I had purchase a Xolo Q1000 Opus on 22-Feb-2014 from Snapdeal online seller. After using it for a couple of months the handset started giving problems. The 1st problem that I faced with the handset was with the 3.5mm Jack (either no sound or sound on either side only). 2nd issue that I faced was that on either incoming or outgoing calls I could not hear the person on the other side. I could only talk to the person on the speaker phone. I took my cell phone to Xolo service Center Gurgaon (F1 Info Solution & Services) Xolo service collection point on 25-July-2014. The handset returned to the service center on (13-Aug-2014) with no resolution the issue. After having a word with the center manager Mr. Girraj Singh ([protected]), he sent it back for repairs on 13-Aug-2014 to Service center at Noida. To my surprise the handset was returned again on (2-Sep-2014) with no resolution & moreover physically damaged. I again had a discussion with Mr. Girraj Singh ([protected], Girraj.[protected]@F1services.asia), after which he made a call to RM Mr. Amit Wasan ([protected], Email: amit.[protected]@xolo.in) and again the handset was sent to Xolo service Center Noida with a commitment of getting a solution in within a week’s time. During this period (25-Jul-14 to 2-Sep-14) I am also into a private service and had been suffering because of this piece of crap and your ill skilled service staff. I had to run around from my place to the service center and back home then to office which has been very hectic for me. I now think I should not have taken this decision of going for a Xolo phone. The service has been so poor that I would not be recommending this to any of my friends. I have been using this small Samsung phone which has never given me any issues neither with product quality nor with service. I you really wish to sustain in the Indian market you have to relook into the after sales service. My only request to you is to please keep your phone and refund the amount hack to me as I cannot be running behind the service center people anymore and get run around. I have all the details collected from the service center and adding on to my frustration the issue documented by your so called skilled staff is “Charging and On/Off switch issue” which was never an issue with the cell phone.     Dear Sir,
    I bought a "XOLO OPUS Q1000" on 15/06/2014 and It got dead on 20/06/2014. I gave it for repairing at SHIVA TECHNOLOGY, KANPUR authorized service center of XOLO MOBILE. I got a message at 22/07/2014 that your mobile had been repaired so i went there for receiving my mobile but at that time it still not repaired so i submitted this mobile phone again. After two month of submission of mobile phone, I could not get my mobile phone. I called customer care but they are not giving satisfactory answer. I have frustrated by the service of XOLO SERVICE.
    Please do something. I would be very grateful to you

      I have bought an XOLO Q700i on 25/01/2014 from "Manu Teleshoppe". But I have face the problem with touch screen from 25/05/2014 and have handed over the phone to XOLO authorised service center in Tumkur (Karnataka state) on 31/05/2014. After 45 days they have offered the new phone XOLO Q700S. This is not comparable with handset which I bought previously and rejected the offer and requested to provide the same version XOLO Q700i. But till now they is not positive response from the concerned person and giving the irresponsible answers and simply providing the false tentitative dates and wasting my time and money in travelling.

        My self kirit Parmar using XOLO A600 Mobile hand set. Its touch pad not work so I gave my phone to V link Store at Gandhidham Gujarat on date 12.08.14 but till the date i can not get my phone. this problem is created second time in my phone. what can i do i[censored] are too late to repair or replace mobile. if company not able to repair it give me replacement against my mobile. I will wait till 6th september for my handset otherwise i will do legal process to get replacement

          I have submitted my xolo q2000 mobile in service center for touch not working problem on 05/07/2014 and after two long month now i got massage from xolo that this is not repairable & will provide replacement. Now xolo offer me xolo q2500 which i checked on site where the con fig was downgrade with my original mobile. My q2000 was having 8 GB internal memory, 13 MP camera & price was 13700 Rs. The replacement which you are providing is q2500 is having 4 GB internal memory, 8 GB camera & price is 12600 Rs which is 1000 Rs less. I have suffered a lot since last 2 months which i cant tell you in words. Kindly concider this is a final warning & provide me same con fig or upgradalable mobile ASAP. I am expecting same NEW XOLO Q2000 or XOLO Q3000.

