I am a very disappointed by the product of yours and the service's you guys offer. I have purchased XOLO qc800 tab from Amazon. It was dead after a month and I went to a service center at Khairatabad Hyderabad. They kept the device at their end and did nothing with it for 2 months. Anyhow they gave the device today and it is still not working. DISGUSTING SERVICE AND PRODUCT.
Need escalation matrix till your national business head. I want you guys to refund my amount.

    i have purchased q500 from snapdeal in december and in june i noticed unwanted touch issues. touch is not working properly, i have no damage to the phone, even now days sometimes its working and some time get worse. i also reset the factory setting but no well. there are no xolo care in himachal and chandigarh care says to keep this for one week. but i am unable to do that . please suggest. please look into issue my imei number are [protected] [protected]. thanking you yashwant thakur xolo lover

        I have submitted my xolo q700i mobile at xolo customer care for repairing on 15 july 2014 at noida. But after 20 days there is no status of my mobile.I have try to know the status many times but xolo representative says "Sir, your mobile will be handed over as soon as possible". Except this they have no information. very poor response...xolo must be improve it other wise will become history.

          I bought XOLO A500S Lite phone on June 14, 2014. From Day 1 the phone has issues with touch. I contacted the service center and they updated the software and gave it back to me but there was no fix for the issue.

          After that they told me that I have to submit the phone for which they would need original bill and a Xerox to attach with the complaint sheet. Since I was not carrying the bill with me I had to return that day and then again I went and submitted my phone on July 12, 2014 and the technician at service center told me that they have to submit the phone and touch would be replaced. I have submitted the phone and Notification No for the same is [protected] and have not received any update on this.

          Service center I have submitted the phone at is in Laxminagar, Sagar Plaza behind V3S Mall, Delhi. this is the worst service center I have visited in my life. I keep on trying to call them at[protected], either they do not pick the phone or they will pick the phone and keep the receiver away so that if after wasting your [censored]ing time if you call these [censored]ing people again your are screwed up and get the message "Line Busy".

          This is not the first incident of appalling services from XOLO Service Center. I have Xolo Q700, Q800, A500S and Opus 1000 used by my family members and they all purchased this brand on my recommendation of good performance and I do not have any doubt on that but I swear that I would never ever recommend XOLO to a single person now due to their after sale services.

          In Feb 2014, I went to the same [censored]ing service center as the battery of my XOLO Q700 had swollen and they submitted the battery and it took complete month for this Brand to replace my battery and give me a new one.

          In June 2014 my XOLO Q700 had a charging problem and I again visited the same service center as to my [censored]ing luck that is the nearest to my location and they advised that the motherboard would be replaced and guess what gave the same time frame "one month", they gave me the handset back and now the charging problem was gone but the SIM 2 slot stopped to detect my SIM and I went to them again and they said that I have broken the pin of the SIM Slot due to which it is not working and repairing would cost 3500 rupees. I do not know how can a person in a time of 30 minutes break the SIM Slot pin. I was so fed up that I gave up on that phone and have replaced it with Micromax Unite.

          I am moving over with this brand which has the worst after sale service of all, it takes a month for them to fix any issues with any model phones in their brand and if you ask for standby handset that is not in their policy. Their repair factory is in Noida and still it takes this much time I wonder if it was in Banglore what it would have been?

          It seems their strategy to keep the phone for a month so that your warranty period for that time is lapsed because if you would use the phone much you would run in an issue and within warranty they would have to fix it.

          Last but not the least, I have decided to move to court against XOLO for A500S Lite and sue them for this pathetic consumer service and I promise by heart would not even think of any more XOLO phones and would suggest all of your to purchase if you are ready to spare the phone for months in service center if the problem arise which is a definite positive with XOLO brand, after 7-8 months you take any model you would have charging problems. I have with all the models I have but now have no time to spare on these stupid technicians who take months for all issues with phones and have given up on going to them for the same.

