Dear Sir,

I have purchase my xolo phone on March month, one time replace my touch pad by company in 25 days, again same issue after one month I have again given to service center after 25days service center issued DOA on 25.07.2014, I have submitted DOA to Dealer AB Communication on 25.07.2014, still I have not getting my replacement of Phone.

Request you to do the needful.

    This refers to the handset (Model XOLO A500L / IMEI No. [protected]) purchased for my son on 6th March, 2014. By 12.08.2014, exactly after 5 months 6 days, the 'Touch Screen' has stop working. My son has taken the handset to your authorized service center (Cell Point Communication at Ashoka Mall on Bund Garden Road, Pune :411001 / Phone[protected] / Mr. Srikant : [protected]) on 13th August, 2014. My son has been told by your above authorized service center that it would take 21days to repair the same as the touch screen was defective. My son had no choice but forced to handover the handset for repairing vide work order no.[protected] dated 13.08.2014. Under the circumstances, I would like to request through you to Service Chief, CEO & MD of XOLO to explain- Under what circumstances, you need 21days to repair or replace the touch screen, when it takes few hours to do so including testing time.Why in JOB SHEET the authorized service center, on behalf of you, has not mentioned that it would take 21 days for repairing/servicing as per your norms as told by Mr. Srikant of Cell Point Communication, your authorized service center at Pune? Did you mention any where in your any product literature or any pre-sale terms & condition or any pre-sale warranty that under warranty it would take 21 days to repair/service of Xolo handset? Why the consumer will suffer for 21 days without any handset for purchasing your brand?When you appointed your authorized service center, why the technical capability of such authorized service center has not been scrutinized so that they can handle all type of repairing/servicing locally within short time? After repairing (Appxt 3rd Sept., 2014 when my son likely to get the handset back from you), if the same problem arise after six months 5 days, who will be responsible for repairing the same touch screen as it will be out of warranty as per purchase date?Why you will not provide 1 year warranty for repaired parts as it is repaired by you and with your genuine parts?If it is a 'defective touch screen', as it mentioned in JOB SHEET, why the new hand set should not be provided with new warranty?XOLO people are requested to reply at the earliest to prove their 'ethical business practice' norms. Non-reply of this letter may force me to knock the door of competent authority including media. THIS LETTER WAS SENT TO [protected]@xolo.in on 20th August, 2014 as well as through online complaint in their website, BUT NO ONE CARED to reply and attend my complaint.

      I'd baught xXOLO Q1000 last October which stopped working all of a sudden. I gave it to one of your service centre s in Koparkhairane where in they detected the problem as battery issue. Hence i bought new battery by paying 950/- After changing the battery the problem still persisted as it was not starting only. i had 3-4 rounds of travelling to service centre after which your people came to the conclusion that the phone needs to be checked thoroughly & they kept it with themselves by giving me receipt for same. There was no communication after that. ( submission date was 31.07.2014). I had to do the follow up about the case with them then i got to know that it is sent to Noida for PCB issue. I got the message from LAVA Mobile on 06th Aug'14 : ' Dear Customer, Expected delivery date for the product submitted vide notification No.[protected] will be 14.08.2014. For any query, call us at 91 [protected]' After this message we are continuously following up with given service centre number but i m getting only vague answers like ' it'll take a week's time more', 'it'll take 4-5 days time' etc. Guys... if you don't want to take customer seriously then i'll have to take it seriously and go to Consumer Forum. Kindly take this complaint seriously or else face the dire consequences as i'll defame your brand on social media and sue you for non compliance.

