My mobile Q2000 was under warranty when it started having problem with screen. I submitted my mobile to the service center at Bangalore on 15th September and I was said that I will receive the mobile in around 15 days. Now even after around 2 months the mobile is still not being repaired. When I call the customer care the only response that I am getting is that your mobile will repaired and returned to you shortly. This same message is being repeated to me for the last one month. Please provide me my phone or its replacement as early as possible. W.O. no[protected].

Dear Ms. Bharti

Can I know what does it mean that the mobile is in transit to your RF (I didn't understand what RF means). Meanwhile it seems that you dont have the required components for servicing the mobile as there are many consumers with the similar nature of problems whose problems has not been addressed for a long time.

    My name is A.Anandbabu from Coimbatore, TamilNadu. My xolo mobile model Q900, IMEI No- [protected]. My Work Order No.[protected]/[protected] F1 Info Solutions & Service, Coimbatore, TN - 641006). The Work order attached with this mail. Mobile Problems are 1. Display dead - Display dead on every day 2 to 3 times. 2. Camera - All photos are in white shade. Pictures not in clear. 3. Battery - No battery backup. Weak backup (1 Hr to 2 Hr backup only) 4. Mobile Heating - Heat comes in mobile while charging 10 minutes and call talking 10 minutes over. 5. Display - Dusts in display and Hangs I given in service center for repair they are says (Mr.James) we send the mobile to factory for repair. Repairing times takes 7 days to 10 days. Now 12 days is over[protected] to[protected]. Till now the phone status not known. I called to Customer care dt 03-11-14 i given a request to immediate delivery. The Request No.984865 (to Mr. Amar Gupta). Again i called to customer care dt 05-11-14 this time also the executives(Mr.Sanchit) not tells tell the exact status of the phone. The all peoples are says it will take some more day. I am not seen this type of worst service. I am using SAMSUNG and NOKIA mobile also. In this brands repairing and replacement time maximum is 10 days. Only one person available in your factor for repairing all XOLO mobiles ?. The service center peoples also tells if the mobile comes from factory we deliver the mobile. We don't know the mobile when comes. What is going on your factory. Any higher official is there in your customer care or Factory reply me immediately. Otherwise i file a complaint in Consumer Court regarding this type of worst service. I am very much disappointed for buying this XOLO mobile phone. DONT BUY XOLO MOBILE

    I am received a replacement mobile Xolo Q900s(2 months used mobile) dt[protected]Rs.9999/-) (Old repair mobile Q900-Rs.12100/-) after 45 days. Now the Xolo Q900s mobile arising problems one by one. The details are,

    The Work Order No.[protected] / Dt.[protected]. (Work Order copy attached with this mail)(IMEI.No. [protected])
    Problems are,

    1. The sim contacts are not displaying. (Stored -250 contacts. Display- 230 contacts only). Every time I need to restart the mobile to get all contacts.
    2. Not able to Delete and Save the contacts.Every time I need to restart the mobile to save or delete the contacts.
    3. The camera is hangs when opening.
    4. The display lights blinking in the 4 side edges of display screen and hangs the screen display.
    5. Battery charge quickly drying.
    6. Not able to make conference calls.

    If possible to issue any new mobile (not used) like exchange. I will bare the extra amount. Because Q900 comes problem and Q900s also problem.

    My home to service centre around 50km up and down. I am not able to visit the mobiles comes problems continuously. Today i need the exact status for my mobile without fail.

    (My old Work order No.[protected]for Q900), IMEI.No. [protected] for your reference). If you have my Q900 mobile please send that to me. That Q900 mobile is very good compare to the Q900s mobile (now i am using).

    The service center (F1 Info Solutions & Service, Ganapathy, Coimbatore -TamilNadu) Manager Mr.Vinoth given a commitment to return the mobile Xolo Q900s on[protected]Maximum)(After repairing). But the spares they are ordered (dt[protected] from Noida store still now not yet shipped. Then how they are give a mobile to me on[protected], how to honor their commitment.