          PLEASE BUY XOLO AT YOUR OWN RISK, CONSIDERING THE SET AS OUT OF WARRANTY CHINA PHONE

            I bought XOLO A600 on July month 2014, within 10 days i faced a problem in touch screen. I gave the mobile to service centre in Lucknow.They are asking 25 days time to rectify the issue.Delhi is hardly 8 hrs to reach.I found.I don't know why they require this much time.Thousands of xolo customers are waiting in queue same like me in xolo service centre.So please guys don't buy any XOLO product.Otherwise you will face very irritating experience.Get ready to go mad if you ignore my warning.

            Hi Friend,

            I have the same touch issue with my XOLO A500S LITE model i bought in June 2014 and I am in New Delhi and have submitted the phone on 12 July 2014 still waiting for the phone to repiared and get back. Their repair factory is in NOIDA and it is taking this time for me I don't see they would be able to give your phone in 25 days. They are liars don't trust them

              Dear xolo team; I am srinivasan from Chennai i am using xolo A500s smart phone under warranty and additional warranty. Last week i got Mic problem on my phone . and i went authorize service center in T.Nagar chennai. They told board problem thats why not hearing others It should be cost 5500rs. And i come back and i gave service to local shops. Within 10 min they change phone mic and now its working properly. Why your team doing robbery work. it should be small 5 min.seriously i am so upset on this things your service is very very poor poor. Pls clear why your peoples say like this.

                Hello, I have submitted mobile ccom telecommunication(authorized service center of xolo) in '7 July'. But still they are not given any update for mobile. i have requested them please return my mobile retirn back or replace mobile.but thery are not given any response i have called in service center any customer care lot times but they are not given proper justification of that. please take legal action for returning mobile. job id of the mobile is[protected].                     Sir, I had purchased XOLO mobile Q-700 whose IMEI no [protected] . After seven month, the battery of this mobile had been out of order . I went to the service centre in sector -18, and also visit to the Preet vihar, could not get the battery till now . Every time they assured me the battery would come within a weak .                       Under instructions from and on behalf of my client Sh. Khalil Ahmed S/o Sh. Abdul Rashid proprietor of M/s S. N. Traders having its Office at Q-3, Gali No. 19, Brahampuri, Delhi-110053 and having its residence at H.No. C-1290, Street No. 11, Matke Wali, Chauhan Banger, Delhi-110053. (hereinafter called as my client) have instructed me to serve upon you the following legal notice:-

                      1. That my client is the buyer of Xolo mobile having model no. Q2000 with Mmc from Wizard Digitek Computers Pvt. Ltd. C-6/232, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi-110053 vide tax invoice no. 42 dated:[protected] a sum of Rs. 13, 700/= for the use of personal purpose.

                      2. That my client bought the above noted mobile from Wizard Digitek Computers Pvt. Ltd. C-6/232, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi-110053 that time the assurance was given by the dealer there are much features than other mobile and it has 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.

                      3. That my client bought the above noted mobile from the dealer vide tax invoice no. 42 dated:[protected] its IMEI no. [protected].

                      4. That my client was facing problems after some weeks from the date of purchase. The camera and display were note working up to the mark i.e. not working properly.

                      5. That my client went to service centre to check/show it on dated:[protected] at BEST SERVICES shop no. G1 & G2 Express Arcade Plot no. H-10, Netaji Subhash Place, pitampura, Delhi.

                      6. That my client faced to the executive of service centre, on the same day they checked and verified it and advised to my client that we are not able to understand what the major fault behind this is and due to this it will be forwarded to the head office of our branch for 20 to 25 days. My client said i have used it only for 2 months from the date of purchase and finally agreed with the executive and left his mobile to the service centre.

                      7. That my client received a call from the service centre at his mobile no. [protected] on dated:[protected] at 05:20 p.m. and the executive said your mobile is finally o.k. and you can collect your above noted mobile from our service centre namely BEST SERVICES shop no. G1 & G2 Express Arcade Plot no. H-10, Netaji Subhash Place, pitampura, Delhi.

