I want my money back or a new tab

I am a very disappointed by the product of yours and the service's you guys offer. I have purchased XOLO qc800 tab from Amazon. It was dead after a month and I went to a service center at Khairatabad Hyderabad. They kept the device at their end and did nothing with it for 2 months. Anyhow they gave the device today and it is still not working. DISGUSTING SERVICE AND PRODUCT.

But after 20 days there is no status of my mobile.I have try to know the status many times but xolo representative says "Sir, your mobile will be handed over as soon as possible".
