Sub: - XOLO-
Q1010i Smart phone problem within one month
1). On
02/08/2014 I purchased one XOLO – Q1010i smart phone at Hyderabad (i.e.as bill
attached) for Rs 11, 500/- .
2). And on 21/09/2014
I found a LINE one touch screen of my smart phone, And on 22/09/2014 this
problem was informed to XOLO Care. And as per XOLO Care suggestion I submitted
my smart phone to repair at:-

Hyderabad XOLO Care service center on
25/09/2014 has given me an acknowledgement with a EMI-[protected] of my New
smart phone.
The service center has given a time period to
repair a smart phone 15 day but they were But after 15 day they were not given
in time(i.e.10/10/2014) to me .
4).After that I informed the same to XOLO Care,
but they were said that “the details are not up dated”.
On 16/10/2014 in front of Xolo service person I
called the Xolo care, “updates of my smart phone rapier details. At that time I
can’t get correct answer from them, But XOLO CARE told me that we will replace
with new XOLO-Q2000L smart phone before 27/10/2014.
But on 27/10/2014 we are get any smart phone from them.
But on 29th Oct-14The XOLO
Service person has given me smart phone as a New smart phone
IMEI:[protected], when asked the IMEI details It is found as old one, when I
asked about old phone, the Service center person was accepted to give a New
phone next two days, but it is also time taking.
WHO
IS RESPONCIBLE FOR THIS PROBLEM, WHETHER “XOLO CARE” OR “SERVICE CENTER”?
SINCE
ONE MONTHE MY TWO SIM’S ARE IN SWITCHED OFF CONDITION WHO WILL BARE THIS LOOS?
I
WANT A BRAND NEW HAND SET HOW CAN I GET IT.

Can I know what does it mean that the mobile is in transit to your RF (I didn't understand what RF means). Meanwhile it seems that you dont have the required components for servicing the mobile as there are many consumers with the similar nature of problems whose problems has not been addressed for a long time.