                      8. That my client reached the above noted service centre on dated:[protected] and met the executive of service centre for collecting his mobile then my client noticed that the condition of mobile is much worse than before, its touch screen and some other parts had also became damaged and earlier problem was still stabled. The executive of service centre said to my client and demanded illegal gratification of Rs, 6, 000 for exchanging this old one to same new packed mobile from head office.

                      9. That my client got negative response and unsatisfied with them, he returned back from the service centre with repaired mobile, then my client found that its IMEI no. had also been changed to new one [protected]. Its original IMEI no. was [protected]. The executive staff is responsible for committed fraud/cheat.

                      10. That it appears that the intention of the executive staff was malafide at the time of receiving the mobile and executive have made dishonest intention in order to cheat/fraud to my client, for that my client is contemplating to initiate legal action against you as per law.


                      It is the hard earned money of my client thereby causing wrongful gain to yourself and wrongful loss to my client as such you are entitled to the interest @ 24% p.a. on the above said mobile amount till the date of realization.

                      I, hereby call upon you to pay my client a sum of Rs. 13, 700/-(Rs. Thirteen Thousands Seven Hundreds Only) along with the interest @ 24% p.a. w.e.f. 21.07.2014 along with Rs.5, 500/ - towards notice charges within 15 days from the receipt of this notice, failing which my client shall be constrained to take appropriate legal action civil as well as criminal, as advised, to pay my client a sum of Rs. 13, 700/-(Rs. Thirteen Thousands Seven Hundreds Only) of the above said amount at your costs, risks and consequences which please note.

                        I bought a new mobile Xolo Q2000 on 13/02/14, (IMEI No.: [protected]). Within two months, I faced problem with touch for which I gave my mobile in the nearby Xolo Service centre “I Globe Systems Pvt Ltd., Nungambakkam, Chennai – 600034” on 10/06/2014 but till date (03/08/2014) they are dragging. I would like to know whether it is an authorized service centre of Xolo or am I with any fake agency. They promised me that they will deliver the mobile within 20 days from the date of complaint (10/06/2014), but it is been more than 54 days from complaint and there is no response from them. I would like to get my mobile serviced within two working days from today (03/08/2014) or else I have decided to file a complaint against the Xolo Service and Xolo Mobile Head office. Hope I expect proper response from your side at the earliest. Note:- Here with attached my Purchase bill and Xolo Manual Job Sheet.

                          The below mentioned mail/ letter written to Xolo Customer Care with cc to I regret to buy XOLO Phone. This is the first time without going through the review I simply bought base on the word of my trusted electronic shop and Its my greatest blunder in my life.                           Sub: Request to refund the money against the defective handset Model Xolo A500S, IEMI no [protected]

                          Dear Sir,
                          With reference to the above, please note that I purchased the handset from your authorized retail shop “New Abracadabra”, Galleria, Powai, Mumbai on 11/5/2014. However I actually started using the said handset after almost 5-6 days after I purchased, on getting new connection from RCom.
                          To my surprise the touch screen stopped working since 3rd July 2014 (which is within less than 45days) and immediately next day i.e. on 4th July, I took it to the same retail out let and they said that, they need to take it to the Service Centre located at Ghatkopar, Mumbai. Same was given to the service Centre on 7th July 2014 and the job card for the same was received from the Customer Support Center.
                          Since then almost every 3rd day I started following up with the same retail out let “New Abracadabra” and failed to even get an estimated date of resolution. As I know this outlet for last few years and have bought many gadgets from them, I know they will sincerely follow up with your customer service center, and they were doing the same but were helpless to give a proper reply to me as they were not getting any feedback from your customer care center. From them and also other users of Xolo handset, I understand that there are many such issues with Xolo handsets and on top of that your customer handling and support is pathetic.
                          Finally “New Abracadabra” last week told me that as per your company’s policy, Customer Care has confirmed that if the phone is not repaired and returned by 27th July, 2014, Xolo will give a new handset. They further said that as there are so many problems with Xolo, they even had a meeting with Xolo management team recently and same was assured to them.
                          As the same was not repaired and returned nor did I receive any call till yesterday afternoon, I visited the shop in the evening and to my surprise I came to know that in-spite of repeated follow ups nothing has happened so far. Even they called and spoke to someone from Xolo support and requested to confirm DOA so as they can issue a new handset, but as they didn’t got any confirmation, couldn’t helped me much and I had to come back as usual once again.

