Dear sir MY Name is Naveen kumar. i was submitted my phone Xolo A600 IMEI NO.[protected], ON DATE 5th of July with in 3 days after purchasing of handset. But no positive response from service center.Till date my phone is not returning from service center. i have sent my phone to customer care from last 2 month still customer care not give any status.i have sent lot of mail, call but give only one answer your phone still in under repair.

    On 23 June 2014, I submitted my Xolo Q1000 at Xolo Service Care due to the problem of not charging, Work Order No.[protected].The person at care inform that it has to be sent to factory but he didnt sent it till 02/07/2014 and on 04/07/2014 he gave me the workorder no. and on that he mentioned several problems of my phone like no display which was not earlier. I call customer care several times about the problem but not a single time I get satisfactory answer and still my phone is in under maintenance. With Regards, Amit Binwal

The phone was submitted on 05.06.2014 to the said Service Centre: F1 Info Solutions & Services Private Ltd., Address: 1/3A Yudhistar Marg, Opp. Yojna Bhawan, Near Dear Park, C – Scheme, Jaipur, Rajasthan Phone No. – [protected] Contact Person: Mr. Jagdish (Manager) But the phone is still not repaired. It’s been above 3 months and still no solution is been provided either by the company or by the service centre. Many attempts to resolve this issue over the phone and via multiple visits to the said service centre have been fruitless.             Team, This is from a really DISAPPOINTED Xolo customer. I had bought a XOLO A500S on 6th November, 2013 from Mulund, Mumbai. The phone started showing problems in the month of June 2014(Still under warranty). It was frequently hanging up and lines started appearing on the screen and finally the phone was not in working condition. I took it to the authorised Xolo service centre, C Com Telecommunications, Eternity mall, Thane, on 25th June, 2014 and handed over it to them for service with work order no:[protected]. On 30th June I got a call from the service centre that my phone has been repaired and is ready to be handed over to me and received a mail confirmation on this regard. I went there to collect my phone and to my surprise the phone was still having the same issues and it was not yet repaired. I wanted to have a discussion with the technician who was in charge but they refused it. They took the phone again for the so-called-service and asked me to wait for few more days. After 2 weeks I again got a call from them stating phone is now ready. I again went there to get my phone and this time also the phone had the issues as such. Not corrected!!! Do they simply call up people and till them the phone is serviced? Don't they even check it once before delivering? Now they are telling that the phone was working fine when they checked it and it may be an intermittent problem with the phone that it is not working at times. They again took the phone with them telling they will send it to the head office at Delhi and it will be replaced with a new handset. They took a new work order also for this with no:[protected]. And also assured that it will reach us latest by July end. I didn't get any updates from their end after this. Whenever I try to contact these people their phone will always be " Busy". We have to call some 20-25 times in a stretch to get the call connected. Even then they have only one reply from their side "The phone is still at head office". If they are replacing the handset then why it is taking so much delay? Even after following up with these people many times they never show the minimum courtesy to let us know the status. All that they have to tell is that phone is still at head office and they really don't have any idea when I will get my phone back. If at all I want to know anything about the status they told me I should directly call the head office and ask. Isn't it their responsibility to ensure that the phone given for service at their centre be returned to the customers? Its been one and half months I am behind this phone service. I am really fed up and irritated by this irresponsible service. Limits are crossed!!! I expect a strict action in this regard.

              I am Paras Would like to inform that a I had given my XOLO
              Q-600 ( IMEI NO.-[protected] ) Phone to repair at F1 INFORMATION
              & SERVICES P ( CODE -8129 ) Add.- C/O JMV TECHNOSOL PLV LTD, K-12A EA DELHI
              110019, ON 12TH JULY -2014. The reason was that it was
              not working My work order no. is :[protected] But still I didn’t receive my cell phone till now I came many times at your service center but each & every time they excused me that we don’t have the
              parts to repair the cell phone and came after 5 days or 10 days . When I asked
              the Area service manager’s contact no, they are not ready to share it. Then I asked for the E Mail ID of the area
              manager & service center manager they again forbidden me each &
              every time for the email id . And also customer care executives are not ready to
              provide email id, I was enabled to check my daily urgent e-mails &
              official documents during this period. Now please tell me who will gonna to waive off My this loss.