    Already i am informed to you regarding the last issue for my mobile Q900. After 45 days only i got the replacement mobile. Because the spares are not available for that mobile. At the time i am put a online consumer complaint then only the service center peoples are taking immediate steps.

    i am not have any standby handset. I am using my sim in my friends handset (Because the sim card are now in micro sims suitable for Q900s).
    Last time i am given for repair work Xolo Q900 (Rs.12000/- worth) mobile and you given replacement mobile Xolo Q900s (Rs.9000/- Worth)( Factory testing department used mobile. Not a new mobile )
    Now that mobile also problem with in 2 months. At the time replacing mobile from factory side they are given a guaranty for that mobile (Mobile is in good Condition). But now the replacement mobile also problem.
    I am not like to face the problems all times. I need the permanent solution immediately. Every time i am contact the service centre day by day and the mails sent to customer care for status of my mobile. This is not my duty.
    I am very much disappointed in Xolo.
    All other brands are taking maximum time of 7 working days to finish their major repairing work or replacement.

    13 days is finished today itself . I am enquired in customer care today[protected] and given a request to issue a phone with in the week. And they are forwarded he request to the concern department.

    In local service center technical peoples (F1 Info Solutions & Service, Ganapathy, Coimbatore- TamilNadu) already tested and they said the phone is have the problems of Display, Software, Camera & Battery . And the spare for this mobile is not available now .

    Now the factory peoples are checking the same for the last 3 days. Till now the exact status of the handset is not informed to me. Now the status is showing only Under Repairing on last 3 days.
    One mobile phone (already given a replacement mobile) needs how many days for repairing time?.
    Everyday i am call to the customer care Toll free number[protected] and Care - Mail team Mobile No. [protected]. But still now they not confirmed the exact delivery date of repaired mobile or another replacement.
    Every time i am facing this problem in XOLO.

        I purchased XOLO Q2000 on 13/2/2014 just after a 7 month i had some display issue in the phone, i had warranty of 1 year so i gave for shrishti service on (2/9/2014) they told me that they will return it by 20 days but till now its not returned and i am calling to G.Jeevithan Karnataka Xolo care head he is disconnecting the call. i am nethier getting response nor the service even from the xolo care. i need replacement of my cell phone.             This is my experience with XOLO A 600 purchased in last week of feb 2014 3 time its given for service to M/s Shrishti Service center Rajajinagar, Bangalore two times handset was returned back after 50 to 60 days and 3rd still not, M/s Shristi Servcie Center collect back the acknowledgement and give no service slip or receipt for returning the handset after repair, After repair with in 2 or 3 weeks a new problem arises again we need totake it back and same old story, 50 to 60 days they keep it with them, they don't pick up the phone, we need to visit the center always, they treat costumes like dogs in the crowded service center, make us wait for long time and finally say, we have not got any reply from XOLO and ask us to come after 15 days. This time I have given the handset on 6th Sep 2014 they gave a manual report saying that server down, after repeated visits and they gave me a service tag number when contacted XOLO customer care they say we don't have any updates and have to wait, also they say our problem is escalated to back end team. 2 weeks back I got a call from Delhi office they gave me the dispatch details and IMEI number of Replaced handset when tracked the details it was sent to SONEJI an agarbatti factory tracking details of DTDC V19080770, after few days again I went back to Ms Srishti Service center they are giving me Very old bad condition white color phone as replacement screen was full of scratches, and IMEI number did match what was informed to me on phone. Me being their customers has paid for XOLO phone and not used it even for 40 days properly... I have still not got any call or my handset back from them, my service tag number is[protected] the Ms Srishti service has registered the mobile in a different name (Manjunath) but my name is Raghavendra with XOLO... my mobile no is [protected].. . XOLO company people are cheats me .. is there any one who can get me justice... since end of Feb I have not used this handset for more than 40 days. even now they are not giving any concrete reply when they will give me hand set with in the next 3 months warranty will get over... I have called many time to Xolo customer care, sent mails to xolo but no response to any mails and called delhi on [protected] the person always says need time ... HOW LONG... KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY...NO MORE XOLO IN MY LIFE TIME.. AND I advise all my friends not to buy XOLO at any cost... its not only the loss of money its the tension, time, bussiness, which loss is many times more than the invested cost.. my email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

              Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased a Xolo handset, as per below details. Make : Xolo / Model : Q1200 / IMEI # : [protected] / Purchase Date : 27 June 2014. I experienced the problem of battery getting discharged at rapid pace. The problem was observed within 2 months of purchase. Subsequently, I got it checked at company's authorized service centre. Battery swelling was noticed and the mobile screen was also found popped up from one of the edges. Further to this, the handset was sent to company vide work order #[protected] dated 17/8/2014. I wonder how such a premium handset caused problem barely within 2 months of purchase? Even after 2 month, I my facing same problem again.This type of problem happening twice in the span of 4 month for a manufacturing company like Xolo??????????? .               The same problem occurred again.I given the handset in service center and I don't want that handset if you are replacing battery this time.I want to replace handset with new one otherwise you will take that handset as gift from my side ( as I want donate this handset to XOLO) and this time I will process this action through customer complaint office vadodara.