                          First of all I am really disgusted and unhappy about the poor quality of Xolo handsets. Me and my family are using or used many handsets of different makes and models, has neither faced such poor quality issue nor faces any manufacturing defects so far. And on top of that such a horrible customer support and harassment, has put us in serious doubt, if we have done a blunder buying Xolo handset.
                          As such, without any further delay, would earnestly request you to direct your retailer/ customer care to refund my money within next 48 hours. I don’t want to use such a horrible handset and experience further poor and pathetic customer support.
                          In case I don’t receive the same as mentioned above, I will bound to take it up with consumer forum and will also put up my experience in all social media.

                            I have given my xolo A500s in service as home key not working and auto switch off problem found. Its 17 days passed still no reply from service Centre and When I took continuous follow up their people asked me that why you bought xolo phone? also said that dont expect much from xolo. In Rajkot Service centre Very very poor service. I regret that i bought such item. I recommand that never go for xolo. worst cell phone service I have seen ever.

                              I have brought Brand New XOLO Q800 Model on 7th December 2013. The cost of the Mobile is Rs.10399 with Warranty of 1 year.The IMEI number for this model is [protected]. It was working fine until 15th June 2014. Suddenly, the Camera was not working from 16th June 2014 and hence I have given the mobile phone to repair to - Shrishti Services, Bangalore on 17th June 2014 - Work Order Number is[protected].I got to know from Service Center that the problem is with Mobile MotherBoard and I was asked to wait for 20 working days to get it repaired. On 19th July 2014 I got SMS from company that the handset is been repaired and sent to the service center. Up on receiving the SMS, I approached Shrishti Services center but at that time I got to know that the phone was not getting switched on, this issue was not there when I handed my hand set to service center. As still there was issue with the handset, Service center said that they have mailed the issue to the company and they have not yet recieved the response from Xolo company. Till today the same response is recieved from the service center. When I called the XOLO customer care they said that the complaint which was recieved on 17th june has been resolved and the handset is been delivered to the service centre and they have not recieved any other complaints. The person in the service center tells me to drop a mail to company and he can only help me only if he recieves any reply from the company with no resolution time(may be a day/month/year). And the customer care people told me that I have to be in touch with the service center only as they have no complaints regarding the current issue.We have (being?) believed in XOLO and invested Rs. 10399, but this is not the Service which we were expecting. I lost my patience here and I need quick remedy for this issue. Either, - I need the repaired Mobile (IMEI [protected]) - I need the brand new mobile with the same model (Q800) with warranty OR - I need the brand new mobile which is not less that Q800 model with warranty OR - Return back the amount - Rs. 10399 Thanks in advance, Sowmya

                                I have submitted my xolo1010i for some problem on 17/7/14 which was purchase on 24/5/14 from bhuj gujarat but still today not get back no body replying properlley for the return of same so it is decided to go for the justist in GARAK SURAKSA FORUM in bhuj within two days if i am not getting any fevaraboule answer from ur side .

