Complaint of My Mobile Deepak Kumar B-IX-564, Santokh Pura Jalandhar Punjab [protected], [protected] Date[protected] Dear Sirs, I am writing to you to complain about the mobile Xolo Q 3000 which I bought on First Week of Jun 2014 and received it by 10 Jun 2014 at my home address . I have been a loyal customer of yours for the last few years and have successfully made many purchases over the years. Unfortunately, however, this time I am dissatisfied with the service you have provided. The mobile telephone buoyed was the latest smart phone, the xolo Android Q3000 of your company and My reasons for choosing this model was that you advertised it on your website and news showing that too good. Unfortunately, the xolo Q 3000 has not performed well and facing the problem hanging at startup screen To resolve the problem, I submit my phone to local service center of your company (Name :- Bunty Mobile World, Hoter Preet Market, Nakoder Road Jalandhar, Punjab-144001) and get the Call detail Job Sheet ( Work order No.[protected] on[protected] and they first give me two day time to resolve my problem, after two days when I visit the service center the give me 10-15 Day time and they said that your hand set send to the Noida for repairing. After 10 Day I start calling to Service center no[protected] and visit every day regarding my phone, they asked me to call customer care no.[protected] to get the status of my handset. From 10th to 20 th day your customer care no.[protected] no. unable the provide any current status my mobile phone and meanwhile I also visit the service center every day and they extend the time and not give any status of my mobile. I get the contact number of your BSM of my area Mr. Nitihs (Mobile No. [protected]). I said him about my problem first day he promised me that you revised the mobile within two days. After two days when I call to him he asked me to call after 2-3 hours. After time when I call him he not pick my phone. Details when I Contact YOU and not get any status of my hand set To Service center on[protected] times) To your Customer care on[protected] 25-35 times) Mailed you at [protected]@xolo.in (5 times) SMS my IMEI No. on [protected] ( 2 times) Contact your website (4 Time) Contact to your Bsm on [protected] (10 times) For these reasons, I would ask you either to repair and send me my mobile, refund the purchase price in full or send me a replacement handset I look forward to your reply and resolution of my problem. I will wait upto[protected] before contacting my At­torney General and take action as per low. Please contact me at the above address or telephone number.     Dear Sir/Madam I purchased new XOLO Q 1000 mobile phone from Cellunet outlet at Bistupur, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Immediately after 1 month when we tried for using front camera we came to know that it is not working. We reported to Cellunet shop they said it has to be send to service centre for software update of Kit kat. But the problem did not solved we have send our new mobile to service centre for software update 3 times. Now finally they are asking that it has to be repaired. How a new phone will be going for repair?. I have spoken to service head Mr. Sunil Kabadwal & he ensure will provide new mobile if problem is not resolved by software update. From last 7 days he is not picking my phone not responding to messages. Kindly extend your support & provide the new Mobile.

      I am facing a problem regarding the cell phone which I do have; XOLO Q800(IMEI is: [protected]). My phone is under warranty period and having some issues and hence I gave it to the service centre first time on 21st of Jun 2014. On 27th of Jun 2014, I got a reply form service centre that my phone is got repaired. When I went there I found it was not repaired so I again submitted it for the same problem! I also talk to customer care and explained everything I also mailed the same. Now on 12th of July 2014, I got the same status and reply from the service centre, there for now I need some concrete solution to this problem and it is my humble request to do the needful

        I had given my XOLO Q700i on 19-Jun-14 to replace the LCD as it got broked, but till date the same has not been repair and while asking the service center person has clearly told that company is not providing us spare parts on time and company is not villing to provide the service to customer. Require to close the issue on urgent basis my job sheet no. is[protected] submitted at Shreeji Communication, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad - 380009. Even the service center person clearly told that company is not capable for service and not providing the parts to resolve the issue. We are not able to provide your the correct timelines weather you will get handset or not.