Even after it's in warranty period, customer care people are refusing to replace it with free of cost. Please suggest.                     I bought XOLO Q-800 X-Edition from Flipkart in the month of January 2014. Unfortunately, the camera stopped working after a few months. So i took it to the XOLO SERVICING CENTRE in Manipur ( RK TELECOMMUNICATION, Thangal Bazar, Imphal West) on 19/05/2014 for REPAIR. But to my horror, till date i.e. 05/11/2014 my phone is still under REPAIR and they told me to wait patiently. To be honest, I am running out of Patience. How much longer do i have to wait patiently.                       Dear Sir, My self Hardik Nayak, has purchase a XOLO Q1010I cell phone on dated 19.08.2014 from ahmedabad. after two months cell phone is dead ( switch off ) which is in warranty period. I have given it to Abhishek Technologies at Himalaya Mall Ahmedabad.                         Hi, I purchased the XOLO Q1000S in the month of FEB 2014. All of a sudden the phone switched off and no switch on after that. Gave it for service in June 2014 in Hyderabad branch and they gave the ticket number[protected]. The printer was not working so they did not give the ticket registered paper. After a long followup they said its a screen issue and it can not be replaced and will send the replacement phone. Today its 4th NOV and I did not receive my phone. Every day I call the service center guy he says he will send. Sometimes no call pickup also. It is not possible to go to service center everyday as it is so far from home and my office. Please help in resolving this issue

On 02/08/2014 I purchased one XOLO – Q1010i smart phone at Hyderabad (i.e.as bill attached) for Rs 11, 500/- . 2). And on 21/09/2014 I found a LINE one touch screen of my smart phone, And on 22/09/2014 this problem was informed to XOLO Care. And as per XOLO Care suggestion I submitted my smart phone to repair at:- Xolo Mobile Service – Khairathabad, Hyderabad Siri Communications, 6-2-941, Shop No 21, Lower Ground Floor, Moghuls Emami Mansion, Opp Sadan College Road. Phone Number:[protected], Hyderabad XOLO Care service center on 25/09/2014 has given me an acknowledgement with a EMI-[protected] of my New smart phone. The service center has given a time period to repair a smart phone 15 day but they were But after 15 day they were not given in time(i.e.10/10/2014) to me . 4).After that I informed the same to XOLO Care, but they were said that “the details are not up dated”. On 16/10/2014 in front of Xolo service person I called the Xolo care, “updates of my smart phone rapier details. At that time I can’t get correct answer from them, But XOLO CARE told me that we will replace with new XOLO-Q2000L smart phone before 27/10/2014. But on 27/10/2014 we are get any smart phone from them. But on 29th Oct-14The XOLO Service person has given me smart phone as a New smart phone IMEI:[protected], when asked the IMEI details It is found as old one, when I asked about old phone, the Service center person was accepted to give a New phone next two days, but it is also time taking. WHO IS RESPONCIBLE FOR THIS PROBLEM, WHETHER “XOLO CARE” OR “SERVICE CENTER”? SINCE ONE MONTHE MY TWO SIM’S ARE IN SWITCHED OFF CONDITION WHO WILL BARE THIS LOOS?                             See till now did not receive any call from service center about the phone or from the Xolo care. No one cares once they see the product.

