to get tat phone back at any cost so asked for the return of the phone and service people reluctantly gave back the phone and i was made to feel that i made a big mistake by opting such a cheap brand phone. Now i realize why brand value must be considered.This is a open theft of 14.5 k from me . I cant leave this issue so easily because its hard earned money.I'm taking this issue to consumer court and i'll put a law suit against your service and xolo company.I have given my phone again to shrishti services in rajajinagar n i have been told that i'll b getting back my phone in 12 working days this is the last chance am taking .I seriously warn u guys to stop harassing people and start concentrating on brand and service improvement .At the same time, I request you to show some concern regarding my phone or else ill take a legal step

      Hi Team, Have a patient to read below this. I never expected the service like this. 1) In Feb'2014 i took new xolo A500s in Rapid zone(Jayanagar 9th Block). 2) From the day one i was facing the slow charger(taking more then 5 to 6 hrs. 3) After a month i went to Indira nagar service center informed the same they took my mobile they return back to me said that they done the service it will working fine. 4) Very same day i put the charger for sometime i could't find any improvement and said to Mr Shivkumar(Indira nagar) but he didn't take my word back. 5) Later also no improvement once again i went to Indiranagar center on 01st of Aug i given my mobile and also charger was not working. 6) They ask me to call after two days and they given the number [protected] i could have tried more then 50 times no body picked my call then directly i went there they given shock. 7) Claims that there is motherboard issue its been sent to Noida it will take 20 to 25 working days. 8) I agreed for that i have waited till 01st of sep i called them claims that still yet to receive from Noida . Pls imagine i[censored] people or there in my place how will response??????? Trust me i given good feedback about xolo to my friend and few of my friends bought because me. About my mobile service???????????/ Now tel me how you people are going to compensate me ????? When am i going to get my mobile back ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Finally on 5th Sep i got the service mobile replaced to me. Still am not happy with ur service. Replacing second hand one after 45days not at all acceptable" i have purchased new xolo mobile not old mobile" and also when i was received the msg i thought that new mobile going to get it replaced. FYI : Still my issue remain the same(its taking more then 5 to 6 hrs to getting charge full which is not acceptable. Note : Am not happy with the mobile which you have replaced.         Sir I have complaint against your company XOLO india(Lava International, A56, Sector 64, Noida 201301, UP). You are cheating customers by unprofessional services via there service centers My mobile phone XOLOQ700 white IMEI [protected] bill date 11 jan 2014 was given for repair (replacement of broken touch screen) at service center 'Balaji Enterprise, 14B dover lane, kolkata 29', sometime in July 2014. After 2 months of keeping the phone with XOLO service center to my shock I was forced by the service center to accept an old used phone as replacement! They charged Rs 4000 as advance payment for service/repair then how can the company replace the phone without taking my permission? Not just that, I have been given a used and defective phone (camera and touch screen do not respond) completely different specifications (XOLO Q1010) which does not fit my requirement and that too with no bill or box. I was kept waiting for the phone for over two months and had to pay Rs 4000 as advance for repair and hence I have gone through a lot of inconvenience already to no fault of mine. If the company is unable to provide services for its products which are manufactured not even one year old then they should provide new phone as replacement or else why do they mislead customers saying that they have service centers all over India! My request is that either the company repair my original phone which is under your possession or else give me a new seal pack new phone of same model or else comparative higher model as compensation and replacement. Resolve this complaint within next 5 days or else sir I will have to approach the consumer forum and other social media a to spread awareness among others about this unjust act and harassment caused upon me. OF XOLO FOR HELP BUT NOT A SATISFYING RESPONSE I GET THEN I MAILED MANY TIMES TO THEIR XOLO CARE ALSO AND THE RESULT IS THE SAME THEN I BOUGHT TO SERVICE CENTER AND THEY SAID THAT ITS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND CAN BE DONE BY THE COMPANY SIDE NOT FROM OUR END.             I purchase XOLO q600s smart phone having I.M.E.I. No.[protected] on 24/07/2014 .The smart phone was having built in problem which stops SIM frequently and finally it stopped reading both the SIMs. I contacted customer care in the area ‘ Dipika Electronics on 16/08/2014, they sent the set to company vide order No .[protected] for attending problem. I did not get any feed back for the progress and expected date for receipt of my phone till 0date(08/09/2014. It is very much surprising that we find new set with problem and the problem in new phone should have been attended on top priority to keep goodwill of your product in competitive market.               I have received a new mobile xolo q2500 as a replacement of my xolo q2000 b'coz that might not be repairable. Now this new xolo q2500 have same problem i.e. Line on Display. I am total disappointed that after a long period, your company providing me same faulty mobile. Is this a joke that i have to wait 1.5 month to receive such faulty mobile... now i have re-submitted the same on your service center (Guru Nanak Communication) & pls its request don't try to make fool to your customers & provide the good services with good phone without further delay.