            I bought 8x-1000 mobile phone on 19 Aug 2014 after doing lots of recharge work and comparing similar devices with the same price tag, and I was really happy with the performance of the device at that time I was only using single sim in slot no 2 which was installed by the phone dealer because as you are aware in this device we cannot change the sim without sim card remover pin, after one weak I bought another 3g sim and found that there is a problem in slot no 1 so I contact my phone dealer, He was also tried to installed different sim card in same slot but after doing multiple attempt he was failed so he did factory reset but the problem was persist so he suggest me to go service center . So today i have visited Mayank service center its code is 1300340 and address is wz168 first floor b block arya samaj road uttam nagar delhi 110059, after submitting my mobile they told me that they will call me in evening, so they called me and told me that they tried to repair my mobile phone but they couldn’t able to solve the problem so they will send my phone in their workshop and it will take almost 25 to 30 days in whole process, so please let me know what is my fault why should I wait one month to get back my phone after using it hardly one weak . Please change my mobile phone ASAP because it is a manufacturing defect & I couldn’t wait one month. Thanks and regards Ranjan Biswas [protected]

              I have purchased XOLO X1000 mobile a year back and the batter has gone to a unuseable state, it got bulged and was about to burst when I took it to a XOLO service center in Spencer plaza, chennai. I have requested to purchase a new battery and I was told to come after 2 weeks so that they will check for stock. Its been 2 months now and still I am not able to purchase a battery. I have tried to call XOLO toll free number, no answer. I have sent SMS to XOLO SMS care, no response. Sent multiple emails to XOLO care, no response. Sumbitted multiple complaints from XOLO website, no response. IS THERE ANY WAY TO BUY A BATTERY FOR X1000 ? IF SO, PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO THAT I WILL PURCHASE IT.

                RESPECTED MAM/SIRMy name is Ashwin Venugopal and i am from mumbai.2 months back i had ordered for 2 xolo mobiles(Xolo A 600) from snapdeal.Irecieved the mobile in 5 days on the 11th of July 2014.I got this mobile on EMI.Now both the mobiles got spoilt or both the mobiles had issues in their touchscreens.I called up snapdeal and asked for a replacement and as per their company policy they told the mobiles cant be replaced as we had crossed the 7 days limit, so they suggested to forward my complaint to the nearest Xolo Service centre.So i went to vasai(Dhani Industries) which was the nearest service centre.I gave my mobile over there and in another 2 weeks i received one of my mobile which seemed to be repaired.The other mobile was sent to noida for repair and it took amonth.the other mobile came saying that its been repaired but when i went to the service centre and checked the mobile it was the same, THEMOBILE HAD THE SAME ISSUE.The head of the service centre told me that they will repair it and give it to me.So i waited again. Now after 10days the other mobile had touchscreen issues and even that got spoilt.Soi returned back that mobile too.Now even that mobile was sent back to noida again for repair.Finally after 20 days both the mobiles werere paired and i went to collect it.now the mobile which came from noida had the same issues, which wasnt repaired and the other mobile wasreplaced with a white panel which seems to be working properly now.Thisis really irritating and unacceptable.when i call the service centre they dont pick up and when i call the call centre of XOLO, they only know one sentence and that is "REPAIR HO JAYEGA SIR".Now who is responsiblefor such iresponsible work and when am i going to get my mobiles repaired properly.