                              Sir/Madam, After several complaints and Follow ups I managed to get a call from concerned person of xolo service. Although dealing with xolo was a real nightmare for me, I got a call on 31.10.2014 from xolo that company has arranged a replacement for me and has despatched it from noida, now it's the sixth day and still I had not got my cellphone, according to the official the phone was despatched through courier service. In this modern time, with so much transport facilities available, the status that I've received is that it's still with the courier company, are you guys kidding on me?? I mean it doesn't take a week to deliver a handset from noida to Delhi. It's is really getting worse day by day, I purchased a phone for my use, bt I think I paid 10, 000 bucks for the training of xolo's workforce, because it's been two months and they're working on it.                                 My Q3000, IMEI No. [protected], was given for repair on 6/10/14 and the executive at the service centre informed that 25 days will be required to do the needful which was a shocker, exact sentence was that the phone will be repaired or replaced and delivered in 25 days max to max. The worst part is they will never pick the call and even they pick the call, wantedly they will disconnect and pretend that the voice is not reachable. And the customer care people also after complaining six times both by call and mail are least bother to solve the issue. Same repeated answers are given every time which is pathetic, I really expect by this complaint I will receive my phone as soon as possible. Thanks and Best Regards, Narendra A dissatisfied customer

                                  I submitted my xolo x1000 set at the service centre outlet at sec 62 noida on[protected] whose work order number is[protected], there was some battery problem which they said they will replace it, i asked for the repairng cost but they said they will messege me whithin two days, and said you will get your set done within 20 days max. Now its 2nd nov and there is not a single update from the service centre and the xolo company about what will be the cost of reparing or when will i get my set back, i have called service centre and xolo company several times but they are not giving any answers, i am very much disappointed with the response of the company. Please do the needful...

                                  After registering the complaint I received the cal from your company regarding the estimate and delivery.They said you can collect your handset within 4 days and now it almost a week and still no update from your side regarding delivery.i call today at xolo care but they dont know about the status, , strange neither customer care centre know about the status neither company.then who knows ...atleast xolo should clarify this.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam I purchase a Xolo Q1000s during March 2014 with good faith that Xolo is quite different from existing cellphone companies in terms of performance and service matters. Unfortunately, in September my phone is troubling some mike related issues for which I have submitted the phone to your service centre Latest and 4th job sheet no.[protected] dated 01.11.2014 IMEI Serial. [protected] I have intimate to collect my cell phone from service centre on 30th Oct. 2014, after its 3rd service job. Unfortunately while receiving cell phone I found that the cellphone I got is not of mine. I found several things and facts which clearly show that the handset I provided doesn’t belong to me. Facts:- 1. Scratches on the body of the handset which shows that the handset which I provided is previously used with some metal covers. While I use a PVC cover. 2. New display with screen guard which is not provided by any cellphone company while servicing the phone rather than removing the existing screen guards 3. Fitting of display clearly shows that the handset is assembled and a new display is fitted in it. 4. Another fact which I am not sure is Change in Android version. Why Cellphone Company is upgrade my handset to new android version without any cost. I immediately claimed to executive of service centre and did not accept the handset. The executive asked me to check the IMEI serial of the handset. Which I check and found correct. But my phone is serviced at company level so swapping of IMEI serial is not a big issue. Rather than this, it is not possible to check the handset serial because the above handset is not opened by ordinary means. With this I am facing trouble while servicing of my handset since 2 months. I request you to please provide my own original handset. I know the whole matter is because of company’s internal service policy and is practiced regularly. But please don’t try the same in my case.                                       I bought XOLO Q700 (IMEI: [protected]) on[protected] with one year warranty and i really trusted the company to give better usability but all started after 3 months first with speaker problem (it was taken 10 days to repair ) and then with motherboard problem(it was taken 1 whole month to service they sent mobile to Headquarters Noida) and now finally problem with display(black dots with liquid when touches it spreads), camera quality goes down with low pixel image and also flash not working properly. i gave my mobile to the XOLO service center, Coimbatore before one and half month but still i don’t know the status of my complaint and respective person are not responding correctly.Worst service center among all i seen, whenever i call to that service center they don’t pick my calls so that i went to that service center directly over 10 to 12 times. As i mentioned above the mobile have lot of problems. Its third time i am facing such this problem. warranty guide says that if same problem repeats after service, We will replace the phone. so please replace my mobile phone with some other model . i hope that you will take action as soon as possible. regards, A.Thangadurai [protected].

                                      i always heard the same response from you, my phone went down in all category within warranty period and i felt very bad about your customer service (ex; i sent nearly 20 mail to [protected]@xolo.in but no response). i am in condition where i don't recommend my college mates and friends to buy your product anymore.