                Ashwani kumar, I purchased xoloQ600S on 20/08/2014. So my handset is under warranty. I am troubling with 3G network on this handset. I contacted with customer care as well as with care centre. They have not any solution for my problem. Now they told me that it will take 4 to 5 weeks. They also told me that there is no provision under which they can give me spare handset while my handset is under repair. What will i use in those 5 weeks? Am i wasting my money and time?                   I purchased XOLO Q 1000 sometime in Oct’13. I faced battery charging problem in July/Aug’14 (just in 10 odd months) – Battery doesn’t get charged even by 1%. Initially I thought it must be battery problem – so i got another battery – but I was wrong. With frustration I thought it must be the battery pin issue – I touched the battery pin and it broke. Later I went to service center – they said its hardware tampering and now it is out of warranty. I said OK – tell me how much it would cost to repair. After few days they said it would cost 2300/- for repairing the phone. I said OK and go ahead with the repair – while I asked them whether it would work after the battery pins are replaced – they said yes – as I said them the charging problem is before the pin got broken. It almost 3 weeks now – and they are saying its a PCB problem - which would cost half of the phone cost. One of my office colleague also had same battery charging issue.                   What a pathetic reply fro xolo customer care. When the customer didn't get any proper outcome from the customer care of xolo, he is suggesting to go back to the customer care without providing any solution.

                    I'm from Bangalore and have a problem with the earphone jack in my phone. The left earphone doesn't work at all, and it not the problem with my earphone because its the same with all the earphones that I've tried. And the authorized service center person here says it'll take at least 30 days to get it repaired. What am I supposed to do till then without my phone??!! My phone is within warranty and I cannot afford to give it away for 30 days. I even registered a complaint with XOLO customer care over the phone but am extremely disappointed to see no response from your side. Kindly do something at the earliest. Thank You.

                      Hi, I have purchase XOLO Q 900 on May 13, 2014 from Amazon.com and after a month I am facing lots of problem with the handset. After 1 month o[censored]se the handset speaker got damaged after which I went to the XOLO service center in Gariahut, Kolkata and they fixed it and return to me after 2 week. Again after 3 week o[censored]sage touch pad got damaged and then I again went to the service center to get it fixed. They return me after a week and again using it for a week the handset there was a problem with auto work of the touch pad which automatically open the apps without even touching the handset. I again took it to the service center. I want a replace handset as I am tired of going to the service center again and again. I have to complain to the consumer forum if I don't get any help.                         Dear sir/madam i have purchased a mobile xolo a600(black) in the month of april. After 3 month i faced the problem of its touching pad it was not working properly then i submitted it to the sevice centre at netaji subhash place delhi. After about 20 days they replaced me other mobile of white colour that was already defected . after that i have visited service centre 3 or 4 times but my problem is as well as . so plz take any leagal action and solve my problem immediatly.

                          Dear Team, Pls Help me to get out of this problem, I had submitted my xolo phone Q600 for repairing at Thane Service centre service centre Dt 7-8-2014 work order no[protected], service centre no is [protected] which always shows busy they never call back to customer, and their Area manager Mr.Prashant his no is [protected] never pick ups the Phone i think he didnt deserve this post sitting at this position and not attending customer calls, i had called him minimum 50 times but he never picks up the call nor calling back, i had mailed them 4 - to 5 times but they never reply on the same, pls help me to get my phone back.. regards Murugan

                            I had bad experience with the service center as I gave my phone on 26 June 2014 for servicing in warranty period, due to constant hanging, bad battery and network issues. This was the first service done on this month, which took 20 days to get my phone back on 15 July 2014. But the issue is still ongoing and the new additional issue is that my battery is swelling up now after the first service which was not prior. I again submitted my phone on 16 July 2014 to the center. From 26 June 2014, till date.Due to this I suffered a lot and forcefully had to buy new mobile which was waste of money for me.                               I have xolo a700 last oe and half year .Last one month i am trying to buy new battery but i coundnt find this in all service centers across the coutry .I search many websites and mail to company hundreds times but no response yet . Company is selling only mobile but provide nothing to its customer .Service centers are helpless and no accessories available in market . Plz do not buy xolo mobile .If any one have new xolo a700 battery plz send mail to [protected]@yahoo.com .

