i am pravin khandekar from kolhapur, maharashtra.

I purchased xolo a600 in jan-14. within a week i submitted this handset in service center due to charging issues. they told me that within 8 days we will give you handset back with problem solved. but after calling and calling again and visiting the service center often for 1 and half month they gave me handset which was not mine, they gave me around one year used handset with my imei sticker sticked on it.
but i was too much frustreted and i had no time to fight and argue with these useless service center guys, so i accepted that handset but again within a week handset screen was dead as that handset was old and used one. again i submitted it to them since then i couldn't get my handset back.
meanwhile i talked to service center owner, west maharashtra service head- amit puriya(he talked with me in a vulger language), service team mumbai-sanjay mahi, mr. devendra, sanjay killana, prashant gurav. and also lava xolo service head- Mrs. monika agarwal...but all are useless. as i spend lot of money on mobile calling to them again and again and travel to service center often. So i request you to please help in this matter to get my money back with my expence . as i am no more intrested to use this mobile again...thanking you