          Dear sir, i submit my phone on 14th may 2014 at irala prime mall in Macro mobile xolo service center. Till up to date i not ecieve my phone. i call on ur service center 15 times but they are saying my phone is under procedure what is this. now i loss my patient plz give me a new phone as early as possible otherwise i complaint it to consumer court. plz focus on it.

              i am sumit. i have xolo a510s phone. it is 2 months old. it is submitted in service centre 3 times and 2 times in company. so it is submitted 5 times with in two months. but it is not corrected. it was deffected after 1 day when i asked service centre for d.o. they ignored me. i asked customer care to solve my problem but they ask we cannot do anything go to service centre. the defect is camera lence full by mud, battery backup, speaker volume become very less, hang very much, so slow etc. donot like the phone. plz solve my problem how much time i go to service centre. sumit-[protected].

                I had purchase XOLO TAB from online shopping portal "India times.com in November 2013, since then i am giving my TAB to service center, initially it got hanged automatically. I had given for repair3 to 4 times ( vashi/parel/tardeo).in mumbai. Now since 2 month TAB are lying with them. I had given to parel service center & after 1 & half month they told they are unable to repair( mother board problem) & they have to sent to NOIDA for further checking & repair. When my wife & myself are calling to concern person ( Mr.Ashu Maheshwari) he is not picking up our phone. now he knows our cell no. we used to call him whenever there is issues with our TAB. Now i am awaiting reply from NOIDA center, nobody is bother to call back or giving any updates.I had also asked for a fresh piece from Mr.Ashu Maheshawari but he denied the same.

                  I bought handset of xolo X1000 brand. After few days handset started trouble. I approach to xolo care center at Bangalore (F1 Info solutions, 616 first floor 2nd Bangalore - 560038) regarding this issue on 19th, June 2014. My job sheet number is[protected] Today is 24th july and still service center unable to trace and rectify problem even handset sent to delhi for 15days. They do not replace my handset. and still after one and half month the situation is same have only work to follow-up status of my phone. Now i am totally fad up from service from xolo care. i don’t want to get back xolo mobile. Please help to refund my money. This is only customer harassment process. Please take strict action against xolo mobiles company. I humbly request to consumer right department please do needful.

                        Dear Sir, I have purchased XOLO Q900 ( Receipt No 527, IMEI1 No: [protected] Model No: Q900) Mobile form VICKY MOBILE, Near Kidiyoor hotel, Udupi on 01/05/2014 for Rs12900, Bill no-527. On 04/07/2014 i have given mobile for repair as there was problem with touch screen and they told that they will replace me with another mobile but till now i have not received my set after repair or i have received replacement. I called customer care and spoke to ADITHI, she told that mobile cant been replaced. two days I called AREA MANAGER (Name Jivithan) (Address: Malsa Enterprises, Shop No. 8A, Door No 5-5-304/61, 1St Floor, Besant Multipurpose Complex, M.G Road, Mangalore 575003) but he is not responding to calls. I want replacement within next 3 days or give me cash of Rs.12900 or else i will complain against you in consumer court and charge you 12900+ interest for so many days Reply Me...                           Respected Sir/Madam,

                          I have brought Brand New XOLO Q800 Model on 13th April 2014 as a New Year gift from my friend. The cost of the Mobile is Rs. 10500 with Warranty of 1 year.

                          The IMEI number for this model is [protected]. It was working fine until 10th May 2014. Suddenly, the Camera is not working from 11th May 2014 and hence I have given the mobile phone to repair to - V R Info Service, Indiranagar, Bangalore on 29th May 2014 - Work Order Number is[protected].

                          I got to know from Service Center that the problem is with Mobile MotherBoard and I was asked to wait for 20 working days to get it repaired. I called XOLO Customer Service center after 20 working days (to the toll free number - twice) but I have not received proper response and I am unknow what was happening to my phone which was given for repair.

                          I have received SMS 3 weeks back from XOLO Care, that my Mobile got repaired and sent to Service Center. Up on receiving the SMS, I approached V R Info Service but they are ready to deliver a Q700s model instead of Q800. They gave me the reason that Q800 was not able to get it repaired and we have received Q700s model on behalf. Also, they have give me the option to wait for another 1 week to replace with New Q800 model, but I am not getting proper response from them. They are forcing me to collect Q700s instead of Q800.