                                My brother bought XOLO T1000 mobile phone on 14/8/13 from Flipkart sold by WS Retailer Services Pvt Ltd for gifting me. I have started using the phone first time from 4th Oct 2013, and from day 1 o[censored]sing the phone I have started facing the problem where I am unable to hear other persons voice while calling and some noise and disturbance is coming up. I have given a Mail regarding this issue but they didn’t reply till mid of November 2013. After that, they arranged for pickup of phone 30/11/2013. I have submitted the phone to XOLO service center in delhi by post FedEx post at: Smart Services Shop(Received phone after 2 months still not repaired, Received handset on: 06/02/14) U G 2 N, Suneja tower district center Janakpuri, New Delhi[protected] Case Id:[protected] Then Again I received phone with new IMEI no. but with more problems than before. Now even the headphone slot became defective and in-call volume also became very low. Initially had 1 problem, after submitted to service center and receiving phone after 2 months, now I had 3 problems. Anyway, sent phone to service center of XOLO again this time in kolkata: Balaji Enterrprises( 2 times submitted, not repaired ) 37, DR ABANI DUTTA ROAD SHOP NO 76, Howrah market, HOWRAH Pin Code:711106 Landline Nos:[protected]/[protected] Contact Person:O N Mehta Submitted phone here 2 times, but not able to repair but they lied to me that phone has been repaired. Again now i have submitted phone to new service center of xolo at: Technique services( Submitted 3 times, and still the phone is with them) 171C lenin sarani kol-13 ph: [protected] Its been a month from now that they are unable to return phone saying that parts not available with the manufacturer. CONCLUSION: I HAVE GOT PHONE ON 14/8/13 AND HAVE HARDLY USED IT 2 WEEKS(MAXMIMUM) IN ENTIRE 1 YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD OUT OF WHICH 8MONTHS THE PHONE WAS WITH THE SERVICE CENTERS AND STILL PHONE IS NOT REPAIRED. WHEN I PURCHASED PHONE, IT WAS NEW IN MARKET. BUT NOW TECHNOLOGY HAS DEVELOPED AND THIS PHONE IS OBSOLETE AND IS NOT UPGRADABLE AS WELL. SO NOW I WANT REFUND SO THAT I CAN PURCHASE ANOTHER PHONE. I AM FED UP WITH THIS XOLOS BEHAVIOUR. THEY KEEP SAYING TO SUBMIT PHONE TO SERVICE CENTERS AGAIN AND AGAIN. I HAVE ALMOST SPENT ANOTHER RS.4000 JUST BY SENDING PERSONS TO SERVICE CENTERS AND REPEATEDLY CALLING THIS FAKE COMPANY. I WANT FULL REFUND FOR THE PHONE. YOUR HELP WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.                                   I have purchased xolo A600 on 26.03.14 from Ahmedabad. After 2 months touch screen was lost sensivity . I went service center. They took the phone. Up to this level it was okay but they did not complete their commitment, they harassed me for one and half month and after a very big harassment i got my phone. But just after 30 day phone is completly dead and now again starts the same. Call to customer care, they dont attend the call or after picking call asked for wait and the results same there was disconeced phone. Now what just return my money and take your phone back.                                     Submitted my xolo q600 at balaji enterprises gariahat, kolkata, a xolo servicing centre, for broken lcd repairing on 19th july, now its 2months since but no responseresponse ffrom anywhere as theythey said iits a 10 day job.                                       i buy a xolo a500 club mobile phone and within 1 month it getting spoil like- it getting heat, touch doesn't work properly, speaker problem also and i gave this to the service centre on 22-july-2014 and they don't give back my phone. they say come next day.

                                        Hi,

                                        I am working with Times of India, had submitted my Xolo A600 handset to M/S SG SOLUTIONS Sector 2 Rohini, New Delhi on[protected], same day received sms for expected delivery date is also same[protected].
                                        I queried to SG Solution and as per them motherboard need to be replace as handset was taking too much time for full charging (approx. 7-8 Hours).

                                        Hence they are sending to service center and it will take 35days to repair.

                                        Pl provide date of return after fixing the issue, It is not feasible to wait such a long time, if this is the kind of service then no one will going to trust on XOLO Brand and for its service.
                                        I can’t wait such a long period, it shouldn’t take more than 3-4 days as per competitive age.


                                        I am regularly following up with customer care and by email but there is no reply so far.

                                        Pl provide me status on urgent basis.