              I am very disappointed to this poor service of your company. Now
              I am requesting you to take immediate action on this carelessness otherwise I’ll go to the consumer court to report your
              complaint.

                I have submitted my Xolo q700i to Bhuj-Xolo customer care center on 28/06/2014 and was advice to ask after 15 days with comment “touch pad needs to be change and part will come from head office.” On 14 July I was again told “ Ask after 7 days part has not come to Bhuj yet” Again on 23rd July I was told the same added “Xolo company doesn’t have sufficient touch pad to give and replace old ones.” still gettng replies like handset will come in two days Is Xolo company not able to give part upto 45 days????                   I regret to inform you that I am very disappointed with the treatment given to me by your customer care support. I purchased a Mobile XOLO Q1000 model from R.G. Mobile Gallery, Saharanpur on dated 12.02.2014.

                  The touch screen of my mobile phone is not working from the past 15days and I have reported the same to customer care, saharanpur but they have shown very negligence attitude towards me and denied to repair my mobile phone by saying that we can't repair your mobile phone as the moisture has come into the mobile phone.

                  I have already written two mails to customer support on dated 3.8.14 and 5.8.14 and doesn't get any reply till date. I am sorry to say that this is the worst service I have ever got in my life. I have used many mobile phones in past and always got the good response. Due to your bad response, I am thinking to suggest other persons not to purchase the XOLO mobile phones as the service support is very poor.

                  When I purchased the XOLO mobile phone, I thought that XOLO is the new brand in mobile phones as compared to Samsung, Nokia and XOLO will try its level best to feed the customers fantastically as they are new in market and want to have a good name in the market, but my thinking was wrong, It seems that XOLO are only interested to sell the mobile phones in the market, and they don't bother after sales service. If this is your strategy to become a good name in the market than I am sorry, you can't survive in the market by this attitude.

                  I am following up for the correction of my mobile from last 15 working days and doesn't get any positive result. So, I am writing you a mail with great hope, that you help me in getting my phone corrected and will not let my hope dow otherwise I will have to knock the door of consumer forum.

                      i purchased xolo mobile phone 9 months ago...till 7 months it was running fine but afterwards its speakers got bursted...i gave it to the service center and i got it back after 3 days...the speaker got corrected but quality got degraded...as i was in hurry so i took it and went to delhi...for some work...just after using it for one week...speakers got bursted again...and after one more week...power button stopped working...i went to service centre and they told that it would be sent to company & ll take 20-25 days...so i returned from there and got it repair just in 150rs from a local shop in just half an hour...than i returned to my hometown...again after 2 weeks its touch screen stopped working...i went to service center and they told as you have shown it to some other local vendor...so its warranty have got broken...and ll have to pay rs2500 for repairment... XOLO...and even for that they needed one month ...thats impossible for me to live without phone...and when i asked them for what the service centres are being opened...they told...its only a collection centre...[censored]ing XOLO company...so i would suggest you to never go for xolo...totally a waste of money...and worst service ever...

The reason was that its touch was not working My work order no. is :[protected] But still I didn’t receive my cell phone till now I came many times at your service center but each & every time they excused me that we don’t have the parts to repair the cell phone. When I asked the Area service manager’s contact no, they Provided me the no:- [protected] (Mr. chandar), I called many times at this number but he did not receive my call Then I asked for the E Mail ID of the area manager & service center manager they forbidden me each & every time for the email id . also customer care executives are not ready to provide email id, I was enabled to check my daily urgent e-mails & official documents during this period. I could not purchased another cell phone etc.Now please tell me who will gonna to wave off My this loss. Because of this my company boss has given me the ultimatum to leave the job. I am very disappointed to this poor service of your company. Now I am requesting you to take immediate action on this carelessness otherwise I’ll go to the consumer court to report your complaint.                           I have submitted the my zolo a-600 phone to repair at zolo service center- dani industries, vasai on 19 july with job sheet no[protected] . On 1 aug, i got sms from zolo care saying that pls collect the mobile from service center.

