I have purchase my xolo phone on March month, one time replace my touch pad by company in 25 days, again same issue after one month I have again given to service center after 25days service center issued DOA on 25.07.2014, I have submitted DOA to Dealer AB Communication on 25.07.2014, still I have not getting my replacement of Phone.

Request you to do the needful....

I'd baught xXOLO Q1000 last October which stopped working all of a sudden. I gave it to one of your service centre s in Koparkhairane where in they detected the problem as battery issue. I had xolo A500S model, 2-3 months it worked properly but after some time mobile was totally dead.
