I bought Xolo Q1010i through amazon.in vide their bill dated 09.07.2014 and I used the handset till dated 28.07.2014. My handset had hang over and it is in build battery, so I am unable to remove the battery and I don't want to take any risk because it a brand new piece and also under warranty. Hence I had given to the authorised service center to solve the problem. They had taken a week time and informed me that display is not working. Handset hanging can be resolved just by opening the battery and by replacing it. But the service persons are not skilled it seems and they simply said that handset touch is not working and they need to send it to their head office center for service. They took 48 days and a fine evening they called me to collect the handset. I went there to collect they had given me some others hand set which was maximum used and that too camera is not working. These buggers has to repair my handset or to replace with a brand new piece when it is not at all resolvable. How can they give a used piece that too without my permission and instead of white handset replaced with black one. My handset is brand new and just used for 17 days only. Should I have to take a used handset? So I had return the handset there it is to the service center and asked them to resolve my handset problem and give me my handset only, otherwise give me a brand new handset with extended warranty. There is neither proper reply nor replace. It is already 60 days is over. So Xolo Customer Care is became a careless center and do not consider any thing serious even if you say that you can drag them to the consumer court for the discrimination. So whom to contact for my handset I am totally fed up.

    i recently bought xolo A500 CLUB MOBILE . .within 20 days it was switched off suddenly and its nt turnig on .even when i put to charge its not showing any thing, .i feel very bad for buying this product. .and i request that company CEO TO GIVE THE REPLACEMENT FOR ANY PRODUCT DIFECTED. Because it is ur responsibility to produce quality products .and atleast try to respond to the complaints from customers dont behave like an irresponsible person . And dont cheat public by selling your quality less products . .. . .and i tell every indian that PLEASE DONT BUY XOLO MOBILE .. It is a west product . .

      3 TIMES JOB CARD MADE BUT ALL IN VEIN. THEY REPLACED THE PIECE, BUT OFFERED PIECE IS ALSO DEFECTIVE.         I purchased xolo q700i and there was a problem of defect in the display so i submitted my phone on 14/07/2014 to Technocare which is at lajpat nagar. Without asking they updated the software of the phone instead of replacing the display. Then again i have to submit the phone on 1/08/2014 they kept the phone for atleast 2 months with them, then i got a msg that they are giving me the replacement of q700i of workorder no:[protected] i.e, new q1010i. I took this phonelast week on 12/09/2014 which showed it's colour in 4 days much worst performance the hangsup everytime, heatsup so quickly for a small usage then again a defect in the dispaly occured a yellow line has appeared in the screen. i really suffered a lot and frustated so i can't be stay long with this company, don't want any further service from xolo. So, i request you get my money back ASAP because it already wasted so much of time and i cannot again waste my time everytime visiting the service centre because they rarely answer the phone calls.

        Dear Sudip,

        let me make myself very clear again i don't want that defective handset Q1010i again which the company has given me in replacement either you give me the new box packed handset and extend the warranty or refund my money back to make me satisfied. The company is really not conscious and serious to a customer's problem, it's almost 3 months that i don't have my phone.

          Dear Sir/Maa'm, I bought xolo Q-1200 ( IMEI- [protected]) ON 22-JUL-2014 and after the few days of its purchase it died automatically. I submitted this phone to one of your service centre at Lajpat Nagar om 19-AUG-2014 and till then all I am doing is calling your customer care and service centre again and again and the only response i get is to wait for 3 to 4 more days. It has been a month that your company couldn't repair a phone. should i call it your engineers inefficiency or reluctance or don't know what. The worst part is that your customer support staff told me 3-4 times that they have forwarded my complain to their managers and i will receive a call in a day or two but that never happened. Any given company would have either replaced my phone or refunded my total amount by now if they were incapable of repairing it. Your company and customer service has proved to be a nightmare. Your company has my 13000 thousand rupees and their phone both and i have nothing but aggression. Their is support and customer service. Kindly refund my amount as I have no hope and wish to get my phone back. I would rather buy a cheaper or expensive phone but with some company which believe in customer service and satisfaction.           Dear Xolo and Consumer forum,
          As stated by XOLO that they have repaired my phone. This is regarding the same XOLO Q1200. IMEI no-[protected] As stated by you that it has been repaired, I collected it on 25-09-14.

          I must say that I am more frustrated now at their services. Just because I complained in consumer forum they have returned the handset without repairing it.

          It worked for 10 minutes after collecting it from the service center and the screen went off again. its coming and going again and again. You cannot imagine how frustrating it is.
          I feel like throwing this phone on the face of the who repaired it after keeping it with him for 40 days. I asked for refund and I need it ASAP as I cant go through the same 40 days trouble again.