        I had xolo A500S model, 2-3 months it worked properly but after some time mobile was totally dead. I have given my mobile to the service centre, after 25-30 they replace my mobile but that mobile second SIM plug not worked, again i gave this mobile to service centre.           Last month, I bought a new mobile Xolo Q1000 opus in Flipkart.Order no.OD[protected], Dated JULY 20, 2014.But lot of problems already in a new mobile, Which I bought. Problems are, Mobile Auto ON/OFF, Camera flash problem, Ear speaker problem. I went to XOLO SERVICE CENTRE at Spencer Plaza Chennai.They rectified the problems, except the Mobile Auto On/Off.They are telling the reason is, Accessories like Battery not available in Spencer plaza centre.Service centre persons are not giving their suggestion properly. I worried about purchasing your mobile, because o[censored]navailability of accessories.Kindly replace the mobile, or rectify the problem.Otherwise, I can legally handle this issue.Do the needful one.

            i was having xolo intel x1000 which i took in 14November 2013 which as been only 10 month i was facing with problem of battery heating, and data loss, battery, display problem so i gave it to service center for inspaction which is in malad (w) mumbai on 24th of July 2014. when i went to take my cell phone they told me your cell phone has been replaced xoloT1000 by the company .becouse it cant be repaired they said and the company not give me back my old cellphone and said to use the replaced phone force fullly they gave a of mr. bupta [protected] but even he is also not picking up my calles .and.gave me replaced one without my knowledge and did not intend to inform me.i do not want replaced model becouse its features are lack and not like the xolo intel x1000 cellphone .i want my same cellphone back with repair or give me option to chose a cellphone of my choice or give me refund i hope you will give me a proper solution but i want my cellphone back.i also have proof of the service bill nad purchase bill of the phone copy attached

              I had bought XOLO Q500 on 10/02/2014 from CZONE Kanchipuram. within days my phone's battery had expired. I had given them in XOLO CARE DEPROSYS TECHNOLOGIES chennai for warranty replacement ON 28/06/2014. Its relay embarrassing to find there is'n any replacement for it on the stipulated time frame(i.e. 28 days/26/07/2014) given by the service center, they had intimated to wait for another 15days & they had given a contact number of Mr. Pandi Kumar ([protected])person in-charge. When trying to contact him on several accations there isn't any kind of response. I don't find any kind of trustability on the company that i would have a replacement for it, so i tried online for purchasing the new one & it was my biggest embarrassment that i could'tn find one. Kindly let me know how i can make use of my phone without the battery For this i had traveled around 180 km twice & got to know it couldn't happen.Your batter costs around Rs. 600/- but i spent around Rs.1, 600/- per day transport Rs.300/- = Rs.600(two days)loss of pay in company = Rs. 1, 000(two days)This shows how worst your Product & serviceI want the battery to be replaced within 5 working days or refund my money for the total cost of the phone & for my stresses. I need a clear explanation & compensation for my sufferings on this case.

                Mobile XOLO Q2000 Job No.[protected] on 16.07.2014 - mobile submitted for repair at F1 Help & Solution Service P.Ltd., Surat. Various XOLO mobiles have LCD-screen issue and they do not have enough spare to repair and satisty customer quickly. Till date I have not received my mobile repaired back. To repair screen issue XOLO is taking more than 25 days is a huge delay and no update when shall I get back. I feel they have philosophy of sell in bulk and forget. This device is launched in last 8 months and XOLO Company is not able to repair mobiles quickly. I tried to contact local service center in Surat but they don't have information. I also contacted XOLO Toll free number but they are unable to anwer status of device. I feel I am cheated with same kind of policy of Chinese items like "sell and forget". I have expected better services from XOLO than Chinese phones.