                          I need you to extend your help to get a solution for this issue. A phone which is gifted by my friend is with XOLO company for almost 2 months (but I have used the phone only for 47 days).

                          As per Service Center, why I should accept the Q700s? which is having less feature and less the cost when compared to Q800 model.

                          Either,
                          - You give me the repaired Mobile (IMEI [protected]) with extended warranty of 2 months OR
                          - You give me the brand new mobile with the same model (Q800) with warranty OR
                          - You give me the brand new mobile which is not less that Q800 model with warranty OR
                          - You return back the amount - Rs. 10500

                          We have (being?) believed in XOLO and invested Rs. 10500, but this is not the Service which we were expecting. Do you think that XOLO do not care if 1 customer having a problem with XOLO mobile among lakhs and lakhs of customers, then your assumption is wrong. I lost my patience here and I need quick remedy for this issue.

                          I hope you have read though this email until the end and I am hoping to get some quick response from you.

                          Last but not the least - A company which is not progressing good on Replacement Policy/Return Policy/Service Apologies will never succeed in today's market.

                            XOLO Q700 (IMEI : [protected] ) Dear Team, I have submitted my mobile for repaired to M/S Ambey Electronics (Sec-18, Noida) due to screen touch problem on 18th June 2014 and required the change new touch screen. My Xolo Q700 is in under warranty. But today is 23rd Jul but they said that mobile repairing pending due part waiting. I was lots of follow-up with customer care and feedback for this complaint.                                 I have purchased a Xolo 1010I (IMEI Number - [protected] on 12/05/2014 through Amazon. I have checked that this product was heating like any thing. I have contacted Amazon as well and they said to contact Xolo Repairing Center. I have talked to them on phone and they said that it is normal. But in July I felt it is heating like any thing and I was unable to touch it on my ear due to heat. I have contacted Xolo Repairing Center in July and they have kept my phone and sent back to Xolo factory saying that it is a manufacturing defect and lot of smart fones are still in queue in repairing center. That;s why they have given me minimum 40 days time to get back my phone. I need my money back if xolo is so incompetent to manufacture the phone. I need my money back.                                   Sir, i was purchased xolo q2000 dated. 05.03.2014. bt having some touch releted issue in next month, so i was submitted my phone to company service center dated. 16.06.2014 at Abhishek Technologies, himalaya mall, it was allready 37 dys since i was summited bt i havent got any reply from service center as well as xolo care whenever i tried to talk service center said that parts are not comming from company ... service center said that they give me my cell back within 25 days, bt i didnt get my cell phone yet ... now they said we will give you your cell as it is if you want... and if i want to still repair it from service center they said that they dont have any confirmation about when i get my cell back ..it might take one or two months

                                      I have bought Xolo A-600 on 8th Jan'14 from S K Enterprise Baroda. After that I started facing a problem of touch-screen do not operate properly hence I submitted mobile hand-set on 13th May'14 to the A B Communication Baroda. It almost 2 months gone now but I do not getting replacement nor even proper response from the Xolo Service Team. It's really pathetic and poor service from the Xolo where the customer never ever to decide again to buy any Xolo product. Company just intrested to sell the products and not in service providing. I want to back my money which I spet to buy it. Would request you to kindly intervene to get me proper resolution.

                                        Contacted your Service Centre yesterday. Informed me that the handset has been sent out to Delhi; Noida in specific for repair as we do not have spares for the handset. I ask why do you manufacture such products when you do not have spares for the same. I've file a petition in Consumer Court ( Case no. IN18245785/2014). I think I've been through everything. Now I'll make sure that your Brand Image will be considered as a just like your products. XOLO is a [censored]ing shameless cheat company. With ridiculous service and no values and right to be called a customer centered company.

                                        Why don't you all stand at the street side with a bowl in your hands. Because you can't tend to justify your earning as you all do not work compared to the remuneration given.