                This is with reference to the Xolo phone purchased on 26th November 2013. After using for few months, suddenly the lines started to reflect on screen. I visited the Customer Care on22nd July and they took my phone to send it to Delhi for repairing under notification number[protected] for IMEI number [protected]. After a month, the service centre quoted through message and call that they are out-of-stock of spare parts for the Q2000 model phone and therefore they gave me an option of replacement of new phone Q2500 against my phone Q2000. I denied accepting it as the phone offered was of the lower standards and value against my existing phone Q2000 and further asked either to provide me my same phone after repairing it or should provide better or equivalent new phone. This query was again sent back to Delhi Service Centre Care and after more than 10 days I was again asked to visit Customer Care saying that I am offered a new Q2000 model phone. On visiting Customer Care on10th September, I was handed over a Q2000 model Xolo phone. On checking the phone, I derived that it is a used phone with Volume Key not working concluding finally it being a defective piece in replacement. The matter is sent back to Xolo Care vide Work order no[protected]. This service from Service Centre is highly disappointing and I have been facing problem since more than one and half month without a phone or any replacements with better or equivalent. I request to kindly do the need full to help me get an appropriate justice under law of Warranty/Guarantee Service offered from the Company. The company shall provide an option of either equivalent or better phone than only it can be accepted. The submitted complaint has taken more than a month time without any resolution. I request to take the matter seriously and do the needful at the earliest.

And it will delivered in[protected] by the BLUE Dart corrier service order number([protected]) and the same day I pay the amount and collected it from bludart corrier service. I opend the seal and check the mobile camera option is not displayed, then I approach to the nearest custmer care in tirupati, chittoor district, andhrapradesh, 517001. the customer care executive say you return the product to that ebay company will replace it. then I call to the ebay customer care they said we give you the company 1 yera warrnty so please go to nearest xolo care and solve your problem. again I call to xolo care tolllfree number which is displayed on the mobile box[protected] .they said sir please go to nearest xolocare our company represantative will solve your problem. again I go to the xolo customer care at tirupati on[protected] .they take my product .they said we will send a complaint to the company then only we take any action about this mobile. on[protected]/06:35Pm. the complaint number is[protected] my mobile IMEI Number is ([protected]) so please help me to recover my mobile . my mobile number is [protected]

                      This is regarding phone Xolo-Q700i (IMIE1-[protected] & IMIE2-[protected]) which was purchased through snap deal ([protected]) on Jan 09, 2014.

                      Phone started giving problem i.e. whenever I am talking to someone, display goes off and it works only after removing battery and replacing back. When I called xolo customer care, they suggested me to re-start the phone (format) and if still issue exists, please contact XOLO service center[protected].

                      1. Since issue started again and again, I went to Bangalore (Code-8111, F1 info solutions & services, Indiranagar. Ph:[protected] XOLO service center and handed over the phone on 12 Aug 2014. After one day I got call and they said that it has to be sent NOIDA as display has problem and we cannot repair and it may take 30 days.

                      After 30 days I got 2 messages saying that,
                      a. We replacing your phone with new phone Q1010I
                      b. Your phone is repaired and please collect from service center.

                      I called service center and enquired about messages, they said that sometimes wrong
                      Messages will be sent.

                      2. I went to service center on 13 Sep 2014 and they said we have replaced your with new phone. After few days I came to know that phone replaced was Q700 (IMIE-[protected]) but not my model (Q700I) and it was physically damaged too.

                      3. Again I went service center on 05 Sep 2014, person was very rude and he was telling u can’t do anything, if want to write and give, I will write whatever you want. After little hrs fight, he said that give us one week time and let me know whether you are interested to replace with Q700S as Q700I stopped manufacturing. I replied that I need QOLO Q700I only.

                      4. On 13 Sep @014, he replaced with Xolo Q700I (IMIE-[protected]) white color phone. After few Hrs I came to know that phone Loudspeakers is not working and physically damaged.

                        I have brought Xolo A800 one and half year before @poorvika mobile store.The mobile was to good.before a month my mobile touch has suddenly got problem.so i took my mobile to poorvika they gave the service centre number and address(DEPROSY TECHNOLOGIES).in that service centre they said me the warranty was over a month back so i gave in out warranty they said the touch cost will be around 2000 i also acpect it and they said the mobile will be ready within 2 or 3 weeks.but it almost 1and half month over.I called to them they said your mobile will be send to company after the mobile made ready i will call u but still now i not get any phone call from them but i call them day before yesterday they said the touch cost 7000 is it posible the actual price of the mobile is around 11, 500 before 1 year but the price was totally reduced now to 8000 something.And also i said please return the mobile but they said after coming from company i will call the service man replied me but still now I not get any call.Its a way to treat the customer ? i[censored] r like this then how i will suggest your products to my friends and relatives.And thank you for your good treat.