                  Dear Service Provider, I Satish Tiwari Purchase XOLO A500L on 21/12/2013 due to quality problem in screen. I submitted the hand set on 18/06/14 in XOLO Service Center Address : F1, Info Solution & Services, 410, Hans Plaza, Ambedkar Road Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh. The phone was not repaired hence the service center provide me a new XOLO handset model no. A500S on 02/08/14 but the new XOLO handset had detached screen screen problem. I Resubmitted new handset in the same service center for repair and received the set after 10 days, but thereafter the new repaired handset is causing blank screen problem with immediate effect.                       8x1000 hive mobile purchesed through indiatimes online . I have received on 26/08/2014. I openthe parcel on 28/08/2014. In set the shims 1&2. Phone not showing signal bars. So i immedeatly i went on the service center coimbathore f1infosolution&servicesp they also checked pisycaly and other shims also fit and checked no signalbare. Then they put doa case. Workorder no is[protected]. They also speek with customer care puerson and inform the problam. Service person send mail to your side.He says with in two days you get conformation order from xolo. But to day i speek xolo customercare officer 01/09/2014.At 10.50 am. He says not up dated the workorder.[protected].                           Dear sir, i bought a handset model no. A500s date[protected]. but in this handset after few days start problem of hanging & hitting but your service center person told that only softwear problem and he done softwear but this problem stile there. than after few days handset will dead than go to service center than service center rec. set and tail me 30 day time for repairing but don't solve my problem in 3 or 4 time. my problem is still if you have don't solve my problem than i will complain in consumer forum.

                            I had bought xolo q1000s mobile phone on 03/11/2013 from bhatia comm. & retail (India) pvt. Ltd., surat, gujarat vide bill no.8557/r of rs.16000/-. In the matter i beg to state that the said phone has been given to xolo care office at f1 info solutions & service, surat phone no.2737979 on 11/07/2014 vide workorder no.[protected] to solve display problem as it was dead. Since 11/07/2014 i repeatedly asking for my phone but they are failed to give me exact period or date for delivery of my phone. I am very regret with their services. What should i do? Will you help me to take back my phone in short time?

                                  respected sir, i am pravin khandekar from kolhapur, maharashtra. cell no.-[protected] my jobsheet no.[protected] [protected] I purchased xolo a600 in jan-14. within a week i submitted this handset in service center due to charging issues. they told me that within 8 days we will give you handset back with problem solved. but after calling and calling again and visiting the service center often for 1 and half month they gave me handset which was not mine, they gave me around one year used handset with my imei sticker sticked on it. but i was too much frustreted and i had no time to fight and argue with these useless service center guys, so i accepted that handset but again within a week handset screen was dead as that handset was old and used one. again i submitted it to them since then i couldn't get my handset back. meanwhile i talked to service center owner, west maharashtra service head- amit puriya(he talked with me in a vulger language), service team mumbai-sanjay mahi, mr. devendra, sanjay killana, prashant gurav. and also lava xolo service head- Mrs. monika agarwal...but all are useless. as i spend lot of money on mobile calling to them again and again and travel to service center often. So i request you to please help in this matter to get my money back with my expence . as i am no more intrested to use this mobile again...thanking you

                                      Purchased XOLO Q- 900 in Dec 2013 which started having problems with touch screen, battery, speaker & mic within a month of Purchase reported it to the shop where i bought it from and I was diverted to XOLO & the insurance company tried reporting it to the xolo service center (actually a collection center ) in uttam nagar, New Delhi but waited for 2.5 hrs just to get addressed & had to leave as it seemed no one bothered to attend & after multiple calls for almost two months finally my phone was picked it up in initial March2014 delivered initial April with completely broken screen hence sent back as iI had a brand new phone which was delivered back on 30April 2014 but it was not enough as in 15 days phone went dead completely. I have been facing problem since Dec 2013 had no phone phone in spite of paying a good amount and also lost my online work that i used to do. I work with a BPO hence due to the erratic work schedule find it really diff to speak to the company XOLO caused me a great amount of loss & still not working. Spoke to the company & as advised submitted the phone again on 1st Aug in Laxmi Nagar collection center for which wasted the whole day just to get it submitted & was told by the company that I will get my phone back in a weeks time but now there is no response from the company people & I am still waiting for the phone. Highly mismanaged company & completely rotten customer service. The kind of experience I had with the Insurance company & XOLO is not acceptable hence request to intervene &help me get compensation of the time & money lost.