                    Dear Concern, My Name Chirag Chitrans belongs from Delhi.I am using Xolo Q1000 Mobile Phone From last one 11 Month ...My phone is facing some problem like ...Hanging / Automatic Switch off / Display is Broken / Battery Problem automatic decrease and Increase / after that i visit to Service centre in Noida Sector-18. Service Centre name :- Ambe Electronics J-40 1st Floor Sec-18 Noida (UP[protected]. And Contact to Mr.Dinesh . He check my phone and say please submit your phone only for 2 hours. I Deposit My phone on 19 -July-2014 To Service centre . Job sheet no is :- 10330 which will be given by service centre . And Xolo Docs number is[protected] . Now today is 21-August -2014 my phone will not repair since last one month i am trying so many time to xolo care and service centre nobody is given clarification about my phone .That when i got or received my phone from service centre ...                       Mobile no. [protected] IMEI no. [protected]/[protected] I purchased a XOLO Opus2 on the 16th of August, 2014 from the “Mobile.com” store in Vasai West, Maharashtra. The same evening I encountered a problem on the Play Store of the phone, and the phone started malfunctioning. I went to the store, Mobile.com, on the 17th, where the store executive, formatted my phone and gave it back to me saying that it was because of some virus maybe and made me buy an anti virus pack. On 18th, I again encountered the same problem and this time, I could not even use my phone to make a call, because the error message was constantly blinking.. Went back to the retailer on the 19th, who directed me to the service centre in Vasai. Reaching the Vasai service centre, I came to know that the service centre at vasai was closed and that, I would have to travel 40 kms to Borivali to another service centre. Anyway, my experience at Borivali Service centre was not bad, as the staff, Prakash in particular was very courteous and was also very prompt in his services. He reloaded the play store and the handset started working properly. 20th August, the data connection of my phone is getting switched off automatically, frequently. I called up the Borivali Service centre for help, who welcomed me to the centre again tomorrow. I would like to know, that do you think, I made a mistake by switching my loyalties from Sony and Samsung to Xolo. I purchased, two Xolo handsets, a 1010i and the other Opus2. I bought the Opus2, because I did not get a 1010i in black color. Please give me some relief from this pain, as visiting the service centre means a day off from work for a reason not good enough.                           Dear Sir / Madam Myself Neelam Parmar cont No [protected]. I purchase xolo A Club 500 on 16 Augest 2014 from Kamal communication Dalhousie Near bus stand . The problem in this handset that his touch pad work automatically from day one when I purchased, On 17th mobile shop closed due to sunday then on monday 18 Aug 2014 i show the problem to shopekeeper he told me that drop your handset i send to dealers who shell him and he check then he given back to me after two days on 20th Aug 2014 but when i got back after one hour same problem occer, Then i go back to to shopkeeper show him the problem. Now neither he can replace the handset neither he given proper answer, I think xolo company is Fraud nobody take any action specially the dealers who sell the handsets. This kind of service given me mental harassment so Now if i dont get any proper reply from company or dealer then i take strict action against company and dealer. I loge compliant in consumer court.

                            I have given my xolo Q 800 for repairing during warranty period at our twin city, gandhidham, xolo centre v-link store, on 19/7/14...one month passed yet no information confirmed about my cell. I am suffering a lot without it. Any one can understand life without smart phone now. Thye have not provided another smart phone during repairng period. Now what to do? Give me another piece of xolo q800 as early as possible, becaue more than a month passed and i cant wait for more. job sheet no.[protected]

                                I had xolo x910 model which was working fine and I had a minor problem in unit and I have given my mobile to the service centre in indirnage Bangalore, karnataka as on 12th july'14 and till the date there is not reply for the same. This is a 3rd rated company there is no reply on the mobile that I have given in the service centre.

Last Month my Touch and Display Broked I submit my Mobile to Customer Care At MS Communication Center in kota Last Month they gives me 15 days to wait... When after 20 days i found my Mobile is not repaired then they said compny not provideing any part of XOLO phones i am so tensed and then they are not talking in good way its a very bad expression of company XOLO.                                       I have purchase phone Q 800 on[protected] thru flipcart. after using 8 month i got problem in mother board for that i submit my phone to service city auth service center, 201, 2nd floor sagar plaza laxmi nagar b/h psk. delhi-92 on 10 may 2014 they solve the problem and give me back on[protected] but within a week same problem occur and again i visit your service center but they are accepting my phone due to my previous call is not closed but they not solve this matter from last three month on[protected] they accept my phone and giving me manual job sheet but till the date i visit there they response same problem that your previous complain is not close so please help how you close my previous complain and further action will be taken regarding my phone. my phone IMEI NO.                                         I purchased XOLO Q1000 opus from univercell, Vijaynagar on 22/5/2014 just after a month a use its speaker was not working i gave it to univercell for service as i had warranty of 1 year. They gave after a month even after service its not working i gave for shrishti service they replaced 3 ringer and it is sent to xolo service centre for replacement of motherboard i gave it on 23/7/2014 till now its not returned and i am calling to G.Jeevithan Karnataka Xolo care head he is disconnecting the call. i am nethier getting response nor the service. i need replacement of my cell phone.