                              I had purchased xolo A500s in december 2013 within 3 months i found that sound coming is very low with or without earphone plus phone hanged anytime plus the side power button not working properly i have to press 2-3 times to get the screen. but as a housewife i have to depend on others to send this phone to service centre. On 9, August 2014 i had sent my phone to lajpat nagar service center till now its in service centre 2 times my brother went there to collect the phone but it was in the same condition nothing repaired. Most worst part is their customer care they cant provide any help no call back regardng status of mobile phone.

                                I received a sms from XOLO customer care on 17.09.2014 stating that my phone has been repaired and delivered to the service center. When i visited the service center to collect my phone they replied that they didn't received the handset. This is a very disgusting situation since i already travelled 80 kms to collect the phone only after receiving the sms from XOLO office noida.

                                    Please read the below thread to understand my horrible situation. (In brief - my 5 months old mobile in warranty with your service centre (Deprosys Technologies, chennai) is not returned for 65 Days. Dear Xolo Care Team, I honestly don't know how to react now. Originally, I was only frustrated on Deprosys Technogies (Your authorized service center in Tnagar, Chennai). However, I am starting to believe that Xolo company is equally irresponsible like them. The below mails are the communication thread between Xolo care and myself. Today, its the 65th day I have not received my Xolo Q700i mobile phone. After my last mail to you, I called Deprosys to check the status of my work order[protected] and realized that it is still in their office. All that i asked for is to retain the mobile set in the office and I shall pick it up on 6th of September when i come back from Bangalore. Luckily, i called them on Sat 6th (60th day) and i was shocked to see them telling me it is in Pending status and we have sent it to the head office. Today its the 65th day, I called Deprosys and spoke to a lady who checked and confirmed that the handset is with Deprosys and they are planning to send it shortly to Head office. - IF YOU ARE READING THIS MAIL - AND IF YOU ARE IN MY POSITION WHAT WILL YOU DO? NOTHING - THE LAST MAIL I SENT YOU BEFORE 7 DAYS HASN'T BEEN REPLIED YET. I just have one question, Do you know what customer advocacy is? How dangerous is the term related to a company's downtrend? All that I could do now is to raise a complaint to the Consumer Court services and see how far this goes. My Case: My phone had a mild issue of a key (Alphabet 'Q" not working in the keypad. I diligently checked for an authorized Xolo service centre and landed up here. First thing they did is to reinstall the S/W believing that it would work. After S/W upgrade, the phones display started getting distorted completely. Then they wanted the mobile to be sent to the Head-office with a wait time of 30-35 days. I have a questing to the Xolo company - Who the hell will recommend your handset to friends and family when the customer would have to wait for 30 days for repairs and services? When you ask this question to Deprosys - they simply say "either wait for the turn around time or just leave". What the manufacturers don't understand is - the target market of the company is middle class people" . There wouldn't be a lot of middle class who could afford a replacement smart phone as this gets repaired for a month. Coming back to my case, I received the phone after 43 days and realized the keypad issue is not rectified. when i was extremely frustrated, they begged and promised to get the phone rectified in 7 days. The one who dealt with my mobile was Mr. Babu the first time and the second time. This morning is the 56th day I called them and found that Babu does not want to talk to me and someone called Vishali confirmed that they haven't sent the phone to the head office yet! - This is an amazing SERVICE isn’t it?                                       I will purchase a new handset 8X-1100 mode in 3 December.2014l but I have the problem in my handset Power on/off switch will not working i give my mobile they say switch will repair taking no of days 20-25 for repair also they cant have the switch in there center

                                        Workorder No.[protected] dt. 5/8/2014 Complain No. 751282 dt. 30/8/2014 I own a ZOLO Q1000s in which I faced certain problems. I submitted the phone in the companie''s Ghatkoper service center. They said the phone will go to the HO so will take 15 days. After 15 days when I called they said more 10-15 days. Then i called on the 30th of August and they said still 15 more days. I then registered a complain with the company helpline No. and said I will file a case in the consumer forum if an answer is not given in 2 days. The company sent an sms that a new replacement phone has been dispatched but model no Q1010i which dose not match Q1000s specification and my purpose. So I called again and asked for the same model replacement. They said sorry not in our hand the back end decides. They said once the new phone reaches the service center go there and say that I will not except it and further actions will be taken. It is 1 month and 5 days now and still no response from the company.