                                  I placed an order on FLIPKART for XOLO Q1100 on 13 March 2014. IMEI No : [protected] It was priced Rs 13399. And was delivered to me on 17th March 2014 and I started using my phone from 19th March. Initially I had minor issue like notification bar messages were gibrish this includes phone and whats up messages. Also there was overheating issues. I called Xolo care and they asked me to reset the phone and re-install the apps again and started using. However this did not make a difference. I was not very concerned of the messages and started using though it was overheating. Lately SIM slot1 was intermittently working and all of a sudden USB cable stopped working then I was forced to take it to service center (INDIRANAGAR) on 26th April 2014. They flashed the software and gave a new cable. However issue persisted temperature was rising up to 57degree Celsius. And on 29th April the phone was completely off (Switched off)and again I took it back to service center they says that main board has to be replaced and will be sending it to NODIA with work order number being[protected]. Docket number (d[protected] and after 3 weeks I went to collect the phone on 19th May 2014. I see there is major dent at the bottom right edge of the phone. Service center people says that it might have happened during transition which is common and they cannot take responsibility on such things. I requested them to replace my phone they denied stating its common issue. I powered on the phone SD card is not detected. Restarted the phone and it did not power on again. So got a new work order number (C[protected]. I then contacted the Area service Manager for XOLO via email his name is G.Jeevithan. He assured me that he will look into matter and resolve it to my satisfaction. Since I was not getting any response via email. I contacted him over the phone and he told that he needs more time as he will replace it with a new handset (not the accessory). I agreed upon it. Later I tried contacting him several times his number was busy. Finally I spoke to him on 31st April 2014. He was interacting with service Centre and sent me a message (sms) asking to wait as he has forwarded the pics to the next concern and never contacted me again. Due to this situation I have wasted my time/ Fuel/ multiple phone calls to service center and customer care. Am undergoing a mental pressure and still no clue what is happening with my phone. I am without a smartphone for more than 3months now. This has caused me lot of inconvenience to do my office work such as Outlook, Communicator etc. I cannot carry my laptop everywhere I go. I NEED A COMPLETE REFUND FOR MY PHONE

                                    I bought xolo A500S IPS(IMEI NO.[protected]) on 28.11.2213 from Naaz mobile, Mumbai. but on 4.7.14 it stopped working whenever I tried to start the phone it just shows xolo log then it gets switched off I gave it to xolo's service centre Balaji MOBNI care, at Ghatkopar East Mumbai.on 5.7.14 workorder no.[protected]. I was told its board has crashed and it will be repaird in weeks time than they told my one more week in this way till date i have not received my phone I am only getting empty promise after another. I didn't expect such a pathetic service form well known brand like xolo.                                       Xolo gives me q700s set against my q700. it has too many drawback like screen resolution supports 480x863 with 218 ppi FXVGA and my older set supports 540x960 with 245 ppi qHD screen quality and its sound quality is very poor its battery is only 1800 mAH and my older set has 2400 mAH, it doesn't supports wi-fi direct and uploading speed is 5.76 mbps and my older set supports wi-fi direct and 11 mbps uploading speed. My handset is in black color and new handset is in silver color and i didnt like this set. my original set was brought at 9250 and its current values 8800 in local market and company will provide me the set whose price is 7650 in local market. Company will making me fool. please help me what can i do

                                        My headphone was not working within one week of buying my XOLO Q600s. I have tried using other headphones and its working properly so I think the problem is with the headphone. I have already submitted the faulty headphone to my nearest service center. The service center is O mobile, 15 I.C. Road, Khardah, Rahara, Near Rahara Central Bank, Kolkata-700118, Contact: [protected]. I have submitted my headphone on 04/07/2014 but till yet I have not received any replacement. I called them up and they said they do not have any replacement headphone for my handset. I have been waiting for about 27 days. I have attached the acknowledgement receipt with this. The details of my phone are as follows: IMEI1:- [protected] IMEI2:- [protected] Name:- Sourabh Mandal Pin Code:- 743144 City:- Ichapur State:- West Bengal Contact No/Alternate No :-[protected]/[protected] I am seriously unhappy with the quality of service provided by XOLO. My headphone was not working within one week of buying the handset and now you cannot even provide a replacement. I am getting harassed by the service center. They always tell that XOLO is not providing spares so they cannot help. This is a complete waste of my time and money.Please help.