                          After enquiring at center, they have now given my another job sheet no[protected] saying that phone has been sent to company for repair and will take one month to get it back.

                          I request to kindly update the status soon and when will i get my phone functioning properly.

                          This is really cruel experience to have service center like dani- where no body is bother, finally they are damaging the zolo brand.

                          There are hundreds of young crowd there who has submitted their phone, few of them bought zolo as first smart phone, they are getting such bad exp from irresponsible service center who do not bother to take customer call, not giving customer proper update, keeping phone idle with themselves, not supporting the customer, wasting the customer time and company resources.

                          Social media is so active that such collective bad feedback will definitely hamper the zolo sale.

                          Hope fully that you people react positively on this to get evolve as good brand.

                                I had submitted my mobile "xolo q700 (IMEI No. : [protected])" to the service center (S.G SOLUTIONS) on[protected], the fault is of touch broken and the service center submitted forward to noida on[protected], till i have not received my phone back, now 2 months have completed. The service center and costumer cares are always said "your phone is in under repair" . I have never seen this kind of service by any other mobile company. I want to receive my handset back to me with repair in 2 to 4 days or you give me money back.

                                    Team - Its 26 days now since I had submitted my Xolo Q2000 to the Eternity Mall, Thane Service Center. I have already visited twice to the service center as I haven't received any notification on the status. On 23rd July, I was assured Mr Chirag to receive the phone by 30th July. Again NO UPDATE!!! TODAY I get to know that my phone is not yet sent for repair and will take additional 20 days. Limits are crossed!!! Strict action expected... Date submitted: 12th July IMEI No.: [protected] Date of Purchase: 1 Jan 2014 This is a serious issue and needs to be addressed asap. Expecting positive support for you at least.

                                      I purchased handset from snapdeal online on 26/06/2014 received on 03/07/2014 but my handset has a problem with camera which i took it to servicing center at khairtabad hyderabad on 15/7/2014, they took handset on the same day asked me to collect on next day, next day when i went there my handset remain same and they refused to replace it asked to visit after 2 weeks no specific date given, on 04/08/2014 i received an sms from xolo care. i went to the scevising center they said they have not received handset and it will take another week, Now tell me how long should wait without handset which is not even a week old.

                                      This is to inform you that I am highly dissatisfied by both the product and the service provided at your Lucknow and Gorakhpur service centres.

                                      Just within six months of purchase of the product I started facing charging problems (charger connected but %age not increasing).
                                      Since my product was within the warranty period I decided to look out for nearby service centres who's service descriptions are provided as below:

                                      1. The address is extremely difficult to locate, on the second floor and not on the first floor as mentioned above.
                                      2. The landline number is permanently out of service.
                                      3. The representatives/staff are highly dis cordial - Though the timings as mentioned on your site are from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Please see the screenshot attached)yet when we reached the centre at around 4:30 pm the staff said that they would not look into it as it's nearing 5:00 pm.
                                      4. I had to coax them about the timings on site before they finally agreed to look into the product. They kept us seated for nearly 2 hours before they returned an answer. When asked the representative kept shooing us away in an dis respectable manner.
                                      5. However, the product was finally fixed and handed back to us.

                                      Within 2 weeks of the fix above the same problem occurred again. Since, I was in Gorakhur owing to Diwali vacations I decided to take the product to the given service centre.

                                      Gorakhpur Service Centre:
                                      1. The staff tried to hand us another charging cable and get away with it.
                                      2. However when forced by us, they looked into it and said the charging PCB has gone bad and needs to be replaced. They need another day for it. Since there was a weekend following we contacted them back after 2 days.
                                      3. After trying their number several times we were told that the PCB replacement didn't work and the motherboard needs to be replaced. This would take another day.
                                      4. When we reached finally the next day to collect it was still not fixed and we had to wait another 2-3 hours before we could collect the product.

                                      No again after 2 weeks when the PCB and the motherboard have been replaced I am still facing charging issues with the product. I have been using the XOLO charger with proper handling and am highly fed-up by the investment of time and money I have been giving to this product.
                                      I would never suggest anyone to buy this product because of the poor service and quality I have faced in the past few months.

                                      Hence, I request you to supply me either a replacement or a refund for this product.
